Link walked into the boss room with Tatl and Tael following closely behind him. Darmani stood 30 feet away from the entrance with his back turned to Link. He slowly turned around and shouted: Link! It's good to see you brother! Tatl: Yeah right! Do you think we're stupid? Darmani died a year ago! Give us back the Goron mask whoever you are! Darmani laughed and replied: Okay I see there's no fooling you...Well...Shall we go? Link took his sword and shield out. Darmani tucked into a ball and rolled towards Link with great speed. Link firmly put his shield in front of him and Darmani rolled into the shield. Link blocked the attack but the force of it knocked him backwards and made him stumble. Darmani walked towards Link and punched the shield out of his hand. Link slashed Darmani twice with his golden sword and Darmani grunted in pain as he started to bleed from the cuts. Link swung his sword again but Darmani caught it with his hand. He pulled back with his other arm and made a fist. Link's eyes went wide. Darmani punched Link in the gut and sent him flying. Link slammed into the wall and his body hit the ground hard. Link couldn't believe how much it hurt. He was struggling to catch his breath. Link threw up a bit of blood. Tael: Link, are you okay? Link slowly got up and at the last second, he saw Darmani roll towards him again. Link dove out of the way and Darmani smashed into the wall. He stumbled backwards as Link picked up his shield and ran towards him. Link swung his sword and cut his back. Darmani grunted in pain again and turned around to take a swing at Link. Link deflected with his shield then cut Darmani in the chest drawing even more blood. Darmani punched the shield out of Link's hand again then tried to punch him a couple more times but Link narrowly dodged and did a couple back flips to create some distance. Darmani let out a war cry as he lit up a fire aura in his hands that then covered his entire body. He did a ground pound and a fire wall quickly shot towards Link. Tatl and Tael quickly flew away as Link quickly picked up his shield again and braced himself. The fire aura shot over top of Link's mirror shield and what did hit his shield created a small fire wave that shot back towards Darmani. He tucked into a ball to create a shield as the small fire wave came towards him. Link ran towards him getting ready to swing his sword. The small fire wave hit Darmani but the shield blocked it. Link swung his sword towards Darmani but he quickly stood up then pulled his arm back right as the sword came towards him. Link cut through his shoulder as Darmani's fist landed a blow right to Link's face. Link heard something crack as the punch sent him flying again. Link landed hard on his stomach as he was holding his face. It felt like his jaw was broken. Darmani was yelling in pain as he was holding his bleeding shoulder.
Meanwhile back at Romani Ranch
Night time had arrived and the Carnival of Time was just about 24 hours away. Cremia and Romani were in the middle of dinner and things were really quiet as they were the only 2 there. Romani: When is everyone coming back sis? Cremia: I'm not sure...I think Kafie and Anju might move back into town now that the guards are gone. Shiro went to check something out in the east and who knows if he's coming back as he only teamed up with Link and Kafie to help take back clock town...Romani: And what about grasshopper? Cremia: Well...I was hoping he would be back tonight but maybe he's moved on as well...Romani: Are you okay sis? Cremia was getting more upset thinking about how Kafie might not be around anymore and how her best friend was in love with and married to him. Romani: Sis? Cremia: Oh sorry Romani. Yes I'm fine...
Darmani had Link pinned up against the wall and was punching him in the gut multiple times. Link threw up more blood. Tael flew towards Darmani and flew into his face a couple times, Darmani swatted Tael away from him. Link took advantage of Tael's distraction and plunged his sword through Darmani's gut. Darmani punched Link in the face a couple times then picked him up and threw him across the boss room. Link tumbled across the hard floor. Link was in rough shape. His face was bruised to the point where he almost couldn't see out of his eyes, his jaw might be broken and he was bleeding badly. Darmani pulled the sword from his gut as he yelled out in pain. He threw the sword to the side next to Link's shield. Link slowly got up but Darmani rolled towards Link and smashed into him. Link flew backwards and landed on his back. Darmani rolled down the hall in the other direction then turned around to face Link about 100 feet away. Darmani charged up a magic spin dash then shot towards Link even faster this time with scary looking spikes sticking out. Link stood up in pain then grabbed a bomb from his magic bag. Link thought to himself: have to time this just right. I feel like this is the last time I am going to be able to get up...Link rolled the bomb like a bowling ball then ran back towards his sword. Link grabbed his sword just as the bomb exploded underneath his enemy. Darmani yelled in pain as he untucked from his attack and his body hit the ground stomach first. Link Stabbed the golden sword into the gorons back. His back had tough rocks protecting it so Link couldn't plunge the sword in all the way but he was breaking pieces off from Darmani's back. Darmani yelled out in pain but couldn't break free. Link lifted the sword up and plunged it through Darmani's back and the sword poked out the front of his gut. Darmani let out a groan and stopped moving.
