Link was just about to open the door when he heard something. It sounded like somebody crying. Link looked through the window and saw Cremia sobbing at the table with an almost empty bottle of Chateau Romani next to her. Link noticed she was staring at a photo of Kafie on the table. Link's heart sunk into his stomach. Tael: Maybe we should try to help her? Tatl: Brother, lets leave this one to Link! Link turned around and faced the 2 fairies. He then put his hand on Cremia's hand while still red in the face and very nervous. Cremia paused for a moment then said: Aw. Link...I'm flattered. You are a very handsome young man and I think you're very cool but...You're too young for me...Aren't you only 14? Link thought about it for a moment then grabbed the mask of truth from his magic bag. He handed it to Cremia. Cremia: What's this? Do I...Put it on? Link slowly nodded. Cremia put the mask on and said: Now what, Link? Link grabbed her hand and placed it on his head. Cremia gasped as the mask of truth brought her into a deep vision. She saw a Hylian mother escaping from a war while carrying a young child to the forest. She saw the mother dropping off the child in front of the great deku tree then passing away. She saw the great deku tree raising the child as a kokiri. She saw the other kokiri bullying Link as he was the only one without a fairy. She saw Saria being his only friend. She saw Link going into the great deku tree at only 10 years old and defeating Gohma then the great deku tree dying in front of Link. She saw Link leaving the forest to find Zelda to try and stop Ganondorf. She gasped when she saw young Malon in castle town. She thought to herself: Who is that? She looks just like Romani! She saw Link beating the other 2 dungeons and obtaining the spiritual stones. She saw Link refusing to tell Ganon where Zelda and Impa went during their escape, then getting blasted by Ganondorf. She saw Link getting the ocarina of time and going to the door of time. She saw Link being trapped away for 7 years and becoming a teenager. She saw all of Hyrule being destroyed while Link was kept away for 7 long years. She gasped when she saw Link approach LonLon ranch and saw Malon in the center of the ranch. She thought to herself: What is going on here? She looks just like me! She saw Link's one true kokiri friend from the forest die in the forest temple so she could help Link as a sage. She saw Darunia and Princess Ruto die so they could also become a sage to help him. She saw the rest of them give their lives to help Link. She saw Link kill Ganondorf and the sages seal him away. She saw Zelda send Link back in time to relive his childhood. She saw young Link talking to Zelda 3 years later and her telling him he has to leave Hyrule to make sure Ganondorf can never return. She saw a 13 year old Link going to Lon Lon ranch and the young Malon telling him he can borrow Epona for his journey and to take care of her. She saw the entire events of Link in Termina and how he tried to return to Hyrule afterwards but failed. Cremia: Oh Link...I can feel your loneliness...It's so sad...Cremia started to panic as it was a lot for her to handle. Cremia: Wait...I feel something heartwarming...Dispite all this pain, I can feel something that made you really happy. What is this warm feeling? The flashback of Cremia hugging Link popped up in her vision. She could feel how warm and fuzzy Link felt from her giving him a hug. The last thing that popped up was when Link came back to termina the first night and Cremia held him close on the pile of hay. Cremia felt how warm and fuzzy it made Link feel. Cremia took off the mask of truth and had tears in her eyes. Cremia: Link...I had no idea...She got up and stumbled a bit then looked at Link. Link looked like he was about to pass out. Creamia walked over and picked Link up and held onto him as she brought Link to his bedroom. She gently placed him on his bed then lay on top of him.
