Time to continue and J and N this chapter will be getting some upgrades to their Sword and Chainsaw hands.

J and N Superstar Saga Chapter 17

Super Hand Changers

The heroes and their friends make it back to Dreamland Castle, King Dedede and Escargoon took Blaze, Alfred, V and Uzi to the throne room while J and N talked with Metaknight.

"…By the way, there's no sign of what's left of Jirachi…" MetaKnight said to J and N "It apparently broke into four soul pieces, which seem to be lost…And so, I'm off yet again! I must set forth to look for the soul pieces of Jirachi!"

"Want some help?" N asked him

"No, it is fine, you both done more than enough." MetaKnight said "You two can relax here and enjoy some sightseeing in our kingdom with fair Princess Blaze." He then takes his leave.

"Okay see you MetaKnight." N said waving.

"Well let's go check on the others in the throne room." J said.

"You got it J" N said smiling

They two enter the throne room and see Blaze and Dedede talking. Alfred hearing them approach turns to them and said "Ah, Miss. J…Spot-on timing…"

"J, N…I was just speaking with King Dedede…" Blaze said turning to them. "He tells me there is a Mobion town in th Dreamland Kingdom called Little Soltown. Do you know of it?" J and N think and shake their heads.

"It is a town full of Mobions who have immigrated to this land." Alfred explained.

"Since we come all the way to this land, I wish to pay an official royal visit to Little Soltown…" Blaze added.

"That's acceptable in theory, but to reach Little Soltown you must go north though Desert Wasteland…" King Dedede points out "Desert Wasteland is filled with vile monsters. Even if you're a capable fight it would a little…No! VERY dangerous for Princess Blaze."

"As royal advisor and confidant to the Sol Kingdom, I must vigorously oppose this idea." Alfred said firmly. "Passing though unknown lands filled with monsters is absolutely absurd! Why, the very idea…"

"Woah calm down Alfred." Uzi said concerned

Alferd clears his throat as he calms down and said "…And yet…I suppose if J and N escorted you…"

"J, N, since we seem to have come to a consensus…Won't you take me to Little Soltown?" Blaze asked them. J smiles and nods

"Um…no not really…" N said chuckling nervous.

"Grrrr…" J lets out and uses her fist to slam N into the ground and then smiles at Blaze saying "It will be no problem, let's go."

Blaze giggles and looks to Alfred asking "Will that do Alfred?"

"As if I have any say in the matter!" Alfred said sighing "Just be very, very, very, very, very, VERY careful. I must begin preparations immediately. J, you and N should meet us up North, at the entrance to Desert Wasteland."

"…And with that, please allow me to excuse myself, King Dedede." Blaze said to the Dreamland ruler and bows before leaving with Alfred.

"Well me and Uzi will get settled here in the Dreamland Castle Town" V said stretching.

"Yeah but we will be in contact via the phone" Uzi said with a nod. She and V then leave the throne room.

"I have to say your princess is not only beautiful, but both wise and courageous, as well." King Dedede said smiling "I am very impressed! J! N! We have entrusted Princess Blaze's safekeeping to the two of you! Leave the castle town and head northeast to reach Desert Wasteland."

"Right" J said and pulls N out the ground "Come on you, we got to redevous with Blaze and Alfred."

"C-Coming…" N said a little dazed but shakes his head as the two leave the castle.

"Hey there metal faces, long time no see!" A familiar voice said after the drones exit the castle and they see Brok and Sindri approach.

"Oh hey Brok, Sindri." J said smiling.

"Has been a while." N said smiling.

"How've you been? Keeping busy and sanatized?" Sindri asked nodding "Oh, by the way! We moved. The new place is bigger than the last one. Gives us more elbow room!"

"Everyone in Cappy Village has already bought a tool or weapon of ours." Brok explained "That means there's nobody left to make them for! Big fat crying shame. That's why we moved to the big city. Dwarfs like us has to expand our horizons!"

"Not only is it very clean it is living like we're big shot superstars here, heh!" Sindri said smiling.

"Our new digs are beyond the East side of the village. Drop by soon!" Brok suggested to the drones. "If you're weapon changers, we'll charge up the weapons we equipped on them for you!"

"That does sound like it would be useful" J said smiling

"Oh yeah more powerful chainsaw hands" N said smiling.

"Anyway, see you." Sindri said nodding and the two Dwarfs leave.

"Should we head for that upgrade first J?" N asked

"Yeah I think that's for the best, if the monsters in Desert Wasteland are as dangerous as Dedede implied, we shouldn't be too underprepared." J said nodding

They soon arrive after fighting though some enemies the home of Brok and Sindri which was a cave in the East Dreamland. The Drones see them working in their makeshift forge.

"Hey guys, we're here" J called out to them.

"Oh! I was wondering who that was!" Brok said looking up "It's them heroic sons of metal Drone Heroes!"

"How's you guys been doing? We moved out this way recently!" Sindri said with a smile. "This new place as you can see is bigger than the old one, which makes it easier for use to do our work! Which is good."

"Say, those sword and chainsaw hands we made with the weapon hand changers for you striking many blows?" Brok asked them both. "How would you feel about us reforging them and power them up for you? What do you say? Free of charge of course."

"Sure, that is a good deal." J said removing her hand changer and hands it to Sindri.

"I can't deny that" N said doing the same.

Sindri washes them a bit and places them on the work table. "Great! We'll have these back to you in just a second."

Sindri works the heat while Brock begins to hammer away at the weapon changers and soon, they were more shiny and more silvery in colour.

"All right! They're ready!" Brok said nodding.

"And they're more powerful then ever!" Sindri said smiling.

J and N take them and reattch them J now has the Super Sword Hands while N has the Super Chainsaw Hands.

"Now you ought to break rocks you couldn't break before!" Brok explained to the two. "Go ahead and test them out on those bad boys"

"Oh come here again after a while." Sindri asked them "You never know…We might be able to forge your Weapon hand changers again to make'em even stronger!"

J and N test their new weapons and uncover a Secret Scroll in one of the old mind shaft that introduced a new Duo Attack for J known as Swing Duos.

"Hmmmm, this might be useful." J said thinking "Might have to try it out some time."

"Sure I am down for that" N said smiling

"We should get going and meet up with Blaze" J said with a smiling

The two head out for the rendezvous while confronting Life Model Decoys and X-Dreams, the latter being a Dreamland version of the X-Borgs where J tried the Swing Duos move which was swinging N around but messed up the few times she tried.

But she is sure to get the hang of it and she should focus of having time to hang with Blaze which make J smile.

Short chapter I know but I feel it is a nice relaxing one before we get back to the usual action stuff. Hope you liked it.
