16. Story Revamp Explanation

Well, it seems whatever issues the site was having have been fixed, so that's good. I figured I would use this space to explain: if you notice the chapters are a little out of order, it's because I reorganized the story a bit. Instead of starting with Edward's story in 1929, I decided it would be better to start with Bella until she goes through the change. Then, I would start intercutting Edward's chapters into the story.

I keep thinking those initial Edward chapters are rather dark, and I didn't want readers to think the story wasn't for them based on those chapters alone and give up. The story becomes truly uplifting the longer it goes on. I believe that after reading the first five chapters of Bella's story, readers will be hooked. Then, no matter what bullshit Edward goes through, in the first half of the story they will want to continue reading.
