Writer's Note:

This is My Own Fanfiction story about Piper recovering over her break-up with Finn.

I wanted the fictional break-up between Piper and Finn, I wanted it to offer a sense of vulnerability to Piper's character.

In this fanfiction story, You will see Piper become the new studio head of The Next Step and lead the new generation of A-Troupe to Regionals as Nick heads to America to be the host of a dance reality competition show.

Piper Returns To The Next Step.

Piper walks into The Next Step Dance Studio, she had returned as Nick wanted to speak with her.

"Nick, you wanted to see me?" asked Piper.

Piper had just flown back to Canada as Nick had got in contact with Piper, as he really needed her help.

Piper had been through quite a lot, she was recovering from a break-up as her boyfriend Finn broke up with her during his dance tour, he broke up with her through text message.

"I need you to become Studio A, all of the original A-Troupe members have left and I need this studio to go to Regionals this season, but I am going to America to be a host in a dance reality competition show" confessed Nick.

"Wait what?! You want me to be studio head – I can't do that Nick, I just broke up with Finn and there are so many memories at this studio where I once was happy with Finn" said Piper, unsure if she could be the new studio head of The Next Step.

"Piper, don't allow your break-up to ruin your chance of being a great studio head, I want somebody I can trust to make the best decisions for the team, so please become studio head of The Next Step and use your break-up to give you strength" said Nick giving Piper words of encouragement that she needed.

Piper was given the determination that she needed to become the new studio head at The Next Step Dance Studio, Nick got Piper some keys cut for her as Piper claimed Nick's office in Studio A as her new office as she was the brand-new studio head.

Nick left to travel to America where he will begin his new job as host of a dance reality competition show.

Piper was left with her first task as studio head in her office, she contacted all studios to inform them that The Next Step are hosting auditions for their new A-Troupe to represent The Next Step at Regionals.

Millie and Taylor are two sisters who come from The Explush Dance Studios which was one of the studios that competed at Internationals last year.

Millie was dance captain at The Explush Dance Studios when the team competed at Internationals against The Next Step, they were disqualified from the competition due to their studio owner & studio head - Miss Tracy had stolen choreography from another team that she used to teach.

Miss Tracy blamed Millie as dance captain for their loss and she was forced to close the studio because Absolute Dance had banned The Explush Dance Studios from competing at any competition.

Miss Tracy was forced to sell the studio and move away from town.

Millie and Taylor was at The Next Step to see if they could audition tomorrow for The Next Step.

"Miss Piper, could we please audition for A-Troupe this season, me and my sister want to dance at a studio which treats us fairly" said Millie.

"Of course, both you girls are welcome to audition, at this studio we are more than a team, we are a family" said Piper as she smiles.

Millie and Taylor signed up for the auditions.

Millie has long-blonde hair, her younger sister Taylor has short-long brown hair, they both were dancers from The Explush Dance Studios.

Camryn also appeared and signed herself up for auditions.

Camryn used to be the co-dance captain of The Explush Dance Studios but Miss Tracy kicked her out of the studio when she decided to make Camryn a alternate.

Camryn has vowed to become a better dancer and Millie and Taylor knows Camryn only starts trouble.
