It was a beautiful day to be out on a walk, as Dry Bowser and Toadette were just walking about minding their own business when suddenly the duo spotted a banana hoard on the sandy shore.

"What's this doing here?" Dry Bowser commented in confusion, tilting his red haired skull to the right.

Toadette's stomach growled and she rubbed her growling gut with both of her hands. "I dunno, but I want it in my tummy... I'm hungry!"

"Oh it's always food with you, isn't it?" Dry Bowser scoffed while rolling his eyes, shaking his head as he brushed back his red hair. "Personally I think we should just leave these bananas here so-"

Toadette farting suddenly gave her the excuse to ignore her bony boyfriend as she began munching on the bananas at a quick pace, chucking the yellow peels back at the skeletal reptile as she didn't care. Dry Bowser sighed as he decided to pull out a map to check where they were, knowing that no good would come out of this.

And as it turned out, it was true.

Dry Bowser and Toadette were walking around the Spring version of the fabled Click Clock Wood that seemed to be a popular destination for forest vacations as the iconic duo were wondering how to spend their time in the rainy forest, with the sounds of birds chirping and critters squeaking being heard all throughout the towering tree of fantasy.

"Gee willikers, there's so much exploration to do here!" Toadette exclaimed while twirling around happily, taking pleasure in seeing the little green leaves beginning to grow in place. "These woods just make me happy to be experiencing these days!"

"I'm sure it is..." Dry Bowser stated in his observation of the bark of the giant tree that made up the entire level, taking a poke at it curiously. "But isn't there a reason we're here? Like, oh I don't know, maybe get to the top to get a sense of accomplishment, or at least collecting broken pieces of wood?"

"You read my mind, big guy!" Toadette stated in a cute manner for you as she quickly spun her pink pigtails around, hovering in the air as Dry Bowser gawked.

"Hey, wait! Don't leave me-" Dry Bowser called out as he sighed, lowering his skull in disappointment. "...why do I even bother." He sighed as he then proceeded to jump after Toadette, making surprisingly big leaps for you as he was determined to keep up with his young mushroom companion.

"This story is bananas...!" Donkey Kong said upon enjoying a delicious ripe yellow banana bunch while eating casually in his tree house within the vibrant green foliage of the Kongo Jungle while watching the Klaptrap crocodiles jump out of the sparkling water with the rainbow shining brightly, with it getting darker despite it still being daytime: of course DK didn't mind this; after all any time was perfect for just resting up from adventuring and it was kind of obvious that the brown furred gorilla with a red necktie was not going to be heading anywhere. "...I wonder if anyone will be willing to read this still."
