Chapter 8 open war on the field of battle, two Colossuses, lightning strikes
In an air ship belonging to the Redguns, Jaune thinks about what he was told by Strayed about the Shinra company and how powerful they are and just as dangerous as Arqubus. This was without a doubt a bad situation they were all in.
Jaune: … this is not good if Shinra is as dangerous like Arqubus then we are without a doubt in deep trouble.
Joe: what makes you say that commander?
Jaune: the reason why Joe is because Arqubus took both PCA and RRI technology from Rubicon years ago and too make things worse they have a powerful fleet of ships making them even more powerful and dangerous, the government is possibly having trouble dealing with them right now. Then you have Shinra they too are just as dangerous.
Joe: hmmm, I wonder where we're they during the Coral war and why they didn't get involved in it.
Jaune: that's a good question… I'm betting we all have a feeling something horrible is going to happen in this war let's hope we are all wrong.
The scene changes to Shinck and his group as he works on his A.C, having it be upgraded for any missions that they might get sooner or later.
Shinck: I wonder if we will get any missions.
Fatman: well we are in luck.
Shinck: ?
Church: Fatman is right a new corporation calling themselves Shinra is sending out a big important mission to all mercenaries take look.
The group looks at the message and so do all mercenaries who are on Aionios who are all on the planet.
Shinra Trooper: to all mercenaries that are on Aionios this is a very big and important mission from Shinra company. According to our Intel both of the kingdoms forces are going to be fighting each other in a large Westland, we also learned they will be sending there most powerful weapons which are Colossal machines and are dangerous like an Armsfort, also be careful the enemy's were able to get there hands on some there still rookies still trying to master them but will be dangerous to deal with in the future so be on guard.
Shinra Trooper: that is the end of the briefing we are counting on all you mercenaries you will all be getting a huge reward for taking this mission, we hope for your favorable response.
All of the mercenaries saw the credits of how much they will gain and this surprises them all a lot.
Yushai: are we reading this right?
Fatman: I'm hoping it isn't real.
Church: I checked and it's real… 10,000,000 Credits for taking this mission which is good chance it's dangerous and many people will die…
Yushai: …
Fatman: …
Shinck: … let's take the job.
Church, Fatman: WHAT!?
Church: have you forgotten about the whole many people will die in this mission including us!?
Shinck: no I have not forgotten and I'm very aware of the dangers but this also means we can get some more money to upgrade carrier and get some new parts to use as well for more missions.
Fatman: kid… if you take this mission and somehow survive.
Church: IF we survive…
Fatman: we alongside everyone else will have a target on our backs for termination and be killed on site… but still do you want to take this mission.
Shinck: … yes I do.
Fatman: *sigh* well I guess it's decided then all we can do is hope we survive this and not get killed.
Church: we are so going to die…
The carrier then heads to the mission area at the same time RaD, the Redguns and Rhodes heads there as well and so do many others as well, meanwhile at the Keves army base everyone packs up and is heading to the battlefield.
Keves Commander: okay everyone get everything packed up it's time to head out and face the enemy!
Nikol: this is it… it's do or die…
Many Keves Soldiers heads out others boards the Levnises's and and an even a Colossal Levnises, the Agnus forces boards there machines as and there own Colossal Levnises heads out to the battlefield.
Glimmer: time to head out…
The scene changes to a battlefield where both forces of Aionios arrive at the field that will become there battlefield soon there reinforcements came.
Keves Commander: it is time… all soldiers attack!
Agnus Commander: everyone charge!

Both army's then began fighting against each and using the new technology they took from the enemy's that landed on to Aionios many is seen dying one by one until the mercenaries suddenly arrived at the battlefield.
Shinck: okay guys I'm on the seen!
Fatman: commence mission! Took as many enemies as you can, Armored Cores, Levnises all of them are fair gain but be on the lookout for any enemies that could get in your way.
Shinck: understood!
The battle soon turned into a free for all as everyone started fighting everyone else Shinck, the Redguns and Rhodes Island takes down many soldiers that tries to stop them then the two Commanders have had enough and sends out there Colossal Levnises that soon attacks the mercenaries Shinck and the others were able to avoid the attacks but the rest did not as they were killed by them.
Shinck: whoa! That was too close…
Jaune: Joe you still alive!?
Joe: yeah I'm still here.
Strayed: Stella, Texas are you and the others okay?
Stella: were fine and so is the others.
Texas: however these Colossal Levnises going to make things worse for everyone including us.
Strayed: … tell the others to leave the area and two as well me and Jaune will handle these guys.
Stella: … okay.
Texas: you and Jaune better comeback alive.
Jaune: Joe get out of here this fight is going to get worse.
Joe: yes sir comeback in one peace.
Shinck: Guys I'm going too take out the black Levnises first.
Church: don't anything crazy and get your self killed!
Shinck: got it. attacking!
Then Shinck, Strayed and Jaune started attacking the Keves Colossal Levnises the giant attacks them with its blade but the three dodges the attack and strike back by attacking its at its important parts which is its arm as they completely blow it off causing the Colossus to lose its sword the three then attacks the rest of the weapons it has destroying them too, Shinck then attacks the cockpit of the Keves Levnises once it was busted open exposing the pilot whose inside who was now very scared.
Keves Soldier: monsters… these people are completely MONSTERS!
Shinck: sorry, nothing personal.
The Keves Levnises is then destroyed by Shinck as it falls to pieces as nothing but scrap metal now the three turns toward the Agnus Levnises and prepares to fight it next until two appeared after dealing with the rest of the army's.

Zack: man this battle keeps getting interesting by the minute.
?: don't let your guard down this fight isn't over yet.
Zack: yeah, yeah I got it lightning. Now let's take this thing dow, hey you three helping?
Strayed: don't worry we won't hold you back.
Jaune: and we are used to situations like this.
Zack: okay then let's go!
Then the five started attacking the Agnus Levnises as they showed no mercy as it gets hammered by blades and bullets as it takes more and more damage.
Agnus soldier: these people… there not… normal…
As the machine has been damaged to the point that it cannot continue to fight anymore Lightning delivers the final blow destroying the cockpit and killing the pilot thus ending the battle and completing the mission from Shinra.
Shinck: looks like the battle is over.
Fatman: looks like it and we survived along with getting a lot of money come on home its time celebrate!
Church: yeah earned a lot of money at cost of being a target of dangerous companies.
Shinck: don't worry we'll think of something. I'm returning to base.

As Shinck leaves both Strayed and Jaune took notice of his skills along with how strong he was which reminded them of someone they knew back then.
Strayed: I haven't seen skills like that in a long time.
Jaune: I agree. That guy really reminds me of him…
Strayed: he sure does. Well it is time to leave seeya later.
Jaune: you to.
The two soon leaves the mission area and so does Zack and Lightning who are also impressed by Shinck's skills as everyone prepared to leave RaD and Rhodes Island finds a few survivors among them were Nikol and Glimmer both barley alive.
Primrose: well this is something interesting help me out Chattey.
Chattey: understood Primrose.
Doctor: we got most of the survivors here to lets go everyone.
Operators: got it!
Soon everyone left the battlefield however Shinra company soon came to the now graveyard battlefield and picks up many dead bodies for Hojo's research.
Meanwhile at a hidden base a new plan is being hatched as a few covered in the colors of the two kingdoms heads to a few city settlements to plant more seeds of chaos then everything fades to black.
