Chapter 12 crossing the ocean, a small place that's part of something bigger
On the Redguns carrier that's on its way to the Agnus kingdom capital, Matthew whose traveling with them is amazed by how far up they are along with having a lot of questions.
Matthew: this is completely incredible I can't believe how high we are.
G6Red: well we are from a civilization that has space travel along with transportation and everything.
Matthew: ? You guys are not from here?
Joe: we're not.
Matthew: then from where?
G6Red: ummm… well…
Jaune: it' alright guys we can tell him since the corporations are going to cause untold destruction soon.
Matthew: so where are you guys from and what do you mean untold destruction.
Jaune: okay the first is we are from another world as high in the sky and beyond far away from your world as in there are many, many worlds out there that may or may not have civilization on them.
Matthew: … no bloody way… you all are from another world. well that would explain how you guys got such tech that's completely different from ours.
Jaune: yeah and as for the second thing. The corporations are a big large organizations that has a lot of power and can challenge any government, kingdom and nations. They have the power and the army to do it.
Joe: which is another way to tell you that these guys are not going to give up until they get what they want.
Matthew: get what they want? What is it that we have that they want?
G6Red: your resources, the ether that's on Aionios.
Matthew: they… they want our ether, our energy source for there own self-centered gain!?
Jaune: that's right. So you could say that both the Kingdoms of Agnus and Keves right now should put down there differences between each other and work together. But we are seeing that isn't happening anytime soon…
Hearing this completely terrified Matthew these corporations are going to drain his home dry and wipe out anyone who would get in there way, Matthew wondered about one thing which of these corporations are the most dangerous of them all, buy either way he isn't going to let them destroy his home.
Matthew: … Jaune. I have a favor to ask, can you teach me how to pilot these .
Jaune: … I'll… I'll think about it.
Matthew goes to his room to read up more on the history of the world's that are far out away from Aionios, as for Jaune he is conflicted by what Matthew has asked of him, his members understand Jaune's reasons after all they saw many young people like Matthew die on battlefield and he has a future ahead of him they don't want to take that away from him after all he reminded him of Ruby
(Scene change)
On the RaD ship Primrose is seen marking many area that are cities that belong to the kingdoms as she does this Nikol is in awe of the marvelous technology that is around him including the that they have here but he soon noticed something a container that has the name Fenrir.
Nicole: hey Primrose what's this container here.
Primrose: hmmm? Oh that… it, it belongs to someone very important to us, someone very dear…
Nicole: oh… I'm sorry… I didn't know…
Primrose: it' okay… we lost a lot of important people in the war years ago and the terrorist… he gave up his own life to save us all from a sad fate.
Nicole: …
Chattey: Primrose I'm ready to send the data to Rhodes Island.
Primrose: OK! Chattey I'll get ready to send it from here.
Nicole didn't understand Primrose nor does the most of the survivors from the Agnus and Keves kingdoms as they slowly start to question what they are to do with their lives feeling like that they can never go back to there homes or there families, Nicole saw a deep sadness from Primrose as he wonders who this friend is, what incredible things did he do? a tale that he feels that Primrose will tell him when she's ready.
(Scene change)
Shinck and his friends carrier is seen approaching an area that is close to the beach and the ocean, Church checked the information they have and it looks like the Agnus kingdom is across the Ocean and there appears to be a base close by that guards the transportation that can get them there and one of the corporations this time from Balam request that they a path that can get them to the other side of the ocean.
Church: looks like Balam wants us to find a path that can get to the other side.
Shinck: so this means that they need us to take out the bases that control this area?
Church: yup.
Fatman: there appears to be a grand total of 4 bases, there's a possibility that one of them has a map that can give us more information on more bases along with strongholds as well.
Shinck: okay then I'll go and get ready for the mission.
As Shinck goes to get ready for the mission Na'el is still looking at the locations of the bases as a burning rage is seen deep in her eyes.
(Armored Core 4 – Rain)
Shinck boards his A.C and heads to the mission area once he arrived he started attacking the bases that control the beach area many of the Agnus soldiers meet there demise by the mercenary as he heads to the second base and tears it apart as the men there join there comrades in death, destroyed the second base and heads to the third Base the soldiers fights back against the mercenary and sending out there machines to stop him.
But it's all in vain as Shinck lays waste to them and destroys the base soon he goes to the last base which has a lot more defenses along with having a launcher to send supplies to the other side, Shinck takes down many soldiers and has taken control of the base.
With the mission complete Church lands the Carrier and started to get the systems in the base to get ready launch them to the other side, Shinck docks his A.C into the carrier once he got out of his machine he immediately noticed that Na'el was missing and was not in the carrier, he goes to find her which he thinks she is inside the base he looks around the place until he finds something that completely horrified him.

Shinck sees a bunch of dead Keves soldiers and the one who's standing in the middle of them is Na'el who is slowly approaching the last soldier.
Keves Soldier: stay away from me… stay away from me!
Na'el: …
Na'el as approaches the terrified soldier Shinck tries to stop her but she brutally kills the soldier not even showing a glimpse of sympathy or guilt as she walks away from the dead bodies and passes Shinck.
Shinck: they didn't deserve that Na'el.
Na'el: you are one to talk, you are a mercenary whose job is to kill so you or the others has no right to speak about right and wrong.
Shinck doesn't say anything as Na'el boards the carrier and so does Shinck once everything was ready everyone buckled up, then the launcher sends them across the Ocean and further into Agnus territory than everything fades to black.
