Hey all! Welcome! Another year, and more shenanigans to experience! For starters, I will be updating this with my entries to the comp, and as rounds are every two weeks, the updating schedule might get a bit wacky. So, I apologize now if I decide to drop both stories for the round at the same time. Second: For those wondering why I haven't updated ASL like I promised two months ago, I'm really, really sorry to have delayed it. Chapter 17 should be coming out in the next week or so, pending my Beta helping me out and me ironing out some edits. I will go into more detail over there when I drop the chapter. Thirdly (is that a word?) I know that this is not listed as a crossover, as technically the only entry here is a crossover, but there are many more stories to come and this is just the first entry for this year.

Every round, we are given a series of prompts to write out two stories, a drabble (500-1000 words) and a standard (1000 - 3000 words). For the practice round, we only had to write one of the two.

Round 0 Standard: An Unseen Force

After Harry mistakenly grabs a weird cylindrical object (a lightsaber) in the Department of Mysteries, he and Neville Longbottom are teleported to the lands of Star Wars, days before the Empire attack on Hoth. This is (and probably the only) crossover fic I will be writing throughout the competition.

Watching Fleur get injured in the Final task of the Tri-Wiz tournament causes Headmistress Olympe Maxime to remember some painful memories. This story is my first attempt at writing a character with PTSD.

Challenge Round 1: Long Time Feelings

This was a fun challenge for me. This story is a heavily cut down version of a romantic story between Sirius Black and Amelia Bones. I am planning a much longer and more comprehensive story for these two which may or may not take a year to work out. Takes place during the Marauder's Era (1971-1978).
