So this is my first ever fanfic feel free to give criticism if you like and I hope you enjoy
The Loud House: Enter Vermillion
(Music- One Piece World Seeker Crystal Canyon)
In a worn-down building on the outskirts of a small abandoned town, an array of bright lights shined through the cracks and windows, various sounds of crackling and thunderous noises surround the area as a low vibration can felt throughout it all.
Inside the building amongst the shining lights and roaring sounds, a big scaly creature akin to that of a crocodile only it was humanoid shaped and muscular, with eyes glowing a yellow amber, and its clothes were ragged and torn, in his claws it held a long wooden staff with a purple gem attached to the end of it. The cause of the lights came from the centre of the building as a portal resembling that of a crack in a window hung a few inches above the ground, lightning shooting out from random parts of portal, striking the ground like a thunderbolt, leaving a singed mark behind.
The large crocodile creature stared at the portal in front of it as its mouth started to slowly curl up eventually showing his sharp teeth, it then changed it smile into a loud and boisterous laugh that can be heard thought the whole building, " finally after years of trial and error I have successful created a portal using that accursed dimension stone, soon the magic from every world in existents will be mine for the taking", the creature said claiming to the heavens, he the broke out into another laugh just as grand as the one before, "all that magic I can just taste it" the crocodile said however his moment of pride was interrupted by an explosion coming from behind it.

As it turned around the smoke from explosion surrounded the place, after brief moment of silence suddenly bursting from the smoke a wolf came out lunging at crocodile, it misses the croc by an inch but as it lands it quickly turns to growl at the scaly creature, suddenly foot steps could be heard from where the remaining smoke in the building as shadow got closer a voice could be heard from it, suddenly a teenage boy came from the smoke with spikey brown hair, dawning a grey jacket with white lines along the arms and 2 lines on the back in the shape of the letter V, "Lockjaw, Lockjaw, Lockjaw... did you really thinks that I wouldn't find you, come on man you can do better than some dirty old building in the middle of nowhere", the boy said with a smirk on his face, Lockjaw growled at the boy comment, " Vergil Vermillion" ,Lockjaw said with seething hatred in his tone, "that my name", the boy replied with confidence, " why must you involve yourself in everything I do "Lockjaw said as he stared down Vergil with anger in his eyes " maybe if you weren't some magic obsessed creep I wouldn't have to get involved", Lockjaw growled and aimed his staff at Vergil, " DIEEE!", Lockjaw screamed as a laser shot at Vergil only for him to dodge it completely.

Vergil smiled and then charged at Lockjaw at full speed, Lockjaw waved his staff and fired more lasers at Vergil but none could hit him as Vergil dodged them, Lockjaw was about to fire another one but was interrupted by swift knee to the face followed by kick to the side of the head causing him to stagger a bit but manged to stand his ground and retaliate with a claw scratch only to be interrupted again by sharp pain in said claw as the wolf from before caught his hand mid swing, as its fangs sunk deeper into his flesh, Lockjaw wave his arm around in order to shake the canine off meanwhile Vergil took a stance as he gathering energy, "good boy X keep him nice and distracted, suddenly Vergil clenched his fist and lunged at Lockjaw.
Lockjaw manged to shake of X but before he could even react to it saw Vergil's fist approaching him then his view turned white as the fist collided with head, Vergil shouted as his fist continued to make contacted with Lockjaws head which came to a stop as Lockjaw went flying from the impact, and unfortunately for Lockjaw he was sent flying into the portal.

Vergil looked towards the portal and slowly walked towards it, as he did so he called over his pet wolf X to be by his side while checked the portal for any sign of Lockjaw. As Vergil finished up his severance of the portal, he turned to his wolf companion, kneeled down and began to pet him, "looks like he won't be coming back for a while now X", X responded rubbing up against Vergil's hand, "come on let's turn this portal off and go home okay", Vergil turned around to try and closed the portal but was suddenly surprised as a hand emerged from the portal, grabbed his face and pulled him in, as he went in X saw his master and dived into the portal following his master.
Vergil felt awful as he slowly opened his eyes, his view was blurry and his body felt like he got hit by a boulder of some kind. He tried to get up, but it was a struggle as his limbs were waking up slowly, eventually he manages to stand up but was still wobbly when he did, Vergil looked around and didn't recognise his surroundings, both he even had time to process where he was something grabbed by the throat and lifted him in the air, Vergil looking down recognised the person or in his case crocodile holding him, "hey Lockjaw, I would say it nice to see a friendly face but I can't really say that when it comes to you now can I ", Vergil tried to laugh but was meet with a tighter grip from Lockjaw, "foolish boy, making jokes while I have my hands around your neck, you must truly not value your life", Lockjaw said with a smile on his face, "oh no I value my life alright", Vergil open his hand slightly to see if he had any magic left and while he didn't have enough to do something big, he had enough to escape, " yeah I value my life enough to do THIS!", Vergil's summon a ball of magical energy in his hand and was about to send it directly into Lockjaw, however before he could make contact Lockjaw grabbed his hand before it could hit and gripped it so hand that Vergil lost focus and the magic faded away." You think I don't know your tricks by now Vermillion, I saw that coming from a mile away.", Lockjaw said as his grasp on Vergil's throat increased to the point where Vergil was struggling to breath, Lockjaw laughed as he looked Vergil dead in the eye, "what… you got nothing to say Vermillion, good I want your death to be a slow and silence one", Vergil could feel himself fading as Lockjaw's hand remained around his neck.
Lockjaw was ready to end Vergil once and for all, his victory finally in his grasp both figuratively and a literally, years of dealing with Vermillion ware finally about to pay off but it was all shattered as Lockjaw felt a sharp pain come from his side as well as the cold feeling of steel slam against his body at full force, Lockjaw was sent flying yet again as he let go of Vergil as he did. Vergil took a deep breath and started coughing, still recoiling from almost getting strangled to death, he looked towards where Lockjaw landed but was surprised to see a truck there instead, suddenly the door at the front of the truck opened, Vergil used this opportunity to use any remaining magic to fly away before anyone could get out of the truck.
The truck drive rushed out to see what he may have hit hoping it wasn't a deer or worse a pedestrian but to his surprise he saw neither instead he saw a large scaly creature slowly get up and growling, the driver was so baffled and terrified by what his is witnessing that he slowly walks back to the truck and slides into the driver's seat and starts the truck again, just then the creature was fully standing now and look directly at the driver and roared right at him, the driver then grabbed the wheel of his truck shifted the car in reverse and speed off in the opposite direction screaming all the way.
Lockjaw looked around the area in search for Vergil but unfortunately for him Vergil was long gone at this point, Lockjaw clenched his fists and with all his rage roared to the heavens up above.
Vergil had just landed onto the ground, feeling tired from all the magic use from him flying, as he tries to catch himself, he notices a sign ahead of him and decides to approach it. Vergil reaches the sign begins to read but is confused when see what is written, "Royal Woods, Michigan…... the heck is a Michigan?", Vergil pondered to himself as looks in the direction of the sign wonder whether to go, while weighing his options Vergil decided to go into Royal Woods hoping to find a way to recover and then find a way to return home.
