SKW World Ring Chaos Arc: Ocean Purification Plant part 2
The Soul Princes are telling their story to Mya as they walk out of the Ocean Purification Plant. Sly is, and I quote, "surprised with just how well she took it."
"And that's finally everything. Bentley, did I leave anything important out?" "I think that's a no." "First thoughts, Mya?" "It's quite a story. The part about Nobodies, I think explains why I look the way I do." Tails thinks, "so this is how it happened…" "What are you thinking, buddy?" "Before me and Team Sonic left for the Phonix, we ran into Eggman, who wanted to test out a new laser machine he made that can turn people into a Heartless. I was the one he intended to hit, but then Amy jumped in to protect me."
Sora is lost in thought. "Just like the stories I've heard about Namine's creation…" Kairi asks, "What is going through your mind right now? I haven't seen you like this in a while, Sora." "I think… that beam hit a Princess of Heart." "Sora, are you sure?" "Think about it. My galaxy has 7 girls who are extremely important to keeping it safe. What if the other ones do as well?" Riku comments, "That's… something I never considered. You becoming a Soul Prince has changed the way you think already, Sora." Mya responds, "And you think I'm related to one of these…Princesses of Heart? This is a lot to take in." Sora asks the group, "Does that look remind you of somebody else we know?" Sly comments, "Yes, yes it does. Wouldn't be the first time either. What were you saying about Namine's creation?" "Kairi's heart was inside my body when I turned into a Heartless near the end of my first adventure. It's…complicated. Don't ask if you don't want your brain to explode." Sly responds with, "Seriously. I had a lot of time with Sora at the beginning of this whole Soul Prince thing. That explanation was several hours I won't get back…" Sonic rolls his eyes.
Mya asks, "So, assuming I followed your story correctly, you're searching for the "World Rings" just like those robots?" Sora responds with, "Pretty much. They're the keys to the core of the universe, "Soul Kingdom". If we don't find them before the villain alliance..." "Bad stuff is going to happen. Got it." Bentley notices an alarm on his tech and says, "Remember that tracker I used to keep an eye on the Heartless back in the Anthro Galaxy?" Mya responds with, "It's picking something up, isn't it?" "I think we have something. Sonic, does this place look familiar to you?" "The Sky Cidadel. Me, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy fought Lyric there not too long ago. I thought we cleared the place out..." Mya comments, "Maybe a Soul Prince can find something that you couldn't..." Rayman comments, "You really think so?" "I may not have remembered everything from my time as Amy, at least not yet, but part of me... it just knows." Bentley comments, "Sky Citadel it is then." Mya responds with, "I'm coming with you guys." Ratchet says, "Are you sure?" "Positive." Sonic says, "Just one question." "What?" "...Are you good with a hammer?"
