[Rose-The story begins with a windy night just like this one]

the image changes to a house where Rose and her family are living it was night and she was resting soundly in her bed without a troubled thought on her mind

[Kat- we know it was windy just get on with it already, we don't want to know your sleep schedule] Kat said impatiently interrupting the story

[Rose- Alright geez, don't get your knickers in a twist] Rose pouts as she continues to read the story

At this time Rose's Mother Cordelia was awake at that time looking over some work files that needed to be sorted, a knock was heard at the door making Cordelia sigh

"Who in their right mind..." Cordelia said as she put on her robe "would be out there in such windy weather Tonight" Cordelia finished as she walked over to the front door and pulled it open

"Sorry for the late inconvenience ma'am but I have an invitation to the prince's ball saying to invite all the eligible young ladies that can attend" the postman said making Cordelia sigh

"This couldn't have waited till morning" Cordelia said with a tired expression on her face [Corrine- that's what I said] Corrine said once again interrupting the story

[Rose- Do not interrupt me while I'm reading, or I'll do the same thing to you] Rose hissed making Corrine clamp her mouth shut

"Sorry for the late arrival, but I must be off got more letters to deliver meself...have a good night" the postman said and walked away leaving the front door of the Rosehearts estate

Cordelia sighed and closed the door locking it and pulling the letter close to her eyes "that's the Royal seal alright, but the question is...how am I gonna get Rose to go without her complaining" Cordelia sighed

The next day...

Cordelia went to go wake up Rose only to find her bed was empty so she turned to one of her husband's "Arthur have you seen Rose this morning" Cordelia asked "I believe she's out hunting with Klaus this morning" Arthur sweatdropped

Meanwhile...

Rose who was riding a horse with her brother Klaus and cousin Alice was riding up ahead "jou don't think she's becoming a bit spoiled do jou Alice" Klaus said making Alice hum

"No I think not, she's just a bit stubborn is all" Alice said as they rode on ahead Rose spotted her cardinal familiar Boyd flying over and land on her shoulder

"There's about 5 boar up ahead" Boyd said making Rose stop her horse to a trot "good work Boyd" Rose said as she signals behind her to stop Alice and Klaus

They all get off their horses "ok Heartly I'll be back with some prey you stay here girl" Rose said petting her horse's snout as the horse let out a snort Rose took her bow and arrow along with her sword and dagger

"Do jou think she's too used to hunting" Klaus said waiting for Alice to provide an answer "I think that's just the way she is" Alice said as she followed with her throwing knives and Klaus had his pistol

Rose pulled back the string of her bow with an arrow aimed at one of the boars Rose let her Arrow fly and it hit the boar in it's weak spot the other 4 boars were panicking

Klaus shot one of the boars with his pistol making it drop to the ground and Alice aimed her throwing knives at the last 3 boars making them fall dead as well

Rose high fives both Alice and Klaus "nice job guys we got a good haul this time, five boars should make for some excellent meat but we should probably skin them first" Rose said tossing her knife to Klaus

"Alright" Klaus said and looked back at his little sister 'sometimes it makes me wonder' Klaus thought to himself as he sighed and started skinning the boars

They rode back on their horses with Alice and Klaus's horses pulling a wagon with the boar meat

Back at the Roseheart mansion...

Cordelia was waiting at the stables as Rose, Klaus and Alice rode their horses in..."hey mom what's up" Rose said as she tied her horse to the stable

Cordelia handed her the invitation "this came in the mail for you...I want you to read it" Cordelia said as Rose grasped the letter narrowing her eyes as she read through it carefully

"What's the letter?" Klause asked his sister "it's an invitation to the prince Charming's ball" Rose said closing the letter and handed it to Alice who took it and read it aloud

"To all eligible young ladies, you have been invited to attend the royal Ball on the prince's birthday...the celebration will be held in 5 days any are allowed to come, signed the King" Alice said

"So then are jou going an invitation is hard to get these days" Klaus said looking at Rose "I'm not going" Rose said crossing her arms "WHAAAAAAAAAT!?" Both Klaus and Alice said in unison at her decision
