Cordelia sighed at her daughter's stubborn attitude "I knew you would be difficult about this" Cordelia said as Rose crossed her arms and held her head up high
"So I took the liberty of accepting the invitation and having you go to the ball with a family I know" Cordelia said making Rose's eyes pop wide open "you did WHAAAAAAAAAT!!!" Rose said in shock
"Rose, you need to make some friends other than just hang out with your brother and Alice I'm not asking much but you could at least try and get along with others" Cordelia said crossing her arms
"But mom, I don't like talking to people it's awkward...and it's uncomfortable" Rose said rubbing the back of her neck awkwardly Cordelia sighed at Rose's unwillingness to go
"You will develop social skills overtime while your at the estate, now I don't expect you to make friends right away but I do expect you to behave and not cause trouble" Cordelia said making Rose look defeated
"Excuse me auntie but would it be alright if me and Klaus accompany her" Alice said with a charming smile "I suppose it will suffice I was already planning on sending you both along with her anyway" Cordelia said with a nod
Meanwhile...
At the mansion a letter arrived for the Lord Tremaine "what is it father what does it say" the red head André said trying to read over his father's shoulder with blackette Dreselè over the other shoulder
Lord Tremaine reads the letter while a boy with strawberry blonde hair walked down the stairs with a laundry basket in his arms Lord Tremaine smirked in triumph
"It seems like lady Rosehearts wants to send over her son and daughter along with miss Michaelis to attend the prince's ball" Lord Tremaine said "ooh are they gorgeous" Dreselè said "are they beautiful" André said after
"Now now behave you two, if they do marry into the family you need to make sure to keep them there" Lord Tremaine said giving a smile to his sons while the strawberry blonde male named Ellos stopped to look at them from the stairs
Ellos watched as his stepfather and stepbrothers were speaking privately until Tremaine turned to face him "Cinderellos, come here I have something to tell you" Lord Tremaine said with a noticeable frown on his face
Ellos walked over "yes stepfather?" Ellos said as he greeted his stepfather "we are going to have guests in 2 days the son and daughter of Lady Rosehearts and the daughter of Michaelis I expect you to have their rooms ready by the time they arrive, do I make myself clear" Lord Tremaine said
"Yes stepfather I will have the rooms ready for their arrival" Ellos said with a bow "you still need to do the laundry and prepare the food, make the tea we don't want them to feel unwelcome now do we" Lord Tremaine said mockingly
Ellos sighed internally "yes stepfather" Ellos said without any complaints "good now get to your chores" Lord Tremaine said as André and Dreselè snicker at the misery of Ellos
2 days later...
Rose, Alice and Klaus are on the carriage with their horses pulling the reigns with the butler driving it Rose was looking out the window of the carriage seemingly bored
"What's with the look?" Alice asked curiously "doesn't she always look like that" Klaus smirked Rose lightly snorts and glared at her brother "funny asshole, did you both come along just to make fun of me" Rose said annoyed
"we'll be going to the ball as well, as moral support" Alice said "how reassuring" Rose said then sighed looking back out the window 'I just hope this trip isn't too dull' Rose thought to herself as she stared at the outside scenery
