Present-day, Athen's Station Day 2.
Kelly woke up to the sound of screaming and saw Makoa hitting his table. "Manny you idiot!! What the fuck!!." He yelled. Kelly then grabbed one of her boots near her bed and threw it at him, hitting his head and knocking his headphones off.
"Ow, what the fuck!! Kelly." He said, turning to her. Kelly then responded
" Look around the room you idiot." she whispered. Rubbing his head Makoa looked around and saw Yaz and Wip sleeping peacefully in the corner. Dubbo is sleeping heavily in his bed. While Ash tumbled around. Makoa facepalmed and apologized to Kelly. He then put back on his headphones and looked at Kelly. "Sorry, I will try my best to be quiet".
"You Better"
Kelly then went back to bed. Makoa then watched the brunette Marine fall asleep and returned to his game
"Sorry about that boys where are we dropping".
"We are going to the superstore. Also, Makoa, you need to keep it down before Kelly kills you" Manny said.
"Eat my ass Manny and focus on the game". Makoa responded.
1 hour later 18:00
"All right boys, I will see you later today," Makoa said. Manny. Rigo, Carlos, Jesus, Frankie, and Christian all said their goodbyes and went off.
Back in the room, Makoa was filling out some paperwork until he looked over at Kelly and saw that she was fumbling in her bed. Makoa got up from his seat and walked over to her. He looked closely at her and noticed she was shuffling in her sleep, it was clear she was having a nightmare. Makoa then shook her. Nothing. He then did it again. "Kelly wake up". Still nothing. He then shook Her again.
"Kelly wake up!!" Makoa Screamed
Kelly suddenly opened her eyes, jumped off her bed, grabbed Makoa by the head, and threw him over her shoulder. Makoa quickly planted his hands to avoid hitting the ground. He turned around and the female marine quickly started throwing Jabs at Makoa. He then blocked her strikes with good defense.
"Kelly calm down!!" He shouted.
Kelly, not listening, just kept on throwing punches at Makoa. Makoa then grabbed her hand and twisted it behind her back causing her to grunt. He then slammed her to the ground using his weight to keep her on the floor. " Calm down Kelly the Flood is gone they are not out to get you okay". Makoa calmed her. Kelly slowed down her breathing and was starting to calm down. Makoa loosened his grip.
"You calmed down yet?" the marine asked
"Yes I am fine now Makoa can you please let me go now" She responded. "All right don't attack me ok". Makoa then released Kelly out of his arms. The Marine looked at her with concern. " Same dream again Kelly".
"What dream?"
The pair then looked to see Chips, and Ash had awoken from their slumber. The two grunts surprisingly were still sleeping peacefully.
" Nothing to worry about you guys, it was just a nightmare." She said
" Just a nightmare, come on Kelly you had this nightmare so many times." Ash said scowling at her
"Is that true?" She asked
Kelly sighed." Yes, it is, I have been having it for a couple of weeks now." She said sadly. Ash pondered on what her best friend should do, then an idea popped into her head. " You should go see one of the therapists on the station."
Makoa then interjected, "I suggest seeing what's her name oh Doctor Scarlet you should see her". Kelly questioningly looked at Makoa. " Why her?".
" Oh there are other councilors, Kelly there is Doctor Johnson, Diamante, and Miss Alverez," Makoa responded.
"I said Scarlet because of how hot she is".
This earned glares from everybody in the room including the two grunts that had finally awoken from their slumber.
"You are a horny bastard bro" Manny stated entering the room.
"That is why you love me though Manny".
"Gross Makoa" The two women said at the same time.
Kelly then pondered on which counselor she should see, all of them are all female so she could probably have an easier time talking to them. She finally decided that she would go see Doctor Scarlet due to her best friend's high praise for her and not doing with the fact that she is hot. " I guess I will go see Doctor Scarlet then since you recommended her Makoa."
" You do realize that he only recommended her because she is attractive," Manny said.
"Man screw you Manny I just said she is just attractive bro, nothing wrong with that."
"Bro you say that every time we get a waitress that is serving us or any girl you see horny boy, but it is also funny that you are still a virgin and a bad kisser." This offended Makoa. "Oh really bitch you want to start right now let's go, boy." Makoa then started walking over to him
Before the argument could get worse. Kelly stood between the two to stop them from killing each other or Manny kicking Makoa's ass. "Guys calm down you two, you could start making out later." She ordered. The two marines backed off "Fine Kelly." They both said
" What about me Makoa, do you think I am attractive?" Ashley asked with a smug expression on her face. Makoa quickly turned red " Well Uhmm.. I would say y-y-yes." the marine said, twiddling his fingers.
"Aah thank you Makoa, that is so sweet of you. Before he knew it the brunette quickly wrapped him in a hug which he tried resisting a bit. "Uh Ash what are you doing!" He said his cheeks flushing redder trying to pry the female marine off of him but to no avail.
"Giving you a hug stupid idiot, ahh you are adorable when you are embarrassed". She said nuzzling into his chest.
Kelly sighed. " Anyways, are you guys hungry for something? let's go get some grub." This got the attention of Makoa and two grunts perked their heads up with excitement." Hell yes, I am hungry."
" You are always hungry Makoa," Kelly said.
"Hey, at least I am not like Christian". He responded
"Let's go to the mess hall you guys let's see what they got". Ashley said, releasing Makoa from her hug. Yaz and Wip were very happy to eat some food. Right before everyone was about to leave the station speakers came up. "Attention Marines 1st platoon, 2nd platoon, 5th platoon, 14th platoon, and Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie platoon please report to the training area and bring your covenant squad mates as well." Everyone groaned, including the grunts. "Fuck me in the arse I want fucking food." Chips said.
"Whatever you guys, let's just go and see what the higher-ups want," Makoa said.
With that everyone left to go to the training room. "Hey wip," Yazad asked, poking his friend. " What?" Wip asked. Yazad looked to see if their human squadmates couldn't hear them. "Why are humans so weird?" the grunt asked. "Heck if I know humans are a weird species." The other grunt said. "We may never know, let's head to the training room". The two grunts alongside their human friends left.
Time skip 5 minutes later at Athena station training room/ shooting range.
Kelly and her squad arrived in the training room to see other Marines, Elites, grunts, and a few Hunters all lined up in rows of 5. She and her squad quickly got to Makoa landing right next to Carlos, Rigo, Frankie, and Jesus in the back. Kelly got right next to an Indian man and a guy with glasses to her left. Ash and Dubbo stood next to each other with Manny next to Makoa. " Attention marines, '' a Sergeant said. Everyone then faced forward to see Commander Shepard with her red hair tied into a bun with her Naval commander clothing alongside her were a few ODST bodyguards and a few Elites alongside 1 Zealot ranked. " Alright, Marines and.. aliens today you are probably wondering why I asked for you to be here. Well, we are having some special guests if you look to your left.
Everyone then turned to see over 10 different new channels including BNN and Box News on the second floor behind some glass with Admiral Hood and the Arbiter. Everyone then turned back to Colonel Shepard. " Alright, you still are all probably wondering why you are all here today, well to show lucky for us the good old 7th Marine regiment was chosen to show this alliance all of you will be. Performing training together and training new Marines on how to use Covenant weapons and in turn showing them how to use ours."
With that new Marines, Elite Minors, and their grunts following behind them started coming into the room who had not seen a lick of combat. Some of the marines walking in were intimidated by the Elites and hunters who eyed them up and down. " Great fucking greenies fuck me, man". Chips remarked. Makoa looked at Chips " It can't be that bad we dealt with worse".
Elizabeth was watching through the glass window along with the rest of the reporters observing the soldiers and Covenant. Until she was rudely interrupted by a rival and asshole-like reporter. " Well look who it is". Elizabeth reluctantly turned around to see no other than Carl Tuckerton from Box News with a stupid ass grin on his face. Elizabeth sighed " How are you doing Mr. Tuckerton?." she said. "Well, I am just wondering why BNN has an interest here, especially one of their prettiest reporters?". He said creepily
"You know a pretty thing like you should not be here with these aliens and soldier types that no doubt have seen their wives in ages." Now he was starting to get on Elizabeth's nerves, especially since he was trying to imply that one of the marines wanted to rail her.
" I will have you know Mr. Tuckerson I could handle myself just fine," Elizabeth responded, trying desperately to stay professional.
Carl snickered, " Sure Whatever just stay out of my way and we should get along just fine." He mischievously smiled and walked away to the opposite side of the room.
The fuckface of a reporter got on Elizabeth's nerves; sometimes she would be weirded out by him and feel like he is trying to make advances on her. Not only that but the rival reporter would always happen to cross paths with her while she was out and about. Why do I always run into him, Elizabeth said to herself. Elizabeth's cameraman then walked behind her and saw the whole ordeal. " What an asshole they all like on Box news?." Elizabeth then turned to him " Only if you are a Republican they would be nice to you Wade. Come on, the Admiral is about to give his speech." She said
" Alright, Grennies line up with your squad and go with two experienced Marines and an Elite Major same thing with the Minors and the grunts to begin training with these plasma weapons. The Greenies then all quickly jogged into the position of three rows separated from the other squads with 10-15 members then joined by a Minor and his squad. 2 experienced Marines and 1 Elite then would pick a squad of their choosing.
"Alpha and C squadron go and do some training with the Hunters." The two squadrons then went to their designated duo and went down to the training course with the giants. Makoa and Kelly, alongside an Elite Major, went to a squad of Newbies to begin training. " Alright, Greenies listen up!!".
The word Greenies confused the Aliens but they did not think about it too much. "I am Corporal Kelly this is Lance Corporal Shefte and you are?"
Thezo Kalkame miss" The elite bowed. "Well, anyways we will be showing you how to use Alien weapons and UNSC weapons. Go to the shooting range and pick out a carbine rifle. You Elites will be given a Battle rifle while the grunts will be given smgs!". With that, the Squadron then went out to grab their weapons.
Across the training room, all the Squadrons were then picking out the weapons that the squad leaders had chosen from them. Kelly's squad with their new weapons in hand lined up right behind the shooting range. Alright everyone Lance Corporal Shefte would show you how to use the Carbine as you Covenant boys I will let Major Kalkame teach you.
"Reporters as you can see to strengthen our alliance with the Elites we decided to have these joint training operations with each other to strengthen our tie." All the reporters then started shouting and raising their hands asking questions. Admiral Hood then pointed to one reporter.
"Uhm Admiral how would you say the Alliance is going between the Elites and the UNSC?" A nerdy reporter asked
The Admiral leaned into the microphone and answered. " The Alliance has so far been beneficial for the UNSC and we will continue with this Pact to help defend ourselves from other threats." After he answered, the group of reporters quickly raised their hands yelling his name.
You miss " How will the UNSC be training with our covenant allies and is there any hostility between the UN Soldiers and Covenant soldiers? Admiral Hood pondered for a little while to answer the reporter's question " Well we will be doing more training exercises with our allies and we will do the best we can to teach each other and learn from each other." When Hood finished talking the huge group of reporters then quickly raised their hands screaming out the Admiral's name.
While the reporters were shouting at the admiral. Elizabeth looked over through the glass and saw the marine's training. She continued looking over until she spotted something interesting a few marines were arguing with an elite and one flipping him off.
The Elite of course not knowing of the rude human gesture remained confused and angry. The Alien placed his hand over his head
" For the last time, you should only shoot the plasma rifle into short bursts if you shoot for too long it will overheat."
The marine grunted in frustration " Screw you split-lip this fucking thing is shit!!" The Marine threw the rifle on the ground causing a huge clank to be heard getting everyone's attention in the training room. Little did they know a certain blue-eyed reporter started noticing the drama going down. "Hey Wade, Take a look at this and start recording". She whispered
Wade quickly walked right next to Elizabeth and started rolling the camera. While this was happening Admiral Hood was oblivious as he was distracted by the bombardment of the reporters' questions.
" Man fuck you split-lip I don't need to know this shit this is so fucking useless," Yeah fuck this shit we don't need your help" another chimed in the insults.
The Elite finally losing his cool snarled " Alright humans let's see you insult me when you are on the ground under my heels!!". The Elite then charged the two marines but was stopped by two marine trainers trying their best to calm down tall Sangheili from murdering the two. " Bring it on split-lip" The marine kept taunting the Elite which angered him even more.
This incident then garnered the attention of everyone in the room including Commander Shepard. The Marines continued taunting, angering the Elite even more.
Yelling out a huge roar the enraged Alien threw one of the marines holding him back across the room landing on the steel floor and breaking his legs he then easily threw the other one to the opposite side. The Elite quickly rushed to the two marines that dared to offend him he slammed another marine, hitting the ground the marine shattered his arm and screamed in agony.
The Elite roared then grabbed the other marine by the throat and slammed him to the floor. All of the reporters then shifted their attention to the drama that was unfolding before them and the cameramen then started to livestream the fight. "Yes, now I could show the people of Earth what their tax dollars are going to."
" A smug voice said. Elizabeth sighed she knew exactly who the person was. She just ignored it and watched the fight below her. Lord Hood and the Arbiter did not know what to do to distract the reporters from the current situation 'Everyone calms down now this is just simple bantering between two soldiers" Lord Hood said trying to distract them. Some went back and were yelling inaudible questions that Hood could not understand.
Kelly and Makoa did not know what to do to stop the Elite. The two knew how one is so strong compared to a human being. The Marine was then slammed again causing him to lose consciousness. Before he could land another blow on the injured Marine. An Elite Zealot grabbed the Minor's hand, twisting it and almost breaking it. The Major roared in pain.
"Now, Now learn your manners major." The Zealot said coldly twisting the Major's arm more causing him to roar in pain. " Now Listen, to me closely when I let you go, you are going to walk out of this room and report to the Arbiter for your punishment." The Major went pale, scared at the thought. " Not to mention you caused quite a scene for the reporters. The Arbiter would probably not like that too. Now be a good soldier and go, this will not happen again, do we have an understanding." The Zealot said tightening his grip, even causing the minor to grunt in more pain. " Y-Y-Yes sir I understand, '' the Elite mumbled.
The Zealot nodded and released him and the minor quickly ran out of the training room. Everyone in the room was silent and frightened including the hunters. This Elite in gold armor gave off a cold presence. One wrong move and he would end you. Kelly and Makoa looked at each other with a shiver running down their spine including Thezo.
"Alright everybody, go back to training and show these reporters what you got". he Triumphantly said cheerfully.
Makoa and Kelly were confused because somehow this Elite went from a commanding tone and did a complete 180 to a flamboyant persona. Soon everyone went back to what they were doing and started training.
Back in the conference room, the reporters were peppering Lord Hood with questions. "Everyone please calm down, the situation has been resolved." Ignoring the fleet admirals' plea's the group of reporters kept on peppering him with questions causing him to sigh. Shipmaster Rtas 'Vadum has stayed silent as they do not know how the Human news media works compared to when they were serving in the Covenant. "Can we plea–"
"Admiral, how do you feel that you can't control alien troops?" One said Admiral " Admiral, many people say that this alliance is very fragile. Did this situation prove their point?" At this point Lord Hood was beyond annoyed, these damn reporters just don't let up. Admiral Gering, knowing that the reporters will not stop, gently pushed aside Hood and was now on the podium. "The UNSC is committed to humanity and will continue with this alliance with the Elites, that is all no more question." Like that the two admirals left the stage ignoring the yelling and screaming of the reporters who were desperately trying to get past the security blocking them
Admiral Hood sighed with relief. " I want to thank you, Admiral. I appreciate what you did back there."
Admiral Gering nodded and looked over to Hood " It's the least I could do Admiral, after all, you have done."
Admiral Hood sighed again " Honestly when the war ended I thought all my problems would be solved but all that seemed to happen is that it created new ones for me and the entire UNSC."
The two Admirals kept on walking down passing by the occasional Marine Saluting them. "Well Admiral when any major conflict ends there always seems to be a fallout afterward, WW 2, the Cold War you name it".
Lord Hood then stopped and looked out of the station's window with Admiral Gering right behind him. He touched the glass and put the palm of his hand on Earth. " All I want is peace, buy a decent-sized house, and enjoy life. The war has taken so much of humanity and taken too many lives including Chiefs. He sighed once again.
Gering went beside him " Well sir all I can say is we have a lot of work ahead of us but do you honestly think that the Master Chief is dead sir?". The Vice-Admiral questioned. Hearing the question Lord Hood does not honestly know if the Master Chief is dead they made a memorial for him but the Admiral has no idea what happened to the Spartan. The admiral rubbed his forehead.
Who knows if the master chief is dead or not? but for its worth I hope he is still alive". The other admiral just nodded. ": Come on sir, let's get to the meeting room to discuss further topics". Hood mumbled in annoyance and took one final glance back at Earth and proceeded to the bridge.
Spartans never die they are just missing in action.
Back in the training room everyone were starting to leave either heading back to their barracks or out to do other miscellaneous activities. Kelly and her squad stayed behind to discuss what they should do next. "You guys want to go to the mess hall? I am hungry" Makoa asked. Everyone turned and stared at Makoa; they all looked at him beside Kelly.
"Fat ass!" they all shouted. Causing Kelly and Ashley to chuckle. She works alongside children she thought.
" I what, fuck you guys I am just fucking hungry!. Makoa said defensively.
"We know that this is why you are a fat ass bro". Carlos chimed
" Same here bro" Manny agreed. "Yeah Makoa you eat a lot dude." Rigo joined in. "What the fuck guys yo Raj Dani what about you two," Makoa asked, looking for them to help defend him.
" No offense Makoa, you eat a lot. Raj said annoying the Hawaiian marine more. Daniel nodded his head " You are a fat Asian dude" he finally said.
Causing Christian and a few others to giggle. Makoa Sighed he looked over to Kelly, motioning her to say something. " Don't look at me for help, I am not going to say anything". Kelly responded, crossing her hands under her bust and avoiding Makoa's gaze. " Ash, what about you, am I fat?" Makoa asked. Everyone now shifted their attention to the other female marine. She shrugged.
" Ah, Makoa you're not that fat, just a bit, big bone" She responded. Everybody laughed at Ashley's remark. Makoa got frustrated " Damn it, Kelly, am I fat or not?" He asked once more while everybody kept on chuckling to his annoyance. Ash just shrugged her shoulders. "Anyways you guys want to go to the mess hall and eat some food?" Manny asked, aggravating Makoa.
" That is what I just said a few mi... Yeah, let's go to the mess hall." Rigo interrupted. Makoa shook his head. "Yeah I am hungry you guys let's go," Frankie added, smirking at Makoa annoying him even more. "Yeah, boys I am hungry too". Carlos joined in.
"Man I hate you guys know that," Makoa said, rubbing his eyes. " Come on Makoa don't be like that, let's go get breakfast fatass," Manny said nonchalantly. "I, What!!!" He screamed. Everybody ignored his outburst and started leaving the room.
Kelly looked over and saw Makoa moping. " You coming or what fatty." Makoa sighed once more. "Coming"
Sometime later
Makoa and his squadmates were in line getting their food. "Oh man, it is tacos this time man that smells good," Makoa said, praising the food. Manny was right next to him and just rolled his eyes.
" Let's be honest Makoa, you can eat anything," Manny responded.
" Well Tacos is a good food man, you Mexicans know how to cook some food." Makoa sarcastically said glaring at Manny. Manny sighed " Racist Bitch".
The big marine said under his breath. But Makoa heard the insult. " Say that again good sir I did not hear you." He egged on
"You heard me, you are racist Makoa," Manny said once again.
"How dare you Manny I will have you that I am..." Kelly again just ignored her two friends from arguing not wanting to get involved in their banter. " Hey Kelly you, want to go into the nightclub later tonight." Her friend asked. The brunette shook her head. " I don't know, parties are not my thing," Kelly responded. Ash rolled her eyes "Oh come on it will be fun, maybe you can finally find a date as well." She said bumping Kelly's side to her annoyance,
She quickly swatted away the other female marines' hands. " I was honestly thinking about going to the training room later." Ash groaned " Come on you are always training Kelly it would be nice for you to have some fun for once". Ash placed her hand on her hip.
" I don't know, I'd rather be doing something else," Kelly said, crossing her arms under her Bust.
They were now getting closer to getting their food in the line. " Well, what would you rather be doing? besides training." Ashley asked. Kelly pondered a little bit. " Well besides training I could go see that therapist that Makoa mentioned." She answered. " Yeah, the one that he jerks off to in his free time," Ash said with a disgusted voice. "Yeah that one," Kelly chuckled.
" Speaking of the Hawaiian bastard, Hey Makoa," Ash said, trying to get his attention. Makoa did not hear her and was too busy still arguing with Manny over who is more cultured.
" Makoa Hello, Makoa!!" Ash tried again but it was no use.
"Screw you Manny it is not my fault that you lack discipline and honor"
"Man, I hate you Asian asshole you got nuked and can't see" The two continued to argue. Ash finally gave up knowing she couldn't get her friend's attention. " Here Ash this is how you do it."
Kelly then walked up behind Makoa. Manny saw her but did not say anything. She raised her left hand and slapped Makoa on the head. " Ahh! What the hell Kelly!!" He shouted, rubbing his head. Manny started chuckling. " Ash needs to ask you something," She said, ignoring the fact she just struck him
Makoa snorted " You could've just told me you know".
Kelly rolled her eyes " It is hard to get your attention anyways it is funnier to just hit you" She stated.
Makoa was about to respond until the other brunette appeared right in front of him. " Anyways Makoa, we were wondering if you want to come to the nightclub with us later tonight," She asked. Kelly groaned. " I do not remember agreeing with this Ash," Kelly said, annoyed.
" Well too bad Kelly I am forcing you to go, you need to have some fun now and then" Kelly rolled her eyes knowing that she can't convince Ash otherwise. " Fine I will go have fun," She said sarcastically with her hands up.
"Hell yeah, we are going to have fun tonight woohoo!" Ash screamed, causing other marines to stare at her weirdly. " Jesus Ash keep your voice down" Kelly scolded her friend. Causing her to quiet down. "Sorry" she squeaked, chuckling.
"Well anyway I guess I will go, what about you Manny?" Makoa questioned turning to his brother. Manny pondered " Hmm, why not I am down to go" He answered.
Ashley fist-pumped him in the air. " Hell yeah let's party!!" Ash shouted once again earning her a glare from Kelly. "Oops, my bad sorry" she quickly apologized. Kelly rolled her eyes while picking up a tray passing three others to her friend. The group all picked up their food and went to sit with their other squad members.
Kelly took a seat next to Makoa and Ashley beside her. They say that once again Frankie, Rigo, Jesus, and Carlos were playing another card game. When Kelly looked closely at what they were playing. "What," she thought she could not believe it her group of friends are even more immature than she thought.
The group of marines is playing Uno! She could not believe it if she thought that her friends could not get any more childish. It was now out the window she could not believe it.
" Man fuck you Rigo you are always getting good cards" Jesus ranted while Rigo just chuckled. " Fuck you, Carlos I am sorry," he said adding another plus 2. " It is alright bro," Carlos said, adding another plus 2. Frankie just sighed and added another plus 2.
Jesus now smiled only to fade away to see Rigo smirking. "No," Jesus said. Rigo just kept smirking at him. "Rigo don't you fucking dare, don"t you do it please." Jesus pleaded. " Waste of breath bro," Carlos said. " I swear to fucking god if you fucking do it I will never forgive you!" Jesus pleaded. Rigo finally sent down his card. Another plus 2. Jesus widened his eyes " Fuck!" he screamed once again getting the attention of everyone in the mess hall. " Fuck this shit I am done!!" The marine then walked off and exited the mess hall.
Rigo just laughed while the other two marines just sat there shaking their heads in disappointment. Ash then chimed in.
" Anyways you guys I was going to ask if y'all want to go to the nightclub tonight," the female marine asked enthusiastically. Everyone pondered at the thought of going.
Carlos personally liked the idea of going out since being a sociable butterfly and all. While others like Frank are not keen on the idea. " Come on you guys we haven't done anything since we've been stationed here" Ashley pleaded to her squadmates. " Huh might as well I've been getting bored, what about you guys," Dubbo responded.
" Great, anyone else?" Ashley asked again.
" You know what fuck it why not" Carlos answered. Frankie finally gave in and nodded " Yeah I do not see why not count me in as well". Everyone then turned to Rigo waiting for his answer. " Ah screw it might as well, it should be fun" He answered. " Hell yeah the entire gang is coming!." Ash exclaimed loudly earning another glare from Kelly. " Eep sorry" she frantically said.
" Coming to what?" Raj asked. The other squad of marines turned around to see Dani, Raj, and Pards standing behind him, food in hand.
" Oh, what's up Raj, sup Dani, Pards," Makoa said, greeting them. "Shut up Makoa," they both said pards opted to just fist pump him. Makoa sighed shaking his head " Man Fuck you guys" the duo ignored his insult and sat down at the table. " Ignore Makoa, he's just upset that for once he has to go out and be social," Ash said, causing Makoa to gaze at her.

" Anyways, what exactly are we doing?" Raj asked while eating his food. Ash perked her head up" I am glad that you asked we are going to the club tonight that they installed on the station, want to come?"
" Man, you are keen on going clubbing tonight." Everyone turned their heads to Makoa " Shut up Makoa!" Makoa shrugged his shoulders. Raj then looked over at Ash again. " Anyways what the hell is a nightclub doing on a Mac gun platform?" The Indian questioned.
" The Colonel allowed it, seeing no harm in it since the war is over and many of the troops need some time to let loose when none of them are doing anything and have some fun." the female marine responded. Raj and Dani pondered for a bit.
" Fuck it, bro, it has been some time since I had fun in the while so why not" Dani answered, " Ok I don't see why not it should be fun." Pards said. Ash squeaked in excitement causing a certain brunette to slap her on the forehead.
" Eep! The fuck Kelly!" the female marine screamed
causing more eyes to stare at their table. " Quite down Ash I told you to stop screaming, people are starting to think our group is weird." " Hmph, you did not need to hit me" Ash pouted. Kelly just rolled her eyes. " Kelly we are just loud, specifically Manny, and Makoa, mainly Makoa," Rigo smirked. " I have to agree with him mate." Dubbo responded " Fuck you guys" He responded. The two just laughed" I am not wrong though you are very loud and do not know when to shut up" He said.

Someone's P.O.V
I was on my way to the mess hall when I randomly bumped into someone. She fell to the ground and dropped her clipboard causing her paper to fall all over the place. " Oh crap my bad," I said, extending my hand out. " No, you are fine, my fault." She said in a German accent. Wait, that voice, I know that voice. "Doctor Watson?" I asked. The woman looked up at me with surprise. " Sara," Doctor Watson said, surprised, grabbing my hand.
I pulled her up and she brushes herself off and she starts picking up her papers. I quickly went down to help " So what are you doing here?" She asked, trying to start a conversation. " I got transferred here. I got assigned to a new squad I was stationed on the Cairo " I answered.
The doctor looked at me curiously, " But why exactly did they transfer you here?" she asked once again. "Personal issues I would rather not get into," I responded.
I would prefer that I would not tell anybody about my situation at the moment the doctor does not need to know that. " Well, now it is my turn to ask questions. "

"What exactly are you doing here?" I asked, taking a glimpse at her bust. Man, I am jealous she is at least a C-cup. " Well, I was assigned here to help the injured and help soldiers with psychological issues."
She said, I was too busy staring at her breasts for me to process what she said, holy shit those are some big milkers I thought to myself. " Hey Hello, Earth to Sara," She said, waving her hands right in front of me. "Mmh oh crap sorry doctor I spaced out for a bit," I said rubbing my neck.

" I could tell did you even listened to a word I said?" Something along the lines of helping soldiers," I said with my best guess. " That is the gist of it" She responded, picking the last of the papers off the floor. I then handed her the remaining paperwork. " Anyways.." I said the doctor looked up. " I was wondering if you want to go get lunch with me?" I asked her. She pondered for a bit, and I stared at her Rake for a bit. Damn it what is up with me I am not gay but shit she has a huge rack". "Sure, just let me deliver these files real quick. You would not mind accompanying me would you". " Hmm. oh yeah yeah sure," I said embarrassingly, taking my eyes off her breasts". "Ok then follow me," she said waving her hand.
Sometime later.
After we delivered the files we made our way to the mess hall. When we entered we saw a couple of marines and aliens alike chatting with each other.
We made our way to the food bar. We were picking out our assortment of food when I heard a shout behind us. I turned around to see a marine angrily walking away from a table. I looked more closely at the group of marines who seemed to be playing an odd card game.
I noticed that the group seemed to be laughing at the expense of a certain marine. Wait for a second, Makoa!! I screamed I have not seen him since the ceremony. " Oh mate, you just don't want to admit it." A thick Australian accent said. I turned and I saw him oh god it's him Chips, oh my god he is hot, he has not changed at all, he looks so much better without his helmet. " Hey, doc look". I said nudging her. " What is it?" she said, turning to me annoyed. " Look".
I pointed to the table and her mouth opened agape, surprised to see the group of soldiers. "It's them oh my god."
"Should we go say hi," She asked " No, let's just leave." I said sarcastically. Causing the doctor to scowl at me. " I was being sarcastic of course let's go say hi," I said causing her to scoff.
Third-person pov
The duo walked toward the group's table. " Anyways Dani and I are going to the weight room we will see you guys later," Raj said walking away with Dani out of the mess hall Sara went right behind Makoa causing everyone else to give her an odd look only to widen their eyes when they recognized her except Makoa who was still too busy ranting. " Man screw you guys always talking shit, I am always trying to keep my cool, but you guys always push me to the brink–
" Uhm Makoa". Rigo said, trying to get his attention. " I swear you guys you piss me off sometimes–" Makoa" Rigo tried once again only for it to fall on deaf ears. " Like come on you guys for once it will be nice if you showed a little respect." Rigo at this point lost his patience, "Jesus Christ Makoa!!" He screamed causing Kelly to groan.
" What!!"
" Look behind you!!" Rigo screamed
Makoa turned around only to be engulfed by Sara in a hug. " Oh shit. Sara!!" Makoa screamed much to Kelly's annoyance. " It is so nice to see you again, and everyone else".
She said letting him go. " It's nice to see you again Sara". Makoa responded Chips then got up "Oi where is my hug," the Aussie asked causing Sara to blush. " Come here" she responded giving the aussie a big hug
She then let go of Chips and walked right up to Manny.
"Yeah it's nice to see you again" Sara responded.
" Nice to see you again Sara," Manny said, hugging her. He then let her go only for her to get a group hug from Ash and Kelly.
" Nice to see you again". Ash said, hugging her. Sara let the two women go and went up to Rigo and Frankie. The two got out of their seats and hugged her. " It is nice to see you," Frank said. "You as well" She said.
She then let him go and hugged Rigo "Hello again, Sara," Rigo said, returning the hug. " You too," She replied.
" Hello, whatz about me?" The doctor said, waving her hand. Sara let go of Rigo and turned to the doctor. " What do you want a hug too, Doc," Makoa said. " Well, I would like–" She was then cut off when Makoa engulfed her in his arms. He held her for a couple of seconds only to be picked up by Manny. He finally set the doctor down. " Anyways, what are you two doing here?" Makoa asked.
" I was reassigned here from the Cairo". She answered.
"I am to report to the Hunter-31 squadron." She said, Everyone, besides Rigo, widened their eyes in surprise. " Well that is surprising because that is us," Makoa said. " Great, we have 4 girls now in our squad," Manny said, smirking.
" Manny you dumbass we now have three bro," Makoa said insulting him. Manny smiled wider " I was counting you" he chuckled.
" Bro fuck you!" He yelled, Making Kelly sigh, " Can this squad be normal for once?" She moaned. Ash ignored her comment and then eagerly looked at Sara and Doctor Watson.
" Anyways you two want to join us tonight" Sara gave her a questioning look. " What exactly are we doing tonight?" She asked.
" Well, I was wondering if you two would like to join us in the club tonight and have some fun". Sara put her finger on her lip and thought about it. " I do not see why not, Doc you coming?".
" Well I do not have anything else to do so count me in." She answered " Awesome!" Ash exclaimed happily. Kelly then quickly looked down at her watch and realized it was almost noone. " Well I am sorry to break our reunion but we need to get back to our barracks."
" Well, that sucks. I wanted to get more food," Makoa whined.
" Fatass," Manny said, catching Makoa's attention. " What you say bitch." Kelly sighed and got in between the two. " Ladies, as amusing as it is to watch you two fight, we have more important things to do." She said nonchalantly.
" Anyways Frankie, Rigo will you two please let Jesus know about the plan tonight. " Sure we will let him know," Rigo said, picking up the Uno cards. " Yeah, we will make sure to do that." Frankie added.
" Cool anyways we need to get going," Ash said happily skipping.

The group then left the mess hall on their way to their room. Back in the barracks Kelly was the first to walk in the Marine then Noticed her computer received a message. She sat down and clicked on it and was immediately was disappointed.
" What's wrong Kells?" Makoa asked.
She sighed." They rejected me again." She said referring to the letter.
" You are not the only one." Manny said showing his on his phone.
" Yeah I got the same one too" Makoa sadly said.
" This is the 5th time they rejected us it does not make sense surely they need some ODSTS with all the manpower shortages." She said. Makoa shrugged his shoulders. " One day we will get accepted." He said. Kelly shook her head. " Makoa sometimes you are to optimistic for your own good." She told him. Makoa chuckled. " Rather be a pessimist than a optimist{" He laughed.
