Biography:
The only daughter of Professor Tomoe Souichi, leader of the evil Death Busters, and his late wife Keiko, who died in a car crash. What were you expecting from a team with that name? Of course they would be evil.
Hotaru was seriously injured in the accident that claimed her mother's life, leaving her ill and prone to seizures. She was a lonely, reclusive, depressed girl with a gentle heart, and had no friends until she met the much younger and more cheerful Chibi Tsukino Usagi, also known as Sailor Chibimoon, magical warrior of justice.
When the Death Busters made their move to unleash Pharaoh 90 on Earth, Hotaru became Mistress Nine, hostess to a destructive alien force.
The Sailor Senshi of Neptune and Uranus wanted to kill her before she destroyed the world, but thanks to Sailor Chibimoon's friendship, she was spared by Sailor Moon, who turned her into a baby. The baby Hotaru was raised by Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto until the advent of evil Queen Neherenia made her wake up, growing back to teenagehod and regaining her Sailor Senshi powerset.
Sailor Saturn thus helped the rest of the Sailor Senshi to defeat Neherenia's Dead Moon Circus and the forces of Sailor Galaxia.

Most spells thrown at her, even those from the Era of Gods, will be neutralized swiftly and causing no damage.
Those that wouldn't be are stopped by the Silence Wall as long as it is activated.

The Servant rises barely above the ultimate minimum level due to her link to other Sailor Senshi who had much better Riding ranks.
She couldn't ride dragons or phantasmal beasts.
Personal Skills:
Star Seed of Destruction: EX
The Star Seed residing in Hotaru's heart. It brands her as a Sailor Senshi, the reincarnation of the ancient princess of planet Saturn.
As such, she was destined to become a force of destruction and rebirth. While her physical strenght and stamina are puny compared to the rest of the Sailor Senshi, her destructive power is second only to that of Sailor Moon.
She is able to unleash poweful energy attacks from her weapon, accessing the mystical energy residing in her heart.
Sailor Saturn can transform at will in her mostly powerless status of Tomoe Hotaru thanks to this, and when in this form she cannot be recognized as a Servant by Servants not aware of her dual identity.
Silence Glaive: A
Sailor Saturn's weapon that allowed her to be in the Lancer class, and greatly gifted with cosmic traits of its own.
It can be used to block spells of incredibly potent ranges and, if dropped with killing intent, will immediately reduce everything around her to dust.
If it is separated from Sailor Saturn or stolen, Saturn will simply summon it back to her hand at will without even need to speak its name.
Using it at full capacity would kill Sailor Saturn herself and possibly pulverize the world, but as a limited Servant the latter is not possible. Continental level damage is still assured if it is employed that way.

As the daughter of a millionaire, then adopted by the very well financially covered Setsuna, Haruka and Michiru, money will never be an issue.
Healing Hands: A
Through a touch of her hands, Hotaru can quickly and painlessly heal almost any injury brought upon her allies, but the mana consumption is high.
This ability is at hand even when Sailor Saturn is in her civilian identity.
Noble Phantasms:
Silence Wall: A
Defense.
An otherworldly wall of magical energy that feels unnerving and unsettling to humans, as something that 'shouldn't be there', an eldritch feeling.
Attacks and spells are neutralized completely. Even minor forms of Reality Marbles are kept at bay; Emiya Shirou's Unlimited Blade Works would be ignored, but EMIYA's would not.
Enemies who touch the Silent Wall are also burned by it. The Wall could be kept on as long as Sailor Saturn wants it and she has mana to invest in it.
Death Reborn Revolution: EX
Anti-World.
While not a proper Anti-World or planet destroying attack in Sailor Saturn's life, the reduction of the Silence Glaive's destructive properties as a Servant displaced her planet busting capacities into this attack instead.
It was once used to separate the would be world destroying Pharaoh 90 from Earth.
It manifests as a massive explosion that pulverizes everything it touches. The ground is left razed after it. The annihilation is instantaneous.
