Part 9

It was easy to tell that everyone from what they just hard from Lily made them speechless, None of them were expecting that.

All three of them thought at first She was just trying to cheer everyone up But when she offer herself to save John cena life, It made them be trap in silent.

Jasper then fainted as John and Dustin Immediately snap out of it and went to help Jasper to the couch.

A few minutes later

Jasper woke up, Sitting himself up as he look at john and Dustin, "Guys please tell me my Daughter didn't just offer herself to save John cena life."

John look down in shame, "I'm sorry, but it was you were hearing everything what she said and then you fainted after that."

Jasper look at lily, in his mind he was very upset and anger about the next sacrifice to save John Cena, it will feel like the gods are are making fun of him by doing the same repeats and the same choices happening again.

"Lily, Can I talk to you for a moment? Alone?" Jasper ask, both John and Dustin Left the room so they could talk.

When both of them were out of the the room, Jasper took a deep breath and breath out, "lily, come and set here with me please."

Lily came over to him and sit down, "dad, Whatever you have to say Let it out, I know this must be very hard for you to go through this again."

Jasper look away as of now all he could see was his first daughter face, All he could see in lily now was emily, Lily is trying to make the same decision that her big sister made 16 years ago.

"Lily, I know what Emily did was Noble, but you don't have to do the same thing, what she did, You shouldn't just jump into this," jasper said as he didn't want his last child to die young like his other.

"Dad, I know that You're thinking i'm only doing this because my sister did all those years ago, But that's not the reason why i'm doing it, John and his father had help us in many times, John cena is such a good, The world needs him more than it needs me, It would be a loss to many in world, If somebody has got to make that choice, it would be me, I'm willing to do this for everything he has done for us, Along with all the other people that respect him," lily explain.

"But lily?" Jasper stop as he didn't even know what to say.

"Dad I know there's many things you want to say, About why I should not do this and why You don't Want me to do this, But i'm eighteen years old now, I can make my own decisions and I have been thinking about this, I know what I want to do," lily explained.

Jasper look down sad, "Lily, you can do this if you want But I won't be there, I can't watch my only child sacrifice themselves again."

Lily hug her father before leaving the room But stop for a moment and turn around, "I understand, I hope You have a good life."

Later

John cena was in his room until lily came in after knocking, "Lily I understand why you're here but... but You know why?I don't want you near me, How much you remind me of Emily."

"I know, but we do need to talk, look I know this is hard, It was actually hard for me to make this decision," lily said and john cena look sad.

"You shouldn't do this, I don't want to go but I don't want you either, It was selfish of me Is what I took away from you and Jasper," John Cena said as He still would hold on regret for what happened.

"You know My life would have been completely different if you didn't, I mean, Emily sacrifice Is what ultimately gave me a good life," Lily said as John Cena did thought about it.

"Yeah but still, Is it really right for me just to do that, To you and my best friend? I had known your dad since I was small, Life was hard for him and I can't just bring more pain into him, I know deep down there is something In him That hates me for what I did to emily," John Cena explain.

"He doesn't, He always talks about how much you two were close," lily said as she place a hand on his shoulder, " I know it may be hard but many people do care about you and some would be willing to sacrifice their own life for you to continue on, For all the good things you did , they would want you to stay alive, I know for all the things you have done for me."

"Look, I just need some time to think about this, But I don't know if I really can do this," John Cena said as lily said goodbye.

Jasper soon came in, "Hey I overheard the conversation, I want To know is it true? Is it really true that you think I hate you for what happened 16 years ago?"

John cena nodded, "Yes, Come on Jasper, Don't act like there's nothing to be angry about, I literally use your own daughter To be sacrificed to save my own life, You can't tell me there's no part of you that hates me for it."

Jasper, sit there and shake his head, "No there isn't, I never blamed you for what happened to emily, I was no wrong for just allowing it to But you were also wondering why the heck were everyone going with this, If it was the other way around I'm not gonna lie, I might have Done the same thing if it was you, I thought maybe, It was all just for the best for me, emily and lily."

John cena Look away sad and depressed, Hearing all that it did made him feel a bit better But not completely.

"Look... john, lily is an adult now, She Is willing to make this, No matter what any of us say, Your the one that has during this decision, If you do, I won't hold anything against you, I want us to stay close and be friends, But if you do go ahead and do this I want you to at least tell me, Cause I don't want to stay in the shadows about this," Jasper finish before leaving John Cena alone.

The next day

It was time for lunch and john cena had make a Barbecue burgers on the grill.

They all gather round on the porch table and talk, "So how are you all enjoying the burgers?"

"They're good," jasper said.

"I didn't know you could make good burgers," lily said.

"It's been forever since last time.We had a barbecue the other," Dustin said.

Everyone was sitting down and enjoying but they all knew john cena made this Barbecue for a reason.

John Cena looked like he forgot something, He asked lily to come with him in the kitchen for a moment to get what he needed.

Lily went with John Cena and when they were in the kitchen together, John Cena look at lily With the look on his face of questions and a bit concern.

"Now look I brought you here because I really need ask you this, Are you really sure you are doing this? Giving up your life for mine?" John Cena ask.

Lily Look surprised for a moment By that question, "John, I already told you that i'm Willing to do this."

"Lily, Listen I understand why you want to do this but I am in my mid forties while you Have just become an adult not too long ago, If you don't want to do this, I understand," John Cena said as He wanted to know was lily Willing to do this With no second thoughts.

"John, I have made up my mind, and it's what i'm doing to do for you, You're a great man and I don't believe the world is ready to lose you," lily explain.

John cena smiled, "I do feel like the world's not ready for me to leave either."

They went back outside and john cena announced his decision, "Okay guys, After talking to all of you I have made my decision, I have agreed that lily wis the save my life."

John cena can see the look on Jasper's face was a mixs of hurt and understanding as dustin nodded But did look guilty for this to happen.

Everyone knows they have to start planning on what they have to do but john cena wasn't finished yet, " Look Despite what happened, lily, If there's a point that you're having second thoughts Before it's too late even at the last moment, you can change your mind and I will Except my own fate."
