15. Superman's Rogues' Resentment

Panel 1:
[The scene is set in the bustling city of Metropolis. Superman is flying overhead, with a bright smile on his face, while citizens below cheer and wave. In the background, we can see Batman observing.]

Narration: Metropolis, a city of hope and cheer. Superman, the man of steel, the symbol of justice.

Superman: (Thought bubble) I love this city and its people.

Batman: (Thinking) He's always so cheerful.

Panel 2:
[In the Batcave, Batman stands in front of a large computer screen with images of Superman and his rogues gallery displayed. The rogues gallery includes Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Bizarro, and others.]

Batman: (Muttering) Superman's been spending a lot of time in Metropolis lately.

Panel 3:
[The scene transitions to Arkham Asylum, where the Joker, Riddler, and other Batman's rogues are gathered in a dark cell. They are watching the news about Superman's heroic deeds on a small TV.]

TV News Anchor: And in yet another astonishing rescue, Superman saves the day again!

Joker: (Smirking) Ooh, Batsy, look who's stealing your spotlight!

Riddler: (Sarcastically) Oh, yes, the great Superman, the man of "Metropolis"!

Panel 4:
[The rogues begin to hatch a plan. They are gathered around a table littered with maps and gadgets.]

Joker: (Maniacal grin) I think it's time we remind Supes who the real rogues are!

Bizarro: (Nodding) Me, Bizarro, no like Supes getting all attention!

Panel 5:
[The rogues put their plan into action. In a coordinated effort, they set up a trap in Metropolis. Bizarro pretends to be in distress, luring Superman into a hidden lair.]

Bizarro: (Feigning distress) Help! Me, Bizarro, need help!

Panel 6:
[Superman, being the hero he is, rushes to Bizarro's aid, despite his doubts.]

Superman: (Determined) I can't ignore someone in need.

Panel 7:
[As Superman enters the hidden lair, he is suddenly trapped in a high-tech cage, surrounded by the smirking rogues.]

Superman: (Surprised) What's going on here?

Joker: (Grinning) Surprise, Supes! You're our guest of honor!

Panel 8:
[Batman arrives on the scene, having followed the rogues' trail.]

Batman: (Serious) Let him go.

Joker: (Mocking) Oh, Batsy, you were invited too!

Panel 9:
[A tense standoff ensues as Batman and the rogues exchange glares, while Superman remains trapped.]

Superman: (Annoyed) Guys, this is not the way to get my attention.

Riddler: (Slyly) Oh, but it got our point across, didn't it?
