2 weeks before prom
you may think dating the person you are going to take the prom makes it easier to ask them, and for some it would be, but not for Jonathan his history of repeated prom rejections made him believe he was just sort of cursed to be projected by anyone he asked, so there was a lot of doubting his mind that Jervis would say yes
but to his surprise before he could suddenly one day realize that maybe you should just go ahead and try, jervis asks him to prom
" s-sure, that sounds good" Jonathan stutters before he's left in the living room as Jarvis happily skips away to draw up prom outfit ideas
2 days forward in the second week before prom
Jervis had finished his outfit idea drawings and is now set upon buying the materials
one shopping trip later and one painstaking afternoon at his sewing machine the task is done and he has finished his boyfriend's outfit
he design is what can best be described as a stereotypical prom tuxedo but given some personality by some patches of burlap mostly centered around the legs and the arms of the outfit
on the next days afternoon he created his own outfit which much like his boyfriend looks like a stereotypical prom tuxedo but in outlandish nearly eye bleeding colors and sporting and adorned with an oversized bow tie adorned with adorable rabbits
day of the prom
the prom for the most part is pretty boring the punch is lukewarm and taste like fruit flavored toilet water but things start to get a little bit less boring with a prom royalty are called and it ends up being John and Jervis
and despite what they were both wearing what happened the nomination speeches go out with other hitch, No Pigs blood or nothing and then go home and have some leftover lasagna we're watching reality television still in their plastic royalty crowns
