Danny woke up the following morning, lying in his bed in his human form. His hand instinctively shot to his chest as he gasped for air. The night before, Lucifer had punished both him and Leviathan. Danny had no recollection of what Lucifer had done to him. The last thing he remembered was Lucifer drawing him into a kiss and thrusting her hand into his chest. She must have extracted something from him, causing him to lose consciousness, unaware of her actions. Yet, the aftermath was palpable. His body throbbed with residual pain, and he could see red welts, some resembling deep gashes, scattered across his chest. His fingers felt as if they had been broken and mended multiple times, to the extent that they seemed on the verge of detaching.
Danny pushed himself up, apprehensive about the state of his body. He noticed his legs were intact but marred with numerous cuts, which were already healing. With a gulp, Danny made his way to the bathroom to inspect his face. A near scream escaped him as he saw a reflection marred by wounds, but it quickly dissipated as the image cleared to reveal his face was unscathed.
Gasping for breath, Danny clutched the sink's edges. After all, he was in a relationship with the devil, and Lucifer is unforgiving to those who cross her.
"Note to self: never betray Lucifer again, whether intentionally or not," He muttered, exhaling deeply.
After showering, Danny went downstairs to join his family. They noticed him, and Maddie approached with concern.
"Are you okay, Danny?" Maddie inquired, examining him.
"Yes. She took out my piece before proceeding. I suppose she didn't want me to witness what she was about to do," Danny remarked, exhaling deeply.
"What's the status of Leviathan?" He questioned.
"Lucifer has allowed her to remain in her ring to recuperate. She abandoned her unborn child as she vowed, yet I suspect she will return tomorrow," Jazz stated, her demon form intact.
"And Lucifer?" inquired Danny.
"Present, my king," came the reply.
As Danny turned, he beheld the Queen of Hell in her full regal glory. Ordinarily, he would greet her with a good morning and perhaps a kiss, but he was uncertain of her forgiveness.
"Had you retained your soul, I would have exacted far more, Danny. Yet, you were a lost cause from our first encounter," Lucifer declared, addressing the question he hadn't voiced.
"I've not yet fully absolved you, but consider your penance concluded," She stated, approaching him.
"However, dare to NEVER cross me again," She cautioned, venom in her tone.
"Cross my heart, hope to die, stick a needle in my eye," Danny pledged.
Lucifer smiles and kisses Danny before joining the family for breakfast. Danny follows, determined to keep his promise even while dating Asmodeus.
Later,
Danny entered his school in his demon form, observing the A-Listers and their teachers receiving the same treatment they once inflicted on the Freaks and Geeks. Dash was the sole individual who attempted resistance, but Lucifer had already devised a contingency for such defiance. Should any of the chastised attempts to retaliate, chains would materialize and bind them, thwarting their efforts.
"Fenton!"
Danny turned to see Paulina approaching him, her attire now tattered.
"Please! Make her stop! I can't endure this any longer!" She pleaded.
"It's been merely a day, Paulina," Danny replied, his eyes rolling.
"It feels like an eternity!" Paulina lamented.
"Acclimate yourself. Lucifer will determine when you've atoned sufficiently. My relationship with her doesn't grant me influence over the Queen of Hell's decisions," Danny explained to her.
He soon left her, noticing Tucker's shocked expression at the school's transformation.
"Will no one find out about this?" Tucker inquired, glancing at Danny.
"She might not be at her full strength, but Lucifer is not someone to trifle with," Danny replied.
"Nor you, it appears," Tucker remarked, recalling the tale Mikey had shared.
"Can I really do anything I want to Dash and the teachers?" Tucker questioned.
"Within the school's limits. And no killing. That also means no raping, Tucker." Danny instructed.
"Dude, even when I possessed a fragment of Lucifer, I never resorted to that," Tucker commented, shaking his head.
"Good. You're still my friend, Tucker, but I'm aware of how you can get carried away with girls," Danny said, his smirk evident.
"Speaking of which, where is Her Royal Highness?" inquired Tucker.
"Only my king may address me so, Tucker," Lucifer responded, approaching.
"However, since you inquired politely, I was merely basking in the adulation of my devoted admirers," She added with a smile.
"Are some of them asking you out?" Danny inquired.
"It pleases me that they are charmed by my beauty, but I already have my king," Lucifer replied with a smirk.
Danny sighed, accustomed to Lucifer's manner. They proceeded to their classes, which had changed significantly under Lucifer's influence. The teachers who had aligned with the A-Listers now performed their duties correctly. Any misconduct was forgiven thrice, a sardonic nod to the holy trinity, before Lucifer permitted the teachers to discipline the students.
Teachers who did not align with the A-Listers fared better. They fulfilled their duties without the need for student warnings. Like some teachers, Lucifer demonstrated an understanding of their roles, not merely motivated by payment.
Lunchtime also saw a stark contrast. Those outside the A-List were served grand meals and healthy foods, while the A-Listers received only a loaf of bread and water. Lucifer ensured that the A-Listers realized their former palace had become a dungeon.
It wasn't long before Asmodeus and Sathanas joined them. Asmodeus cast a flirty glance at Danny, leaning close to her chosen man.
"How are you feeling?" She inquired, aware of the punishment he had endured the night before.
"Like it was a dream. Except it was more of a nightmare, since I don't remember anything," Danny replied.
"Did you spare him the gory details?" Sathanas questioned.
"I couldn't do much to him since he lacks a soul," Lucifer explained.
"Would a kiss make you feel better?" Asmodeus asked with a smirk.
"Sorry, Asmodeus, but our deal is still intact. No kisses until after our date, and that's only if it goes well," Danny reminded her.
She pouted briefly before smiling again.
"I'll give you until tomorrow to recover. Believe me, when Lucifer says she punishes those who betray her, she means it," Asmodeus said, speaking from experience.
"Something tells me that even if I don't remember, I'm never going to forget it," Danny said, nodding.
As the day progressed, Lucifer embraced her true nature, taking pleasure in humbling the arrogant. She hadn't used her powers for others since her fall from grace, yet there was a certain satisfaction in aiding those in need.
'That doesn't alter my essence. I remain the sovereign of the infernal realms, and I will ensure that fact is known to all,' She mused.
Turning to Danny, her expression softened into a smile.
'And I have a king to share my reign,' She declared.
Nearby, Lilith conversed with her companions, with Ashley pleading to witness Lilith's demonic transformation.
"Please, Lilith?" Ashley implored.
"Ashley, as I've explained, I must retain my human guise to sustain my current life. Transformation is reserved for times of conflict," Lilith responded with a sigh.
"My apologies, Lilith. Ashley incessantly speaks of it, enchanted by your other form," Earl admitted.
"It's incredibly fascinating! You change so swiftly! How I wish I could emulate that," Ashley exclaimed, her eyes twinkling with admiration.
"I'm uncertain if mommy would consent to you wielding even a fragment of her power," Lilith replied, her discomfort apparent.
"How right you are, Lilith," Lucifer said, walking up.
"Hi, Mommy. Hi, Daddy!" exclaimed Lilith, embracing her adopted teenage parents.
"Hey, little troublemaker. How was school?" Danny inquired, playfully ruffling the young girl's hair.
"It was awesome! Well, until the orphanage owner turned up," Lilith replied, her face falling into a pout.
"What did she do this time?" Lucifer asked, her expression hardening.
"She tried to get the other kids to avoid me again," Lilith said, rolling her eyes in exasperation.
"Still claiming you're the offspring of the devil herself?" Danny questioned.
"Even though they're correct on this occasion?" added Lucifer with a hint of amusement.
"Yep," confirmed Lilith with a nod.
"Well, that's too bad. My offspring is the finest little demon I've ever had," Lucifer declared with a smile.
"She's made a life among the humans," Danny chimed in, smirking.
"And she's our best friend!" Ashley exclaimed, embracing Lilith.
"We're fond of her," Earl added, grinning.
Danny and Lucifer exchanged nods, seemingly bracing themselves for another encounter with the orphanage owner. Lilith grasped her parents' hands, bidding farewell to her friends. The newly formed Morningstar Family made their way back to Fenton Works, with Danny aware that he needed to prepare for his date with Asmodeus the following day.

The Freaks and Geeks of the school have embraced this change wholeheartedly. However, don't anticipate this new normal to last indefinitely. Then, Danny and Lucifer went to pick up Lilith once more, only to discover that the Orphanage Owner had arrived, attempting to persuade everyone to keep their distance from Lilith. Unfortunately for him, Lilith had already become a beloved figure there, despite being the devil's daughter.
In the next chapter, we'll cover Danny's and Amodeus's test date. And don't forget that Asmodeus is going to sleep with Danny and will be the last sin (not counting Belphegor, because she's known as the Sin of Sloth). And is the last member of the sins will have sex with him, since you all said you didn't want any of the other sins to do it.
