Who would have believed the age of man began as nothing but animals, swinging around the trees until millions of years later it began to walk on its hind legs, Scattered all over the world and expanding, learning, Discover new lands, new habitats and new enemies. Creatures that can easily kill them, creatures tall as trees for many years since the beginning of man has always been prey towards these animals, but once we began expanding and picking up and learning about weapons we fought back now the creature that hunted Humanity have become the prey, but do not let that act fool you without skill and acknowledgments you could be killed, easily become a prey not all humans are strong enough to fight to most they believe that Humanity could keep going, fighting although that is true let's not forget once we get older we go weaker, Once We Were Younger we were not as strong as the oldest many settlements all around the world have tried their best to find one area to live, migrating where they can hunt big game until they discover something, something that doesn't need to be Hunted no it was found, who knew that the face of humanity civilization All Began by a plant of wheat the element that began civilizations.
Although wheat was not only the element that created civilization all over the world each Nation had its own unique plant that started their civilization, the West have wheat and the East have rice these plants that many people today will take them for granted is the most important element of all their viable for many reasons, not because they can help out hunger but because if you can plant them you can grow many more, these small settlements grow from just only five huts to become a village and then after that Village it becomes town and then after a town it becomes a city, who would have thought that these plants was the one that got us to stop being Hunters and gatherers and got us to innovate.
A flash of light that's all she can remember she sees four blurry figures she doesn't know why but they feel and look familiar, who are they but that bright light blinding her then she fell to unconscious for some reason, why did someone sneak up, did they drop her or did they hit her, did they got her unconscious. Blake doesn't know why she's on edge even on her unconscious State her mind is telling her to get up, her cat ears perked up but Blake felt strange something tells her that her ears should have been covered but now they're not, not only that she felt cold not cold exactly like freezing more like tingly, is she's in a place where there's cold weather she wonders she gently move her arm but then she feels a strange gushing thing on her body, she moves her arm just a little bit and felt something slide off her arm it chilled her spine, not only that she doesn't feel like she's wearing well anything, she slowly opened her eyes trying her best to see what's going on and as she opened her eyes immediately widened, she jerked up looking at herself she was naked her clothes were gone the only thing that was covering her was a blanket, when she looked at her arms she realized a type of slimy plant was wrapped around her arms legs even her head, she doesn't recognize this type of plant before but have a strange odor.
She removed these strange plants out of her body and she looked around still using the blanket to cover up her naked body, noticing that she's in some kind of a hut she sees some herbs some animal hides was she kidnapped by a bunch of Thugs who are living in the forest, Blake got chills in her spine worried that these thugs would have done something to her, or maybe they already did and she barely even noticed it, whoever these people are they are already pissed her off.
She slowly walked towards the entrance noticing that a blanket was used as a door was shut, she slowly peeked out but her eyes widen, what she expected by a bunch of group of thugs immediately was replaced by an entire Village, she sees families sitting next to each other, children playing along even seeing some people caring deer and not only that she sees a lot of them carrying around Wheats, Blake original thought immediately was thrown out at the window knowing that these people are not thugs they're just villagers, but yet another thing why is she here and why she's naked the more she looks outside the more she noticed, these people are not wearing normal clothes instead they're wearing hide, leather almost primitive like these people haven't made clothes before has Blake been taken by A Primitive people.
Blake continued watching still peeking the small crack looking at the village the more she looked the more she realize that these people are not a threat, but something immediately peaked her interest on the far distance she sees two poeple holding some familiar clothes, then she noticed it it was hers, the two people were looking at Blake's clothes a man and a woman both of them were inspecting it never seen type of clothing like that before, the woman even look at one of Blake's bra, she looked at bra it was soft, then the woman folded the bra and lay down her head on it like a little pillow the woman thought it was a good idea but, it was small to be a pillow, it was probably meant for something else the man in the other hand was looking at Blake's shirt he was looking at it back and forth still having no idea until he realized something, there was an opening he look closely and he tried to pull trying to open but it was not opening at all then, he pulled harder until a loud tear came out of it, Blake eyes immediately widen and without noticing it she burst out yelling at the man who tore her shirt.
"HEY!!!"
Blake immediately realized what she has done she put her hand on her mouth trying to keep herself quiet, but it was too late everyone in the village turn looking where the noise was coming from noticing a small opening on the hut, everyone began to stand up and Blake immediately closed the blanket, she stood back in the hut she looked around trying to find anything to escape, she can hear people walking closer towards her she started to panic then she immediately run towards the staff that was holding a hide, she broke it and pull out one of the sticks trying to use it as a spear, she looked around noticing that if she can break through the walls she could have but it's not going to be enough time to do that, so she keeps her guard up.
As Blake heard the noise coming Closer and Closer until they stopped she's wondering why they're not barging in, then she heard a voice must be one of the villagers telling her that they're coming inside only one of them, Blake was prepared she can't fight all of them even if she can fights this one person, all of them would just barge in trying to stop her so she's going to play her cards right.
The man slowly walked inside carrying around a spear, he sees Blake also holding a stick using it like a spear, the man raised his hands showing that he's not a threat he slowly walked towards Blake, then he brought out his spear which Blake immediately pulled out hers pointed at him but the man did not pointed at her instead he broke it, breaking it into two and slowly putting them on the ground and raising his hands up in the air showing that he's not a threat, Blake immediately knows what's he was doing but still doesn't trust them, the man walked closer towards her which Blake slowly stood back the man slowly began talk to her, what's surprise her as well the man was speaking in her language but he was speaking in a very slow manner to a point that it sounds like he's trying to talk to someone who doesn't know how to speak.
As the man got closer to Blake she was ready to poke him with the stick, even though the sick she's holding was not sharp enough to pierce him, it would be enough to hurt him, as the man slowly walked towards her Blake was getting ready but the man immediately noticed what she was doing, she was on edge as both of them stopped knowing that if one of them get closer they're going to get hurt. Blake and the man stared at each other waiting for someone to move first but out of no where, both of them look back at the entrance hearing a old woman's voice scolding everyone around the hut, Blake tilted her head questioning what's happening and the voice was coming closer, the woman revealed herself it was an old woman holding a stick as a kane, she walked towards the man not even bothered by Blake and the woman began scolding him by hitting him on his knees and his head.
"What are you all doing starting all this Ruckus, did you forget I'm old you know, it's not a good idea to disturb an old woman sleep!"
"Bubba I'm so sorry but our guest has awoke and she's on edge we're just trying to-."
The woman cut him off not letting him finish the sentence, she hit him in his head, the man clenched his head in pain but it wasn't too much to hurt the man, the woman not even bother the whole situation she turned looking at Blake who was using a stick as a spear, she noticed that Blake wrapped herself with the blanket, the woman began walking towards Blake, which Blake was still pointing the spear at her but the woman wasn't even scared at all, using her cane to pushing the stick away she walked towards Blake.
"Now now it's not a good idea to point a weapon at me, I may be old but most people here in The Village knows, never a good idea to make me angry, now let's take a good look at you my dear."
Blake was taken back by the woman's bravery and lack of fear, the woman got closer towards Blake and started to inspect her, the woman checked black hair noticing that her hair is a lot softer and more cleaner than the other people in the village, she looked at Blake skin noticing that her skin is smooth but yet firm also seeing there are some muscles in her body, but the one thing that I got the woman's attention was Blake's cat ears, this somehow got Blake more worried for some reason, woman looked at Blake's ears touching them noticing that they're real she even tried pulling them gently not to hurt Blake, now as she thought they're connected towards her head but the woman was a bit surprised Blake has two different ears, one human and other one cat, the ears what looks like the shape could be similar to a puma or leopard, but as the woman inspect Blake even more she noticed that Blake looks human nothing different except the extra ears, when the woman finish she looked at Blake smile at her.
"Tri can you get some clothes for our friend here."
The man now known as tri left the hut leaving the two people in it, as the woman looks back at Blake, Blake slowly started to get more comfortable around the woman, but not only that she wants to ask the woman some questions of how did she end up here in the first place.
When the man arrived with new clothes for Blake she was a bit surprised, they were the same thing as the other people are wearing, a bunch of animal hides put together as clothing although it's not her normal clothes it would have to do, plus she already knows that her clothes are already been taken and probably been ripped apart, or used for something else. Before Blake put her new clothes on she turned looking at the two people, who are just standing looking at her Blake's suddenly realized that these people are primitive, and they don't think people being naked is embarrassing, but she gently asked them to leave the hut for she can put her new clothes on, which made the two people bit confused but they comply, when they left Blake finally put on the new clothes she was a bit surprised looking at the strange new outfit, but still it kind of makes sense how they do it, at first Blake thought they were just animal hides woven together, but now she was a bit surprised to find out that even though they're primitive these are actually functional clothing, she even noticed some of them are more comfortable than even other clothes she's used to, to be honest she felt like if a friend was around she probably would say it would have feel Breezy.
When Blake finally finished putting her clothes, the two people have finally entered back inside the hut they were happy to see Blake finally wearing clothing, but not only that the woman also brought in some food for Blake knowing that she probably would have been hungry, which Blake stomach started growling symbolizing she is indeed hungry. Blake looked at the food that the woman brought her, the food they have was just meat, fruit and bread which makes sense Blake saw them picking up piles of wheat so they probably made homemade bread, when Blake walked towards the food and started eating it she immediately started eating it rapidly suddenly realizing she hasn't eaten for while, Blake was a bit surprised that the meat taste strange like It's completely different type of animal probably deer Maybe, but when she tried the bread the it taste also different. It taste a bit rough not like how normal store bought bread is made, which Blake is aware of these people are primitive, so they probably just made bread with just flour and water with no yeast, but Blake wouldn't mind it's still bread and it still tastes good.
When Blake finally finished eating the food she looked at the woman noticing that she has questions, which Blake have questions of her own as well, the woman known as Bubba ask Blake where did she come from and does she remember anything before she was unconscious, Blake replied that she has no idea she can't remember what happened before she went unconscious, all she remembers is a bright light and she believed there were three blurry silhouettes assuming they are people, but after that nothing, Blake probably thinks she's suffering from amnesia all she remember is her name.
Bubba and tri look that Blake feeling sorry what she's going through, Blake ask them if where she is Bubba explained she's in what's called the Soto region a territory that they're living, it's in the edge of the massive Forest and they're next to a big vast open land, where they found all their wheat, the woman explained that in the forest there are two tribal people, one of them looks like them but very different their foreheads were a lot larger and lived up in the cold mountain region of the forest, the other tribes are more like wolves or scavengers although they are the exact same type of people, they are 100% very different for one another either way, Bubba explains that they are extremely dangerous to encounter so they must be very cautious while they're hunting, that's why they live outside the forest, the open land is much more vast but unlike them they don't travel, instead they stay in this one area permanently as their home.
When they finally finished their conversation the two people were about to leave the hut, but the woman turned looking at Blake asking hers would she like to see the village, Blake was a bit nervous but she can't stay in the hut all day, Blake slowly left the Hut as she looked around she sees a few people staring at her but yet again, they continue on what they're doing, for some reason Blake felt a bit uneasy she touched her cat ears checking if they're real, although she knows they're real something deep down keeps telling her to cover them up but she doesn't.
Bubba took Blake around the village letting her see their wonderful place they called home, Blake did notice a few things like The Butchery and the hunters and gatherers, but the main course of the village was their agriculture. Blake eyes widen seeing an entire field of wheat and seeing a few villagers picking up the plant and even removing the shades to get to the seeds, she even turned her head seeing some stones that they grind up the seeds creating of course flour.
"We are the only people in this land who use these plants to create food, we are no longer Nomads anymore this is our home."
Blake takes in what Bubba told her, the only people in this land deep down. Blake is aware of what flour is but where she's from people use flour to make bread, even use it for baking it's more common in stores and bakeries of course, but in this place people are just discovering wheat, the more she looked at the flour the more it looks slightly different from the one she's familiar with, not only that she looked at the villagers who are making the bread noticing that some of them are just mixing flour and water without yeast.
Which makes sense because that these people already discovered wheat but haven't discovered yeast, When bubba finish showing Blake The Village, she left to do her own thing letting Blake freely roam around the village. Blake looked at tri who place is hand on his should, she can see what he's doing since he was the very first person she ever met in the Village, he was trying to form words or trying to form a conversation which to both of them kind of feels awkward, since he was the one who tried to calm the situation down she was pointing a stick at him.
"Uh?" He mumbled trying to find an excuse to talk but failing as well.
Blake looked at him and decided to break the silence.
"So uh, sorry I pointed a stick at you, I thought I was, well kidnapped and assumed your people did something terrible to me."
Tri chuckled on Blake's assumption which he explained that it does sounds strange to find yourself naked in a hut, you could assume a lot of things but he explained that it wasn't him or anyone else that remove her clothes, but revealed to be bubba herself, Blake eyes widen never expecting the old woman to do that but yet again, sometimes people just question the old ways even though they don't make any sense.
Blake and tri continued talking to each other slowly opening up towards each other, blake revealed that she has no idea where she was or well where she was originally, she explain that she is suffering of something called Amnesia, which tri didn't know about but blake explain what it is, after that tri explain about his life he is a hunter who've been trained by his dad but not only that's also learned by many things of how to survive, even explained since they have bread they don't no longer need to go hunting far now, which make things a lot more easier and a lot more safer for everyone else, there were a few times they met other tribes he even explained they did Trading, which always worked out well but yet again it's been a while, since they seen other tribes that comes around in these parts, but yet again their Village is happily safe.
Tri asked blake about her cat ears which for some reason Blake felt a bit unease when he asked that question, but she doesn't know why she touch her cat ears forgetting they were there but yet again. Blake explain she always have had ears since she was born with them and she was questioning what type she is, because well obviously she's not human but at the exact same time she looked exactly human, she didn't see any differences between her and the other humans the only difference is she has cat ears on her head, she trying to figure out what the word is it, she knows it starts with an F, but she doesn't know why she forgot it, but for some reason she just knows it, is it famous no, foremost no not that either, must be something like the same name as a fawn like a deer, but she doesn't know what word it is, in the meantime that's going to be bothering her on her head for a while.
Yet again she has no idea what she is or well who she is, all she remembers is her name but at the exact same time she doesn't know about her life before she woke up, all she remembers was a bright light and the three silhouettes then that's it, either way she's here now and have no idea where she is, but she's fully aware that outside the village there could be dangerous animals and of course different tribal people, who could be violent towards Outsiders. Blake looked at Village seeing how peaceful it is, for some reason it reminded her of something like something familiar, a tribal people living on the environment having their own life, living their own free will, for some reason this feels like home something familiar like that.
Tri ask Blake if she needs anything he's around and she's happily accepted, as tri left to do his own thing Blake looked at the village one last time seeing the clay house, the villagers doing their own thing, seeing the river next to the village but looked outside of the village from the far distance she sees the forest, Bubba told her there are other tribes in the forest but it could be dangerous. Blake have a strange feeling about leaving the village but she don't know why, she's in a completely different place and she has no memories about her past life, and she's aware there could be dangerous animals roaming around.
She can't leave the village for her safety she need to stay, she looked back at tri a boy who could be a year older than her, she see him walking towards a group of hunters with bows and Spears, it looks like there getting ready to hunt. As the hunters are happy to see tri there were surprises to see Blake walking towards them, tri question why is everyone is surprised until he turned around noticing Blake.
"Blake is there something wrong?" Asked tri
Blake smiled at the young man then she looked at the other Hunters, seeing all 5 hunters wondering the same thing.
"I was thinking to accompany you and your group for the hunt if you don't mind."
Everyone eyes widen of the question tri looked at his group then looked back at Blake.
"Well we would be happy for you to join but, you just woke up and we don't want you to get hurt, hunting can be a very dangerous job if you don't know what your doing."
Blake smile faded away hearing every word, she looked back at the hunters seeing some of them trying not make eye contact to her. She looked back at tri who was still talking trying to make a logical point. Blake raised her hand get the boy to stop which did, she sees tri face worried trying his best not to offend Blake which she noticed it.
"I understand your concerns but I don't know why, but something inside me is telling me to see the area outside the village, maybe its a past memory coming back or something." As finish one of the hunters spoke what in there minds.
"Or maybe you want to go back to your natural habitat, because you know your the ears." Said a young hunter getting everyone attention.
Blake looked at the hunter and processing what he just then something came to her, as one of the hunters slapped the young hunter head scolding him, no doubt there siblings. Tri looked back at Blake he noticed her hair started to stand up her shoulders rising, her eyebrows twitch into anger and what shock tri and even getting the other Hunters attention was blake eyes, her pupils were no longer round instead they were slits like a cat.
"What did you said, I'm not an animal." Said Blake getting the hunters to stand back even tri, the young hunter slowly pulled out his spear pointing at Blake which gets the other Hunters attention. Blake saw the spear until she stopped her eyes returned to normal, she see the hunters worried even tri, not only that Blake the villagers around them seeing the whole situation and like the hunters they all stood back scared at Blake.
Blake stood back looked at everyone her ears hearing whisperings about her, Blake was scared and she ran, tri yelled asking Blake to stop but she didn't stop, Bubba walking out of her hut seeing Blake running, the old woman wave at Blake but she kept running, the old woman noticed the girl was scared. Blake ran leaving the village tri and the hunters saw Blake heading to the forest.
"BLAKE STOP!"
"Face it she's gone, she can't hear you from this distance."
"Dammit, she's in danger we have to save her."
"I didn't mean to offend her i wasn't thinking."
"We know, hey tri why do you think she panic?"
"I don't know maybe something happened to her people, like something traumatic?"
"Traumatic would make more sense."
The five Hunters turned around noticing the old woman looking at them and her face is filled with worry, they understand why they look back at the forest full knowing what they need to do, they hope no animal will hurt Blake but the most thing that scared the most is hoping that the other tribal people will find her, the five hunters began walking towards the forest hoping to rescue the new friend.
Blake continue running in the forest not paying attention around her surroundings, she kept running and running until she tripped hitting her foot on a branch, she fell down getting her to stop, she started slowly breathing trying to get everything back in order as now her head is finally straight, she looked around realizing she's in the forest and because of her running without paying attention she doesn't know which direction to go, for some reason she feel ashamed and she doesn't know why.
Why did she grow angry at the Young Hunter it's pretty obvious he's just said it without thinking and he didn't mean it in a mean way, but why did Blake react to that she wonders why, she clinched her head frustrated at herself not just herself but frustrated to this Amnesia forgetting who she was, why is she so ashamed of herself why is she so angry at that person who's just asking a dumb question, why but the real question is that is bothering her the most is who is Blake Belladonna.
Blake scream and frustration slamming her hand on the ground she kept punching on the ground over and over trying her best to remember but all she got was nothing, was making her even more frustrated, she got up began walking until she heard her noise of streaming water she must be close to river, she wondered as to begin following the noise she sees the the river as she got closer, she smelled something she smell fish she looked closer at the river noticing a few small fish around the area Blake's eyes widen and her stomach growled.
Blake walk towards the river slowly seeing the fish and on Instinct she jumped on the river trying to catch the fish but it's run away, she spotted another fish she tried to grab it but it also got away, blake even got more frustrated she tried again and again but kept failing over and over again until she stopped, She sees her reflection on the water and notice her cat ears perking up, for some reason it felt like she staring at some else, she was looking at someone who she thought she was, no memory of who she was and out of nowhere she felt alone she remember looking at the villagers, none of them have any cat ears, just her she looked at her reflection she looked very different from everyone else in the village.
"Who are you, just tell me who you are, my name is Blake Belladonna and I don't know anything else besides my own name, why am I different why do I have cat ears who am I?
She walked out of the river and noticing the Sun is going down, she looked around the forest and began walking but it was too dark for her to see but since she part cat, she probably would see in the dark much easily but she doesn't want to do any of that, she stop and sees a hole on the ground big enough for her to fit inside, but it would be dangerous thinking there could be animals in the hole. she use her cat ears and strong vision to see what was in the hole, which luckily for her it was empty, a cold breeze began to blow getting Blake cold she was still wet from the river, the hole was big enough for her stay inside but before she went inside, she looked at the sky seeing the Stars finally arriving she crawled into the hole trying make herself comfortable. she still haven't got that thought out of her head, who is she where is she and who is Blake Belladonna, a lot of thoughts in her head but not for long as her eyes began to grow heavy she slowly fell asleep.
All there was was nothing but Darkness that's what she sees until suddenly Blake realized, she wasn't in the hole she was sleeping instead she was outside seeing a few trees, but these trees don't look like the ones in the forest they look like tropical trees, it was so dark for her to see even with her cat eyes she still can't see anything it was just pitch black, then a small noise came in like water not like noise from the river more like a shore, waves hitting the land. Suddenly the sunrise began and the light from the sun spread across the area, Blake finally saw the land and it wasn't a forest it was a tropical land, what got her even more surprised there were a few buildings even seeing a lot of people walking by, as the people fade in revealing themselves, Blake's eyes widen seeing not just people but people with animal features with extra ears, some with horns, some with Tails some with wings and at first for the first time she felt at home, she doesn't feel lonely.
She walked around The Village seeing people mind their own business not judging each other by their features, for some reason Blake just felt more comfortable here and she doesn't know why, she continued on walking until she stumbled on a giant house, giant house is an understatement and more looks like a giant mansion or Temple, she turned back looking at the other people and the village but then suddenly it was gone, no one was there just her and this giant building.
Blake question does this building has something important, she doesn't know but something is telling her to enter so she did, as she walked up on the stairs and slowly reach her hand toward the handle, she gently pushed the door open and as she entered a bright light appeared blinding her only a little bit, and as the light fade away making it easy for her to see, the building looks like just well a normal building different style but still she continue walk in the area, still have no idea why his building is here, until she stumbled on Two Silhouettes just two people that look familiar towards her.
She got closer the Silhouettes becomes more clear to see, then her eyes widen the two people both have black hair and both of them have cat ears a man and a woman, the woman almost looks like Blake a little bit but then she realized something as the two people looked at her they smiled and at that moment Blake suddenly on Instinct knew these were her parents. Without hesitation she ran towards them hugging them she sees her parents in front of her and she's hugging them, she felt right at home but something tells her this is just a dream, but in the back of her head something is also telling her she wants to stay in this dream but not all things last forever, as Blake let go of her parents they faded away, Blake eyes widen realizing what is happening then she suddenly heard voices all around her, the building suddenly was set on fire and what scared her the most she heard these voices even more clearly, voices that she does not like, voices that not just attack her but attacking her specifically because of her extra ears, then the fire began showing smoke and the smoke began taking shapes of people attacking each other, one smoke shape look like a person hitting another person, the other one look like a person killing someone.
The fire was circling around her the building was completely gone showing nothing but just smoke everywhere she looks, the smoke still turning to people killing each other massacre each other, she wants to leave, she wants to run but she can't, she was surrounded by big blaze of fire she tried her best to cover her ears to get the noise to stop but she can't, she has four ears two human two cat she tried her best to cover both of them as hard as she can, but she hears the voices so clearly then out of nowhere she looked forward and sees one big smoking silhouette, the smoke form into a person and then horns started to appear on the head with red eyes glowing, the smoke silhouette was staring back at her Blake was terrified still surrounded by a circle of fire and all she sees is this creature.
The smoke creature looked at Blake then pulled out what looks like to be a long Smokey object but for some reason Blake grew even more terrified, as the creature was about to hit Blake with the Smokey object, she Close her eyes expecting the worst then she woke up, she jerked up looked around Breathing heavily as she looked around her surroundings, she sees it was daytime already she slowly began to catch your breath, she was scared having a nightmare of her assume it was a past memories or something, that she doesn't want to talk about it, she crawled out of the hole seeing the morning area, she looked around she walked to the river peaceful, she squat down taking a drink of water in the river, she stopped and heard snapping twigs she looked up and see a group of deers looking at her then they left.
Blake looked around the forest one more time and still have no idea where she needs to go, she doesn't know if she can go back to the Village or if she can find the village, the forest is so big with trees so high and yet she has no idea where she is, new territory of a Uncharted land but she remember something, The Village has a river if she can follow the river she can probably find the village, so with no other choice she began to follow the river.
The more she followed the more she sees familiar and not so familiar animals, they mostly run away but some stay and looked at her then left, she continue on following the river still have no idea where she is and hoping she didn't took the wrong turn, the walk turn into hours as soon as later daytime has become night, Blake looked around trying to find another hole but found nothing, she grab a few branches and began to make fire, as she sat there wondering if she made the right decision or if she made a poor decision, she doesn't know why but she doesn't want to sleep worried that if she sleeps that creature will appear, why, why does that creature scared her the most wasn't it devilish horns, its unnatural and uncanny appearance or was it something else, she doesn't know why, as she waited there next to the fire keeping her warm waiting for the sun to come up, she clenched your stomach hearing her herself growling starving wanted to eat but have nothing.
She tried her best to ignore it but she couldn't, her stomach growl even more and she couldn't take it no more, she stand up pick up a branch and began to walk around the forest trying to find anything to eat, as she continue walking around the area reminding herself not to go too far for her to lose the river, she stopped when she heard a big thump, something has fallen down she's slowly try to follow the noise and as she stopped, she hide in a bush with her strong eyesight she can see the dark clearly but when she found the noise, it was a massive deer on the ground hurt wasn't able to move. Blake got closer and noticed a few scratch marks noticing that this deer was in a battle and obviously did not win, Blake walked towards the deer which the deer immediately started panicking but as it moved more fragmentally it grew even more tired, as it stopped Blake looked at the animal seeing how hurt it is, the creature have lost a lot of blood so there's no use of saving it, the creature will die even Blake would try to help it but she took a deep breath and released it knowing that she will have to kill this animal just to survive, she raised up the branch using the pointy end to stab the creature ending its suffering, but before she did the creature stop breathing.
Blake looked down at the lifeless deer, it stopped breathing Blake doesn't know how long she was standing there she felt like she may be standing there for hours, looking at the dead creature but her stomach growled forcing her to get back what she was doing, she raised up the branch and stabbed at the creature although she doesn't have anything Sharp, she found a few rocks that have a sharp edge and tried to butcher the animal, although it wasn't well, good there were a few times that the deers hair went onside the meat and the blood was also spread around the meat, Blake was trying her best to find anything that she can eat, as she finally cut off the legs of the deer picking it up and ready to head back but before she did, she heard a twig snap. Turning around and see nothing even with her strong hearing and eyesight she couldn't see anything, she hear someone moving around but she couldn't see them, she looked up in the trees but saw no one she grew even more scared wondering what is happening until she turned around and her eyes immediately widen, she stood back slowly she felt intimidated by looking at what kind of creature it was a giant sabertooth.
The animal was looking at Blake it was growling at her the creature opened its big mouth and picked up the giant deer, Blake was horrified worried that the saber tooth is going to attack her the sabertooth let go of the deer looked at it, it noticed something it looked back at Blake and began walking towards her, Blake immediately started to get even more worried she looked at the meat was holding and thought that the Sabertooth was looking at it, Blake immediately picked one of the legs and throw it at the giant cat but it did not stop, Blake throw all of the meat she has at the creature but it wasn't paying attention it was looking at her, Blake started to get even more scared then she tripped as she fall down on the ground she tried to back up as fast as she can hitting a tree, she was cornered the giant sabertooth was still walking towards her as Blake close her eyes turning their head scared and don't know what to do, the saber tooth got closer to her and the giant cat stop it's sniffed at Blake, she can feel the breathing of the giant cat, she was trying her best not to move, not to do anything to get the Sabertooth to attack her, as Blake slowly open her eyes just a peek looking at the creature up close, she can see how large the saber tooth is the big teeth jabbing out of its upper mouth, and she can see the fur of the creature a type of Orange brown type even though it was night, her eyesight see what type of color it was, the eyes were massive so large that if you make a fist with your hand it will be the same size of a saber tooth.
The giant saber tooth with sniffing on Blake and she was terrified having no idea what to do, then out of nowhere a gush of wind pass through them, as Blake and the Sabertooth looked at what fall down it was revealed to be an arrow, blake and the Sabertooth turn left seeing a group of people one of them who fired the arrow yelled out.
"BLAKE RUN!!" Yelled tri
The saber tooth growled at them but it stood back even more when it noticing more arrows fly next to them, when the saber tooth was at a good distance blake got up and started running towards the group but the Sabertooth noticed it right away it began chasing Blake, the group of hunters notice the giant cat chasing Blake two of them started shooting arrows towards the giant creature and the others grab their Spears and began running towards it, blake knows that she cannot look back she continue running until she sees three Hunters with Spears running towards her, she passed them they were charging at the giant sabertooth Blake stopped looking at the three Hunters they use their Spears to keep the the giant sabertooth back, the giant creature swipe its arms at the hunters.
"Blake!"
"Tri!"
"Oh thank God your ok, upto take Blake back at the village."
Before he finishes sentence the Sabertooth growled as loud as it can and immediately started charging at the three Hunters, they try their best to keep the animal back with their Spears but the saber tooth got even more frustrated it's swing it might claw breaking one of the Spears, and immediately started heading forward the two Hunters grab the Torches and began swing it around at the giant cat, the creature was growling trying to swing its claws at the Hunter breaking one of the Spears, and immediately started heading forward the two Hunters grab the Torches and began swing it around at the giant cat, the creature was growling trying to swing its claws at the Hunter but It can feel the heat of the fire, some of the hunters took this Advantage by taking out their arrows and began shooting at the sabertooth which got a good hits, but the saber tooth was not giving up it charge at everyone even though it was willing to burn itself to get its prey, as the giant cat jumped on one of the hunters, the hunter screamed in panic swinging and even using the torch to burn the Tiger's face which it did back off, but the tiger did not stop it's wiped its claw cutting the person's chest leaving a wound on his chest.
One of the hunters screamed in angry and immediately charged with his spear stabimg the saber tooth on its side, the saber tooth eyes widen in pain as it turns around immediately pushing the hunter away, the hunters began to group up using their numbers to intimidate the giant cat, as the saber-tooth pulled out the spear by using its teeth the hunters use their Spears to keep the tiger away even though it was circling around them, Blake looked down in the ground noticing the broken piece of the spear, she picked it up knowing that she had to defend herself if the tiger comes closer towards her, the giant cat was still circling around them then it jumped towards them, the hunters were taken back they expecting the tiger to charge at them, but they weren't expecting the creature to jump at them everyone moved out of the way trying not to get caught by the sabertooth grass, the tiger turn around and immediately notice Blake it began charging towards her but most of the hunters immediately throw their Spears at the tiger trying to hit it, some of the miss and some of them did hit it but only scratching it.
Blake saw the Sabertooth as it began running towards her blake eyes widen she didn't have time to move out of the way, creature was about to catch her, on that small fragment of time Blake tries to think of something to escape the attack, she didn't have time to move out of the way she was on the right area where the tiger wants her to be, she didn't have time to raise the spear she found to harm it, she was trapped something inside her feels different, she seen this encounter before she doesn't know why this feeling is bothering her and knowing that she's about to be killed, the saber tooth jumped on Blake as when the hunters eyes widened in complete horror the tiger got up and noticed that Blake was gone see only seeing a shadow, everyone was confused even the animal and out of nowhere Blake appeared right next to tryi with spooked him.
He wasn't the only one, Blake as well was shocked she wasn't expecting that, but it wasn't long the Sabertooth turned around lunging on them blake immediately push tri away and as the tiger thought he caught Blake, she fade away. The giant cat turn its head looking at tri but Blake throw a rock getting the giant cats attention when the Sabertooth turned around looking at Blake very upset, she immediately took the opportunity and started running getting the cat to follow her, tri Shout It Out worried about Blake he got a picking up his Spear and arrows and began running towards them.
Blake Turned her head just a slight to see if the saber tooth was following her, it was except this time the giant cat was catching up towards her, Blake was shocked and tried to run faster but she couldn't then suddenly she started to feel something inside of her, something familiar she looked around thinking that someone trying to talk to her but there was no one someone, it's like deep down her her mind is telling her something. She continued running and seeing a few trees along scattering all over the area, she immediately launched herself Jumping On One Log and another trying her best to lose the giant cat, but as she jumped on another log she turned around and noticed that the saber tooth was gone, she couldn't see it but she can hear it and she knows that the cat wasn't lost it was sneaking around, but Blake cannot see it with the logs, big branches covering up the small gaps she couldn't see where the saber tooth is hiding.
She gripped the spears she was holding, she was dead quiet her ears perked up trying to find where was the saber tooth was hiding, she turned her head look at the same direction where the twig snap, her heart what's racing she was sweating. She was scared and nervous she looked in every small quarter trying to find the saber tooth but all she sees was nothing, she was about to move but the log she was standing on just had a slight movement, which blake instantly duck down where the Sabretooth was trying to catch her, Blake fall down from the log and hitting the ground.
Blake solely getting up until she looked up seeing the saber tooth looking down at her Blake looked around her surroundings trying to find any Escape but there was only one right in front of her was a gap big enough for her to crawling inside but small enough for the saber tooth won't catch her without hesitation Blake instantly jump towards the Gap and began crawling as fast as you can the saber to seeing what she was doing it lungs down using its claws to trying to pull Blake out but due to the saber-tooth large size it was making it difficult for it to catch Blake.
Has Blake tried her best to crawl from the tight space she was in she saw a few holes of moon light making it easier for her to see, but she stopped She heard a crack coming from the log she was in, then out of no where a claw dig through the log she was in seeing the walls cracking, she immediately began crawling even faster as she began to crawl she sees the Sabertooth immediately breaking through the log she was in, even having a few close calls as she sees the exit she immediately tried her best to move even faster than before, as she finally made it out she looked around realizing she was in a completely different area, she tried her best to get out of the log she was in and then, saber tooth jumped on her getting both of them to hit the ground at the exact same time, as Blake tried to get up as quick she can she looked at her shoulder noticing a big claw marks, she grits her teeth feeling the pain of her shoulder.
Seen the blood coming down on her arm somehow makes it even more painful to feel, she looked back at the table tooth who was also getting up as it turned its head looking at Blake this time more determined after seeing her injury, a large cat began circling around Blake which Blake as well circling around the cat trying to find any ways to escape this giant Beast. She was still holding her spear Blake was hurt, she was tired and she doesn't know what to do she cannot lose this animal, she cannot out run it and she cannot fight it then she stopped, that words she's thought of fighting it, her vision began to change just a glimpse the Sabertooth suddenly turn into a black creature with the face of a skull, but then it reverted back into its normal animal, Blake was confused was she hallucinating due to blood loss but there was no way of that, it's like she seen that creature before that black skull like monster it's like she actually seen it before and fought it, her heavy breathing slowly began to breathe normally.
She looked down seeing a small log that she can easily pick up as she did she doesn't know why but she's letting her body move on its own for some reason this feels right she began to hold her spear very differently then she wasn't scared she was nervous yes but it's like fear suddenly disappeared the saber tooth stop moving and it was looking at her both of them looking eye to eye waiting for one of them to move full knowing that one of them is going to live and the other one has to go.
The saber tooth immediately jumped on Blake but she dodged it no longer worried but letting her body control her movements, as the saber-tooth swinging its claws at her she also dodged and she swung the spear slicing the sabertooth's face getting the saber tooth to grow angry, it began to swing its arms all over the place rapidly, Blake jumped away from the attack and she swings the spear hitting the side of the of the giant cat, the Sabertooth began to grow even more angry it swing its claw at her around this time Blake did not dodge it she used the log she was holding as a shield, which the power of the saber tooth immediately broke the log but also pushed Blake away, the tiger immediately began to run towards Blake hoping to get an easy kill, it jumped on Blake but she fade away, Blake appeared and stub the saber tooth on its side making it easier to penetrate it vital organs, the safer tooth immediately eyes widen feeling the pain, it began thrushing around trying to catch Blake which, she was on top of it giant animal, she grabbed the giant cat hair trying desperately to hold on and pushing the spear deep into its wound, but the saber tooth immediately thrush even harder causing Blake to lose her grip, as she fell down landing on her injured shoulder causing her to scream and pain.
As Blake tried her best to get up but feeling the pain, the saber tooth jumped on her this time finally catching her, the saber tooth open its mouth as wide as it can revealing its Giant saber teeth, Blake Fades away before the cat bite her when she appeared she grab another branch and immediately began running towards the giant cat stabbing it on its side, unknown for both of them they were on the edge of a small hill, when Blake stabbed the saber tooth on the side it also pushed the saber tooth but it also got Blake to lose her balance getting both of them to fell off the edge, as they fell the hill wasn't that high but it was a drop they both rolled on the ground finally hitting the ground, Blake slowly tried her best to get up but she was exhausted but she tried her best and as she made it to her feet, she saw the saber tooth landed on a few branches where they went through the Sabertooth, she began to walk towards the Sabertooth seeing it slowly dying she picked up one branch and began stabbing at the saber tooth over, and over, and over again before the Sabretooth was no longer breathing but Blake did not stop, she kept stabbing it over and over until blood began to pour, which she continued stabbing and causing the blood to scatter all over herself but she wasn't bothered by the blood, she kept stabbing at the already dead creature over and over again until she felt someone touched her Shoulders, she immediately turned around still holding the the bloody branch on her hand, she sees to tri and the other Hunters with him, they try to get her to calm down, which she slowly slowly calm down but some of them were a bit scared seeing Blake already covered in blood.
Blake thoughts finally came back she turned looking back at the dead sabertooth well what remains, the body was filled with multiple stab wounds the side of the body wide open showing the exposed body, Blake stared at the body waiting for something to happen but she doesn't know why, she look at her hands seeing them covered in blood, then she looked at herself her clothes and body was covered in blood, she started to breathe heavily but she felt a hand on her shoulder getting her to calm down, she looked to see who it was revealing to tri.
He gently moved Blake away from the dead sabertooth, they returned back to the river where they made a camp fire, tri looked at Blake seeing her cleaning herself in the river, although he doesn't have Blake strong eyesight he can see her silhouette, to most poeple this might be inappropriate a man seeing woman washing themself but it's not like that, tri was holding his spear because since Blake was covered in blood, he was worried that the blood could attract other Predators.
"You know i don't like when people stare at especially when I'm cleaning myself." Said Blake feeling embarrassed
"You are covered in blood, blood will attract animals I'm watching you not because of your looks, I'm watching you because I want to make sure you're safe." Said tri
Blake groans realizing his explanation make more logical sense, but the more she thinks about it the more she realized she has more advantages than him, with her cat ears and her strong eyesight she can easily tell if an animal is going to attack her, but deep down she's happy that tri keeping her safe.
Blake ears twitch she heard footsteps, she turned her head seeing the other Hunters returned, she also noticed they have the body of the Sabertooth, well half of it. Blake stand up seeing her body no longer covered in blood, she looked at her Shoulder which where the saber tooth scratched her noticing that it was healed, but now there were scars left behind not only that she started to feel much better like her body started healing on its own, which doesn't know how maybe it's another ability besides having cat features, turned seeing her well torn, tattered and bloodied clothes but she knows it's going to take while for her clothes dry, and she can't wear them while they are wet, she took a deep breath trying to think of a plan.
"If you're worried about clothes you can use the hide of the Sabertooth." Said tri
Blake eyes widen she quickly sat back down at the water hoping he wasn't there the whole time, tri walked closer noticing Blake face was red, tri got worried.
"You ok your face is red, is your face still cover in blood?"
"NO NO its not blood its um, its blushing."
"Oh ok, but why are you blushing?"
Through deep down Blake wants to scroll him but she's basically using words that Tri isn't aware of, plus she has to remind herself that these people are primitive and they have no knowledge of what she's actually saying, so of course they don't understand embarrassment.
She turned her head looking at Tri he was still holding the hide of the Sabertooth, Blake extended her hand grabbing the hide she stand up wrapping herself with it, tri gave Blake a rope for her to use as a belt. When she finished she looked at herself, they turned the skin of the Sabertooth into a sleeveless tunic she smiled thanking Tri, he smile back at Blake.
They both walked back to the camp fire Blake saw one of the hunters were injured seeing the other Hunters helping their teammate out, trying to keep him alive and keeping him safe, Blake feels sorry for the hunter feeling that it was her fault that the hunter was injured, she was the one who run away and they were trying to find her and because of that they got attacked by the Sabertooth, blake walk towards the injured Hunter apologizing towards him but the hunter Shrugged It Off, knowing that he's going to have a scar that shows that he's not weak.
Has Blake took a sigh of relief as everyone else trying to catch their breath finally relaxing and taking a break, Blake slowly close her eyes and suddenly went to sleep, the next day blake and the hunters return back to the Village, Blake was a bit worried but Tri told her that everything will be fine which gave Blake the relief, the people who woke up and seen Blake return are relieved that she was all right, not only that they noticed that she's wearing a different outfit meaning something has happened to her previous outfit.
When the old woman woke up Babba immediately ran towards Blake seeing if she's all right, the old woman noticing that she has a scar on her shoulder, Blake explain that she somehow managed to heal herself, which she did not know she has, the old woman was a bit surprised from this but just gave her a good excuse the old woman hit blake on her head using her cane. Blake grabbed her head in pain question why did the woman did that, which when she thinks about it she deserves that.
A couple hours have passed the old woman checked on Blake to see if she's all right, but like she says Blake's new ability of healing fast serious quite remarkable but even Blake doesn't know how far she could heal, so she needs to be more careful she looked at her shoulder realizing that the scar is still there, meaning that her healing abilities does have limits.
The more time that Blake stayed in the village the more she started to adjust and get used to the new lifestyle, a couple weeks have passed and Blake has fully adjusted to the lifestyle of the villagers, even the people around the village are starting to grow used to Blake seeing her as a person, sure she may have cat ears but besides that she's just well a person, there's been a couple of times Blake went with the Hunters on their hunt, and everything turned out well using Blake's ability to help them out a lot, making hunting a lot more safer and easier.
Blake even learned some new techniques like how to craft and have to bake, even though baking is not that difficult since they just have basic ingredients to make bread, but besides that she learns how to make a bow and a spear, but for some reason she felt like she already knows this, she doesn't know why but deep down every time she holds the spear he doesn't hold it as a spear but she holds it like like a sword, she doesn't know why but deep down she should probably make a weapon for her, sure it may be ridiculous but at least it will calm her mind down.
Her and tri started to get a lot closer tri even explaining about the villagers, even his own life, he even try helping Blake to remember thing, one time where Blake tried to find any ideas of what happened to her before she went unconscious, her and tri try to guess what happened but they're still debating on that, but there's another thought inside of Blake that makes her Wonder, she looks at the forest she's aware that there are people inside the forest, people who could be dangerous and she wonders that what would have happened if they arrived here, sure the old woman did say they may trade with them, but what if there are others who don't want to trade then, like a trigger something deep down immediately got Blake to be even more worried, that thoughts of making our own weapon came back whatever it was, she makes sure this Village is safe.
Something deep down, those four silhouettes those people are they people she wonders, but she doesn't know why, why did she forget but for some reason Blake turned her head looking at the horizon questioning why she's looking at that direction, is she looking at it just for The View she doesn't know why but like before that's going to be bothering her for a while.
In a different area much farther from the forest a rocky grassland the wind was blowing the tall grass then out of nowhere a girl with long blonde hair woke up she got up questioning where she was and she rubbed her eyes trying to catch her sight she looks around she wonders why she's in this grassland she looked at herself.
"Where am I, where, where?"
Her eyes widen in fear realizing what is happening, as her mind finally came back.
"WHERES MY SISTER?!"
