CH1 introductions

Hello all, this is the first time I'm doing this kind of story so be nice, there are possibly going to be foreign media that is either in sub or dub and I will be doing the one I like best, so it could be How's Moving Castle but from the English version, there also may be spoilers ahead so you are warned.

Team RWBY and Zwei are sitting on the edge of Beacon's landing platform, overlooking the City of Vale from across the lake.

Yang "Well, we did it."

Blake "We did it."

Weiss "If we don't get extra credit for that, I'm gonna be seriously disappointed."

Yang "Weiss, a two-headed snake literally crushed a bakery. I wouldn't count on it."

Ruby "Plus, I mean, we didn't solve everything. A lot of people were hurt, and we still don't even know why they did this, or who that mystery girl was."

Weiss "Well, not every story has a neat and tidy ending."

Blake "We might not have all the answers, but we do have a lot of dangerous people behind bars. And I think that's something we could be proud of."

Ruby "Yeah! And if anyone tries something like this again, we'll be there to stop them."

Yang "Yay, teamwork, camaraderie, good guys, go team, alright, good job... So, what now?" lying down on her back with Zwei doing the same.

Weiss "I suggest training for the tournament, but I guess we have that covered at this point."

Blake "So then..."

Ruby "Uhh... Time for bed?"

Yang "Please."

Blake "Absolutely."

Weiss "Yes."

Yang "I'm going to sleep forever."

Team RWBY and Zwei then stand up and heads back towards Beacon's main campus.

Unknown voice "I'm sorry, but things must change for any hope of a brighter future"

Confused and on edge after everything that just happened the team pulled out their weapons and looked around for the sudden voice, but saw no one, nothing at all.

But then there was a sudden flash of light blinding them all… when the light faded they had all vanished leaving nothing behind.

Unknown voice "It's time for you all to wake up now"

Multiple groans sounded as many people began to get up from the grassy soft ground, these people were Team RWBY (Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long), Zwei, Team JNPR (Jaune Arc, Nora Valkyrie, Pyrrha Nikos, Lie Ren), Team CFVY (Coco Adel, Fox Alistair, Velvet Scarlatina, Yatsuhashi Daichi), Sun Wukong, Neptune Vasilias, Ozpin, Glynda Goodwitch, Peter Port, Bartholomew Oobleck, Ilia Amitola, Taiyang Xiao Long, Raven Branwen, Qrow Branwen, James Ironwood, Winter Schnee, Penny Polendina, Ace Operatives (Clover Ebi, Vine Zeki, Elm Ederne, Harriet Bree, Marrow Amin), Happy Huntresses (Robyn Hill, Fiona Thyme, Joanna Greenleaf, May Marigold), Oscar Pine, Whitley Schnee, Klein Sieben, Ghira Belladonna, Kali Belladonna, Maria Calavera, Saphron Cotta-Arc, Terra Cotta-Arc, Adrian Cotta-Arc, Pietro Polendina, Willow Schnee, Roman Torchwick, Neopolitan, Cinder Fall, Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, Arthur Watts, Hazel Rainart, Tyrian Callows and Salem.

Once they became aware that they were in an open field in an unknown place most began shouting.

Ruby & Yang "Dad! Uncle Qrow!"

Tai "Girls!" gives them a huge hug with Zwei running and barking around happily.

Kali "Kitten!" running up she grabs her daughter with Ghira close behind.

Blake "M-mom, dad… you don't… hate me?"

Ghira "We're your parents, of course not, now come here" he picked them both up in a hug.

Jaune "Sis!?" he said looking to see Saphron with her wife Terra and their son Adrian.

Saphron "Jaune! How's my little brother!" she said as she started grabbing at his cheeks only for him to try fending her off in a comical way, Pyrrha watching on with a small giggle.

Nora "AWWWW! Whose this wittle cutie!" she said leaning down to Adrian in Terra's arms.

Terra "This is mine and my wife's son, Adrian, my wife is Saphron who is currently messing with her younger brother Jaune"

Nora "he's just so cute, isn't he Ren"

Ren "Yes Nora, he is"

Penny "FATHER! It is fantastic to see you again!" she hugged her creator who chuckled returning the hug.

Pietro "You as well Penny"

Weiss "S-sister, it's good to see you again"

Winter "Hello Weiss, I wish I could say the same, but we are in a serious situation"

Klein (Doc) "Yes though that doesn't mean-"

Klein (Happy) "-that we can't be joyful of our reunion my dear!" the loyal butler said popping up next to them, switching personalities both shocking and getting a laugh from the pair.

Weiss "Klein!" with a smile she hugged her dear friend who happily returned it, with him even dragging Winter into it.

Glynda "Roman, how did you escape!" she pointed her weapon at him, with him returning it with Neo by his side.

Roman "I woke here just like you did, you think I know or are you just getting that senile"

Ironwood "Ozpin, where are we?"

Ozpin "I don't know"

Salem "as clueless as always Ozpin"

Tyrian "Hahaha! Indeed my queen and we have a most delicious opportunity right now don't we, hahaha!"

This gained everyone's attention towards the Queen of Grimm

Ozpin "S-Salem"

Hazel "OZPIN!" he roared as he jabbed lightning and fire Dust into himself and charged at him, his everyone to draw their weapons.

Only for a blur to shoot out of nowhere, strike him in the face, sending him crashing back to Salem's faction said blur landed a distance away from everyone, revealing a 21-year-old woman with an average hourglass figure of 6ft tall with tanned skin, a dusting of freckles, an electric blue coloured right eye and a magenta coloured left eye, dd size breasts, curly ginger hair with electric blue highlights in a hairstyle just like the Provisions Manager from the game "Monster Hunter: World" and purple coloured lips, she didn't wear shoes but had a white tube top, knee length distressed baggy dungarees and an oversized plaid shirt.

Unknown person "There will be no fighting here"

Ruby "Hey you're that voice we heard before that flash and waking up here!"

Others remarked about the same happening to them.

Ironwood "Who are, why are we here, are you working for Salem!?" he raised his guns at her with his forces doing the same.

Glynda "Why must everything be a show of force with you!"

Ironwood "I will do what I must to protect my people-"

Unknown person "SHUT UP!" she outright roared causing everything to shake and the once clear sky to turn into a thundering storm of dark clouds and lightning, everyone flinched back at both this and the glare she shot at the general, even Ozpin and Salem where not unaffected by the shear rage coming from her voice and eyes.

It only stopped when Adrian started to sniffle in sadness, the woman instantly calmed down with the shacking stopping and the sky clearing once more.

Unknown person "Sorry, I let my anger get the best of me just then, didn't mean to upset you little one" With a wave of her hand a small fairy made of energy formed and flew over to Adrian, the fairy-looking like Tinkerbell, and waved around in front of him making chiming noises that grabbed his attention and made his smile and giggle, putting many at ease.

Unknown person "Now as for who I am, I go by the name Cloud Silverwing, please call me Cloud. As for why I brought you all here is simple, if things in your world do not change then many of you will go through many hardships and lose, one of those is why I snapped at Morningwood over here"

Despite her dire words her last remark made many burst out laughing, even said man's more dignified loyal members couldn't keep a smirk or giggle from escaping their lips, while he blushed at her words.

Qrow "Oh brothers! Hahaha! Why didn't I ever think of that! I love this girl! HAHAHAHA!" he was practically on his back from laughing so hard.

Ironwood "That is not my name!"

Cloud "Oh your right, it's Iron shaft. Copper balls. Tin pole?"

Each name she came up with just got more and more laughs, Qrow, Yang, Tai, Nora and even Tyrian were almost dying of laughter with tears running down their faces.

Ozpin "As entertaining as this is, I believe you didn't just bring us here for a laugh, given what you said"

Cloud "Yes, joking aside, you aren't wrong, but you aren't right either, if I'm honest your world is stupid, thousands of years of war for a disagreement and because of two high-powered beings that don't really care about you is just stupid to me. That is why when I was asked to help change things for the better I jumped at the chance"

Winter "What do you mean "asked"?"

Cloud "I am, or was, a normal human from another universe, I was summoned by an entity and told that they needed help in altering one of your worlds timelines so a better future would come to be, I agreed and was given many powers to do with as need be, you just witnessed it with the storm and shaking, I'm still a little new to them even with the inserted knowledge of how to do so"

Cinder "Such power, I need it for myself"

Maria "You're going to have to explain a bit more as you almost sound like a crazed loyalist"

Cloud "I knew it was going to be tough. Okay, what do you know about the universe or multiverse?"

Oobleck "I have researched and learned many things in my time, but the universe is still a debatable subject on what the universe is considered to be, though I must admit I haven't heard of this "Multiverse" you speak of, I can only assume it is tied into the Universe or else you would not have asked us our knowledge on the subject"

Cloud "correct, and I suppose I should have expected you not to know as you can't even get past your own world's atmosphere into space. Alright, let me give a basic run down" With that she clapped her hands, and everyone, except Adrian, was bathed in light and all at once they knew.

They knew about the universe, that it is all of space and time and their contents, including planets, stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy, created from the big bang. They even knew about the multiverse and how it is an infinite number of universes that may be similar or vastly different to their own, with infinite timelines being created from simple actions and choices they make without even knowing it.

After the light faded they took a moment to gain their bearings and calm their thoughts.

Pietro "Amazing, to think we had barely scratched the surface of what we understood about our home, that there is far more beyond our own moon and sun, this alone could change our very world"

Cloud "Yep, pretty wild right, I always believed in the multiverse and so when I was summoned by the entity I was ecstatic to know so many worlds were real and even more so that I could help one of your timelines become better"

Ozpin "As amazing as all this is it doesn't explain why you brought us here and why you had such a bad reaction to James' words before"

Cloud "Ah yea that, well I can explain that you see in my, and other worlds, yours is seen as fictional, now with the knowledge you have about the multiverse you know this isn't true, that is why I have this theory I have had for years. I believe that writers and artists have a subconscious connection to the multiverse and can view other worlds through their dreams and or imagination, this leads them to write and or draw them down, which becomes either read or made into fictional media for others to see and enjoy without knowing they are real. Think of it like this, a giant library, filled with many books, some being the same or retelling of the same story differently or being completely different altogether, and each of these books represents a universe and or timeline, windows into the universe they have written within their pages. So the fictional stories in your world could be real out there in the multiverse, you see what I'm saying?"

Many nodded seeing her point of view and how true it could be, helping to ease their troubled thoughts, except for one thing.

Ruby "So wait, does that mean since you have seen our world in yours, and you reacted as you did to the General, does that mean you have seen our future and that…that…"

Ironwood "That I did something horrendous that earned such displeasure?" he finished what Ruby was unable to.

Cloud "Yes, which leads to the next unhappy part, just so you know this is what would have happened should I have not summoned you all here, that the future is not set in stone and can be changed if you wish it of your free own will, and that I summoned those of importance or closely bonded to those of importance to help them" Ozpin got nervous about that but before he could do anything once again all but Adrian where bathed in light, seeing and experiencing everything that their future would have been, everything from when Ruby started out at the Dust shop all the way up to team RWBY and Jaune leaving Ever After to the Kingdom of Vacuo.

When it faded many had tears over the events that they had just seen and or gone through, Pyrrha was wrapped up in a hug by her team and friends with Jaune telling her never to do such a thing again, the rest of Ace Ops held onto Clover like he was going to disappear and him looking at Qrow with an understanding look and a nod which was returned, Roman was holding a crying Neo tightly in his arms saying he was right here, Ozpin was getting some glares for the secrets he kept and what they lead to, Cinder was getting the same for her actions and lies, and Ironwood was grief-stricken over his actions.

Tai "Ruby, while I wish you had been safe, I am beyond proud of you" he pulled her into a hug with a big grin on his face.

Cloud "So now you all know, what would have and could have been, you can still be like those versions of you by holding what they learnt to heart, and possibly more so with what you will learn here"

This gained all their attention.

Cloud "those events have not happened yet and can be changed, especially with a new view on things, for example, Salem, do you really think the brothers, now knowing they are not true gods, would undo your curse should you bring them back or that you will finally die if you destroy the world, or would you continue to be immortal either left in the void of space or sent to another planet to continue living?"

Salem went to answer, but paused, all her plans and tricks, would they truly work now with everything she learnt?

Salem "No. they wouldn't." Her admittance was a shock to many.

Cloud "and Ozpin, do you truly believe the Brothers know everything after what you have learnt, that they would know of what Salem would do had they cursed her with immortality and even more so when they brought you back to life after saying they never would, and would the world truly be better if they were to return?"

Ozpin "…I want to say yes, but after so long and what I have just learnt, I can't defend their actions, nor imagine what could happen should they return. it's just that I have spent so much time planning and fighting that I don't know what else to do"

Cloud "and that is why you are all here, to not just learn in advance of one of your world's futures, but also to see other worlds to both learn and enjoy them, to see other options and have time to really think on things. This planet exists outside of time, meaning that you could spend centuries here with no time passing in your world and not ageing while you're here, yet everything you learn and gain here stays with you"

This got their attention, a chance to grow stronger without the dangers of their world and responsibilities hanging overhead, along with watching over worlds, sounded awesome.

Cloud "Okay then, follow me and I'll show you around" She then began leading them across the grassy field, as they walked everyone settled their emotions and thoughts with one another, such as Blake and Illa, Jaune, Pyrrha and Penny, with Jaune not leaving Pyrrha's side at all, and Qrow and Clover.

They soon came to a large dome-like building with big glass doors, once inside they saw a large main room that had a bar to the side, a dinner to the other side and a large couch with a TV and many game consoles, along with a few other doors to the sides and a pair big doors at the end of the room they were heading towards them.

Cloud "As you can see we have a gaming area, a food area and a bar, the doors to the side lead to a lab with all manner of tools and equipment, and the other leads to an infinite library containing all kinds of information from facts to fiction, other there is a hallway with multiple doors that each lead to big bedrooms that can hold 4 people each with their own bathrooms, and the doors just next to this one lead to some toilets, with these doors leading to the cinema viewing room"

With that she pushed open the viewing room doors, showing a cinema just like The Castle Cinema with big comfy chairs and side trays to put food and objects on. Everyone looked around and chose their seats, the teenagers sat at the front together with Zwei sitting at their feet, the adults behind them with Cinder being off to the upper left side away from most, Salem and Tyrian being to the upper right side, and Raven being a few chairs away from the adults and teens.

Cloud "alright then, first off are a few facts, fact 1, even if you try to you won't be able to harm or kill anyone while out of your world, so get those thoughts out of your head, the only time you can cause harm is during training and even then death won't work, you'll be brought back fully healed, fact 2, while in this room you can summon any kind of food or drink you want with just a thought, except for alcohol, so enjoy"

Instantly there were cries of joy as many summoned their favourite foods in their laps, Ruby cookies, Nora pancakes and so on.

Cloud "fact 3, we will be watching either movies or TV series of all kinds, mixing it up as we go so things don't get stale, fact 4, I'm afraid Adrian is too young to be watching these movies, as the lowest age to watch movies would be 2 years old, so I'm going to pull a little trick to help out so there is no need to worry, fact 5 if you have any questions about things you don't understand or want more info on then you can make a note of it on these note pads"

With a snap note pads and pens appeared on their side tables.

Cloud "and finally fact 6, we will view several movies and or episodes a day before taking a brake so you can either look things up, relax, train, build and so on, with of course toilet breaks. Now given these other worlds tend to have a link or reflect my worlds history and or knowledge I will be giving you the general knowledge of my worlds history and culture, here ya go" Another flash of light and all but Adrian gained their new knowledge, with quite a few voicing it.

Ruby "YOURE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TO THE MOON!?"

Penny "a wireless satellite network in the sky for near infinite communication and information gathering, Sen-sational!"

There were many others until Cloud was able to calm them down again.

Cloud "Yes, yes we have achieved certain things your world hasn't but the same can be said for ours with yours, we haven't got hover tech down or fast healing tech, or real robots and cybernetic limbs yet, but the reason for such differences is creativity, our world doesn't have a set source of power like your Dust so we stretched out and learnt other ways of gaining fuel and power, you, however, are set in your ways of using Dust for everything, you need to start considering what you will do should it ever run out? But enough about all that, just one last thing before we start"

She snapped her fingers once more with a flash of light, after it died down it seemed like nothing had happened until.

Fox "I-I can see!"

Maria "My eyes are clearer than before"

This grabbed everyone's attention, Fox's once clear eyes now had black colouring and pupils while Maria's cybernetic eyes were now less clunky and large, now smoother and streamlined, they looked like she was wearing a simple blue and grey masquerade mask with a few small cartoon skulls decorating it.

Cloud "I have temporarily given you full eyesight so you can enjoy what we watch like everyone else. Now like I said it's temporary unless I pull some big strings with the boss, for Fox I can alter the genetics in his head so he can fully gain eyesight, though it may come with a side effect or two as I would be using mystical means to do so. As for Maria, I'm afraid I can't alter your eyes genetically, the reason is the boss doesn't want to just give you all freebies and solve all your problems for you, hence why you are given the chance to learn from these worlds to better your own, what I can do is offer to make you younger so you can help train Ruby with her eye's and replace your cyber eyes with better ones that won't break down on you. Now you both don't have to answer right now, you can think it over as long as you want while we are watching the other worlds"

This gave them hope while also calming them down to think on this fully, but for now, they will enjoy their new/regained eyesight.

Cloud "Okay with that let's get on with the show, while I choose what to watch you talk amongst yourselves."

With that Cloud called up a holo-screen and began going through it.

Yang was then made aware that she was being watched, turning she looked to see most of the teenagers along with her dad and even Zwei looking at both her and Blake with smirks.

Yang "What?"

Ruby "sooooooo~ you and Blake~"

This got a blush from the pair, even more so when Kali suddenly appeared beside Ruby with her cat ears at attention and a smile that matched Ruby's eager happy one.

Yang "w-well, that i-is, er…"

Blake "We had an agreement to talk about it after we have some privacy, but so far we aren't against the possibility of a relationship given all we went through together, a-as a team that is"

Yang nodded quickly in agreement, and with that everyone decided to back down for the moment. Maria leaned forward to speak with Ruby for a moment.

Maria "When we get the chance I'll start teaching you to use your eyes more, alright"

Ruby nodded her head in joy at gaining training to help her with her eyes.

Coco "So how do the eyes feel Fox?"

Velvet "yea, is everything as you envisioned it?"

Fox "It's both amazing and scary, all the new sights and colours I can now put names to, Coco is as stylish as I thought, Yatsuhashi is slightly taller than I thought, and Velvet is cuter than I imagined"

His words got chuckles from them and a blush from the cute bunny girl.

Cloud "Okay I got one" She took her seat at the front row with a remote in hand.

Cloud "Considering all the down-in-dumps stuff you have all learnt today, let's go for a funny fantasy world, prepare to watch-"

To answer a few possible questions, the reason why many aren't acting angrier or seeking revenge after learning everything is because not only are they in front of someone far more powerful than them but also said person, Cloud, has the backing of a being far more powerful than a god, also with learning the brothers aren't real gods, just highly powerful, overruled their angry response for the time being and as such events haven't happened to them that means there's time to change things.
