Dear diary,
Did you know that on the 20th it was the start of summer? I just realized that now! And because of that, I was able to persuade the Count to bring us to the pool! He said OK, and I was so excited! I went to my room, and got my summer dress, the one I always wear to the pool. Because of that, Dimmy calls it a swimsuit, or worse, sometimes he calls it a bikini. Whenever he does and other people are around, especially boys, I become embarrassed. But that could also be an advantage, because then the boys will realize that I have a "bikini" and then maybe I could be attractive, which will enable me to maybe get a boyfriend. But that's never happened before. :(
Once we got to the pool, I immediately dove into the pool, after looking around the place if there were any boys. There wasn't. I was disappointed, but that won't stop me from having fun. I think I had TOO much fun, because the lifeguard kicked me out of pool for splashing and diving and stuff too much. I was also disappointed, but then when I looked really closely at the lifeguard's face, I saw that he was a boy. A really hot boy. I immediately had a crush on him and instantly told him that I'd behave if only he'd let me back in the pool. He did, and I obeyed all the pool rules. I tried to flirt with him, but he was too busy telling O'Chunks and Dimmy to stop cannon-balling.
When we had to leave, I was sad. I didn't even get to talk to the hot lifeguard. But I did say bye to him when we left and waved to him. And guess what? He waved back! That's not much, I know, but at least he saw me before we left. I wonder if the next time we go back to that pool, I'll see the same lifeguard there. And if he is, I would be able to actually talk to him!
