Dear diary,
Today is Father's Day. Remember I told you that none of us have moms or dads? Yeah...Now knowing that County is going to be a dad soon makes me feel all happy inside. Speaking of County, he told the others that Timpani was going to give birth around the time the month of June is over. That's like...a long time from now, but we all have to be patient. Patience is a hard thing to have, you know.
The Count ordered Dimmy, O'Chunks, Nastasia, and Mr. L to watch over Timpani and make sure she's well fed and well rested and everything. Guess what job I had? My job was to go with the Count to the mall and buy baby stuff! Yay! I have, like, the best job ever! The thing is...I don't know if it's going to be a girl or boy. County told me that until we figure out what gender it is, we don't buy any clothes. Aw...I was really looking forward to getting some.
So the two of us went around the mall and bought stuff, like baby food, and a baby basket (is that what it's called?), and a crib (we couldn't take it home with us, it was too big. So we had to just order it and it'll come to our Castle), and a bunch of other baby stuff. I really wanted to buy clothes though. The Count could see that I was desperate, so he lent me five dollars and told me to only get one thing for myself. But with five dollars...What could I get with five dollars? There aren't a lot of clothes that were this cheap! So instead I bought some white socks and a white bib for the baby. I'm generous, right?
So we took all of the stuff back to Castle Bleck (and yes, we did pay for it) and started to put everything in place. I put the food in the pantry, while County put the basket and the clothes in the spare room Timpani was in. Turns out that that room will become the baby room. And Timpani's room. So...I guess she's staying here. Like, for the rest of her life...Well, I guess I should start becoming friends with her as soon as possible, or she'll never trust me around her new baby!

A/N: I also find it funny how they don't know the gender of the child
