In the meantime, Rob, Chris, Jessica, and Oddball made it over to the cabin with the young Dalmatian puppy barking excitedly.

"Settle down a little, girl," Jessica said, chuckling at her dog before looking at Rob and Chris. "Sorry, she gets excitable sometimes."

"Ah, no problem, every dog has its day I guess." Chris reassured their friend.

Cherry and the others soon came down the hallway of an apartment complex, looking for a certain room number.

"A113, this is it!" Lampy pointed out to the others once he found the right door.

"A113..." Lionel rubbed his chin. "Something about that number feels... I dunno."

"Yeah, it's speaking to me too, I'm just not sure why." Cherry agreed with him.

"Well, guys, go ahead." Atticus encouraged the appliances.

Lampy and Toaster both knocked on the door before they fell down in their idle form along with Radio and Blanky, hoping their master would come to the door and see them right away. However, there was no immediate answer which proved to be concerning.

"He's not home." Blanky moaned sadly.

"We'll have to wait." Toaster suggested.

"Let's wait inside and relax!" Radio added.

"Oh, sure, let's go inside," Mo shrugged as she grabbed the doorknob, but it wouldn't budge. "That's a great idea. Too bad the door's locked." she then added.

"Luckily, my war training included inter-appliance codes," Radio said to the others once he had an idea. "I will simply render the secret appliance knock and we'll be welcomed by the native machinery. Stand aside, my meager companion." he then added before rapping and tapping his antenna all around on the door and even hit his fellow appliances in some sort of rhythm as he seemed to know what he was doing.

Surprisingly, the door opened, and another lamp came out. When he saw the appliances, he gasped and ran back inside. "It's them!" he whispered.

"Is that their master?" Thor wondered from the voice.

"I doubt it." Mo replied.

The other appliances whispered to each other from behind the door while everyone else waited outside.

"How do youse do?" Plugsy greeted with a grin as he came back outside and gestured with his cord. "Tarry not upon our doorstep. Please feel free to enter, all of youse!"

Radio was the first inside and he saw the brand-new appliances who just grinned back at him and the others.

Meanwhile, Rob, Chris, Jessica, and Oddball came to take a look at the cabin together once they left the car.

"Boy, you were some lucky kid." Chris commented.

"Every summer for as long as I can remember, we'd be running all over this place." Rob nodded with a nostalgic smile.

Oddball suddenly sniffed something strange and began to put her nose to the ground and started to sniff among the trail before she began to whimper and pat down the door with her paws so that she could be let in along with everyone else.

"I guess Oddball wants a tour." Jessica chuckled, amused with her Dalmatian.

Meanwhile, Radio began to tell the other appliances a story once everyone else came into the room. "I looked her straight into those big blue eyes. It was you who killed Johnson. Parker found out and you killed him. Then you tried to get me. It's your turn, sweetheart. Now you're taking the fall," he then said before falling off of Toaster and slammed his antenna on the floor to make a gunshot sound. "There was a shot! *BANG!* A puff of smoke! We ran like the dickens! And that's how we got here." he then concluded.

"Woooow!" remarked Lampy.

"...yeah, something like that." replied Toaster.

"And all on your own, too..." mused the computer.

"How convenient!" Plugsy remarked.

"Uh, yeah, what's it to you though?" Cherry replied, not liking their tones.

"I mean... Remarkable." The computer then covered up.

"Yeah." Plugsy added as they shared a wink with each other.

The two-faced sewing machine soon began to communicate with themselves, seeming to talk bad about the others in the room with them.

"Junkyard refugees in this house. What's the world coming to? Especially those cheap plastic things that probably came from a birthday party at the dollar store."

"I wouldn't sew a stitch on that raggedy blanket."

"If you could call it a blanket."

"Looks like an old diaper."

"It smells."

"It's raggedy."

"Get that thing away from me."

"Did someone wash that thing?"

"No."

"Yuck. I'm nauseous."

Blanky then slithered over to them, causing them to act friendly for a moment as Cherry glowered at them for picking on the electric blanket like that.

"Ohhhh! How do you do?" The sewing machine faces greeted innocently.

"How do you do?" Blanky replied in return as he continued along until he saw something interesting. "Hey! Look at this!" he then told the others.

They quickly went over and saw a picture of the Master, but older.

"Boy... he sure has grown!" exclaimed Lampy.

"Look at him, what a heartbreaker!" beamed Radio.

"He graduated too!" Thor smiled.

"I'm very proud." Toaster nodded.

"Of course! He knows how to work hard." Kirby agreed.

"He's all big now," Blanky said softly about their Master. "I hope he still needs us."

"Still needs you? That's the silliest thing I ever heard!" A voice asked from the back of the room.

Everyone then looked over and found a TV set that was old-fashioned, made out of wood and had a dial on it.

"Just like Roger and Anita's TV." Atticus commented as they came to take a closer look.

"If it isn't old Rabbit Ears!" Lampy pointed out.

"If it isn't old Loudmouth!" Radio added.

"Hi, TV!" Blanky beamed.

"How ya doing?" Toaster asked.

"I've got a few more seasons left." The man in the TV explained, communicating with the appliances.

"Man, even the TV talks back?" Cherry asked as she took a closer look.

"You know it!" The man in the TV nodded. "Though you're the strange ones because I haven't seen toys come to life in a very long time, I hope you're safe from that cheap toy store: Al's Toy Barn." he then commented.

"The cottage just wasn't the same after they took you away." mused Toaster.

"Yeah, it wasn't as noisy." added Kirby.

"Well, I see you haven't changed." The TV smirked at the vacuum cleaner.

Cherry snickered a little at that while Lionel looked endeared to hear her laughter, even if it was rather quiet.

"Kind of gives you a sense of security." Radio agreed.

"Where's the Master?" Blanky wondered.

"No one told you? Is he gonna be surprised when he gets back!" The TV commented. "He just left to drive out to the-" he then started to explain only for his dial to suddenly switch to a man speaking Spanish on the screen.

"Hey! What's the big idea?!" Mo demanded as that angered her.

"Dang it, no geodes or Equestrian medallions as toys," Cherry remembered as she was about to put her hands on her chest. "We could've translated that easily."

"Ohhh, many pardons!" Plugsy replied with a smug grin. "Wuz you watchin' that channel?"

"Yeah, no kidding." Atticus replied with a slight glare.

"You really are Stinky Pete, aren't you?" Thor added.

"He probably doesn't deserve that, but was that you?" Cherry said to Thor before glaring at the newer lamp.

MEANWHILE...

"Come on in!" Rob told his guests as he opened the cabin door.

Oddball then raced inside and began to sniff around, barking a bit.

"Oddball, calm down!" Jessica cried out as she went after her Dalmatian. "Hang on, guys, I think something's wrong with her." she then told them.

"Um, no problem, Jess," Rob said before he smiled bashfully at Chris. "Well... it's the greatest, isn't it?" he then asked her.

"You guys sure did some weird stuff with your furniture." Chris commented.

"Huh?" Rob asked until he saw what she saw, seeing a busted pogo stick by the couch, the air conditioner had suddenly died and was dangling from the window, a mattress leaning against the staircase, and even a skateboard in front of the fridge. "This is... Gee! Somebody trashed the whole cottage!" he then exclaimed, sounding a little hurt.

"You big dumbo," said Chris. "Didn't you lock the doors?"

MEANWHILE... AGAIN

Plugsy and his fellow 'modern' appliances slowly approached the group, much to their concern.

"W-Why, I don't believe I've seen quite so many smiles before..." stammered Radio.

"I've never seen so many contraptions with... all these buttons, n' knobs, n' dials before!" Kirby exclaimed.

"Naturally. We are on the cutting edge of technology." Tandy stated with a grin, sounding a little eerie.

"Wow!" Lampy said.

"Well, what does that mean?" Radio asked him.

"I dunno. What does that mean?" Lampy admitted and then asked the newer appliances.

Tandy then suddenly began to have dancing pixels on his monitor as the entertainment system began to have music swell all around them.

"Another song it seems like." Thor commented.

"No kidding." Mo added.

"Since you came here uninvited, We all knew you'd be delighted, This is not the time or place to hedge~" The newer appliances began to sing to the older appliances and The Alpha Brigade. "No one here would be so bold to, But since you asked and no one's told you, Let us take you to the cutting edge~"

"I can process words, accounting too; And my pixel screen displays for you," said the computer as its screen showed off graphs and whatnot. "Computer graphics locked into your memory (Memory, memory)~"

"With fiber-optics cast in plastic, For natural sights and sounds fantastic~" The phone continued. "~Just reach out and talk to your dear old Uncle Emery~"

"More, more, more~" The new appliances sang to discourage the old appliances.

"Everything you wanted and more, More, more, more~" Tandy sang to Lampy as Plugsy shut the door where the TV was trapped inside of.

"Let me tell you what it's for, Here's the printout with the score~" The sewing machine sang, yanking Cherry over with her cord and printer paper came out of Tandy. "Get yourself together on the edge, Ooo-ahh-ooo~"

Cherry was then suddenly taken for a ride on the whisk from the kitchen into the living room.

"You want to go to old Rio de Janeiro, my dear~" The entertainment system sang while showing her a projection screen that showed the rest of the Alpha Brigade along with Toaster, Kirby, and Radio all on the beach together like they were on vacation.

Toaster didn't seem to like that and tapped the screen, trying to frantically get out.

"You want to join in any Club Paradise~" The newer appliances chorused as Blanky wore sunglasses and drank from a glass until they screen tilted and they all fell out into the living room. "You'd rather stay at home where the picture is clear~"

"Guys?" Cherry asked her friends.

"I don't even know how that happened," Atticus replied as he was temporarily a merboy action figure until his lower half glowed and he was back to his normal action figure self as they ended up in a pile of sand. "Or that." he then added.

"Chalk it up to music video shenanigans," Lionel replied. "All sorts of crazy stuff happens in those!"

"Tell me about it, especially in the 80s." Cherry agreed.

"Yeah, like you'll see Paula Abdul dancing with a cartoon cat." Thor added.

"You get it on the stereo and you don't even have to go~" The new appliances continued to sing. "More, more, more, Everything you wanted and more, More, more, more~"

A bunch of packages then piled on top of Toaster and she did her best to carry them all until a big giant one flattened her underneath it and suddenly, outer space was shown once a dark spot came out of the big package.

"Any time or place you wish, You might meet up with some dish~" Plugsy sang as he floated into orbit. "Pull yourself together on the edge~"

"If you want a lean machine, to whip you up some mean cuisine~" said a Cuisinart to Toaster as he blended up some fruit. "~I'm on the scene, totally automatic~"

"Hey, I can bake your biscuits too~" said a toaster oven as it emptied the contents of the Cuisinart into itself, and popped them out as muffins. "~Pop some dough boy out for you, I'm micro solid-state and that's no static!"

Suddenly, a random car along with a speedboat and sailboat appeared in the middle of the living room, stacked on top of each other.

"More, more, more~" Plugsy, Tandy, and a boombox sang together as a plane suddenly crashed into the room randomly. "Everything you wanted and more, More, more, more~"

Kirby was then surrounded by a newer vacuum model who smirked and curled him in their tube while Plugsy and the other lamps surrounded Lampy.

"We're the bytes and chips to call, You just have yourself a ball~" The newer appliances continued to sing before they all landed on a bed and they grinned darkly at the older appliances and The Alpha Brigade. "It's all hyperactive on the edge, From LEDs to CRTs, woofers tweeters, antenna trees, An ultra-nylon life of ease, Everything you dreamed of on the edge, And more!~"

"I don't think these guys are all that nice." Thor said to the others.

"YA THINK?!" The rest of the group deadpanned in response.

Back in the cottage, Rob continued to look around all over the place, looking concerned. "Well, where's the toaster?" he then wondered.

Plugsy grinned as he kicked Toaster out of the window and she landed right in the dumpster down below.

"Where's the vacuum?" Rob frowned as he opened a spare closet.

"NOOOOOOOO!" Kirby cried out as he was next.

"What's going on?!" Rob snapped as he pounded his fist on one of the tables. "Where's the radio, the lamp and blanket?"

Radio, Lampy, and Blanky were soon thrown down into the dumpster next.

"Ooh, you guys..." Cherry growled as she shook her fists at the newer appliances. "If we had our powers, you'd be in so much trouble!"

"Yeah... but we're in big trouble now," said Lionel. "Out of the frying pan, into the fire!"

"You talking about me?" A random frying pan asked as he appeared.

"No one's talking to you." Cherry told the frying pan.

"Aww..." The frying pan pouted and skittered away.

"Man, they all look so sad, but I don't know what to do to make them feel better." Cherry said with a small frown, looking down at poor Toaster, Blanky, Radio, Lampy, and Kirby.

Plugsy soon snuck up behind her and was about to push her and her friends in next.

"Incoming!" Lionel exclaimed as he pulled Cherry aside, before bumping Plugsy out the window.

"Yah!" Cherry yelped as that startled her.

Plugsy nearly fell in next until Thor looked concerned and hipped the newer lamp with a small smirk. "Oops~" he then said.

"Ah, don't worry about them, we did our job." Tandy told Plugsy as he and the other newer appliances began to leave once "the competition was out of the way".

The TV frowned as he looked very concerned for the older appliances that were trapped in the dumpster down below.

"Can it get any worse for them?" Atticus wondered.

"I think it's about to!" Mo said once she saw a certain vehicle coming.

"Ah, another day, another dump... there's gotta be a better way to phrase that I tell ya," The man in the vehicle said as he began to back up his garbage truck and loaded up the dumpster in the back to dump it inside his disposal trunk to take straight to the junkyard. "Sometimes I don't get paid enough for this job and I own the disposable place, what can I say?" he then grumbled a bit before chomping on a cigar.

"That guy sounds like Patch's friend Itchy." Thor commented.

"Yeah?" mused Lionel. "Well, ain't that something..."

Once the dumpster was empty, the truck soon drove away from the apartment building to go to the next stop on its schedule.

"They're headed off to that place, wherever it is," Atticus said. "Too bad I don't have my telescopic vision as an action figure to figure out what it said."

"I saw what it said." The TV reassured him.

"What did it say?" asked Mo.

"Out with it, man!" Lionel exclaimed. "This could be quite crucial!"

"It was Ernie's Disposal." The TV replied.

"Great! Only problem is that we can't tell their Master when he comes back about what happened." Mo said.

"Well, sure, you can't, but I can." The TV stated confidently.

"Huh? How are you gonna do that?" Thor wondered.

"Just leave it to me when he comes back." The TV reassured the group.

The group looked curious about how that would work, but they just hoped it wouldn't be too late to save their appliance friends.

Meanwhile, back at the cottage, Rob was soon fixing up the air conditioner with his screwdriver until he turned it on and beamed, feeling the nice, cold air come out, and then turned it off again. The air conditioner looked touched at that after Rob left and even welled up into tears from the kind gesture. Rob then took one last look at the cottage and came to join Chris at the car. "Where's Jessica and her dog?" he then asked Chris.

"Bathroom break, they'll be right back." Chris replied before they went to the car together.

"Oh, okay." Rob nodded as they came to the car and waited.

"Okay, Oddball, it's just us right now," Jessica told her dog as they were behind a tree. "What's gotten into you? Why were you acting so weird back there?" she then asked.

"I smelled Uncle Atticus and his friends!" Oddball announced as her tail wagged.

"Really?" asked Jessica. "...out here? But where?"

"They've been in this cottage," Oddball explained. "My scent says that they left earlier this morning along with a few others they just befriended."

"You think they somehow are helping the toaster, vacuum cleaner, radio, lamp, and blanket?" Jessica guessed.

"Something like that, yeah." Oddball nodded.

"...well, it's not unheard of." shrugged Jessica.

"Should we go looking for them?" Oddball wondered.

"We'll worry about that later," Jessica promised. "Let's go meet Rob and Chris right now."

"Aww... okay." Oddball sighed and pouted before going with Jessica back over to the car.

Once Jessica and Oddball in the car, it soon drove off and left the cottage.

Back with The Alpha Brigade, they just wondered how they were going to help Toaster, Radio, Lampy, Blanky, and Kirby, feeling helpless until they went to hide as someone came through the door.

"Jessica?" Atticus muttered as he thought he saw his sister coming in with Rob who looked very glum and empty while Chris followed him inside along with Oddball.

"What's your sister doing here?" Lionel asked him.

"I heard she was going to see some old friends of hers, but I had no idea it was going to be 'The Master'." Atticus replied.

"Honey, take some of our things," Rob's mother suggested, gesturing towards Plugsy who grinned boastfully. "This lamp would look so cute in your dorm room. Go for it. What are you going to read by?"

"I'll buy some candles. I won't read," Rob shrugged while Plugsy's boastful grin suddenly dropped. "I'll go out. I'm not gonna take your stuff. I'll just pick up a few cheap things this afternoon."

"That's right, ladies and gentlemen!" said the TV, holding up a sign. "Appliances—cheap appliances—available now at Ernie's Disposal!"

"Where's a good bargain place around here?" pondered Rob.

"You shoulda gone for the new stuff." protested Chris.

Chris, Robin, and Jessica continued to discuss while Cherry, Atticus, Lionel, Mo, and Thor waited for them to realize where to go as Oddball stared at the TV, almost like she was trying to tell them all something, but couldn't talk in front of Rob and Chris. After a while, the message seemed to finally come through to the other humans.

"Have you ever heard of this place before?" Rob asked Chris. "Looks pretty neat."

"Finally... Uncle Patch was right about humans," Oddball whispered to herself. "They can be so slow to important stuff sometimes."

And so, they got in the car and headed off to Ernie's Disposal place they heard about on TV.

"Oh, I hope we aren't too late," Cherry said to the others. "That was so nerve-wrecking."

"No kidding," mused Lionel. "And yet, I feel like we missed a crucial musical number. Something depressing, yet catchy!"

"Maybe it'll be brought back somewhere else in another time?" Atticus suggested.

"I dunno if it'll suit the scenario it's used in, but I guess we'll find out when we get there." Lionel shrugged.

Soon, the car made it over to Ernie's Disposal and it appeared to be an old, rundown junkyard.

"This sure doesn't look like Crazy Ernie's Amazing Emporium of Total Bargain Madness." Rob remarked to the girls.

"It's the right address." Chris reassured him.

Everyone shared a shrug and they began to drive right into the junkyard and unknown to any of them, a certain quintet of appliances were being lifted up by a giant magnet head to finally be put out of their misery. Blanky looked emotional and then gasped as he accidentally dropped his photograph of The Master as a child. But then, when he saw the real one himself, his eyes lit up!

"At least...we'll all go together..." grunted Radio. "Yeah! That's lookin' at the bright side, isn't it?"

"No, no!" Blanky exclaimed. "The Master's down there! Look!"

"It's him!" exclaimed Lampy.

"Wha?" asked Kirby. "Where?!"

"Why, look! It is him!" Rado added.

"Maybe he still needs us!" Lampy suggested.

"Yeah!" Blanky said before they all dropped down from the magnet suddenly onto the conveyor belt below.

Rob took out a very old-fashioned radio from the junk pile before blowing dust off it and it seemed to break apart after that. He was about to get the fallen piece until he realized he stepped on a photograph and he realized it was of himself many years ago. "Chris? Jessica?" he then called to the girls.

"Hey, these are hard to find." Chris said, coming to the bumper of one broken down car.

"This is me." Rob whispered in awe.

"What?" Jessic asked as she tried to help Chris.

"We can't hear you!" Chris added.

"I don't get it." Rob muttered as Chris and Jessica soon moved the bumper as needed, nearly falling over in the process.

"Say, where did Oddball go?" Jessica wondered.

"We're coming to save your friends, Uncle Atticus, I promise ya!" Oddball called out as she ran with the action figures on her back to take them to the conveyor belt to save Toaster, Radio, Blanky, Lampy, and Kirby from being crushed.

Lampy and Blanky peeked out from behind a pile to get a look at Rob.

"There he is!" Blanky exclaimed.

"I can't believe it!" Lampy gasped.

"Freeze, freeze," instructed Toaster. "Here he comes!"

Rob soon looked around as he looked lost for a moment. The overhead magnet soon spotted the five appliances and zipped them up right away behind Rob's back to bring them back to where they were supposed to go. At least, according to his mechanics. Rob looked behind himself before shrugging once he saw that no one was there.

Toaster then whispered a plan to the others as they were back on the conveyor belt. "Go!" she then said to the others and they soon scattered all over the place.

The magnet glared as it then tried to scoop them all up with its force before spinning around and getting dizzy, but soon looked beyond angry as it had been tricked like that.

"I'm glad we don't have to do this every day," Lampy sighed in relief until a certain Dalmatian puppy crashed against them with The Alpha Bridge riding her back and holding onto her collar. "Oof!"

"Oops. Sorry." Oddball said sheepishly.

"Look!" Blanky pointed, and the appliances ran over to the side. Rob came over, but before he could pick them up, Chris called him back over.

"Doggonit!" Kirby groused.

"He's coming back!" Blanky whispered.

"He'll see us this time." Toaster declared.

But this time, it wasn't Rob. It was the magnet, looming overhead like some predatory bird.

"Why does that look so scary?" Atticus asked nervously.

"I dunno, but it's freaking me out worse than King Sombra." Cherry added.

"RUN!" Kirby told the others and they all began to do that.

Oddball glared and growled at the magnet before barking at it, even if that wouldn't really do anything. The magnet rolled its eyes at her and ignored her while going after the appliances, even knocking over many piles of cars.

"LOOK OUT!" Cherry told Oddball before getting her out of the way as best as she could while toy-sized.

"You helped me, even though Uncle Atticus and Uncle Patch say you don't like dogs as much as they do." Oddball smiled at Cherry.

"Hey, I have a little something called empathy, do with that what you will." Cherry shrugged.

The magnet soon sucked up the piles of cars, even trying to grab Toaster, Blanky, Lampy, Radio, and Kirby along with them before flooding them all over the conveyor belt.

"Oh, no! Now what do we do?" Oddball pouted.

"I dunno, Dottie." Cherry started to say.

"I'm Oddball." Oddball corrected.

"I'll say, but I don't know what we can do now," Cherry sighed. "If only Rob would realize that his old appliances still need him and that they're right there next to him before they get crushed."

As Rob looked around, he saw Blanky and plucked him off the conveyor belt. "This looks like my old blanket!" he exclaimed. "I think it is my blanket!"

Seeing this, the magnet glared and swung towards Rob.

"Looks like it's happening," said Lionel. "And everything that comes with it!"

"Well, that's my radio!" Rob smiled as he picked up Radio and then found Lampy next. "Hey, girls! Oh, wow, alright! And the lamp! Hey, girls!" he then called out to Chris and Jessica as he collected them next.

The magnet seemed to glare at Rob and started to loom over him while Toaster hid in a corner along with Oddball, Cherry, Atticus, Lionel, Mo, and Thor.

Kirby was even found and placed on the ground until he was sucked up along with Lampy, Blanky, and Radio.

"Wait a minute! These are mine!" Rob cried out as he held onto Kirby, trying to pull the vacuum cleaner down and was attached to the magnet now next, refusing to let go of his childhood appliances. "Let go!"

"Well, that doesn't look good." Atticus commented.

"So there you guys are," Jessica said as she found her younger brother and his friends. "And you guys are toys too."

"Yup!" Lionel said. "And Rob is headed for some serious trouble!"

Jessica smiled at them before looking over. "Oh, my goodness!" she then gasped.

"Jessica, we gotta help him!" Oddball yelped as she jumped up and down rapidly. "Save him! Rescue him! HEEEEELP!"

The magnet soon dropped Rob along with Radio, Blanky, Kirby, and Lampy onto the conveyor belt to be crushed along with the cars who all found themselves to be worthless. Rob was held down by the weight of junk on his back and a pipe even held down his wrist and he was unable to move, being moments away from being crushed to death.

"We gotta do something to help!" Atticus panicked. "But what?"

"Look! It's Toaster!" Mo pointed out as she saw a tiny silver thing climbing up the other cars.

"What's she doing?" Lionel asked.

"...saving a friend." Thor replied.

"AAAAUGH!" Rob yelled out. "Chris! Jessica! HEEEELP!"

"Where are you?!" Chris called back as she came looking for him. "Rob?!"

Toaster soon made it to the top of the car pile and looked down at her grown-up Master.

"HEEEEEEELP!" Rob yelled as he was minutes away from being crushed as the car before him was smashed up instantly.

Toaster looked around until she committed the ultimate sacrifice. She then dove down from the high pile and threw herself into the machine's cogs, getting muddled up through the cogs and Rob's hand was almost crushed until the machine stopped at the literal last second as he was now safe. Rob sighed in relief that he was going to be okay, though he passed out a bit from the excitement.

"She did it!" Thor beamed. "Hooray for Toaster!"

"Maybe..." Lionel responded. "...but at a terrible cost."

The cogs ground further, crushing Toaster beneath them. The Alpha Brigade all winced and looked concerned for Toaster since they knew that had to hurt excruciatingly.

"Would you cool it? Get down here!" Chris complained to Rob from down below the ground. "You're scaring me to death!"

Rob then sighed in relief once again since he was happy to be alive right now.

"Are you gonna tell her?" Oddball asked Jessica.

"She wouldn't understand," Jessica shook her head before facing her little brother and his friends. "So, uh, why are you guys toys exactly?"

"We were sent on an adventure to help a toaster and some other appliances." Atticus told his older sister.

"It's a long story." Mo added.

"Yeah, a-" Thor was about to say until Lionel gave him a look and he shrugged. "Never mind~" he then said.

"Well, if you want, I can help restore you guys back to normal since it looks like this adventure is coming to an end?" Jessica offered.

"I mean... if you want," shrugged Lionel. "We'll give it a couple minutes before things wrap up, so we can at least see them off."

"All right, come on in then so no one gets suspicious," Jessica said as she brought out her bag for them to ride in. "I haven't found the will to tell Rob and Chris yet."

"Our abilities really aren't for the faint of heart sometimes." Atticus agreed.

"Yeah, especially when you try to make people believe in magic by showing them a talking dog." Cherry deadpanned.

"That's why we're coming in town to Greendale by the way," Oddball smiled. "I wanted to visit The Air Buddies again with Uncle Patch."

"Joy." Cherry scoffed as she didn't really pay attention to those adventures.

"Another dog day afternoon, I guess." shrugged Lionel.
