I am aware that you all may be concerned. Roblox and Tekken. Something that wasn't to mark off your bingo card. At the time, it wasn't something that I was expecting either. Three years ago, I was obsessed with the game on Roblox and I was in my Tekken fandom phase. I decided to combine them both and try something new. As fall is around the corner, I've come to a conclusion of finishing the book as it's been collecting dust for years which went by so fast.

So, the game itself has evolved throughout its short span of living, but it's still a good game with some modifications here and there. I am no longer interested in the game but however, my motivation for this book made its return.

If you don't know the game, I suggest you either do research or give it a shot on Roblox.

Thank You All For Reading!

And place your list of bets of who's surviving and who's dying. There will be two survivors. And it may or may not be obvious.

October 31st. Halloween arrives as a knight upon a black horse, as if the light was concentrated in the shadows this very eve. The streets were full of houses dressed with common decorations such as carved Jacko lanterns, witch brooms, ghoulish lighting, plastic skeletons, and even Michael Jackson's thriller played from one of the houses on a certain street. Cannot forget about the costumes of course as people roamed the streets in very genetic costumes. Parents wear matching costumes as their children wear something that portrays their personality.

It was also a night for juvenile teens as they roamed the streets as the night was still young. Law enforcement was also on edge as they knew that this was the night for teenagers to do something very malicious.

One teenager and a group of friends decided to roam through a neighborhood and play a game of egging. They had sly grins as the leader of the idea held the eggs. He had a target which was an old house that sat on the edge of the street. The owner of the house belonged to an old man who was grouchy of some sort, and he always had a grudge against the adolescents.

The leader scoped the scene as it was vacant and no one was around. He motioned his friends to get into attack mode as he passed each one an egg.

He kneeled and faced his former allies, "Alright, are you guys ready?"

Nods shook in response which boosted the leader's confidence. His eyes then shifted to the back as they lay on a certain person. The person's lip was folded from them currently biting it. Their eyes roamed around frequently as their hands were rubbed together, fidgeting frequently.

A sharp exhale escaped the leader's mouth as he made his way toward the person. "What is it?"

The person shot their head up, meeting the leader's contact as he raised an eyebrow.

"Oh, nothing Kaneki! "The person replied instantly as their heartbeat raced.

The leader, Kaneki, did not shift his eyes as he was not deceived. "If you don't want to help complete the mission, Hiroto, then maybe you should go home." He turned around to go back to his spot.

Hiroto quickly grabbed hold of the boy's skeleton sleeve, "No wait! I will do it!"

A smirk crept onto the leader's face, "Alright then, let's do it, boys!"

Kaneki and his friends got into defense as Hiroto reluctantly followed behind. Kaneki's eyes shifted back at his target, ignoring the cool autumn breeze fanning past him. He checked the area again, and once again it was all clear.

Licking his lips and raising his arm, Kaneki was ready to begin. "3..."

The others raised their arms in response to

Kaneki indication. Their hearts were pumping as the adrenaline kicked in.

"2..."

Hiroto's self-conscience was taking over as the skepticism snuck in. He did not know what came over him to indulge in an activity such as this. He was no delinquent, more of a goody-two-shoes. Hiroto felt as if he was better off sitting home eating cavity-filled candy and binge-watching all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies along with The Ring. He was too wrapped up in his mind to not discover his friend's countdown ending. It stopped when he saw one of the teenagers standing up and attacking the old shabby house with eggs.

Laughter filled the streets as the satisfaction of seeing the eggs launching like bullets hitting the house. "How you like that, Takahashi!?" Adrenaline filled Kanaki's body.

Egg after egg, the house was covered with the yellow yolk as it goosed, causing it to slide on the older man's lawn.

Realizing that the attacks were not causing a scene, Kaneki's overconfident grin faded as a twinge of disappointment appeared.

"Stop!" His hand motioned his friends to cease the fire.

"What?" An eyebrow was raised from one of his friends.

Kaneki faced his friends, "Isn't Takahashi home at this hour?" His friends stood silently as they were as confused as he was. Kaneki faced Hiroto who did not really participate in his friend's trolling. "What day is it?"

Hiroto simply replied, "Thursday,"

Kaneki turned away as an amused scoff came out of his mouth. He felt the blood rising and his hands balled into fists. He looked over at the now empty egg carton and picked it up, observing the labeling.

"DAMMIT!" He roared slamming the styrofoam material on the ground before crushing it with his right foot. His friends' eyebrows raised as their hearts beat in response to the outburst.

Before he could go on a ramble, sirens rang throughout the street making the teenagers alarmed. Hearing that sound indicated what was happening. The cops were coming.

Looking at the house then his friends, he shouted, "RUN!"

Without hesitation his friends scattered and took off running, trying to avoid the police. Kaneki and Hiroto ended up tagging together as they dashed through the street passing another group of four teenagers: Hwoarang, Julia Chang, Steve Fox, and Forest Law, who looked back dazed with bewilderment.

"I'm not even going to ask," Julia shifted her attention towards the road ahead of her.

Steve shifted his attention to the police car riding past them and chuckled, "Looks like someone has got themselves into trouble with the policemen."

Julia lets out a careless shrug, "Hey, as long as it's not us I'm not worried."

Hwoarang took off his headphones that blasted rock music and let out a satisfied smile, "Wonder what costume Christie is wearing to her party," he nudged Steve.

A sly grin came across his face as he looked at his friend, "I'm sure it's something very revealing."

The sound of the two boys sexualizing made Julia shiver in cringe. They were going to a costume party around 8 pm, but they were going to meet up at the Mishima mansion to scoop up their other friends.

It was currently 6:55 pm and the walk towards the mansion was another block away.

"Julia," Hwoarang called out.

"What?" she responds, keeping her eyes forward.

The Korean was now walking beside her as he was inches from her face, "So question. If the girls at the party are supposed to dress provocatively, why are you wearing that?" he mocked, making her scoff.

She looked at her hipster costumes as it was very modest. She did find it quite offensive that her friend would make such an unnecessary remark, but then again he was an ignorant asshole. Her response to him was an elbow in the stomach making him hunch over.

"Nothing is wrong with my outfit! Not everyone likes to be sexualized and treated like an accessory, Hwoarang." She spat as the boy strained. She then faced Steve who spectated.

"Right Steve?"

Steve replied instantly as he put his hands up in mock defense, "Yeah, I agree!" He was not expecting her to add him to the bunch.

Forest, who was trailing behind them, decided to tune in, "Me too! But Julia, just know when my girlfriend comes in the hottest outfit, I will-"

"Shut up, Forest!" The other three shouted simultaneously.

Forest rolled his eyes as he continued, "But seriously, I wonder what she and Xiaoyu came up with for costumes. They said they will be matching." The sudden thought of his girlfriend and her best friend matching brought a tinge of jealousy.

Julia looked at her feet as she crunched the leaves that paved the sidewalk in front of them. Honestly, why did she want to tag along with her friends to a Halloween party? She wasn't a party girl, and she was not fond of the popular kids at school. Was it to prove to her friends that she wasn't a complete flop? Looking at her friendship circle, she wasn't as outspoken and a daredevil as Hwoarang. She wasn't as bubbly and outgoing as Xiaoyu; Or as competitive as Asuka. She wasn't too much of an idiot like Forest, she'll admit that. Steve and Jin are more laid back but observant. The thought of her going to Christie's party added icing to the cake, the two weren't so fond of each other so why did she even bother?

Julia was wrapped in her thoughts heavily without realizing that she walked into the crosswalk that did not give permission for her to cross as the signal was read. Cars were driving in the street as they saw the girl strolling carelessly into the street. Anxiety built intensely as one driver was a few meters from hitting the teenager. Luckily, an arm swiftly collided with her chest and forcefully pulled her away from the approaching vehicle.

Julia's thoughts subsided instantly as she heard the car angrily honk past her. She looked around as her senses kicked in. Her heart beat fast as she felt her chest shifting up and down.

"Jesus Julia, you could've died right there!" She heard a familiar voice scold her as the arm was removed from her body.

She looked up to see Hwoarang standing over her with a disappointed look. What the hell was she thinking? Hwoarang hoped that she wasn't suicidal otherwise he might keep his distance. He extended his hand and she gratefully took it. Her eyes thanked him while his eyes were critical, as she continued with the walk as her friends began walking indicating that it was safe for them to cross.

Concerned about his friend's actions, Steve hurriedly walked to Julia's side. "Are you alright, Jules?"

His friend replied nonchalantly, "Yeah, I'm fine."

"Are you sure? You kind of zoned out?" He questioned her again. Julia's sweaty palms bawled into a tight fist.

"Steve, I assure you that I am okay." She gazed upon the British teen as she realized that taking her problems out on him wouldn't solve anything.

The teens continued their journey along the streets of Tokyo until they reached the gates of the Mishima mansion. Hwoarang rang the buzzer as he was anticipating talking to his friend, Jin, and possibly annoying Asuka.

"I wonder what Jin and Asuka are wearing," Steve says out of curiosity. The Kazama cousins didn't inform their friends about their attire for the occasion, which made Steve's question very interesting as it gained attention from his fellow pals.

The four teenagers discussed what they were wearing and shared with their other friends about their attire. They've decided to dress up as their favorite anime characters. Unfortunately, Julia had a misconception thinking that they were dressing up as anything.

Steve decided to go as Goku from Dragon Ball Z, Hwoarang went as Tanjiro from Demon Slayer, and lastly, Forest dressed as Zoro from One Piece.

The gate had opened moments later allowing them to enter. They began walking on the cobblestone driveway as they watched the familiar surroundings. The fresh-cut grass and flowers were refreshed by the sprinklers that sputtered across the lawn, the luxurious cars that sat in the driveway as it was waxed perfectly, and lastly a pond that was located on the west side of the mansion.

They made their way through the front yard and made it to the doorstep of the front entrance. Steve rang the doorbell as it gave out a soft ding. The dressed-up teenagers stood patiently as they waited for someone to open the door.

Moments later the door swung open revealing their friend, Asuka. Her face was glowing as she was excited to see her fellow friends finally arriving.

"Guys! About time you've shown up!" She beamed as she stepped aside allowing them to come inside.

Forest was the first to walk it, "I could say the same for you. I have to pee!" The boy expressed his discomfort as he walked tightly. He was familiar with the Mishima mansion, so he decided to take action and head towards the bathroom that was on the far left of the corridor.

Julia scoffed at his remark. It was as if common sense had gone past his head to go use the bathroom outside since he was a male. Her irritation subsided as the presence of the shorter female in front of her made her feel better.

"Hey, Suka." The girl with the tassels greeted as the two hugged.

"Nice outfit, Asuka." The blonde boy complimented her as he took notice of her outfit. It was a leather outfit that belonged to a representation of Touka from "Tokyo Ghoul".

Asuka smiled as she liked the acknowledgment of her costume idea. "Thanks! You guys look great too!"

"Except Hwoarang," Her smile dropped instantly as she deadpanned the Korean boy who was busy preparing himself in the mirror that was by the door.

Not taking that kindly, the auburn-haired boy turned around. "Hey! I didn't do anything to ya Kazama!"

Julia and Steve stood awkwardly as they had to watch the other two teenagers begin arguing. It all started because of Hwoarang standing the Kazama girl up a few days ago. Supposedly they were going to the movies but instead, the boy had bailed on her to do something that was considered spiteful to Asuka. He instead went on a date with her rival, Lili Rochefort.

"Should we just..." Steve trailed off with a plan to escape from this encounter.

Julia wasn't really looking forward to watching the fight either. She didn't say a word but took his hand and led them to the living room. Steve looked at their hands as they were entwined. He felt a tiny feeling rushing throughout his body.

"Oh, um," he mumbled as his face turned a light shade of pink.

Julia chuckled, "Relax, I was just getting us out of that mess."

Steve felt embarrassed by his actions. He felt like a schoolgirl of some sort when they held hands. "It wasn't like that..." the British teen lied as his shades of pink grew lighter.

Julia released his hand as she wandered around the enormous living room they'd seen multiple times. She made her way toward the bookshelf while Steve sat on the couch.

His eyes wandered around the room as his mind scrambled. "Where is Jin? I haven't seen him ever since we got here."

That question also had Julia thinking as she closed a book that she had grabbed off of the bookshelf that was located in the room.

She adjusted her glasses that were creeping down her face. "I'm not sure. I think that he mentioned in the fourth period that he's working on a project for some class." She explained as she continued to search the shelves for something interesting to read.

Steve took her explanation as an answer to his question and leisurely grabbed the remote. He nonchalantly shrugged and he turned the tv on before browsing for entertainment.

Forest then walks into the room as he is slurping loudly from a cup. The other two gazed at him in annoyance. So much for peace and quiet.

"Is it me or am I missing a lot of tea?" He asked, ignoring the disturbing glares.

"You'll find it along with the rest of your brain cells, mate," Steve says with a hint of shots thrown. The Chinese dismissed the insult and plopped next to him and watched the tv screen.

It wasn't long before Hwoarang and Asuka trailed in and sat on opposite chairs. Asuka plopped on a single chair as a huff escaped her mouth. Meanwhile, Hwoarang took the last seat on the couch with Steve and Forest as he held an ice pack to his eye. He winced in pain as the ice was somewhat helping his eye.

Steve and Forest took notice of the Korean in pain. The sight of it was quite hilarious.

The unharmed boys tried to suppress their laughter as it was trying to consume. Hwoarang raised an eyebrow as he felt that they were laughing at them.

He retaliated as he bucked at the two with a fist raised, "I'm sorry, am I missing something funny? Why don't ya two enlighten me?!"

His threats weren't taken seriously as the two boys burst out into laughter. Steve slapped his knee while Forest threw his head back.

Hwoarang clutched his fists as he felt humiliated and yet angry. "Stop laughing, you damn idiots!"

While he was getting humiliated, Asuka had grown bored. The party was in almost two hours and sitting around waiting while feeling pumped was not the move at all. They were waiting on two more people. Ling Xiaoyu, and Miharu Hirano.

Xiaoyu had informed the Kazama girl that she would be there in about 30 minutes, which seemed like years. She slouched down in the chair as her eyes wandered the living room. What to do? She's already done her homework, practiced her fighting skills, and kicked some ass in town. It was like she's done everything to occupy herself.

She noticed that Julia was reading a book. Julia was the only one in the room where she could have a decent conversation, so she decided to take advantage.

"Whatcha got there?" She asked as got off of the chair and made her way toward the girl. Julia, who was curious about the book herself, acknowledged Asuka's question.

Julia shrugged as she didn't have any idea. She decided to give the short brunette the book to see for herself. "Dunno, I've never come across something like this. It seems quite interesting." Julia expressed her interest.

Asuka looked at the book cover. A small chuckle came out of her mouth as she remembered the book cover.

"I remember this. This was one of my favorite Halloween books that I've read in grade school." She says while showing Julia.

"It's called Hachishakusama, it's based on a Japanese urban legend," She continued to explain which sparked Julia into wanting to read it even more.

Unluckily, Steve who overheard their conversation jolted in panic. "Huh?! Where!!"

Asuka smirks as she puts her hands on her hips, "You're scared of Hachishakusama, Steve?" A devilish chuckle escaped her mouth.

Steve covered his ears, "Ahhh! It's not funny, Suka!"

Hwoarang, who took notice of the fear in Steve's eyes, lowered his ice pack. "Who the hell is Hachishaku-whatever?"

Forest nonchalantly explained, "Oh that? I remember hearing this story from my dad when I was a kid. He used to try to psych me out whenever I disobeyed him. But it's like some tall lady with a hat who torments kids."

"UGH STOP! Don't say another word about that thing!!" Steve shouted as his hands were covering his ears.

Hwoarang had grown a toothy and mischievous smile. Now it was his turn to have a good laugh, in payback. Karma sure is a bitch.

"Why not? It's not like Hachishakusama is real." He taunted with a low eerie voice.

Steve frowned at him, "NOT FUNNY MATE!"

"Aww is little Steve upset? Does he need his mommy? OOH! I bet Hachishakusama is like Candyman. If I spin around and say her name, she'll appear," Hwoarang suggested as he stood up from his seat.

"DON'T YOU DARE!!"

"I'll do it too," Asuka chimed in as she was waiting on Hwoarang's cue.

"ASUKA!"

Julia began reading some parts of the book as she ignored the sounds of Steve being a coward as her friends kept teasing them.

Julia then pulls out her phone before searching the name on the web.

The phone screen then shows websites and information about the character from Asuka's book, but above all the website links it gives an instant response to Julia's search.

Hachishakusama, a Japanese urban legend.

Julia began reading more, as she became slowly interested in learning more.

Hachishakusama is an eight feet tall figure that attacks and kidnaps children.

Julia questioned herself, "Then why not adults?" She mumbled before reading more information to realize that kids are easier to manipulate.

She then searches for a photo of this monster and sees the results.

The monster was indeed tall and also had feminine features. The monster had long dark hair that covered its face that was accompanied by a cute summer hat and a long white dress. The monster's skin was pale and had scars all over the exposed parts. It also had a sinister smile as well.

Julia gulped a bit as she felt the chills run down her spine. Yikes, now she understood why Steve was so terrified of her. But good thing it was just a myth and not real.

"What is all this noise going on in here?" A voice said from the entrance of the living room. Everyone in the living room had stopped what they were doing and turned their direction to the voice.

It was no other than Jin as he was standing irritated in his costume. He was dressed up as Sasuke from Naruto. He had just come from upstairs from his bedroom as he was finishing a project. Unfortunately, it was disrupted by the racket coming from downstairs.

"Einstein, you finally came out of your room," Asuka said as she sat down in her previous seat.

Jin clenched his fists, "It wasn't like I wanted to. Besides, you guys were being too loud!"

Hwoarang dismissed the boy's anger as he placed his hands on his hips, "Oh come on, we weren't that loud. You'll live,"

Jin vaguely rolled his eyes, "What have you guys been doing to get me out of my room?" He genuinely asked before taking a seat beside his cousin. Asuka threw her arm around him, "Oh ya know, just having a fun banter that's all."

She turned her head to Steve, "Am I right, Steve?"

Steve sheepishly rubbed his neck as he sat quietly. Forest and Hwoarang were snickering which earned head smacks from Julia.

Jin stared in confusion as his question had not been answered. He then lets it go as his mind focuses on something else.

Suddenly the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it," Steve announced before going towards the front door and opening it.

On the other side of the door stood three girls. It was Ling Xiaoyu, Miharu Hirano, and Emilie "Lili" de Rochefort.

"Hiya, Steve!" Xiaoyu greeted cheerfully as she gave the British lad a hug. The boy returned the hug as he was pleased to see the rest of his friends.

"Xiaoyu, it's good to see you!" He smiled as they parted from the hug.

"Hey, Steve," Miharu waved as she gave a warm smile.

Steve stepped aside allowing the three girls in. "Ello, Miharu. Uhh-" He greeted as his eyes shifted from Miharu and Xiaoyu to Lili, who stood very impatiently as her aura wasn't very welcoming.

"No offense, but why is Lili here?" He asked with mere curiosity. Lili wasn't really a part of their friendship circle due to the fact that the girl was very snobbish and bratty, it was a turn off. Steve doesn't really mind her, but she wouldn't be the first to approach.

Miharu giggled uneasily as she played with her fingers. Hearing Steve bravely ask that question had made her tense up. She dislikes conflict, especially when it is between her friends. Lili gazed upon the boy in Goku attire and stared critically. The wig that Steve was wearing made him look ridiculous but yet her presence was being questioned?

The blonde girl had let it pass for now and decided to speak for herself. "Christie's party is canceled,"

"What??" Steve questioned in disappointment. Xiaoyu and Miharu began looking at each other as they predicted the reaction.

Everyone in the living room had heard Steve's shout and decided to go see what was happening.

Jin was the first to enter the manor as his eyes met Xiaoyu first, who had relaxed seeing her friend's presence. She gave a tiny smile as their eyes didn't divert. Jin was somewhat relieved too, he had someone to talk to that wasn't going to annoy him as much.

He then remembered why he came to the manor. His eyes then went from Xiaoyu to Miharu and Lili. Then his eyes panned to the three girls as they were wearing costumes. He actually liked them.

Miharu was Nami from One Piece given the fact that she was wearing an auburn wig, bikini top, jeans, and carrying a pole. Lili was dressed up as Sailor Moon, and Xiaoyu was dressed up as Yumeko from Kakegurui.

Forest saw his girlfriend and his heart began doing somersaults. He was in awe, and she looked absolutely breathtaking.

Julia took notice of his jaw dropping and giggled. "Careful, flies might fly in there,"

Forest smiled, "She looks so hot,"

While Forest was enjoying his girlfriend being in his presence, Asuka wasn't feeling who was in hers.

Her nails dug into the palm of her hand as her teeth gritted. She watched as the blonde girl in front of her glimpse at her so slyly. It was provocative in Asuka's head. The girl minds her own business and this high-class bitch just interferes. Not one single encounter ended on a positive note, just a brawl. What's unusual about it is that Asuka would defeat her every time, and instead of surrendering it's like Lili longs for more, as if she enjoys it.

She closes her eyes and inhales slowly as she tries to stop the temptation of giving the girl a beatdown. She tried to think of the brighter side such as making peace within her city as she beats the criminals down, her friends, her family, her crush on-

Her eyes instantly snapped open as the last thing was what upset her today, and it of course had something to deal with Lili's interference.

The inaudible voices of her friends talking to each other had become more clearer as she remembered Steve's shout not too long ago.

Hwoarang, who was standing at the living room's entrance, gave a sigh of disappointment. "So let me get this straight, Christie shut the party down because some DJ wasn't able to make it? It's bullshit!"

Miharu decided to step in, "You know how Christie is, if something doesn't go right, it all won't go right."

"There's plenty of DJ's in Tokyo. I don't see what's the point of getting another one." Forest shrugged the party host's concerns to the side as he made a point.

"Why not just get a damn Bluetooth speaker and connect a playlist to it and get the shit rolling? Women and their logic," Hwoarang scoffed as he earned glares from the girls in the room.

Not feeling any type of sorrow or regret, he gave a simple shrug before adjusting his costume. "Argue with yourselves,"

"What do we do now? We dressed up in costumes for nothing," Julia asked as she looked at her handmade costume. Although she didn't want to go in the first place, she did take a month to make a nice outfit.

Jin who also didn't care for the Halloween party began trailing his way back up the stairs that were near him. "Do whatever you want, I have a project to finish,"

Xiaoyu eyes beamed as she had an excuse to be around the raven haired loner. "Can I come too? I want to help,"

Her gleaming appearance turned into a frown as Jin politely declined her as he did not feel like being distracted from her talking. If he didn't have anything else to do, he wouldn't have minded that.

Miharu gave her best friend a comforting rub on the back as the Chinese girl's eyes didn't leave Jin's sight.

Everyone else was about to go separate ways in the mansion but to be stopped by Asuka's loudness.

"Hold up. Before we do anything in this house, I got one serious question."

Her friends including Jin had gave her their full undivided attention. The silence was very loud and seemed very longing from how Asuka appeared it to be.

"What is it?" Steve genuinely asked.

Asuka's eyes instantly diverted to someone in the manor. "Although yes, Christie's party may be cancelled. I don't seem to understand why she's here,"

Everyone else except Xiaoyu and Miharu were actually wondering why Lili was here. She doesn't like them, only tolerates them.

"I actually questioned that not too long ago," Steve supported his friend's upcoming point.

"And must I recall that I gave you an answer isn't that correct?" Lili sharply replied as her gaze pierced into everyone who was in sight.

Asuka chuckled dryly, "So you're here because Christie's party is canceled but that still doesn't answer why you're really here. You don't even like any of us,"

Julia decided to step in as she felt tension rising between the two girls. "Asuka it's ok-"

"No! Honestly what are you here for? To gloat about your stupid date with Hwoarang?" Asuka took a few steps towards Lili as they were a foot away from each other.

Hwoarang stood silently as he felt a bit tensed as the attention was shifting towards him. He didn't know what to do. He didn't know if he should step in and defuse or enjoy the fact that he's being fussed over.

"Quite absurd to instantly think that my presence involves you," The blonde girl lets out an amused giggle. Seeing the short Japanese getting her emotions in a bunch was quite entertaining.

"As much as I admire you, Asuka Kazama, you're not the reason why I'm here. But since you're feeling tempered, seems to me that you are upset about making the cut," She continued as she flips her hair.

Asuka growled as she felt embarrassed for even getting this worked up, especially knowing how provocative the Rochefort girl can be. It never fails that Lili gets under her skin.

She raised her fist waiting to strike Lili straight in her jaw, or maybe her nose. She's rich enough to afford a nose job if needed.

"The only cut that's happening is an uppercut, you bitch!" Asuka threatened which cause Xiaoyu and Steve to pull her away as she attempts to swing.

Lili didn't show any fear but only a smirk. She watched the two other teens contain Asuka in corner as she continued rambling angrily.

Everyone else stood in slight fear and silence as they knew how scary Asuka can be when she's been pushed to the limit. Luckily she calmed down a few seconds later.

Forest, who had excused himself moments before the altercation had walked from the kitchen to the manor as he had a nice smile and rubbing his hands together as if he had a surprise.

"Okay, I ordered pizza and drinks. Why don't everyone just settle down, relax, and let's just have our own party. Just me, and everyone that I call my friends,"

Hearing that gave everyone a nice feeling of relief. It felt like all of their disappointment towards the cancelation of Christie's party has vanished. There's nothing more fun than pigging out on delicious foods, watching movies, doing activities with people you care for.

"That does sound nice," Julia says and everyone else agreed towards it.

Forest smiled as he clasped his hands together. For once, he didn't feel like the group idiot, and that everyone had listened to him for once.

Miharu squealed, "Okay, so we need a speaker so I can play my playlist,"

"No one wants to hear your girly shit," Hwoarang objected which made the girl frown at his response.

"And no one wants to listen to your juvenile bad boy stereotypical music!" She argued back.

Hwoarang lazily fanned his hand before heading towards the living room, "It's called K-Rock, genius"

Asuka made her way towards the kitchen, "I guess I'll make desserts."

Jin watched everyone part ways as they went around the Mishima mansion trying to occupy themselves. He too remembered that he had something else to do. He silently trailed back into his room to carry on with his project.

- -

After a few minutes of constructing and adding finishing touches, he was finally done. He was making a device that would please his teacher since this was the only way to boost up his failing grade in his engineering class.

"Finally, all done." He said to himself before observing the remote.

On his study desk lies a warp remote. His idea was to warp one thing into something, maybe even teleport.

With help from his Uncle Lars' girlfriend, Alisa, it took him a few weeks to complete. He picks it up and tests it. He looked around his room to find a test subject.

His eyes land on a dirty sock on the floor and his laundry hamper. He aims the remote at the sock which shoots out a laser, picking the sock up. He then aims the floating sock at the laundry hamper and presses another button and the sock teleports.

Jin's eyes widened before rushing over towards the laundry hamper to find out the moment of truth.

He looks inside and surprisingly sees the sock on top.

It works?

"It works!" Jin shouts in victory.

"Now I can rub it in Mr. Hasashi's face that I'm eligible to pass this class." Jin smiled in satisfaction.

He goes back and sits in his study chair and visualizes himself earning cool points.

Now that's out of the way, he can make his way downstairs to interact, mainly with Xiaoyu because she was very eager to talk to him when she arrived. He was also working up on an appetite.

- -

Jin started making his way downstairs to hear the sounds of pop music blasting. Guessing Miharu had her way of doing things after all. He smelled the scent of delicious smells of cookies and brownies.

He walked into the living room to see Miharu standing by the fireplace where the Bluetooth speaker was sitting as she was bopping her head to the music while being on her phone trying to figure out what song to play next.

Hwoarang was oddly being calm, and not doing anything very rash as he sat on one of the sofas humming to one of the songs. Steve and Julia were having a conversation by the bookshelf. Forest was standing by the window waiting on the pizza delivery, and lastly Lili was standing in a corner like an outcast as she seemed to beg for interaction.

Jin sighed deeply before approaching her. Lili took acknowledge of the Japanese loner coming her way. She tried her best to seem uninterested as possible.

"Never thought of you planning to stick around this long," Jin initiated as he was too curious of her presence being here.

Lili vaguely looked at her nails, "I suppose,"

"Well surely something is keeping you here." Jin said as he looked around the room and watched the seconds go by with every interaction occurring in front of him.

Lili decided to give in as she couldn't stand people questioning her any longer. "My father," she said lowly, almost a whisper but it was audible for Jin to hear.

He turned his head into her direction as he was interested. Lili cleared her throat as she felt vulnerability approach her, and it was something she liked to avoid.

"He and I had a fight before I left my home," she continued as she glanced at Jin. Jin didn't want to pry because even though her lips explained, her eyes did as well.

Jin wasn't the type to air out people's business because he too was a private person and the most mature one along with Julia. He wasn't fond of Lili but he respects her as a human being.

"Stay as long as you want tonight," Jin simply said before walking away, leaving Lili with gratitude. He saw Xiaoyu come in the living room not too long ago as she plopped on the couch next to Hwoarang while playing in her phone.

"Hey Xiao, what are you up to?" He asked before sitting next to her.

Xiaoyu acknowledged his presence before sitting up, "Oh hey Jinny," she called out her nickname for him which made Jin shudder from time to time.

She sat up and sat beside him, "I was playing a new game on Roblox."

"Roblox?" Jin raised an eyebrow oddly.

"Aren't you a bit too old to play that, Xiao?" He then asks.

Xiaoyu could care less about her friend's judgment as her motto was "you only live once". She ruffled his hair.

"Now Jin, I can't just sit here and be a boring old teenager. I like to have fun." She objects to his point.

Jin shrugged as Xiaoyu continued, "This isn't your usual Roblox game, it's a horror game that came out months ago and it kinda drew me in." She explained.

"Horror?" Jin thought. He mistook Xiaoyu for not being a horror fan due to her bubbly, childish persona. It was mainly Asuka's.

He didn't bother asking but he simply let it be.

"So what is this game called?"

"The Mimic. It's about this person looking for their friends. I haven't gotten through the game. But the graphics are nice. I stopped playing once I got to the door, I was scared of a jumpscare." Xiaoyu explained before giggling in embarrassment.

Jin laid back as his hands rubbed the softness of the couch. "I suppose,"

Suddenly the room flooded with a waft of a sweet, rich, chocolate scent. Asuka, who's mood went from angry to calm and relaxed, was waltzed into the room with a platter of brownies on a tray.

"Hot brownies, coming through!" She carefully walked through Steve and Forest as they were now lying on the floor waiting in anticipation.

She placed the hot brownies on the table that stood center of the living room. The sight of everyone else glimpsing at the hot brownies in the table as their mouths began to water, made Asuka smile to herself.

"I'm digging in," Forest says eagerly as he was the first to snatch a brownie off the tray and began chomping into it with delight.

"To be honest, this is way better than going to some party," Forest says as he finished eating a whole box of pizza.

Julia who finished her first slice wasn't satisfied with her hunger. She decided to get another piece of veggie pizza but her hunger subsided as she saw the empty pizza box that was demolished by the Chinese guy.

She grabbed the empty box and smacked him upside of the head with it. "You ate it all! So greedy,"

Forest giggled as he ignored the slight pain of the pizza box corners hitting him, "Sorry Julez, it was just too goo-"

A belch escaped from his mouth which cause an uproar, making his friends scold towards him due to how disturbing it was. He sat back and chuckled nervously.

Hwoarang who was finished with his food was now ready for some entertainment. He decided to change the channel but he couldn't find the remote.

Although he's been in the Mishima household for ages, he's never been the one to use the living room remote. He began scoping the scene with his eyes, hoping to find his target.

"Yo, Kazama. Where's the remote, I'm about to put on a horror movie," He says over his shoulder as Jin sat above him on the couch while he was on the floor.

Jin wasn't paying much attention as he and Xiaoyu were having a chat. Hwoarang huffed in annoyance and decided to search for one. He checked the coffee table that was towered with pizza boxes but no sign of the remote.

He checked the floors around him. Not a remote in sight.

It couldn't have been far because he remembered Miharu turning the tv on. He then asked the Japanese girl and she returned the reply with a no and that it should be placed on the sofa where Jin and Xiaoyu were sitting.

"So what's this project that you're working on?" Xiaoyu asked as she switched her previous conversation to a different one. She felt like her ramble about her shenanigans with her pet Panda was starting feel one-sided as Jin's responses was starting to become simple and short. She knew that this topic would spark his interest.

Jin had brought his device downstairs to show everyone how ingenious he was. After dealing with a hard-ass such as his teacher, Mr. Hasashi, he felt the need to prove to him that he could pass the class.

"Well, how about I just show you," he suggested since explaining to his friend is a bit complex since his way of elaborating is quite different to her understanding.

Xiaoyu nodded eagerly as she placed her phone on the coffee table and shifted her attention towards him.

Jin hands itched in anticipation as he was rubbing across the couch to grab the remote. His hands began searching a bit more to realize it was missing.

He looked over his right shoulder as his eyes wandered vigorously.

That's weird. He left it beside him. He was sure that he brought the remote downstairs as he felt the cool silicone in his hands.

Xiaoyu's eager to expression went from happy to concerned as she watched her friend search the couch frantically.

"Where is it?" Jin asked himself as he kept searching the perimeter of the couch.

"What are you looking for?" Julia asked from behind him as she saw him searching. She decided to contribute.

"A white remote. It's a project that I worked on,"

A snicker followed behind the two as it was Asuka approaching. "Seriously cuz? You went to your room to build a remote?"

Jin glared at his younger cousin as her humor wasn't amusing him at the slightest. "It's not some simple remote it's-"

His eyes shifted to the left as he saw Hwoarang lifting his arm towards the tv as he was holding a remote. He checked to see if was what he was looking for and turns out, it was.

He had to get it before the redhead does something bad. And of course, it always goes wrong when Hwoarang lays hands on something.

"Hwoarang let me see that remote-" Jin rushed over only to Hwoarang to stop him in his footsteps with a hand out gesturing to hold on.

"Kazama, I'll be honest with you. You have a shitty remote," he says as he keeps pressing a button to make the remote cooperate with the tv.

"Hwoarang give me the remote!" Jin demanded as he continued to reach over but Hwoarang moved as he was still carrying on with his talking.

"And what kind of cable is this? As rich as you are get a better system!"

"Hwoarang!" Jin shouted as he had enough of his friend's foolishness and rammed into him.

They tripped over the rug and crashed on the floor which drawn everyone else in the rooms attention.

"What are you guys doing?!" Miharu questioned in annoyance as she was closer to the guys and they almost trampled her.

She got up to move and accidentally stepped on remote which made a loud beaming noise. A light shot from the remote and it directed towards a mirror which then bounced off and went around the room.

"Oh shit, what the hell is that?" Forest asked in shock as his brownie slipped from his left hand and onto the expensive rug.

Everyone's eyes trailed with the light as it kept going vigorously. Hearts were pounding as hands were slightly twitching. They did know what was going to happen. It then stopped for a second before expanding causing everyone around to panic.

Suddenly everyone felt as if they were floating on air which caused screams to arouse. And in a split second. Everyone in that room had simply vanish as the light went inside of an object.

Xiaoyu's phone.

I hope that you have enjoyed this chapter. The costume ideas were recommended by my cousin at the time who's an anime fan. I however am not. This chapter has been collecting dust and I didn't have the patience to go back and fix any errors or rewrite scenes if necessary. However, the next chapter will contain my writing presently.

Until Next Time.
