A/N: well it's been a hot minute. Not gonna lie, I was hoping to write a super smexy sex scene for you guys but I just could not get myself to write it. It literally blocked me for a whole effin month. So here's the next chapter, minus a steamy scene, just a briefly alluded to steamy scene. Please forgive me! I'mma try better for next week.

Chapter 422

Between Steve picking up Con and Alicia and joining the rest of his team in the conservatory, Jerry had gotten a match on the DNA they found in the roof of the house that belonged to their second dead guy. It was a match to Marissa Walker.

Steve had recognized the name right away. Twenty years ago, when she had been twelve, she had been abducted on her way home from school. The guy grabbed her, dragged her into the forest, raped her, tied her to a tree and then left her there.

Then, to make everything about that situation even more worse, while she was tied up she got attacked by wild boars.

She suffered various facial injuries which left her horribly disfigured.

The papers called her Half-Faced Girl.

That was a traumatic thing for anyone to go through, despite a little girl. But it was also probably the catalyst to her deteriorated mental state, and probably why she had decided to do all of this.

She was hoping if she recreated all of these Hawaiian folklore murders, and left someone else in her place, she'd be able to pass Half-face Girl onto someone else.

The real kicker. The kid she kidnapped, Lacey Bell, was her niece. Yea. Messed. Up.

Danny had gone to talk to Marissa Walker's sister, who was also Lacey's mom, with Tani, and her sister had nothing for them. Marissa had been missing for years. She said she got more and more distant after what happened to her, she got more and more unstable. She started going for long walks in the woods by herself, sometimes for days and then finally, one day, she just walked into the woods and never came back out.

Her sister was distraught, she felt like she was to blame for this happening. If she had just walked home with her sister that day, this wouldn't have happened. She wouldn't have gotten attacked, her daughter wouldn't be missing, all of it completely avoidable.

Danny had tried to soothe her, but there wasn't really all that much he could do, so he and Tani joined the rest of the team in the Koko Crater Botanical Gardens, to help with the search to the rest of the surrounding forest to find Lacey before something happened to her.

Danny had gone off with Steve, Alicia and Con. Tani had tried to wave at Con, but she could tell that he wasn't exactly in the mood. He had a deep frown furrowed into his features, though he did nod at her. But she looked away for only a moment and then he was gone, just completely vanished, which left Steve shouting for him before pulling out his phone.

That meant that Steve had probably commandeered him again and he wasn't happy. Tani kept telling him to say no but for some reason, that Con never explained to her, he just couldn't.

Tani went with the others who were going to be searching the forest and spotted someone she recognized.

Or well, she recognized the dog, she had a feeling she knew who was walking him.

She approached the man in the orange vest who was walking Eddie and smiled warmly at him so he knew she wasn't being weird. Though, that was probably weird as well.

"You're Junior right?"

It made the most sense. Cause the only other person it could be was Nahele. And she knew that Nahele was at a party, and while Nahele would totally bail on any party to help if Steve asked, Steve was really big into making sure his kid had all the high school experiences he didn't, so there was no way he would ask.

And he was probably too afraid Rowan would yell at him if he did.

Though, the real reason she knew it wasn't Nahele was because she knew what Nahele looked like. His picture was all over Steve's office, and this was not him.

The man had glanced to her and sort of half smiled. "Yeah."

Ha, see, she was right.

"I'm Tani Rey. I'm with Five-0."

He nodded that time. "Oh, yeah, right. Yeah, Commander McGarrett's mentioned you."

Yeah Steve did that. He just mentioned people all the time. Though, specifically, he talked the most about Nahele and Rowan, followed closely by bitching about Danny, which was closely followed by bitching about Rowan's brothers.

"Right. So I guess you're living with him now?"

"Yeah for the time being. He kind of took me in."

Tani couldn't help but chuckle at that because she had heard it first from McGarrett, and it had sounded find. But she had also heard second hand from Con how that had gone over.

"Yeah, how did his wife take that? If I remember correctly, she wasn't home yet when he did that."

At Junior's winced she knew she was right. "Yeah… uh… Mrs. McGarrett doesn't seem to like me very much."

"Whoa, Mrs. McGarrett?" she echoed.

"Yeah, I'm not allowed to call her Ro yet."

Tani hit him with a sympathetic smirk. Seemed that two of the Pierce siblings were similar, even if they were adopted. "If it makes you feel better she doesn't like me much either."

"Oh yeah? Why?"

Well Tani was guessing it was because Rowan knew that she was dating her big brother and didn't approve. But their relationship was a secret so she wasn't going to tell Junior that.

"So you get to look after this guy?"

She meant Eddie and it made Junior smile. "I share the duties with Nahele. Hate to admit it but Eddie loves him best. Nahele spent a week trying to convince his parents to take him along as a rescue dog, even made him a little singlet to wear. They said he could do trick-or-treating together but no party. You can guess how that went."

Yeah, probably not well. Tani had listened to Steven bitch to Danny about how his kid felt he was too old for trick-or-treating that year. Never mind that it was probably true, he just thought that maybe they might get one more year of it in, but nope. Nahele was too old for that now.

So the couple costume, no matter how cute it was, with Eddie had no doubt been shot down.

"How long you been with the unit?" Junior suddenly asked.

"Not long. Six weeks."

"And before that, you were with, uh, HPD?"

"The police academy."

"Oh really? When'd you graduate?"

Tani winced at that one. "I didn't really graduate. It's kind of a long story. I got kicked out, whatever."

She tried to wave it off, but Junior wasn't having it. "Wait, hang on. So you were kicked out of the Police Academy and then hired by Five-0?"

"Yeah. Crazy right?"

She could tell that Junior felt some kind of way about it, but she didn't know why he'd be upset. He might have told her, she might have asked him about the look he was pulling, but Eddie started barking and suddenly tugging him and honestly that became more important, because it meant that he had a lead on the missing little girl.

H5O-H5O-H5O-H5O

It took all of six seconds to lose Con. He was debriefing Alicia and Danny, was letting Danny debrief him on what Marissa's sister had said and when he turned around Con was gone. No one had seen where he went. He went from standing beside Alicia to gone.

Honestly this was bullshit.

It was Halloween, and instead of being home with Ro handing out candy and worrying about his son being at a raucous high school party, he was out in some dark forest with a flashlight, his best friend and an ex-shrink. And despite having a really good reason to be thinking of literally anything else, he was still worrying about his son and the high school party he was at and imagining just how hot his wife looked in that Cat costume she was wearing.

He needed a real distraction.

Stat.

"So how's it going with Con?" Steve asked Alicia, hoping this line of conversation would get his mind off of missing his wife and worrying about his son.

For a second she turned to him surprise. Like she thought, out of all the questions he might ask, that hadn't been on her radar at all.

"Do you really want to know?" When Steve wavered she countered with: "Or do you want to know if I think his behaviour with your wife is inappropriate."

Steve's mouth was set in a thin frown. Because he had been arguing this point with Rowan, and she had been blatantly ignoring him and the signs he was picking up on. He got it when she was cuddly with Wo Fat, that was her original big brother and their entire relationship was predicated on the fact that he was starved for regular human contact and when he first met her (aka kidnapped her) she wasn't with Steven at that time and needed her daily cuddling quotient met.

There was no excuse for her still doing it with the second older brother now that she was married. And he absolutely HATED that she kept saying: "Then be home more," whenever he brought it up.

He could not control crime on Hawaii.

"Well… is it?"

"On her end… no."

"So it's him. You think he has a thing for her?"

"Do you?" she counted and Steve frowned.

Yes. Deep down, if he really measured up the differences between Wo Fat and Con, it looked a little more like Con was romantically interested in Rowan. The problem was, you could say the same for Wo Fat, the only difference was that Steve believed Rowan and Wo when they said that there was nothing there. He also believed Wo when he said he didn't actually realize how romantic their relationship came off as, he just thought it was normal sibling behaviour.

That made sense because the man had never had a normal familial relationship… ever… in his whole life… that he could remember. He was a sociopath, he didn't know how to act, or how real people acted, so he wouldn't know better. Con, however, should have.

"Just tell me what you think," he snapped and she sort of sighed but did oblige.

"I think his lines are blurred," she admitted. "I think he's realizing that too."

That was weird. "Did something happen today? Between them I mean?"

Alicia opened her mouth to answer when Danny suddenly called out to them. Both of them turned and found that he was pointing his flashlight into the darkness, clearly having found something.

"Look, Marissa said her sister went into the woods and didn't come out."

It was a door. A door to a very creepy looking house. A house that probably no one had lived in for years, well… he was hoping no one had been it.

They all stood there taking in the shadows and the impressions of things that might be inside, none of them making the first move.

"Scary house. Halloween. Great," Danny said, straight to the sarcasm.

"Oh come on," Steve said, instinctively knowing he'd have to be the brave one here. He walked in through the empty doorframe first, with Alicia following and Danny trailing behind.

They split up to move through the open concept house to cover more ground. It wasn't supposed to open concept, it was just that the walls had basically disintegrated, all that was left was the studs and you could walk right through them.

It was dusty, there were no working lights. Fly paper was trailing from the ceiling, no longer sticky and still covered in dead bugs. There were old dolls with their creepy eyes staring at them from every surface, and broken toys scattered along the floor. The jungle was creeping in through the cracks in the house, vines and ivy were draped across the walls and hanging from the rafters.

But that wasn't the worst of it.

No it was the discovery of the table.

It was in the back of the house, in the biggest space. It was surrounded by old time-y mannequins, a mom a dad and a little girl all sitting around like they were waiting for dinner. And there was one post left open, for someone else to join them.

The problem was who was standing above the dad at the head of the table. Steve almost didn't seem him right away in the dark, almost thought him to be a completely different statue, a butler maybe.

Forget the fact that the white plastic rabbit mask should have been a dead giveaway, Steve barely registered him until he moved and then he was almost shooting at him.

The only thing that stopped him was the mask. That rabbit mask that he recognized.

Still Con flinched, as if trying to duck in case Steve actually did try to shoot him. When he didn't he straightened and Steve swore he could feel the scowl coming through the mask. He also had a feeling he was going to tell both Wo Fat and Ro that he almost shot him.

Great, so there was going to be a lecture in the near future. Just. Wonderful.

"What the fuck McGarrett?" he cried.

Steven sighed aggressively. "Con? What… how did you…" he started then just frowned at his brother-in-law in his stupid white Rabbit mask. "Why are you wearing the mask you fucking psycho? What is wrong with you?!"

"You want me to take this girl out, what do you mean why am I wearing it? It's my signature!"

"I don't remember him saying that. And we definitely don't want you to do that," Alicia said and then turned to him. "We should probably unpack why you only kill when you wear a mask."

That white rabbit mask swung in her direction. "No. I will kill without the mask. I only work with the mask. It's my signature."

"Every killer has a signature for a reason."

"Well mine is cause it makes me feel badass, can you please stop shrinking me?!" he cried. When Alicia opened her mouth to argue that white rabbit masked turned to him. "McGarrett!"

"Please leave him alone," Steve said right away. "Maybe tell me what this is."

Alicia turned away from Con and turned back to the table. She took one little glance at it and then said: "She's recreated her family."

"This girl's loco. For reals," Con said and Steve struggled not to roll his eyes.

"Okay, Con. How did you even get here?"

"What do you mean? I followed her."

Steve blinked his eyes. Wait. What? "What? Who?"

"Her," Con said pointing to something over his shoulder. Steve turned in time to catch a glimpse of a shadow darting away from the house. "For someone who's been living in the forest for this long, you think she'd be able to cover her tracks a bit better."

"For the love of god, Con!" Steve shouted. Why hadn't he told him that he had followed Marissa up here? Why wasn't that what he opened with?

At this point, Steve was honestly certain that he was doing it on purpose to annoy him.

He didn't have time to accost him about it though. With the three following him, Steve gave chase, but when they got out in the open they couldn't spot her anymore.

They all split ways. They weren't that far, just fanned out with Steve at the lead.

Steve was moving along the side of the house, he pointed his flashlight at every shadow that moved, into every corner and crevice. He couldn't see anything.

He took two steps past a particularly large tree, felt something step out behind him but couldn't turn fast enough. Something, a lump of would actually hit him over the head.

Steve went down hard. He hit the ground with a grunt of pain, stars in his eyes, a fizzle of static ran over him that he tried to tamp down. He didn't want to call his wife, he didn't want her to worry.

She went to hit him again, he could feel her above him, could feel the pressure as something arched towards him but a shot rang out and Marissa cried out. So the shot hit her but didn't down her.

"Fucking Hell Alicia! You made me miss!" he heard Con cry out, which was followed by a: "We agreed not to kill her!" from Alicia.

"I never agreed to that!"

Yeah that sounded like Con. Suddenly he had hands on him, but not Con's they were Alicia's, she was kneeling beside him

"Steve, are you okay?"

Someone skidded to a stop beside him as he got to his knees, sending pebbles and dust up into his face.

"Are you shitting me, McGarrett?"

And that was Con. He didn't even bother to look at him. "Just get her, go fucking get her please!" he cried gesturing in the way he thought she ran. Con didn't even wait he took off. Steve got to his feet and pointed in a different area. "Danny, take the ridge in case she tries to take the river."

Danny nodded running off and then Steve was chasing after Con with Alicia beside him.

Con looked to be catching up to her, as she dodged through the trees. They got to the ridge, she got past it, Danny slid right into Con sending him careening off course and into a tree.

He heard a shout of: "Fuck!" from his brother-in-law before he righted himself. It took all of three seconds for Con to be straight and back to running, but it had given Marissa a head start.

She was farther away now, it was getting harder to keep an eye on her. She was dodging trees, hopping over upturned roots, jumping from one side of the narrow canal to the other. The others were stumbling in the dark but Con moved effortlessly, missing each and every obstacle just like the girl in front of them.

But eventually Con slid to a stop and Steve had to slide too to keep from running right into his brother-in-law.

"What the hell?" Steve cried. "Where the hell is she?"

"She was here," Con said, looking around. "I swear, she was… I don't… where did she go?"

They had all caught up to him now. They were all flashing their flashlights into the darkened shadows of the forest, but they were getting nothing. They couldn't see where she had gone.

The only one who didn't have a flashlight was Con, but he was focusing more on the trees around them, then trying to search the trails.

"I saw a trail back there…" Alicia started but Con shook his head.

"Naw, we passed that."

There came static from his shoulder and then Jerry's voice was calling out from the walkie he had taken for this search. "Commander you there?"

"Yeah Jerry what you got?"

"We found Lacey, she's okay."

Steve let his breath, one that he didn't realize he was holding in. This was good news, yes they had lost Marissa but at least they found the girl. That was the most important part anyway.

"Okay. Look, we just had visual on Marissa. Unfortunately we lost her…"

Steve was cut off by the gun shot. There was another yelp and then a body crashed out of the tree. Steve turned just in time to watch the body hit the ground, and to watch Con lower his weapon.

Steve glanced down to Marissa who was groaning in pain. She had been shot twice now. Winged once by Con and now a second time.

"Where did you get her?"

"I unno, I was aiming for center mass, might have gotten a leg," he said with a shrug. It wasn't like him to miss, if he had gotten her leg, he was aiming for it.

Steve knelt down to check her over. Sure enough she had a through-and-through through one shoulder, and the second shot had gotten a thigh. Wasn't sure if that was a through-and-through or if he had nicked anything internal.

Steve glanced up to the tree she had been in and then back to Con. "How did you know she was up there?"

"Only logical place for her to go," he said with a shrug. And then gestured to the bottom of the tree with his gun. "And all the moss is fucked up here, where she put her foot to start the climb."

"You could have just said something."

"It was easier to shoot her," he said. "Are we good now? Can we be done? I'd like to be done, please."

"Yeah, thank…" Steve trailed off because the second he said he could leave Con just turned around and walked away. Right back up that path they had raced down on. "I mean, you could at least wait for us!"

But Con said nothing and didn't bother to stop, so Steve had to hoist Marissa up so he could start the walk back to where the others were.

She'd be taken to a hospital first, then he'd make sure she went to a psychiatric hospital to get her all the help she needed.

He was just glad that this night was over.

H5O-H5O-H5O-H5O

Tani noticed right away when Con came out of the woods. Mostly because Eddie wanted to go see him right away. Yanked his leash right out of Junior's grasp to get to him.

Con didn't have his mask on anymore, but she could see it tucked into the side of his jeans. That means she could see that trademark smirk of his as Eddie jumped up on him to demand pets, the one that hit her in that strange way. The one that had women's panties dropping. He rarely noticed when he did it to other woman, because he seemed focused on her, though, if she was being honest, it was because he was more focused on his sister.

His sister took up a lot of bandwidth in in head.

Originally she couldn't understand why, but after getting a bit of a back story he kind of got it.

His eyes moved to her, not taking much to pick her out in the crowd. He hit her with a bit of a wave and she smiled as waved up.

Junior was already moving towards Con to gather Eddie up, so Tani figured she'd join.

Both of them got to him just as McGarrett showed up. He had seen Marissa to the ambulance and, now that it was leaving, he was now free to see Con.

"Thanks," he said. "For not killing her."

Con shot him a dark glare. "Don't thank me. I missed."

Steve wasn't even phased. "You never miss," he said clapping a hand to his shoulder. "Seriously thanks."

Con rolled his eyes. "Don't you have somewhere to be? Like with Ro? Who's been alone a lot longer than we'd like her to be?"

Steve's eyes widened as if he had just remembered he had a wife waiting for him at home.

Steve rushed off, probably to finish off whatever it was he needed to finish and Con turned back to Eddie who was still up on his hind legs, his paws on Con's hips. Con had his ears and was rubbing behind them in a soothing manner.

"Who's a good buddy! You are! You found the girl, didn't you?"

"Yeah," Junior said right away and Con turned another annoyed glare up at him.

"Wasn't talking to you, Soldier."

"Sailor," Junior corrected.

"Whatever," Con said and then turned to Tani. "Pancakes?"

Normally, when they were both up late they'd hit a pancake spot that they kind of called their spot. Problem was they were trying to keep this on the down low and announcing that he wanted to go to pancakes with her, no matter how subtly he did it, was not keeping it on the down low.

However, she really, really did want pancakes.

"Yeah," she said right away and then turned a wide smile onto Junior. "How do you feel about pancakes?"

"I love 'em."

"Good cool, you can come join us," she said. He gave her a bit of a look and she said. "No, not like that. This isn't an invitation to a threesome. It's an invite to the Wailana Coffee House. It's open 24 hours and they serve pancakes all day and they're the best on the island."

Junior's eyes turned to Con who did not look pleased, but then again, he rarely did unless he was with Ro or annoying McGarrett.

"Uh… not sure…."

She caught his drift, shot a smile at Con and then said: "Yeah, don't worry. Con doesn't mind, right?"

Con looked her up and down, confusion clearly written on his face. He clearly wasn't okay with it, but she also knew that he couldn't say anything about it. They were trying to keep their relationship a secret. After a charged moment he said: "Yeah, whatever"

"Great so it's settled let's go."

"Sure, give me a second," he said and then turned back to where McGarrett was talking with Alicia Brown, Danny, and Duke. "Hey! McGarrett! Take your dog!"

Steve turned to him confused. "Can't one of you take him home?"

"No, we're going for pancakes, and besides… you're going home too," he called and then sent Eddie off in his direction.

"Oh wait… wait… we never settled on a deal," Alicia said and Con groaned but he moved away from Tani and Junior to approach them. Cause he knew this was going to be another argument.

"There is no deal. I was never going to agree to you following me around you crazy gringa!" But Alicia clearly didn't like that. When it was clear that she wasn't going to let him leave, he relented. "Ok, I say we do Ro's thing."

She turned her nose up to that one. "I don't like Ro's thing."

"What's Ro's thing?" Steve asked.

"She thought I might be better put to use working as a special consultant for you."

"Like… we got you on speed dial?" Danny asked.

"Yeah, like that," Alicia admitted.

Steve and Danny exchanged glances. Yeah they liked that idea. It was Danny who said: "I mean… that would work."

"See, everyone would be happy." Con said. "If he has you for the serial killer shit, he doesn't have to call me."

"I supposed."

"No, seriously, can you please take the serial killer shit off my hands? Please keep me away from McGarrett, give me a break, and maybe it can count as one of my favours huh?"

"No. You'll still owe me favours."

"Goddamn it!" Con cried. "Am I working for me and Wo? Cause I don't see you calling him for these favours, it's only me."

"That's cause you'll killing anything."

"Except kids but…"

"That rule's negotiable if the kids' a dick," Steve finished for him. "Yes I know."

Alicia sighed heavily but eventually she said: "Alright, fine. I suppose that works. But we should probably get you into therapy. I'm worried about you. Honestly."

Con glared at her, blinking his eyes at her before shaking his head.

"Can I go now?" Con asked, turning that plaintive stare onto Steve.

"Yeah, you can go. Thanks for helping."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," he said turning around, that boyish excited grin on his face pointed at Tani. She loved it when he was excited about her.

She smiled back, ready to have pancakes with her new man, even if she had no choice but to invite the other boy as a cover.

H5O-H5O-H5O-H5O

Steve came home and the trick-or-treaters were done. He could tell already. No one else was on the street. That meant he missed handing out candy, and since he had commandeered Con and Nahele was at his Halloween party, Ro had been alone.

Which she hadn't wanted to be.

He was fully expecting Ro to be angry when he got home, but he let Eddie in, and he went straight for his food dish. Steve figured he'd have to feed him, but no, Ro already had food waiting for Eddie. Wet food with some kibble sprinkled into the top.

He had texted Nahele on the way home asking how he was. He got a picture in response. Him, shirtless, in his red lifeguard shorts with his arm around a very pretty blond girl who was dressed like a Baywatch lifeguard.

It almost looked like a matching couples costumes. But Nahele didn't have anyone to do that with… girl-wise. He was pretty sure his son would tell him if he was dating someone… or at the very least had told Rowan who would have eventually told him.

Though it was late, Steve thought his wife might come down to greet him. He didn't think she would be in bed already.

But then again, she hadn't been feeling all that hot lately, the stress of the next red carpet event already getting to her.

She said she'd have to buy a new dress for it. She still couldn't wear the blush and gold one she had bought in Victoria as it had gotten too tight. It was too tight in LA, which was why she had to buy the dark blue peacock one, and it was even smaller now. And, though she shouldn't have been wearing the peacock one to another premiere, she couldn't anyway because it was too small too.

Steve had asked if she wanted to maybe run or swim with him to fit into the dress and that lead to an argument about how he thought she was getting fat. But he didn't think that.

Had she gotten a little bit thicker in places, yes, but personally he found her new-found curves very attractive.

Took him forever to convince her that that wasn't what he meant. He just wanted to provide her with another option.

After that he decided he wasn't going to mention anything to do with her weight. Ever again.

"Ro, you up?" he called as he moved through the house. He went first to the kitchen to see if dinner was waiting in the stove. It wasn't, it was on the stove, but it was also just a sandwich.

Very nice of her to make him something at least.

He didn't hear her respond to him so he was guessing she was down for the count. He figured he'd eat his meager dinner, drink a cold one to destress and unwind and then head upstairs to cuddle his wife.

Though after all the running he did, he might have to shower first.

He got into the first bite of his sandwich which was deli meats, probably turkey which was his favourite, and he heard feet on the stairs.

With plate in hand he moved out of the kitchen to greet Rowan and found her, for some reason, still in her costume, seductively draped against the way across from the banister.

"Oh no, I've been discovered."

"Discovered? Ro you live here."

She was undeterred. "Oh please, you strong, handsome officer, don't arrest me, an itty-bitty-slutty-kitty-burglar."

Steve's eyes widened, a sudden understanding dawning on him. Warning would have been nice but he wasn't going to quibble about that now that he knew what she was playing at.

"But if you feel you have to I'm sure I can… convince you to trade… something… for my freedom?"

She was doing things with her tongue, playing with it while she talked. Wetting her lips, catching it between her teeth, and letting it curl invitingly towards him.

Steve tossed that plate with the sandwich onto the transom window's sill, not even caring if the plate fell or not, and then went for his cuffs.

"Think it might be safer to get you contained."

She squeaked and then turned and bolted. Steve didn't hesitate he gave chase. She wasn't really running, she was just teasing him. He found her at their bedroom door waiting for him, when he got close she squeaked again and scampered away. He caught her at the foot of their bed, just like she wanted, and then he tossed her right onto the bed.

She landed with yet another one of her squeaks, but he knew she was just playing. If he had actually hurt her she'd've said so.

He got up onto that bed with her, staying on his knees as she lay before him all seductively.

"Oh no, I've been caught," she said draping a hand against her forehead, going for a whole woe is me feel. "Whatever shall I do?"

"I think we'll need to start with a full body cavity search."

"Oh no!" she cried and then paused. "Actually, you'll need to help me, the zipper is in the back and it goes all the way up."

She half rolled and Steve carefully unzipped her costume. And she was right, it went all the way from the back of her neck down to her tail bone.

With that zipper down he got to go about stripping her with great pleasure, those cuffs came out and from there everything was a blur with a mix of play on words going on there.

The full body cavity search he did with his tongue was his favourite part though.

After multiple climaxes for his wife and one breathtaking climax for him, he got to roll off of his wife. He lay back trying to catch his breath while Ro voided out of his cuffs. She leant across his chest to drop the cuffs onto his side table next to his badge.

Normally she'd roll back off of him so he could cool off, but that time she just flopped down onto his sweaty chest. Steve didn't even care, he wrapped his arms around his wife and held her there. Loving the skin on skin contact and being able to feel her heart beat against him.

For a moment they were quiet until Rowan got back up again.

"You think you'd be good for a round two?"

Really? A round two? Not that he didn't like having sex with his wife, but they had been having a lot of it recently.

"Uh… I mean… I might need a bit of a breather… or maybe some help?"

He just had to smirk at her and she understood exactly what it was that he wanted.

"I'd totally be okay with that," she said as she clamoured onto him, most importantly straddling him to the bed. She grabbed his arms first and then went for the cuffs. "But first… first we're going to turn the tables. Let me get the upper hand for once."

Steve didn't really like it when he was the one who was cuffed, only because he didn't have the power to get out of them at will, but he also knew that Rowan was good at letting him out when he hit her with the safe word.

Still he let her do it, cause she had been good for his fantasy. She hadn't voided out the cuffs until they were done. Or well, until he was done.

His hands got cuffed to their headboard and Rowan sat back a devilish smirk on her face that made him laugh.

"HAHA!" she crowed. Already slipping back into her cat-burglar character. "You have fallen for my trap! Now I will torment you for information!"

Steve tried not to laugh at how over the top she was being. "You'll never break me… NEVER!" he cried. "Besides… aren't you supposed to be stealing something?"

At that Rowan paused. "Oh… yeah… well… other than the info maybe I'll just steal… you?"

Steve couldn't shake the smile from his face, honestly he was loving this. She was already crawling down his body and he was getting excited.

"Well you can have me, Miss Cat-burglar. All of me—heart, soul, you already have my body…" which pitched the second her lips touched his inner hip. Cause he knew what was coming next. "… God…"

She took him in her mouth, fully, no teasing. She bobbed, and then stopped. Now would come the teasing and Steve was ready.

Head tilted back, stars in his eyes, reflected in the night sky.

His wife was worth it.
