One whose part IceWing but also dramatic,
Working with a SeaWing from the pelagic.
If you don't know what the word "pelagic" means, it means "related to the open sea".
So it's almost like saying "Working with a SeaWing from the open sea". but using the word pelagic was appropriate here to compliment the guidelines of the Stornello [which follows an AAA rhyme scheme] as magic and dramatic were already used as the first two rhymes.
Figured I would point this out just in case anyone was going to ask in the comments.
