A/N This is a new story Chapter 1 has a lot in it as i didnt know where to stop.
Harry looked at the window on christmas morning, it had been the worst year in his time at hogwarts,
Harry had watched as Ron opened his christmas presents and didn't understand what Harry was going through.
Instead of opening his presents Harry put on his clothes and and went to walk out of the house
"Where are you going Harry, Dumbledore wants you to stay inside" Molly Weasley says.
Harry turned to Molly with anger, in his eyes,
"don't tell me what to do, Dumbledore is no better than Voldermort and your no better than the death eaters" Harry growls
Harry continues to walk out of the house towards the street ignoring the people trying too stop him.
Harry then went to the local church,
"I knew you would come, Harry" a man came to him.
Harry stood up and turned to a man whom he considered his real father, this man was dressed in an army uniform with the insignia of a crown above a four-pointed "Bath" star, on his shoulders.
Harry looked him "Lieutenant colonel Geroge Mountbatten its good to see you sir" Harry said with a smile and a a crisp salute
George Mountbatten smile at this young man whom he consider his son
George Mountbatten is the youngest son of Lord Mountbatten, George was the only magic person in the royal family and was kept hidden from the muggle public and studied magic through tutors outside of the British ministry of magic.
"At ease Harry thanks for keeping updated on whats going on, i am sorry you have too keep going through this" George said with a smile
10 years ago St George Primary school
Harry sat on the ground, hiding from his cousin
"Hello son My name is Captain Geroge Mountbatten and i am here to help you Harry potter" George said with a smile
Harry looked up at this man in an army officer uniform
"Can you help me" Harry asked with tears
Geroge Mountbatten looked at this young child and smiled, taking Harry's hand, George took him to a different classroom and started training Harry.
Present day
Harry remembered that day like it was christmas.
Harry look at the man he considered his father with a smile
"It's ok sir, congratulations on your promotion to lieutenant colonal" Harry said with a smile.
"I have spoken at length with her Majesty the Queen and the general staff of the military and they have agreed its the right time" George said with a smile
Harry was shocked as Geroge handed Harry a bag
"Go change and come back" George said to Harry
Harry then rushed off to the bathroom and changed
20 mins latter Harry returned dressed in a crisp army unform of the Scots Gurads on his shoulders are three four-pointed "Bath" star
Standing at attention Harry looked at Geroge his mentor,
Placing his right hand on the bible and lifting his left hand
"I swear by Almighty God, do solemnly, and truly declare and affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty, Queen Elizbeth the second. Her Heirs and Successors, and that I will, as in duty bound, honestly and faithfully defend Her Majesty, His Heirs and Successors, in Person, Crown and Dignity …" Harry said, with a commanding voice.
George look on with pride,
"Congratulations Captain Potter, By order of Her Majesty you are hereby ordered to deal with the terrorists in the magical world as well as those who oppose the take over of the ministry of magic by the magical arm of the queen's army by any means necessary.
"You're also ordered to take control of Hogwarts in the same manner."
Lieutenant colonel Geroge Mountbatten said with pride.
Order of Phoenix HQ
Molly was shocked at what had Harry said to her and had ran after to the fire place
To call Dumbledore.
"What can i do for you Molly Happy christmas" Dumbledore said with a smile
"Harry just left headquarters" Molly said
Dumbledore was shocked, he made sure Harry was mistreated in the muggle world so Harry would be reliant on him and the wizarding world.
"Gather everyone we must find him" Dumbledore said in a panic.
Church with Harry
"You Have your orders what's the plan?" George asked harry.
Harry looked up and smiled
"my plan is so simple it will work"
Harry said and as he was going through the weapons that were given to him.
2 weeks later Hogwarts
Harry had been missing for the last two weeks no one could find him of course when they talked about it Ron and Snape said the same thing.
How Harry was an attention seeking prat
Umbridge had informed Fudge as soon as she found out Harry had not returned and the ministry and now they were hunting for Harry.
It was a cold winter sunday Harry walked up to the gates and with out saying a word they opened for him wearing his Captain uniform no stopping for anything
Hagrid saw Harry walking and went running to meet him only to be ignored by Harry.
"Harry, where have you been?" Hagrid asked.
Harry looked at Hagrid,
"Step aside or else" Harry said in a cold voice void of any emotions.
Hagrid was shocked that Harry had never been this cold before.
Harry meanwhile had continued to walk up to the castle ready to do his duty.
As everyone were eating their dinner Harry opened the doors and everyone stopped and looked at him
As Harry walked up towards the head table the magic radiated off him people around him was shocked
This wasn't Harry Potter 2 weeks ago, this was a different Harry Potter.
"Harry my boy, you're 2 weeks late and what are you wearing?" Dumbledore asked in his usual grandfather tone.
"By the orders of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the second, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas, Queen, Defender of the Faith. I Captain Harrison James Potter Earl of Gryffindor Duke of Albany, order you Albus Dumbldore to hand me complete control of Hogwarts."
Harry said, without answering Dumbledore's questions
Everyone in the hall had stopped and now was looking at Harry, some with anger, some with surprise.
'Harry my boy what did you say?' dumbledore asked still shocked at what he was seeing
Harry looked around at the staff of hogwarts
"Potter, five thousand points from Gryffindor and detention with me for the rest of the year" Snape yelled.
Snape looked at Harry; this was not the weak Harry that he bullied in his classes.
Harry turned to Snape "Was i speaking to you, your pathetic worm sit there and shut your mouth before i come over there and cut your vocal cords out"
Harry growled in no more than a whisper but everyone could hear it
Harry turned back to Dumbledore,
"You heard me loud and clear Dumbledore" Harry said no emotion was shown on Harry's face
At the same time Snape was enraged going for his wand Snape casted a curse at Harry.
Harry who had been taught to always be mindful of your surroundings, jumped out of the way as the curse got near and in midair sent a knife straight at Snape going through the narrow tip of Snape's wand splitting it in half before lodging in Snape's hand
No one had moved or said anything as Snape saw his wand destroyed and a knife in his hand.
In total silence Harry walked over to Snape
"By orders of Her Majesty, You Snape are sentenced to death for being a part of a known terrorist group, the death eaters. Do you have anything to say before you die?" Harry asked as he looked at Snape in his eyes.
Dumbledore was still in shock at the way Harry was acting
"Harry i fear your going dark we must go to my office to talk" Dumbledore yelled
Snape looking at Harry knew that this was not a joke
"I wished i had killed you when i had a chance in the crib all those years ago" Snape yelled
Harry looked at Snape "May God have mercy on your soul" Harry said
Then Harry brought out his standard pistol and with two quick shots Snape fell back into his chair bleeding out and died.
Harry didn't care that everyone was staring at him with shock nor did he care that Umbridge had rushed out of the hall to get the minister.
Harry turned to Dumbledore " I ask again will you comply with her majesty's orders or not?" Harry asked
Dumbledore couldnt believe what he had seen Harry had just killed Snape
Twenty students all muggle borns came up behind him
Hermione was one of them and knew what to say.
"Your grace, we all those students who kneel before you understand you're her on behalf of her majesty and pledge ourselves to her and you" Hermione said with a bow as twenty students bowed at the same time
Harry turned to them, he smiled. "Rise all of you" Harry said with a smile the first time he smiled all day.
"Hermione you and the twenty are to find every student and teacher not in this hall and bring them here. I dont care if the are sick or in the toilet, you are to bring them here now" Harry said.
"Dont do what he says Herms he is a dark lord and is working for a mudblood queen" Ron yelled in anger
How dare Harry return and not say anything to him, how dare Hermione that stupid bitch listen to Harry.
Hermione turned to Ron ready to yell at him but Harry put his hand on her shoulder,
Hermione turned and understood the look that Harry gave her, after all both her parents were in the military.
Walking over to Ron "Stand up now!" Harry said in a voice that meant do it or die
Ron looked at Harry in anger "what are you going to do?" Ron asked as he spat at Harry.
"By insulting our queen you have committed a crime that would be punished by fifty lashes, but because you were once my friend I will give you a choice."
"You can either swear loyalty to the queen and apologize or i will deal with you as i see fit" Harry said
Ron looked at Dumbledore "My loyalty is to the headmaster no one else, especially not a mudblood bitch" Ron said in a loud voice.
Hermione started to laugh as did the twenty Harry also joined them in laughing
"Congratulation Ron you have just committed treason" Harry said
Harry went to his side and brought out his officers sword
"Ron Weasley you have committed treason, and as such as is my right as Duke of Albany i hereby sentence you to death any last words" Harry said his voice stone cold
"You should have died with your parents" Ron yelled still in shock at the changes in Harry
Dumbledore was at this time trying to use his wand against Harry under the table but it was not doing anything.
"Harry my boy don't do this he is your best friend and your loyalty to the muggle queen is wrong" Dumbledore said
Hermione who had now directed 15 of the twenty to go find everyone else in the castle looked at Dumbledore
"His Grace is doing his duty just as my parents do every day in the navy and army.
This land and every person on it should be showing loyalty to her majesty and by extension his grace the duke" Hermione said
Harry turned to Hermione "Miss Granger as of now i appoint you acting Lieutenant in her Majesty's army, your orders are to march everyone out to the quidditch pitch" Harry said.
Hermione nodded and turned to the other 5 muggleborns who were with her and directed them.
Harry turned back to Ron and pointed the sword at his neck
"Move now" Harry said
Now Ron was scared as they marched no one said anything just walked down
"I want everyone to see this" Harry yelled as Harry stood in the middle of the quidditch pitch
Just as Umbridge returned with the minster and most of the aurors and staff
"Harry Potter you're under arrest surrender your wand" Cornelius Fudge said with his wand out
Harry ignoring him turned to Hermione "Bring Draco Malfoy over here now Miss Granger" Harry yelled
Hermione nodded and it took 5 muggle borns to bring Draco over after stripping him of his wand.
"Draco Malfoy you have also been charged with treason for knowing and harboring Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort, As you are now 15 and the eyes of her Majesty the queen an adult you are also sentenced to death do you have anything to say" Harry said
Darco looked to his father next to Fudge. All the ministry people were trying to cast spells but couldnt for some reason.
"The dark lord and my father will avenge me and kill you Potter and you mudblood whore queen" Draco yelled
"You Draco and Ron, May God have mercy on you souls" Harry said.
Then as they stood in the middle of the quidditch pitch, Harry waved his hand and a big hole was dug out and a fire started with a bolt of lighting from the sky.
By now the order of phoenix had arrived even Molly
Turning towards Mr Weasley Harry smile "Mr Weasley Hermione has told you everything and i give you this chance to say goodbye to your son" Harry said
Arthur looked at his son Ron
"You stole from Harry and and was trying to drug Hermione all because you were too lazy how dare you" Arthur yelled
Dumbledore was shocked "How did you come by this information?" Dumbledore asked in shock that his plans were found out
Harry laughed "i have had a spy, spying on my so called friends and you dumbledore since the first year" Harry said
Dumbledore didn't know how to respond
Harry turned to Ron and thrusted his sword straight into Ron's chest penetrating Ron's heart then as Harry withdrew the sword, Harry kicked Ron into the fire as Ron screamed.
Harry turned to Hermione and handed her the sword to be cleaned
"You Draco dont get the privilege of being killed by sword" Harry said
Then Harry brought his pistol "this is a muggle gun you will, die by it" Harry said
Harry Potter then shot Darco in the head and he fell into the fire
As Harry looked at the fire he looked to the other side of the fire
"Well done Potter" said a menacing voice
People were shocked Lord Voldermort had come to Hogwarts
"So Tom come to submit to Her Majesty's justice?' Harry asked, already knowing the answer.
"I have come to kill you" Voldermort said
Harry began to laugh
"So much like Dumbledore you are both fools" Harry said with a laugh
"Both of you thought you could control me and use me to again power. The only difference between you and Dumbledore in my eyes is you have more honor and openly try to kill me. While Dumbledore uses people and others." Harry said
Harry then took off his jacket and handed his weapons to Hermione
"Shall we duel?" Harry asked
"Harry together" Someone yelled
Everyone turned and saw Neville Longbottom come out of the crowd wearing battle robes.
"Of course brother we shall do this together" Harry said with a smile
Dumbledore couldnt believe this first Hermione now Neville
"Please Tom bring all your death eaters, they shall join you in the fire" Neville said with courage never shown before.
"So the two children of the prophecy ready to die" Voldermort said with a laugh
Harry looked and Neville and smiled
"That was a fake used by Dumbledore to get rid of our families because we oppose him but like Dumbledore you forgot one thing. That's why our families have had safe guards for years." Harry said
Then with a bang the duel started Harry acted throwing the first curse that turned into the duel for the ages two fifteen year old boys not only holding against the greatest dark lord in history but giving him a run for his money
The duel was amazing curse on top of cruse flying everywhere
Then at a point Neville backed off turning to the crowd Neville waved his hand every death eater with the dark mark came flying to him
Meanwhile Harry was still dueling
"Well Tom this has been fun" Harry laughed and with a slide over the grass Harry got close enough summoned his sword to his non-wand hand and just Tom's wand hand off.
Everyone was shocked Harry then dragged Tom over to where is death eaters where, they too were shocked at the duel
Harry turned to Neville and talked to him in a whisper
"Hermione come here" Neville yelled.
Hermione came running over ignoring Dumbledores demands
For the first time Harry looked scared
"Do it brother" Neville said with a smile
"Hermione Granger, I fell in love with you when I first met you on the train, since then I have been trying to get up the courage to ask you. WIll you marry me?" Harry asked
Harry then got down one knee and showed a ring to Hermione
Hermione couldn't stop crying, all her dreams were coming true. With a nod of her head, Harry got up and kissed her with passion
"Now my love join us Neville the pure blood, I Harry Potter, and you Hermione the muggle born together will do this" Harry Potter said picking up the sword the three of them held it together and thrusted into Voldermort killing him
As they pulled it out the body started to fall into the fire then Neville went over to to every death eater still helld by magic near the fire with the sword and killed each one of them before pushing their bodies into the fire.
