Hello everyone. Here is the reboot of Super Rio X. I hope that you will enjoy it. :)

It is the famous capital city of Brazil called Rio De Janerio, where a male Snow Owl is flying throughout it. He is searching for something, although he is also taking in the sight of buildings having been laid to waste as well as seeing dead bodies scattered everywhere. He is horrified by what he sees around him, the images of parents holding onto their son and daughters in their wings causing tears to form in the young male Snow Owl's eyes as he weeps a little.
He takes the time to cough because he flew through smoke, he continues his search until he finally lands. The male Snow Owl hears it, the sound of grief ringing out through the broken city as he walks towards the source with a sense of dread running down his spine. His fears are confirmed when he sees him, his friend's dead body laying face-down in a puddle of water surrounded by an adult female Spix Macaw and her three children as they all weep in grief.
The male Snow Owl approaches the body in pure confusion, he's sure that his own mind is going overdrive. He doesn't want to believe it, he is now sure that he is in a nightmare that he will eventually wake up from as he stops in front of the body before kneeling down. He reaches out his right wing to touch it, that results in him realizing it is indeed real after touching his dead friend's heart area as he can feel no pulse from the heart as tears form in his eyes.
"I'm so sorry, Alex, I tried to stop him I really did" said the adult female Spix Macaw as she looks at him. "But Blu didn't listen, he went to save all of those lives".
"Yet he failed, the idiot, I told him to not go alone" said Alex as he clenches his right wing in pure anger. "I'm sorry Jewel, I didn't mean that, he was a good friend".
"It's ok, Alex, I understand why you're so furious" said Jewel as she tries to hold back her tears of fury. "It was my fault, I am the idiot here, I should've done more".
"You did all you could, I'm to blame for all of this" said Alex as he keeps his eyes on Blu's lifeless body. "I argued with him, I forced him to make that tragic decision".
"Arguments happen, Alex, even between friends" said Jewel as she kneels down to comfort her friend. "I had my fair share, Blu did too, we always made sure that-".
They were interrupted by the presence of a male Cockatoo, who is joined by a female Cockatoo at his side. The two birds smile at Alex, the latter slowly getting to his feet as he glares at the both of them in anger as the two birds slowly land in front of him and Jewel. The Spix Macaw children huddled together, while staying behind their mother and Alex in the knowledge that they will protect them from any harm that might come their way if they're not careful.
"Well, well, well, he was no match for any of us" said the male Cockatoo as he looks at Alex and Jewel. "I must say though, you two are powerful in your own right".
"That's right, Nigel, we will defeat you for good" said Jewel as she glares angrily at Nigel with pure fury. "You murdered Blu, you lured him to his death, didn't you?".
"Yes I did, pretty bird, it was a part of the plan" said Nigel as he looks at Jewel with a face of madness. "He was predictable, at least he died a true hero's death too".
"You murderer, you will pay for what you done" said Alex as he activated his prototype and wing-blade. "I will avenge Blu, I will avenge everyone that you murdered".
"This is excellent, your anger is truly amazing" said Nigel as he faces the female Cockatoo with a smile. "You want in, Julia?, it's going to be such good fun of a fight".
"Of course, my dear Nigel, I was born for this" said Julia as she looks at Nigel with a expression of glee. "I was hoping to fight, I had been in a bad mood all day too".
The two Cockatoos both nodded at each other in affirmation, before they enter their own fighting stances. While this was all happening, Alex got into his fighting stance as Jewel begins to take her children away from the battlefield in order for Alex to fight at his best. The three fighters stared each other down, until Nigel made his first as he flew towards Alex with the aim to throw a punch into his left cheek with his enemy dodging his attack after he saw it coming.
The dodge caused Nigel to punch the ground instead in pain, Alex responds by kicking Nigel into a building. After seeing Nigel get beaten, Julia flew in Alex's direction in hope of landing a blow on her enemy in an attempt to gain the upper hand against him in the battle. Unfortunately this didn't go to plan at all, due to Alex blocking her kick with his left wing as he delivers a powerful kick of his own to her stomach before sending her into the air with a powerful punch.
While Alex is briefly distracted by Julia's quick intervention, Nigel is about launch an energy blast at Alex himself. He stopped in mid-action, when a familiar young male Spix Macaw appears out of nowhere to knock him out with a fast-pace powerful punch to Nigel's jaw. After knocking Nigel completely unconscious, Nightfly decides to check on all of the Gunderson family members that are still left alive with that involving Jewel, Carla, Bia and their younger brother Tiago.
"Hello Jewel and kids, I'm sorry for being late" said Nightfly as he flies over to them before he'd landed. "I got held up, also, I sensed Blu's energy is gone completely".
"It's good to see you, Nightfly, it's alright too" said Jewel as she happily hugs the young male Spix Macaw. "It's good that you're here, yes, Blu is no longer here at all".
"I'm sorry about Blu, I wish that I saved him" said Nightfly as he begins to feel regretful about his lateness. "If I had got here sooner, your husband would still be alive".
"It's not your fault, Nightfly, believe me, kid" said Jewel as she looks into Nightfly to make sure he knows. "Blu wanted to do the right thing, I'm truly the one to blame-".
Suddenly they heard the sound of a person being stabbed, which made them turn to see Alex had stabbed Julia. The latter falls to the ground dead, while Alex starts to lower his wing-blade as he begins to breathe heavily because of the ever-increasing anger within himself. He slowly turns his attention to Nigel himself, who is still unconscious with Alex starting to walk slowly over towards him as Nightfly along with Jewel and the kids notice the male Snow Owl's next action.
"Alex?, what are you doing?, be careful Alex" said Nightfly as he notices Alex walking over towards Nigel. "Don't let Nigel win, do not let your darkness consume you".
"Nightfly, stay out of this, I'm warning you" said Alex as he slowly approaches Nigel's unconscious form. "He has to pay for Blu's death, Nigel must pay for everything".
"Alex, please listen to Nightfly, please stop" said Jewel as she tries to reason with her husband's friend. "Use your restraint, Alex, please, just hold back all your anger".
This momentarily causes the male Snow Owl to stop himself, before he turns to look at Jewel along with her children. He can see fear on their faces, knowing that he is on the verge of doing something that will quickly come back to haunt him if he ever goes through with it. He looks at the unconscious Nigel, who now regains consciousness before a kick to the gut from Alex causes him to remember where he is as he begins to look at Alex with big evil smile on his face in enjoyment.
"He's dead, because of you, you and you all" said Nigel as he looks at everyone else before facing Alex. "I may have struck the blow, but, you...You got him killed first".
Before anyone could anything to stop him in that very moment, Alex becomes enraged before he turns to face Nigel. Unfortunately in the midst of it, he activates his powerful wing-blade before plunging it straight through Nigel's stomach as the latter could only gasp in shock. The shock doesn't last however, before Nigel gives out a final sinister evil laugh until he releases his last breath as he dies with Alex removing his wing-blade to let Nigel's body fall to the ground as he shakily breathes.
Oh no, Alex, what did you just do? :(
I hope you all enjoyed this first chapter of the Super Rio X reboot and I will try to keep writing this story.
Speaking of which, I understand there are authors who are not happy with my lackluster stories. I am currently a bit out of writing form so far, but, I'll also promise that I am still here to write interesting stories for authors on this site. There are stories that will need improving, so I am now in the process of my stories becoming with my first two Super Rio stories of my Super Rio series being the first.
I will make my official comeback when I've done those stories, while also helping Jameson write his OC's Super Rio origin story in my Super Rio Universe.
But I do plan on coming back full-time, I promise.
