Chapter 25: A Date with my Awesome Girlfriend
Luz: AAAAAAAH!
Luz's scream can be heard in the whole house. Eda, King and Christa rushed into her room.
Eda: Luz what is it?
Christa: Are you hurt?
King: I'm here, what's the problem?
Luz: Guys it's horrible! I lost one my earings.
Then there worried looks turned into annoyed ones.
Eda: Ugh, this again kid? I thought you got eaten.
King: I woke up from my nap for this? Actually I had the weirdest dream. I think I onced lived another life where I was this triangle demon and I actually suceeded in ruling th world, but then I got killed by some ugly old man.
Luz: That's really nice King, but I need help. Do you know what today is?
Christa: Uh, Saturday?
Luz: Yes! Today's the day Amity and I are going on our first real date. It's in an hour. I'm getting ready and next thing I notice, I lost one my earings. It must have fell somewhere.
Eda: I think you're just being over dramatic.
Luz: You don't get it Eda. This our do over after our last one ended kinda bad.
Eda: So it didn't go as plan that doesn't mean it's bad. Remember what I told you what happened with me and Archy on our first date?
Flashback: Some time ago.
Eda and Archimedes were at a nice restaraunt for their first date. Archimedes was wearing a white suit while Eda was wearing a black off the shoulder dress.
Archimedes: I can't believe this the first time in years you and I are hanging together again.
Eda: I still can't believe we ended up together. I mean I never thought you and I would be in a place like this.
Archimedes: Yeah, I mean you won't believe it, but I had this reservation for uh... a while.
Eda: Place seems pretty upscaled.
Archimedes: Yeah, and I planned and calculated this right. I have enough exactly for two drinks, two entrees and an appetizer or dessert.
Eda: Hey don't blow your bank account Archy. I'm mad loaded.
Archimedes: I thought you were struggling.
Eda: Hey my new buisness with potions is going well and I still got 85% of the selkigris left.
Archimedes: Did you get something with that?
Eda: Well the only time I used I bought a truck load of apple blood, well I was going through a depressive episode after our fight.
Archimedes: Oh, uh...
Eda: Oh no, sorry was that over sharing.
Archimedes: No,no it's just...sorry I made you feel that way.
Eda: Eh, I was kinda being dramatic. ( holding his hand) But you coming back, it was real sweet of you.
Archimedes: I couldn't leave you like that you know that.
Then their waiter comes.
Samuel: Good evening, I'm Samuel and I'll be your server for tonight. Here is the drink menu and can I start you off with some water. ( looks at Eda) Stilled or sparkling?
Eda: I'll take sparkling.
Archimedes: Ooh sparkling, I'll take...
But Samuel cuts him off and continues talking, but sets his attention to Eda.
Samuel: Wonderful, I'll be back soon and in the mean time take a look at those appetizers. I reccomend the clams. They go down smoothly.
Samuel leaves.
Eda: Hmm, I've never really been into clams myself.
Archimedes: Well you don't seem like a shellfish witch.
Eda: Well no I...wait was that a pun?
Archimedes: Well I mean if you're going for roe-mance, you'll want to consider the caviar.
Eda: Oh ho! I was not expecting any sense of humor out of you.
Archimedes: Why because I'm supposed to be the proper book worm kid of the group.
Eda: Eh that and you're always Mr. I'm a good boy raised by mommy type kid. I mean who taught you to be that way.
Archimedes: Someone who's definitly a bad girl that's for sure.
Eda laughed and snorted.
Archimedes: You know I've always loved your laugh.
Eda: Oh stop, you're being mushy.
Archimedes: What I'm serious. I loved that laugh of yours. It ensures me you're having a good time.
Eda: Hey when I'm with you I always want to do the best things.
Then the waiter Samuel returns.
Samuel: Hey there. Have we had a chance to look at the menu?
Archimedes: ( looks at menu) Actually maybe we should do dessert over appetizer because this white chocolate souffle sounds amazing, although...
As Archimedes continues to talk offscreen, Samuel set his attention back to Eda.
Samuel: You know we have a special today: tornado rossini on dried fruit brioche with madero wine sauce.
Then he flips out a a small piece of paper and puts it in front of Eda.
Samuel: And my number
Archimedes: And we already have white chocolate and it's called vanilla.
Archimedes lowers down the menu and see's what's going on.
Archimedes: Um, is something happening...
Eda: Just a sec. ( to Samuel) So, you serious?
Samuel: Dead serious. I get off at ten, and then I can get you off at 10:30.
Archimedes: What is he...
Eda: (gets up) Alright Sammy, let me tell you three things. One, you wouldn't get past 10:05. ( grabs his shirt) Two, you would't live past 10:06. And three, we're still waiting for our drinks. So if you value your job and or life...
Eda takes out a knife and places it over his throat.
Eda: You're going to take this knife, cut the crap and get us our sparkling waters!
Archimedes: Holy...
Samuel: Crap okay. Geez you could have said no, you didn't have to be a monster bitch about it.
Archimedes: Excuse you?
Archimedes stands up.
Archimedes: I'm going to give you five seconds to apologize for what you just said.
Samuel: Or what historian? You're going to lecture me at my job...
But then Archimedes forms his scythe and cuts the table in half, startling Samuel.
Archimedes: Apologize or else.
Samuel: Okay! Okay I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. Please don't hurt me.
Archimedes approaches him.
Archimedes: That's better. And uh...
Archimedes hands him some money, which seemed to be a hundred snails.
Archimedes: ...for the table.
Archimedes leaves.
Eda: And here's your coupon jerk.
Eda flicks at him a coupon at his face and follows Archimedes.
Samuel: This is expired.
The two exited the restaurant and stood together outside.
Archimedes: E I am so sorry for that.
Eda: Hey don't apologize for him. Or at all. That was pretty cool what you did there. You're really not the same scared kid I once knew.
Archimedes: People change over the years you know.
Eda: So what now?
Archimedes: Well I know a good burger place not too far from here. Cheap, friendly.
Eda: Ugh, I'd kill for a cheeseburger.
Archimedes: Yeah I...oh man I spent all my money for the table I destroyed.
Eda: Don't worry about it Archy.
Eda takes out wallet.
Eda: My treat.
Archimedes: Thanks E. I'll pay you back...wait that doesn't look like your wallet.
Eda: It's not, I pick pocketed from that jerk waiter as we left.
Archimedes: Wait when did you...
Eda: I'm the Owl Lady remember. You never know what I'm going to do next.
Archimedes: Ha, yes. Yes you are.
Archimedes holds Eda. The two kiss and continue their date in a different way.
Flashback ends.
Eda: ( sighs) It was great night for us. Oh but we weren't done yet. Then we went back to his place and...
Everyone covered their ears not wanting to hear the rest.
Luz: AH! Okay Eda, I get it that's enough.
Christa: We don't need to hear the rest
King: I'm too young for this kind of thing.
Eda: Ha, relax I was just kidding.
Luz: Okay now can you guys please help me. I really need to find this.
Eda: Alright, alright kiddo, don't stress yourself out.
Christa: Luz this is Amity we're talking about. I don't think she'll care on how you look.
Luz: But Amity is classy. She deserves everything to go right. I mean she's probably all organized right now.
Meanwhile at Blight Manor.
Amity was in her room with Ghost, Emira and Edric. She was going through her closet and holding two kinds out outfits
Amity: Okay, this is the night. Should I wear this one? Or this? Ghost what do you think?
Ghost just licked her paw and lied down.
Amity: ( sighs) I thought so.
Emira: Mittens I think you're over reacting.
Edric: Yeah just chill out.
Amity: You guys don't get it. If I want to keep my status as an awesome girlfriend, I have to make this perfect for Luz.
Emira: I'm sure she's fine with whatever you wear.
Amity: Yeah, but Luz deserves to have this. I don't want to make it just casuel.
Emira: Hey this is Luz we're talking about. She's like the most easy going person we know.
Amity: Right, oh wait.
Amity goes to her make up station and gets a small pack of tissues with her.
Emira: What's that for.
Amity: In case I have to sneeze. I don't want to mess this up like Ed did on his date.
Emira: Oh right. He sneezed and all his boogers hanged from his nose like a snot walrus, grossing out his date.
Edric: Oh come on, I'm already embarresed by that. You don't have to bring it up.
Emira: But Mittens with all seriousness, you don't have to try too hard.
Amity: I know, it's just I don't wan to...
Cut back to Luz.
Luz:...mess this up. This my first real date and maybe...maybe it'll end with our first kiss.
King: You guys kissed before haven't you?
Luz: Just on the cheek or head. I mean a real kiss. You know, on the lips? But...I feel like I'm gonna mess this up. There was this one time I was out with this guy back in school in the human realm. He thought I was cool and we hung out and I thought we had a connection, until when we were going for a kiss, I burped and he was grossed out by me. The next day at school he told everyone and I became the laughing stock for the whole semester.
Eda: Oh, that is pretty bad. Sorry to hear that.
King: Well we do find a way back to the human realm, you tell me where he is and I'll beat him up for you.
Luz: Thanks King, but I don't think it's necessary. The next semester thankfully everyone forgot and focused on the next big joke of the school. But Amity I can't afford to mess up. She's so amazing and if I ruin this...
Christa: Luz, you're going to be fine and even if you do mess up, Amity is not going to think otherwise of you.
Luz: ( sighs) You're right. Sorry. Solo necesito calmarme. I'm just anxiouse you know?
Christa: I know. Oh hey...
Christa bent down and found Luz's earing.
Christa: Is this it?
Luz: Ah yes!
Luz puts on her earing and hugs Christa.
Luz: Oh thank you Christa, you're a life saver.
Christa: Your welcome sis.
Eda: There you happy now Luz?
Luz: Wait, I just need your thoughts on one more thing.
Luz went through her trunk and got out a couple outfits.
Luz: You guys think I should wear something cool. I'm thinking something with a dark side.
Back with Amity
Amity emerged out of the closet with her normal outfit.
Emira: Thought you said you wanted to go fancy?
Amity: I am. I added a hint of perfume on me. Plus, we're not doing anything too fancy tonight, so I guess it's alright.
Edric: Hey your move.
Emira: Hey so, mom and dad don't know about this do they?
Amity: No, they don't. They're already not fond of me with my friends, if they knew I was dating Luz, who knows what they'll do to her. Please don't tell them.
Emira: Hey we won't. Besides they're not even home.
Edric: We're not going to ruin this for you Mittens. If they ask where you are, we'll say you have late night studies tonight at the library.
Amity: Thanks guys. Come on Ghost.
Ghost got up and turnd into her staff. Amity went outside and got on.
Emira: Go get her tiger.
Edric: Yeah, oh and whatever you do, just stay away from tier 15.
Amity: Ed!
Edric: Just kidding. Have fun
Amity nodded and flew off.
We cut back to Luz in the bathroom, rinsing her mouth with mouth wash and spitting it out. She got out of the bathroom looked herself in the mirror to make sure she looked nice.
Luz: Okay, I think I'm all set. She'll be here any minute now. What should I say? " Amity, hi how are you?" No, um " Hey there Amity, you ready for our date?" No, no wait"Yo what's up Ami? Ready for the time of your life?"
King: Just say whatever, it's just a greeting.
Luz: Just want to make it cool.
Eda: Oh before you go. Here take these breath mints. You know if you guys actually do kiss and you want to be ready.
Luz: I might need these thanks Eda.
Christa: It's great to see you excited. It must be nice to have someone.
Luz: I'm sure you'll find a special someone too.
Christa: ( looks aways) I mean...maybe.
Hooty opens the door.
Hooty: Amity's here! Hoot! Hoot!
Eda: Alright, show time kiddo.
King: Go get her Luz.
Christa: Have fun.
Luz got up and went outside. She saw Amity outside on her staff.
Luz: Amity!
Luz ran up and hugged Amity.
Luz: How you doing Ami?
Amity: ( giggles) Is that what you're going to call me now?
Luz: Why not it's cute. I mean now that we're girlfriends, we have to give each other nicknames.
Luz then smelled the perfume.
Luz: Wow you smell nice. Is that perfume.
Amity: I thought I'd put a little bit on for you. Anyway you ready? Hop on.
Luz sat behind Amity on her staff.
Amity: Hold on tight.
Luz wrapped her arms around her waist. Amity took off and flew into the air. Luz held onto her and looked as they were in the sky. Luz raised her arm up to touch the clouds. Amity flew her around the isles as Luz laughed and held onto her.
Amity: Are you okay?
Luz: Yeah I'm good. Wait fly over there.
Amity did as she said and stopped.
Amity: Okay what's here?
Luz: Look over there.
Amity looked over and Luz had stop at the perfect view of the Boiling Isles. It was the same view Eda showed her when she first came.
Amity: Wow, it's beautiful. You can see the lights in Bonesborough.
Luz: Eda showed me it. It's beautiful isn't it?
Amity: Yeah, ( wraps her arm around Luz) but maybe not beautiful as you.
Luz: ( blushes and giggles) Oh stop.
Luz held Amity's hand as the two looked at each other again and back.
Luz: So um, what do you want to?
Amity: Well the new book store opened up and I really wanted to check it out with you.
Luz: A book store? Oh yeah let's go.
Amity flew down to Bonesborough to begin their date. They went through the town and found the book store Amity was referring to " Bones and Nobel." They entered looked around the place.
Luz: Wow, there's so much around here.
Amity: Let's look around.
The two looked around. They looked at some novels, actually found King's book he wrote and the new ones from Tiny Nose. Luz even found a section of comic books with their own kind of super heroes.
Luz: Huh, I didn't know you guys had comics.
Amity: Luz look!
Luz: Wha...(gasps)
Luz and Amity's eye's widened when they saw the section for the brand new volume of The Good Witch Azura.
Luz: De ningún modo! The Good Witch Azura: Into the Mysterious Beyond? I heard this was in the works in my world. It's finally here?
Amity: I know, I've been waiting forever for this.
The two each got their own copy and purchased them.
Luz: Oh I can't wait to read this.
Amity: I know me too. I can't wait for us to discuss this at our Azura book club.
Luz: So what now?
Amity: You want to look at a few stores over there.
Luz: Yeah we could.
The two held hands and continued shopping.
We begin a small montage of them going through the stores around the area. One point they were trying some clothes ( which resembles their beta designs), they went to a spa, got their hair done and Amity had them nail polish Luz's fingers nails to match hers, they stopped by a coffee shop and got some iced blended drinks and went to a park where Luz was hanging upside down on a tree branch to show Amity she looked like a possum, but then the branch snapped and Luz fell. Amity laughed a little and helped her up. And last they were getting some food and as they were getting hungry. They exited a small restauarant and left with the food to go.
Amity: Luz you said you had a spot in mind to eat at right?
Luz: Yeah, I wanted it to be special. I'll lead you the way.
A little later. Luz had Amity land a little further away from their spot as they went through the woods and she had Amity close her eyes as she guided her.
Amity: Luz where are we going? We're not going to get attacked again are we?
Luz: Don't worry it's surprise. You'll see. Okay open up.
Amity opened her eyes and to her surprise, it was the tree she and Luz grew when they defeated Grom.
Amity: Our tree.
Luz: Yeah, I thought this would be a good place. Come let's settle down.
Luz got out a blanket and placed it on the ground for them to sit on. The two began eating and talking. Once they were done, they were playing with Ghost who was setting her attention on Luz.
Luz: Amity I love your palisman. She's so adorable.
Amity: Thanks I made her. She is both loyal and playful at times. Have you made your palisman yet?
Luz: Well no. I wanted to see my mom first before I do anything else.
Amity: Right. Hey so, what's going on with the echomouse and the portal? Are you getting results?
Luz: Little by little. I think I'm almost there on what to do on building a portal and of course we got the Titan's blood.
Amity: Well we already had that in the key. I'm sorry I lost it.
Luz: It's okay. We didn't know. We still got some of the blood.
Amity: Yeah, but...I just didn't want anything bad happen to you. But that jerk just had to...
Luz: I know, it was really uncalled for of him and next time I see him I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind.
Amity: Right, so about this Unknown Isles that Christa maybe from. Any updates on that?
Luz: Well we know it has to exist and Phillip must have been there, but we haven't found any clues on how to get there yet. There might be something about it in the journal but again, the echomouse only shows when he feels like it.
Amity: I hope we find out more on it soon. I just can't believe their's another archipelago like this, but maybe more advanced.
Luz: I wonder what technological advancements they have there and what the withces are like. But we are slowly learning more about it and Christa with her powers. Thanks to her, I have some new glyphs.
Luz showed her new ones she got from her like water, earth and wind.
Amity: That's really cool. You really are learning a lot since we first met. And you don't have limits when you learn all kinds unlike some of us.
Luz: I'm sure anyone can. Hold on wait, Amity you can manipulate your abomination goo to any shape right?
Amity: Uh yeah why?
Luz took out a light glyph.
Luz: Can you form this?
Amity realized what she thought. She formed some abomination goo and formed it into a small light glyph on the ground. She snapped her fingers and to their surprise, it turned into a light ball. The two looked at each other in amazement.
Amity: No way.
Luz: I don't believe it! Amity you can make your own glyphs with your abomination magic. Double magic powers!
Amity: I can actually expand more on my magic.
Amity hugs Luz in excitment.
Amity: Luz your a genius!
Luz: Thanks, I can be when I need to.
They continued on practicing more on their magic. Amity kept experimenting on usinger her abomination magic to make glyphs and to control them.
Amity: This is still taking some time of getting used to.
Luz: Just keep practicing. You'll get the hang of it.
Amity: Yeah, I will.
The two just gazed at the horizon of the boiling sea for a few more moments.
Luz: So tell me. Was I the one you wanted to ask at Grom?
Amity: ( sighs) Yes, yes you were.
Luz: And you were too scared to ask me?
Amity: I didn't think you'd want to. I mean we were just becoming friends around that time and well when you came to school for real, I've been having feelings for you. But I was so mean to you before I didn't think you'd want to. But if I did had the courage to ask you to the dance, would you have said yes?
Luz held her hand.
Luz: You know, I think I would have.
Amity smiled at her. Luz got up and took out her phone and played some music.
Luz: May I have this dance Miss Blight?
Amity took her hand as the two danced. They were dancing much like they were when they were dance fighting Grom. They were reliving the biggest moment of their lives and which really sparked their relationship. Now they were just doing it for fun and not used any magic. But towards the end, Luz tripped and accidentally pulled her down. But the two just laughed as they fell and rolled on the blanket and Luz poked her sides.
Amity: AH, wait don't do that.
Luz: What? You ticklish Blight?
Amity: ( looks away) No.
Luz didn't believe her. She smirked and squinted her eyes and got her hands out ready to tickle Amity.
Amity: You better not.
Luz got closer to her.
Amity: Luz, I'm warning you.
Luz: Tickle fight!
Luz at Amity and started tickling her.
Amity: Hahahaha! Luz stop! Hahahaaha
Lus kept tickling her and her hands made her way under her shirt. She tickled her under her arms, her sides and her belly. Amity kept laughing as her laugh was music to Luz's ears.
Amity: Hahahahaha! Luz please! Hahahahaha!
Luz: Never!
Amity: Hahahaha! Fine, we'll play your way!
Amity then started tickling Luz.
Luz: Hahahahaha! No, stop! Hahahaha! No stop I'm ticklish on the tummy! Hahahahaha!
Amity's hands were under Luz's shirt tickling her sides and belly. She too loved hearing the sound of her girlfriend's laugh.
Amity: You admit defeat now?
Luz: Hahahaha! Yes, yes you win!
Amity stop tickling her as she lied down. Luz rested the back of her head on Amity's chest. Amity held onto her as she slid her hands under Luz's shirt and started rubbing her belly. Luz could feel Amity's finger going into her belly button, making her giggle.
Amity: Some one is ticklish there. Your skin is so smooth and soft.
Luz: Yeah, I am. You're hands are so warm.
Amity continued rubbing her belly until Luz turned around and layed her face into her chest and started nuzzling her. Amity blushed as the two cuddled and hugged each other.
Luz: I can hear your heartbeat. It's so soothing.
Amity: Cheesy much?
Luz: What? You're into that.
Amity: Ha, yeah I am.
Luz: Amity?
Amity: Hm?
Luz: Can I ask you a couple questions? A serious ones?
Amity: Yes what's wrong?
Luz: Nothing it's just...
Luz lets go of her and scooted up next to her face to face.
Luz: ...how did you go from hating me to loving me?
Amity: Well...I mean despite our first meeting, I didn't know what to make of you. I didn't get why you'd want to get to know me even though I was harsh on you. I mean after a couple of our conflicts you still helped me and you made me a better person. Part of it was my own fault before.
Luz: But you don't think I'm...I don't know, a freak ?
Amity: What? No. Is that what people thought of you back home?
Luz: Well yeah. Well people called me a lot of things. They called me Luz-er, Creepy Luz, Freaky Luz, a dork, a goofball, a dingaling, wingnut and a knucklehead mcspazatron.
Amity: I don't know what half of those things are, but you are not them. Okay I won't lie, you are a dork and a goofball. But in a charming way. And if that's what they all think of you, then they haven't really gotten to know you. You're kind, brave, funny, smart, beautiful, cute, optimistic, forgiving and you always think about others. Who wouldn't want you as a girlfriend? If anything I'm more surprised that someone like me would find love.
Luz: Amity you're like the most the most beautiful, smartest, coolest, nicest, strongest and most reliable person I know. You deserve someone like me.
Amity: Yeah.
Amity then frowns.
Amity: But things won't be the same when you leave.
Luz: Hey, I've never felt more at home than at the Boiling Isles. Or when I go back home, I'll still come and see you. But I really want to take you to my world someday.
Amity: Yeah. What's it like in the human realm?
Luz: Well, I mean there's no magic, but there's still other things. For one thing rain doesn't boil and neither does the sea, its just salty. And we don't ride on staffs but instead auto vehicles, cars, busses and planes just to name a few.
Amity: Wow really? So then if you were to stand under rain you wouldn't burn?
Luz: Yeah, though I still don't reccomend you stay underneath, you can still catch a cold. But there's so much I want to show you there. The libraries have history you can learn about my world and the novels. There's the movie theater with a new movie from the Monsterverse, the sequel to Godzilla vs Kong coming soon. I'm kinda a G fan. There's the arcade, the pier, the skating rink. Oh and all sorts of food that you'd never find here. And then we can go to my house. I can show you my Azura collection. We can play videogames, I have Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros on my Switch and then we can watch anime!
Amity: What's an anime?
Luz: Oh, we have so much to talk about.
Amity: Wow, I'd really want to see it. Going to another world and you guiding me. I'd love to do that.
Luz: Cool, but also another question. Do you intend to join a coven? I ask this because I feel like I'm constantly putting you in danger. I know you once said you intended to join the Emperor's Coven, but you've seen what they're really like. I'm just worried about you getting hurt because of me and my problems, but maybe if you joined a coven...
Amity cuts her off by placing her finger on her lips.
Amity: Stop right there.
Amity took her finger off of her and then looked at her in the eyes with firm gaze.
Amity: Luz, I spent my whole life doing what others have told me. And you say you're worried about me? I should be more worried about you because you're always putting yourself in danger.
Luz: I mean...yeah you're not wrong on that.
Amity: It would kill me if you got killed. So don't try to push me away to keep me safe. I want to be there for you when you need me. Luz, you're the best thing that's ever come into my life. Whether I join a coven or not is my decision now. But no matter what...
Amity placed her hand on her cheek.
Amity: I'll always have your back and I'll never let anyone hurt you.
Luz smiled as she held her hand. Amity closed her eyes and puckered her lips. Luz quickly got a breathe mint and ate it. She closed her eyes and was about to kiss her, but then let out a small burp. She quickly covered her mouth in embarrassment as Amity looked surprised.
Luz: I'm so sorry. Amity I'm sorry I...ugh!
Luz quickly got up and ran away from her and into the woods.
Amity: Luz? Luz wait!
Amity got up and chased after her.
Amity: Luz! Luz!?
In a few minutes she found Luz, who was banging her head on a tree.
Luz: Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.
Amity saw her and pulled her away from the tree and saw some tears in her eyes.
Amity: Luz what are you doing? Stop that.
Luz: Trying to give myself brain damage so I can forget this moment.
Amity: Why?
Luz: Because I just ruined the date. I knew this would happen. I tried so hard to make it perfect but fate is against me.
Amity: Just because you burped?
Luz: Yes. You must think I am a freak now.
But then Amity let out a small burp. Luz looked at her surprised and Amity looked at her with a smile and held onto her.
Amity: Of course not. These things just happen you know.
Luz calmed down and smiled at her.
Luz: Yeah they do.
The two held onto each other and closed in finally sharing their first kiss.
Luz: Whoa, crikey.
Amity: I can't believe we just did that.

Amity was dropping Luz back home. She got off and hugged Amity.
Luz: Thanks for the ride home.

The two let go and Amity flew off as Luz waved to her.
Minutes later.
Luz was with Christa and King in their room.
Luz: It was amazing guys. I mean we went to some stores and oh Christa I gotta show you the new Azura book. But then we went to our tree, we danced, practiced magic and...
King: Did you guys kiss?
Luz: Yes.
Christa: What was it like?
Luz: It was amazing. Despite I kinda messed up like I did it was still...
Cut to Amity.
Amity: ...the best moment of my life.
Edric: Bold move sister.
Emira: So you really think she's that great?
Amity: Yeah of course I do.
Emira: And you plan on marrying her?
Edric: Does this mean she's going to be our new sister?
Amity: ( blushes) Guys?!
Emira: We're just kidding Mittens. With all seriousness, we're glad to see you happy like this.
Amity: Very funny, but yeah. It was amazing. I can't wait to see her again.
But little did they know, Odalia was right outside their room and heard the whole thing and didn't look pleased with the news.
Odalia: It seems I've still haven't gotten through to you Mittens.
