Chapter 60: Satarakura's Wrath
Notice: Before you read, I'd like to say something. Some of you might be confused about the last chapter 60 I left. That was not a real chapter, that was a note left by me arguing with an internet troll who keeps harassing me, which was going to be taken down after a day. I'd like to apologize for that. I'm not the kind of guy who argues with peoples opinions, but the reason for this was because how I was constantly spammed and its not even about me but the show nagging about every single nitpick.
Talking about homophobia, depicting the white man is evil, how the show is racist, how everyone's motives is stupid and makes no sense, how there are no straights in the show, how straight people are evil and how we straights can't be friends with the LGBQT community and overall making the whole thing political.
A couple parts is a lie because I'm straight and I'm friends with a gay guy, does that make me evil? But you want to know the most annoying part? I can answer most of your questions, but because your a guest I can't because you don't really have an account here. How can I answer you if you don't have a way to make contact?
I can't do anything about this guy as he is annonymous but there is one thing I can do and I'm still standing by it. Guest reviews will have to be moderated under my approval. If your one of my regular guests, you can leave your review I will moderate it when I get the chance, but whoever you are don't bother trying to leave your reviews again because they will not be viewed and will be deleted. Unless it's actually about my story or a regular thought on the show which I will put up because sometimes I do question certain things about the show.

At Emperor Belos's castle. ( two days before the last couple chapters)
We see Raine walking with Terra in the halls. They were holding their head, acting like they were having a head ache.
Terra: Oh Sprout, are you head aches returning?
Raine: Yeah, I don't know why these keep happening.
Terra: Easy now. Have some tea.
Terra gives them some of her tea, still thinking they were under her control. Raine takes the tea, but before drinking it blows on it. It may of looked like to Terra they were just cooling it down, but really they were changing the flavors and ingredients so they wouldn't be controlled. After blowing they take a sip.
Terra: There, better?
Raine: Much.
But then the two heard an agonizing scream. It sounded like Satarakura's screams. The two looked over and saw a scout flown out of another room and into a wall. They saw another scout running in fear, but then a tendril that looked like it was made of plant vines and veins came out and grabbed the scout by the neck and pulled him back in. We heard his screams for a moment before going silent and Satarakura continued screaming in agony.
Terra: ( groans) Looks like Satarakura is having another one of his tantrums. Wait here Sprout.
Terra goes into the room, but Raine slowly approaches with caution as he could hear the conversation between the two.
Terra: Oh look at this mess Satarakura.
Satarakura: Stay away from me! Go away!
Terra: Hush now. Drink some tea.
Raine makes it to the room and to their horror see's blood all over the walls and some bodies of scouts lying on the floor. He then see's Terra sitting down stroking Satarakura's head as he laid on her lap sobbing.
Satarakura: (sobbing) Granny. Granny. It hurts.
Terra: Shhh, it's alright. You're okay.
A couple days later.
The scene shifts to Selene reporting to Emperor Belos with Kikimora, Hipporit and Mikela and Voffa standing by him.
Emperor Belos: What do you mean they were gone?
Selene: When I arrived to the Owl Lady's house, the place was in ruins and the whole area looked like a battlefield. Judging by the damage I can tell Shadam was there.
Emperor Belos: But he was nowhere to be found.
Selene: We searched the area but he was no where to be seen. I hate to to even think of this but we may have to come to the conclusion that he's dead.
Mikela and Voffa let out small gasp as they look at each other and to Belos.
Emperor Belos: How unfortunate. Shadam served me well, but now is not the time for grieving. We are this close to achieving our goal. But our enemies are still at large.
Selene: But one thing still puzzles me my lord. Where did they go? They should have been there.
Hipporit: You said the place was a wreak. They had to have hid somewhere else.
Selene: But where Captain? With the wanted posters we put out there is no where for them to hide. Don't you find it odd they were all gone. If they were trying to fix the place, wouldn't some of them gone for supplies and some would stay. Not even that...that bird...tube thing whatever it is wasn't there.
Emperor Belos: And what is it that you're getting at Selene?
Selene: They couldn't have known we were coming unless, unless somehow they knew.
Hipporit kept his cool to not blow is cover, but Selene was already onto something.
Emperor Belos: Are you suggesting there is another traitor among us?
Selene: I can't say for sure. But if there is, I'll be onto them.
But then Dr. Cushing enters the room.
Dr. Cushing: My lord, we have a problem.
We then cut to Dr. Cushing leading Belos and the others to the lab room where the portal door was.
Emperor Belos: Is something wrong with my portal?
Dr. Cushing: Not so much the portal but the generator to activate it. The magic meter is running low due to the numerous tests. This door is barely operation and without a basilisk we have no way of harnassing more magic to replenish the generator.
Emperor Belos: But you do have another way.
Dr. Cushing looks at Belos with a shocked look.
The scene shifts to Belos opening a large cabinet and it was some kind of firearms weapon. It resembled the body of a basilisk with the head and opening mouth being the barrel. On the back was an insert for the arm.
Emperor Belos: You still have this.
Dr. Cushing: The Basilisk Gun? My lord you can't be serious.
Emperor Belos: Of course I am. Didn't you invent this after our basilisks escaped?
Dr. Cushing: Yes, but during it's testing phase the results ended horribly. The test subject fell to critical condition. This could kill a witch.
Emperor Belos: He fell due to being a weak subject. You said had a strong witch had used it, he would have had a better chance surviving.
Dr. Cushing: My lord I doubt anyone would volunteer to use this.
Satarakura: I volunteer.
Everyone looks over and see's Satarakura approaching with Terra by his side.
Emperor Belos: Satarakura.
Satarakura: Emperor Belos, allow me to help. I can gather the magic for the generator.
Mikela: Uh, Satarakura are you feeling alright?
Satarakura: Oh I'm more than alright. I feel like a million snails.
Selene: What did you do to him Terra?
Terra: I've been keeping him under control. He's now in a more functional state.
Satarakura: I feel great really. Let me do this.
Selene: Out of the question. You failed to round up a bunch of students to place sigils on them and you even let one of them beat you to your state.
Satarakura: Who beat me? Granny told me I suffered an unfortunate accident.
Selene: ( confused) What?
Terra: ( whispers) He doesn't remember the Hexside student who messed his mind. In order to keep him at bay I had to erase the memory of the one who did this. It'll trigger him.
Selene: I see. Still this task is too important. I will not jeopardize it in his hands.
Satarakura: Come on Selene, please.
Selene: No.
Satarakura: Pretty please.
Selene: No.
Satarakura: Pretty please with a captial P on it.
Selene: No!
Emperor Belos: Now hold on Selene. If Satarakura really is willing to do this then let him.
Satarakura: Yes Emperor Belos. I know I messed up before but let me redeem myself. I will make it up to you. I will do this for you. I heard what happened to Shady and I want to avenge him. I'll even bring Luz, Chrissy, the Owl Lady and Goldy for you. I know how I can do it.
Satarakura looked excited as Hipporit watched the whole thing.
Meanwhile
We cut to the CATS base with Luz with King, Christa and Hunter and then Eda entering the room.
Eda: Hey Luz, look what I got.
Eda handed her palisman, which looked like an egg.
Eda: The coat's finally dry.
Luz: Thanks Eda.
Christa: It does look nice.
Hunter: So that's what you ended up carving? Why an egg of all things?
Luz: Well you see I got to decide what my future looked like when I chose to be a witch and well I want the palisman to have that option too. Until then, I'm willing to wait.
Eda: Try to play them music sometime. They can hear you.
Luz: ( kisses her palisman) I love you already.
Hunter: Still that's really cool, carving your own. I mean it must be quite an experience.
Eda: Oh someone's interested. You know if you really are interested, maybe when this is over you should talk my dad. He's actually trying to replenish the palistrom trees and well, he could use a successor to continue his carving job.
Hunter: Oh y-yeah. I'll keep that in mind.
Hipporit: How did you get here?!
The group heard Hipporit's yell. They looked confused as it sounded like an intruder came in. They came out and looked and saw Hipporit grabbing someone and pinning them on a wall. They also saw Mr. Hirata running to where Hipporit was.
Mr. Hirata: What's going on?
Hipporit: This spy followed us.
Archimedes: I'm not a spy. I'm on your side.
Hipporit: Who sent you here?
Archimedes: No one. Is Eda here?
Luz: Is that Archimedes?
Eda: Archy? Wait stop! It's okay. He's my boyfriend.
Hipporit lets go of Archimedes as Eda runs up hugging the latter.
Archimede: E, everyone I'm so glad your all okay.
Eda: Archy what are you doing here?
Archimedes: Matti told me what happened. You and everyone were attacked and then you left to hide.
Luz: Yeah Hipporit and Raine invited us here.
Hipporit: Yes and invitation for them only. How did you find this place?
Archimedes: I followed you.
Hipporit: That was extremely dangerous what you were not followed yourself were you?
Archimedes: No I wasn't.
Eda: Hey, hey easy on my guy. He's very careful when if comes with the Emperor's Coven.
Archimedes: Please let me stay. I can help.
Mr. Hirata: Let him stay sir. He was my best student at Hexside.
Mr. Hirata smiled seeing Archimedes and placed his hand on his shoulder.
Archimedes: Mr. Hirata. It's been so long.
Mr. Hirata: It has. Look at you, all grown up.
Hipporit: The two of you can have time to talk later. We have situation.
Mr. Hirata: Situation?
Eda: What is it?
Hipporit: Belos needs more magic energy for the generator to help power up your portal.
Mr. Hirata: With that generator? But that was used when we had the basilisks and extracted the magic they consumed from lab rats.
Hipporit: Well he has another alternative.
Hipporit placed on the table a scematics of blueprints of the Basilisk gun.
Luz: ( reads title) Basilisk Gun?
Mr. Hirata: No. Not this.
Hunter: Hold on. Didn't I see this once back in the castle.
Mr. Hirata: Perhaps you have. This weapon was designed to suck the magic from a witch just like a basilisk.
Luz: What?
Mr. Hirata: After I freed the basilisks, Belos didn't let this stop experimenting with draining. Cushing had preserved the carcas of one that died during early stages of genetic cloning and we used it's organic components to make weapon out of it. The test results were horrific.
Christa: What do you mean by that?
Mr. Hirata: Let's just say it nearly killed our test subject, putting him in critical condition and...we had to amputate his arm. It was sometime after that I quite the coven. This weapon is dangerous even Cushing knows it's dangerous. Who would even use this?
Hipporit: Satarakura.
Luz: He's back? But Gus told me...
Hipporit: He's back in a functional state and has volunteered to use it on...
Hunter: On who.
Hipporit: That's why I hurried here. ( facing Luz, Christa and Hunter) He said he was going to use it on some kids who kept ruining his missions.
Luz, Christa and Hunter eyes widened knowing what this was about.
Christa: He's targeting our friends.
Hunter: I think it's more than that. He's trying to lure us out.
Luz: We have to save them!
Mr. Hirata: We have to stop him Hipporit.
Hipporit: If you and I go it'll blow our cover.
Mr. Hirata: Your cover, but not mine. To them I'm a criminal for going against them.
Archimedes: Is it just you two right now? Where's Raine?
Hipporit: Raine and the others are currently filling their roles at the castle. They can't leave yet.
Eda: Then we'll go.
Hipporit: This could be a trap.
Eda: These kids lives are in danger. You expect us to just stay here and hide.
Luz: Amity is not replying to my text. I'm going to go check on her.
Hunter: I'll check the Captain.
Christa: I'll check Gus. He could be his main target. Wait, who'll check Alex?
Archimedes: I'll go.
Mr. Hirata: And I'll accompany you.
Eda: Well I'll go with Luz. King you go with Chrissy.
King: I will defend her even if it costs me my life.
Eda: Okay alright, don't get all overly dramatic.
Scene shifts as we see Luz flying with Eda on her staff to Alice's mansion. They could see the mansion but saw the front door was busted down.
Luz: Oh no.
Luz and Eda landed as laying near the entrance was Stranix, who looked weakened and tired.
Luz: Stranix?
Luz kneeled down to him and placed her hand on his head. He let out a small whimper as he barely lifted his head up to her. Luz and Eda ran inside and saw the place wrecked and even some abomiton security guards were dismantled and broken.
Luz: Amity?!
Eda: Alice!
They ran up the stairs and saw Alice on the floor. She looked pale and unwell as Luz kneeled down and checked on her.
Luz: Alice? Alice are you okay?
Luz looked up and saw Eda carrying Edric and Emira, also looking pale and weak.
Luz: How are they?
Eda: They're alive, but drained out of their magic. But I don't see Boots around.
Alice: ( groans) Luz... Amity...
Luz: Where's Amity?
Luz saw a note attached to Alice. She read it as it was written pretty bad, like a young child's hand writing. It said " See you at the center of the right arm Luzzy."
Luz: He's taken her.
Alice: Please. Don't let him...
Luz: I promise I'll bring her back. I won't let anything happen to her.
Eda: Let's take you three back to base. We'll regroup with Blondie and Chrissy.
Meanwhile.
We cut to Christa and King running to Gus's house. She makes it as it didn't seem attacked yet. She ran to the front door and tried to knock, but when she did the door opened up.
Christa: ( gasps) The doors open.
King: You mean...( whispers) he's here.
Christa: ( nods) Proceed with caution.
The two entered inside Gus's house and heard a commotion. They followed the sound, peaked and saw Gus holding his dad who was lying on the floor, having his magic drained. He was surrounded by Satarakura, weilding the Basilisk gun and some kind of large pack storing the magic he drained and five Dorodoros.
Gus: Dad, dad? How could you do this?
Satarakura: With my new toy of course. It's like having a basilisk in the palm of your hands. Literally. Bahahahaha!
Christa responds with a gasp.
Satarakura: But you, there's something about you that I really, really bothered me. But I... ( rubs head) I can't seem to recall.
Gus: You don't remember what happened with us at the school?
Satarakura: What happened with us at school? Argh!
Satarakura grunts and rubs his head as one of the Dorodoros gave him his medicine prescribed by Terra. Satarkura snatches it off his hand and drinks.
Satarakura: Stupid headaches keep on coming. As I was saying. ( points basilisk gun at Gus) You're coming with me kid.
King let's out a sonic yell from behind, knocking down Satarakura and the Dorodoros. Christa and King come in sheilding Gus and his dad.
Gus: Christa? King?
Satarakura: ( gasps) Chrissy! Darling it's been so long! How are you? I was in the neighborhood, saying hi to my old pal Gus.
Christa: Stop playing dumb! You stay away from him.
Satarakura: Oh come on don't be that way. You can join the fun. We're gonna have one hell of a time.
Christa growled as she formed fire on her hands.
Gus: Christa wait, he...
But Christa fired her fire balls at Satarakura. But then he aimed the basilisk gun at her. He switched it to " Absorb" as the gun began to inhale the fire balls and at Christa. Christa yelled as she felt her magic being drained.
King: Christa!
King growled at Satarakura and sonic yelled at him, sending Satarakura flying through the wall. Christa fell to her knees as King and Gus helped her up. We see the Dorodoros reuniting with Satarakura as they also help him off.
Satarakura: Wow, your dog is all bark and no bite. Bahahaha! Get it? But if you want to save the rest of your friends, you will meet me at the center of the right arm by sundown. Otherwise they will be next on my draining list. Ciao Darling.
With that Satarakura and the Dorodoros vanish.
King: Christa are you okay?
Christa: Fine, but that Basilisk gun. It took a good chunk of my magic. Gus, are you hurt.
Gus: I'm fine, but my dad?
Gus looked down at his dad with worry in his eyes. Christa kneeled down and check his pulse.
Christa: He's still alive. Magic was drained but he's still alive.
Gus: Why did he do this?
Christa: He's trying to get us out from hiding. Gus I never meant for this to happen.
Gus: It's not your fault. He played dirty. I should thank you for coming out and helping.
Christa: ( nods) Sure. Let's take your dad to base to heal and we'll regroup with the others.
Later.
We cut to Satarakura standing around with some Dorodoros and also see Amity, Willow and Alex tied up.
Satarakura: You kids feeling comfortable?
Amity: Don't talk to me.
Satarakura: Hey I'm just checking on you.
Willow: After you broke into our homes and attacked our parents.
Amity: My aunt works for you. Doesn't this go against your partnership?
Satarakura: I have a warrent to you arrests. You've all been involved in helping wanted criminals. I tried to be civil with your aunt but she just wouldn't hand you over to me. She started it not me and this won't effect anything because the Emperor's Coven owns large portion of the company thanks to your parents.
Alex: What did you do to Gus clown freak?
Satarakura: Whoa, no need to for harsh words. Don't worry he's fine, for now atleast but you'll be seeing him real soon. Bahahahaha!
We then cut to Luz and the others gathered together hiding in trees.
Luz: He's got the others.
Christa: He's waiting for us to come out.
Hunter: So how are we going to approach this?
Eda: We'll distract Satarakura, you kids get your friends.
Mr. Hirata: Eda, he has the basilisk gun. This will be dangerous.
Eda: Jokes on him, I don't have any magic anymore. But Archy I understand if you want to sit this out.
Archimedes: I'm not letting you go alone E. I mean you dragged me into way worse when we were kids.
Eda: Oh ho yeah.
We cut back to the ground.
Satarakura: So uh...this is taking a while. So, you kids like cartoons?
Satarakura then turns around hearing someone from behind. He turned and saw Eda in her harpy form, Archimedes and Mr. Hirata.
Satarakura: Oh look who's here. Eda the Owl Lady, Akihiko and uh...I'm sorry who are you again Scarface?
Archimedes: My name is...
Satarakura: Nobody cares! Bahahahaha.
Archimedes looks down sad as Eda places her hand on his shoulder.
Harpy Eda: Eh don't listen to him. I care Archy.
Archimedes: Thank you Eda.
Mr. Hirata: Satarakura, take that off now. You don't know what your doing.
Satarakura: Oh I know what I'm doing Akihiko. The Emperor needs more magic for the portal and what better way than your students. After all they really screwed me over on my last mission.
Mr. Hirata: You don't understand, the basilisk gun is a dangerous prototype. It will eat you alive.
Satarakura: Ha yeah. Like you would know. So where's the rest of ya. Did I scare them. Or are they...
Satarakura turns around and see's Luz, Christa, Gus and Hunter and King untying their friends.
Satarakura: Ah ha!
Satarakura fires the basilisk gun at the group, but then they vanish turning out to be illusions made by Gus. Satarakura looks confused and turns around seeing the group reuniting with the adults.
Satarakura: Hey, no fair. Dorodoros!
Ten Dorodoros appear by Satarakura's side as the two sides fight. As they do so and little does anyone know, Selene's palisman Kaa is seen watching hanging from a tree. His eye's were glowing as the scene cuts to Selene projecting the fight to show Belos, Mikela and Voffa.
Selene: That fool Satarakura. He let his guard down and let the prisoners go.
Mikela: What is he doing standing there.
Voffa: Fight them!
The scene cuts back to the group as everyone took out the Dorodoros.
Satarakura: Ugh, why do I even have these goons. No matter, I can still beat you. I...argh!
Satarakura holds his arm with the basilisk arm, grunting. He fell to his knees as he kept screaming.
Luz: What's happening to him.
Mr. Hirata: It's the gun. It's fusing itself into his body.
Satarakura kep screaming as to his horror, the basilisk gun was merging with his arm as cables from the gun emerged out and dug it's way into Satarakura arm.
Selene: What's going on with him?
Dr. Cushing: This is why I was hesitent on using this. When I made the Basilisk gun, we used actual organic parts of a basilisk. But if the user wears it for too long it will merge itself with the user, becoming and organic weapon. But because it drains magic it will eat the magic and the bile sac of it's user. And because it's attached to the heart, he doesn't have much time.
Mikela: You mean he'll...he'll die?
Voffa: Should we do something about this?
Emperor Belos: Satarakura volunteered for this.
Mikela: Buy my lord. He didn't know about this did he.
Emperor Belos: He agreed to the terms and conditions of this mission. Besides, the magic he gathers comes first.
We cut back to the fight as Satarakura held up his infused basilisk arm gun.
Archimedes: What happened to him?
Mr. Hirata: It's too late. The weapon fused with his body. It's going to drain his life.
Satarakura: You did this to me! You, you...You all die!
Satarakura set the gun to fire and shot an energy beam at the group as they dodged.
Emperor Belos: NO! You fool, don't use the magic.
Belos and the others watched as Satarakura attacked the group firing energy beams of magic at them.
Emperor Belos: He's going to use up all the magic needed for the portal. Selene, get over there and retrieve the pack.
Selene: And for Satarakura?
Satarakura: He's going to die soon. He's no longer any use to us.
Selene nods and vanishes.
We cut to Satarakura laughing as he kept firing at everyone. He set his attention to Luz. She tried blocking the incoming attack with an earth glyph but the blast pushed her to the ground. He fired again at her until Eda flew down and grabbed her out of the impact. The group stood together as Satarakura laughed maniacally.
Satarakura: Come on, come on. Who wants to be next?
Selene warped in the area as Kaa slithered his way to her and formed into her staff and approached Satarakura. Everyone looked worried of her presence but Satarakura looked excited.
Satarakura: Selene? Haha, Selene. You're just in time. Help me out here. Let's finish these guys.
But then Selene wave her vertically across Satarakura's body. Satarakura stood there for a moment and collapsed to the ground. Selene detached the pack on his back and looked over at the group.
Selene: Emperor Belos is looking forward seeing you soon, oh and tell Lilith I said hi. See you on the Day of Unity.
With that Selene vanishes. Everyone stood around breathing heavily.
Christa: Is it over.
Luz: For now. I can't believe she just killed her own teamate.
Hunter: Yeah that's how Selene acts.
Gus slowly approaches Satarakura's body.
Luz: Gus wait.
Luz, Christa and King follow after Gus. The four of them stood above Satarakura's body as they see a huge cut coming from his face and down to his body.
Gus: He said he and I were alike. He wanted me to join him.
Christa: You're nothing like him.
Luz: You're a good person at heart. He's not.
Christa: Atleast that's now one less threat to worry.
King: Yeah and glad we never have to hear that stupid laugh again.
Satarakura: Who's laugh is stupid!?
The four screamed and backed away. Satarakura got up and looked angry.
Satarakura: I hate humans. I hate witches. I hate demons. I hate the Emperor's coven!
Satarakura screamed as his energy bursted out engulfing the four.
Harpy Eda: Kids!
The energy blast dimmed down as the five of them were gone.
Hunter: Red?
Amity: Luz?
Willow: Gus? Where'd they go.
Alex: Uh guys. What's that up there?
Everyone looked up and saw what looked like a large floating opal with moving swirly patterns of blue, green orange and purple all around.
Hunter: Oh, I've seen him do this once.
Willow: What is it?
Hunter: It's his arena.
We then cut inside the opal and we see Luz, Christa, Gus and King holding onto one another. They opened their eyes and let go as they looked around the closed indoor arena they were in and like the outside it had the same bizarre color patterns.
Christa: Are we dead?
Luz: No I don't think we are.
Gus: Where are we?
Satarakura: My arena.
They looked over and saw Satarakura, still mad.
Satarakura: I remember now. I had everything under control until you! You Agustus Porter! I offered you friendship and you spat in my face! You destroyed my mind and then instead of putting me out of my misery, they put me in the care of that wacked up granny who drugged me and then used me as a lab rat! You kids ruined everything for me! If I'm going to die, I'm going to die happy by killing you all myself!
Satarakura groaned as his body began to enlarge. His body grew up to 12 feet tall and began to form some muscle on the arms and coming out of the wrist of his left hand was whip like tendril consisting of his veins and vines. His face warped to look more demonic with sharp teeth, blood red eyes, more pointy and longer ears and longer hair.
Satarakura: Let's have some fun.
Satarakura fired at the group with his gun arm, now linked to his body. King stepped up and canceled the attack with a sonic yell. Satarakura shrieked and used his whip to attack. He ends up hitting the four of them and then jumped up in the air about land on the four. They got away but were split up. Satarakura set his attention to Gus and grabbed hold of him.
Satarakura: I got you now Gus.
But then Satarakura was hit in the face by a strike of lightning. He dropped Gus and covered his face. He looked over and saw Christa did it.
Satarakura: Chrissy! That was really rude!
Satarakura fired at Christa as she blocked the attack with a wall of ice. The blast hitting the ice created a mist. Satarakura looked around to find her and then he was hit in the back by a fire blast. He turned around and fired from behind, but he couldn't tell if he hit something. The he was hit with another fire blast from the left. He fired again but couldn't tell if he hit someone.
Satarakura: Chrissy where are you?
But as the mist started to clear up he saw Christa running.
Satarakura: There you are my dear.
Satarakura whipped Christa at her back. Christa screamed and fell down. Satarakura laughed and aimed his arm gun at her, but then two vines formed around his arm gun and was being pulled back by Luz and Gus using glyphs. Satarakura growled and was about to whip the two until King came up and sonic yelled at him. Satarakura stepped back and Christa placed her hands on the floor creating an icy floor causing Satarakura to slip and fall.
Satarakura: That's enough!
Satarakura yelled out as more organic looking tendrils bursted out of his back. It grabbed Christa, Luz and King. Satarakura then set his attention to Gus and formed an evil grin.
Luz: Gus...
Gus: Stop it! I'm sorry for what I did to you but don't take it out on them. I'm the one you want aren't I.
Christa: Gus no.
Satarakura: Oh every single one of you ruined my plans. I'm going to kill them, but I think I'll start with you first!
Satarakura whipped Gus to the ground. He wrapped him up with his whip again and threw him to the side. Satarakura turned around laughed and fired his arm gun at Gus who vanished turning out to be an illusion. Satarakura saw Gus running and fired again as he turned out to be another illusion.
Satarakura: Yeah that's right, run. Run, hide with your illusions. It's all you can do. I could do more and could have shown you had you joined me.
Satarakura kept firing at each illusion of Gus.
Luz: Stop! Leave him alone.
Luz struggled to get her arm out and in her hand was an ice glyph. Satarakura saw her take it out and slammed her onto King and Christa, causing her to drop it.
Satarakura: No funny ideas!
Satarakura kept firing at more Gus illusions until the blast got the real Gus. Gus was sent flying to the ground hurt. But not far from him was the ice glyph. He looked over at it as Satarakura yelled out and ran at him. Gus got up quickly and though he was hurt he hurried over to the ice glyph.
Satarakura: It was fun Gus, but I'm through playing.
Gus hurried to the glyph but fell to his knees and crawled to it.
Satarakura: Ready or not, time to die!
Satarakura lunged onto Gus but then...
STAB!
The fight suddenly stopped. Gus opened his eyes and realized he did get the glyph in time and used it. A huge ice spike was sticking out of Satarakura's forehead. He just stood there as blood began to leak from his head and dripping from the ice. The tendrils on his back fell limp freeing Luz, Christa and King as the three hurried over to Gus and helped him up.
Christa: Easy, we got you.
Luz: Are you okay Gus?
Gus: I'm...I'm fine. I guess.
Then Satarakura's body collapsed as the whole area began to shake and crack.
King: What's happening?
Suddenly the whole arena shattered. They were back outside as everyone who was left out of the fight checked on the four. Amity ran up and hugged Luz as Hunter did for Christa and Willow for Gus.
Amity: You okay?
Luz: I'm fine. Fine.
Harpy Eda: You kids alright?
Luz: Gus needs medical treatment.
We see Hunter and Alex helping up Gus as he winches.
Hunter: Easy Gus. We got you.
Alex: What the heck happened in there?
Then they gazed their attention at Satarakura's body.
Archimedes: So then, did you do it? Is he...
But then Satarakura's arm reached up. Everyone was on edge ready to fight him, but he just lifted his upper body as he looked over at the group. It seemed the ice wasn'ty pierced far enough in his head. He just gazed the group for a moment.
Satarakura: Y-Y-You know. For, for once I...I...I'm stuck...( coughs blood)...I'm stuck without a...a joke.
With that, Satarakura falls face down to the ground as the ice pierces all the way through is brain, killing him. His body and even the basilisk gun began to turn grey and crumbled to dust.
Luz: ( sighs) That's it. He's dead.
Mr. Hirata: Let's get out of here.
Later that night.
We cut back to the CATTS base. The Hexsquad have been taken there as well as their familes, or are in the infermery room and Matti checking up on them. She came out to see the kids.
Willow: Are any of them going to be okay?
Matti: You kids don't need to worry. They had their magic sucked out but not to the point it was lethal. They'll need time to rest for the bile sac to replenish their magic, but they'll be alright.
They all sighed in relief.
Amity: Thank you Matti.
Matti: Of course. You should all probably stay here.
Matti is then approached by Raine, Darius, Eda, Luz and Christa.
Raine: Thanks so much for coming here Matti.
Matti: ( smiles) Of course Raine. I was hoping you'd call me here sooner or later.
Raine goes up to Matti and hugs her as she doesn't hesitate in hugging and placing a kiss on their cheek.
Darius: I'm sorry we weren't here for this. I would never had let him go after Alice.
Raine: If you had done that, you would have blown your cover. Selene is onto us and we have to be careful.
Darius: Still, I should have had her come hide here as well.
Raine: I'm to blame as well. I should have known they'd be targeting friends as well. I'm sorry they got caught like this.
Luz: It's not your fault Raine.
Eda: You can't let Selene find out, otherwise it's all over. The important thing is we got them out and they're safe with us. You should let them stay Raine Storm. They're young but they're pretty strong for their age.
Raine: Of course they can stay. We can use all the help we can get.
Darius: I actually should mention, I callled one other here.
Raine: Who did you get?
Then entering the room was a worried looking Alador.
Alador: Darius. Is she...
Darius: Your sister and your kids are alright. But I think your daughter needs some comfort.
Alador looked over and saw a sad looking Amity. He went over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder. She turned around and was surprised to see him.
Amity: Dad!
Amity hugs her dad as Alador hugged her back and kisses her head.
Alador: It's alright Mittens. Everything will be okay.
Raine: I almost forgot. I should let you know I sent my team out to search for clues on Temperor's wereabouts.
Eda: Any luck on that?
Raine: I got word from Katya she and the others may have found a lead. She said she'll fill me in on more details soon.
Luz: That's great! We're so close.
Christa: Yeah, hopefullly.
Meanwhile at the castle.
Mikela: I don't believe it. First Shadam now Satarakura? How is this happening?
Voffa: Calm down Mikela.
Mikela: Don't tell me to calm down. We're the only ones left. What if we're next? What if Belos see's no more use for us and sends us to die. I worked too hard to get here. After everything I went through this can't be the end.
Voffa: It won't be the end brother. We will win this.
Voffa leaves the room leaving Mikela alone. He looks at the staff as anger forms on his face.
Mikela: What is wrong with you choju? I sent you to kill a few witches and a human and you can't even do that. What good are you even!?
Mikela throws the staff across the room. He sits down and covers his face.
Mikela: ( groans) What am I doing wrong?
Keizer: You're weak is what you are.
Mikela: ( stands up) Who said that?
Mikela looked around the room but saw no one.
Mikela: Who are you? I demand you show yourself!
Mikela's staff began to glow. He approached it and picked it up. Althout we here the sound of Keizer's voice coming from it, he didn't recognize it.
Mikela: My staff. Who are you?
Keizer: The one where your staff originated. Made from my bones.
Mikela: The Titan? ( gasps) Am I talking to the Titan like the Emperor.
Keizer: And you are a fool like he is. You of all people are the holder of my staff.
Mikela: It was a gift. I was never able to do real magic.
Keizer: But the fact is your not using my army right.
Mikela: Your army?
Keizer: The choju, dorodoros they're all spawned by me, but you are the most pathetic user of my staff.
Mikela: What do you mean?
Mikela: My army is linked to the holder's will. A strong will makes them strong but you are just lazy.
Mikela: No I can be. I'm supposed to be Belo's best man. I don't want to lose my job. What do I do?
Keizer: If you are serious this time, use this one.
The staff lit up and showed a projection of a new choju ( off screen).
Mikela: What is that?
Keizer: The ultimate choju... Black End.

Author's Note: That's it for this chapter. ( sighs) Sorry it's been so long, again. I had writers block, again. But I've also just been dealing with a lot recently. I had to take extra care for my dog, had to take him to the vet, work extra time. But also I just really was not looking forward to this chapter. If you feel like it was half baked, it was. I don't know, this was one of those chapters I was not looking forward to, had to just get out of the way but cut it down a bit. I did't know how to tell this one, I kept going back and forth with it and had to bring the Hexsquad here. I don't know why I didn't do it last chapter. I guess it's because the next few chapters were ones I've been developing for months. But I won't let the next chapter take this long to make.
