Chapter 12: And the day came, part 2

Two Volkswagen Kübelwagen had just stopped in front of the Black Sun school. Eva, Sheska, Hilda, Kay, Göring and El got out of them. Himmler was waiting for them.

"Are they all there?" Hilda asked her.

"Ja, mein führer!" She replied the bespectacled, snapping to attention.

"Perfect… Come on, girls! Today you will become our students in all respects! "The blonde girl exclaimed to her guests. They nodded.

She escorted them to the gym, a large room where the students could play volleyball or other indoor sports, coming out onto a kind of stage. A hundred girls were waiting for them, wearing school uniforms, gray shirts and black skirts. Some, Kay noted, wore a sash with flags of various nations, such as Norway or Switzerland, on their arms. The girls were sitting on folding metal chairs and were chatting among themselves but when Hilda and her entourage entered the scene they stood up, and, lifting her right arm, shouted:

The student council members, namely Hilda, Himmler and Göring, positioned themselves close to the edge, Kay and El a little further back, while Eva and Sheska remained behind the scenes to observe.

She pointed to the direct interested parties.

Patton? Yorktown Division? But that's the division for US female students! Shouldn't British female students be placed in the Elizabeth I division?

Goebbels wondered suspiciously.
