Karai stood at the Brooklyn Bridge then jumped off and landed right on top of the roof a warehouse. She opens an air vent and sees that there were laser beams as well. She pulls out a device, activating it, sliding it to the lasers. The device deflected the beams away, making a path for Karai. She crawled in the ducts until she saw three guards by a door to a vault.

Karai pulled out a canister and tossed it at the guards. It sprayed knock out gas. The guards coughed, falling to the floor, unconscious. As the gas, dispelled, Karai jumped down from the duct and walked over towards the vault. She placed another device on the door, unlocking it, opening the vault. She pushed it aside and looked inside the vault. Inside, was an object that was protected by an force field.

Karai aimed her ring at the force field and a green laser emitted from it. The force field shattered, revealing a strange chip that it was guarding. Karai smirked and reached out for it. Suddenly, the chip was secured by an mechanism case before she could grab it.

"Red alert, number one security breach detected," an alarm sounded out. "Commencing lockdown procedure, immediately."

Karai gasped as the doors to the vault behind her began to close. She quickly ran towards it and jumped out, just barely, before it closed. She landed on the floor, only to see Bishop and his men behind him, aiming their guns at her.

"Interesting trap," Karai said.

"Actually," Bishop cleared his throat. Two big metal rings appeared below Karai, rising up, encasing her in a force field. Karai pulled out her sword and slashed at it, only for it to be shattered. "This is the trap." Bishop walked up to her and picked up a piece of Karai's katana. "Yet another piece of advance technology salvaged from our alien visitors, cuts through anything...makes your katanas look like a butter knifes."

He tossed the piece at the force field, disintegrating it, while Karai glared at him.

Saki was sitting in his room. He turned around seeing Bishop's face on the screen behind him.

"What is this? Whoever you are, this is a secure channel," he growled.

"Mr. Oroku Saki, my name is Bishop," Bishop said, gesturing over to Karai, revealing her, captured in the force field. "And I believe you know my guest."

"Karai," Saki growled, angrily, glaring at Bishop.

"In exchange for the life of your operative here, I want all the alien technology that you've been collecting," Bishop offered, smirking evilly.

"I have no idea what you're-"

"Please, knowledge is my business, Mr. Saki," Bishop interrupted him, pointing to his head. "And I know all about you." Then points at Saki.

"Believe me, Mr. Bishop, you know nothing about me," Saki smirked, evilly.

"I know that you're a crime lord of some ancient Japanese tradition," Bishop turned around facing his back at Saki. "I know that you've been using your vast ill-gained fortune to finance restoration operations in New York City as a cover to obtain dangerous alien technology," he finished and walked over towards Karai.

"I know you've sent this lovely warrior princess,...your adopted daughter, correct? To steal an alien microchip from the United States Government," Bishop concluded and adjusted his tie. "And I know that if you do not turn over your entire stockpile of alien technology within the next 45 minutes, your feisty family member here is going to be neatly sliced into a super-sized pile of julienne fries." He threatened Saki, looking down at his watch.

"44 minutes and counting." Bishop finished and cuts off the call.

Saki narrowed his eyes.

Hun was shoveling some coal as he throws it into the fire. Stockman was with him in his robotic suit as the two were chained to the floor by long cables.

"Look at you, you poor pathetic dog laboring away like a dutiful prisoner," Stockman mocked at Hun. "You'll do anything to please the Shredder, it's disgusting, pathetic," However, he bumped into someone as they walked up behind him. Stockman turned around to see the Shredder. His eyes widened in shock. "S-Sir! I-I-I was just saying how therapeutic the work is!" he stammered. "Truly cathartic."

"I will speak with Hun," Saki answered. He pulled out a remote and presses the button on it, electrocuting Stockman. Hun walks up to the two.

"Right...I'll-I'll just get back to work." Stockman said fearfully. Hun bowed to Saki.

"Master, I-"

"Silence, Hun. I have not come to hear you plead," Saki spatted. "You have failed me one time to many times, and yet you have also been loyal to reproach." He points a finger at Hun. "I have decided to give you one last choice to redeem yourself," Saki finished, clenching his fist.

"Master, I will not fail, I swear it," Hun said, confidently, but also hesitant, wondering what it was that the Shredder wanted him to do.

"Karai has been captured," Saki informed him. "You must her and bring Karai back alive." Hun cringed with displeasure. Saki notices and narrows his eyes.

"Is there a problem?" Saki asked, expecting an answer.

"No, no, master," Hun answered, fearfully, waving his hand, denying. Saki presses a button on the remote and the cables released from Huns back, freeing him.

"We have data indicating Karai's last recorded position," Saki informed him. "Doctor Chaplin will provide you with special coordinates. Remember, Hun," He grabs Hun by the shirt pulling him down to his level, glaring at Hun. "Your life now depends on her life." Saki pushes him away and walked away as Hun followed behind him.

Stockman smirked as he watched the two left, hearing the entire conversation.

"It would be such a shame if something went wrong and Hun couldn't save Karai," He chuckled, evilly. "They think they can contain me with this idiotic harness," He easily bypasses through the security from his suit to the cable that was chaining him down, freeing himself. "Now, establish a com-link and find the last location of the Shredder's little pet, Karai." He said, while looking at the map of the city. "Hmm, an abandoned warehouse in Brooklyn...now, to broadcast on the most probable frequencies, so some old friends will be able to meet Hun there."

The turtles and the girls, along with Elizabeth and Donna were riding in the Battle Shell, listening to some music. Donnie was driving while the others were shaking their heads getting into the music. Elizabeth squealed gleefully. As Donnie was driving he felt a pair of eyes staring at him from the back. He looked up to the visor and saw Donna in the very back, staring back at him. Donnie felt a cold shiver ran down his shell. That's all she has been doing lately ever since the time traveling incident. It was like she was following him, waiting for him to do something. Back at the Lair, every time he turned around, there she was. It creeped him out. Mikey stopped and looked at Donnie noticing his discomfort.

"What's up bro?" Mikey asked. He slowly turned his head looking back seeing Donna silently staring at them. Mikey shivered and quickly looked back at Donnie.

"Did you do something to her, to make her act this way?" Mikey asked.

"No!" Donnie answered. "I didn't do anything. It's been like ever since the time traveling incident. Everywhere I look or turn, she's there, just staring at me, waiting for something to happen. I've also noticed that she's been giving a few glances every now and then at Venus as well. " Mikey laughed.

"Sounds like you have a stalker," he joked.

"I'm being serious, Mikey," Donnie hissed.

"Well, have you tried talking to her?" Mikey suggested. Donnie frowned.

"I've tried," he said. "But, the only answer I get is: it'll jeopardize the future."

"What? Like a terminator is going to hunt us down and blow everything up?" Mikey laughed. Donnie flicked him on the forehead.

"Ow!"

"This is Hun. I am on my way to recover the device," Huns voice called out from the radio. Donnie turned it up, so everyone could hear it better.

"What the heck?" Donnie mumbled.

"Once I obtain the technology that I'm after and we give it to the brilliant Doctor Baxter Stockman, we will be able to hunt down the turtles and their rat master," Stockman smirked as he continued his message. "There's no way they'll be able to hide...I'm on my way to warehouse 51 in Brooklyn to make the pick up...Hun out!"

"Probably a trap," Donnie said.

"Obviously a trap," Yuuki commented. "Hun saying brilliant isn't in his vocabulary."

"It probably is," Leo answered. "But, we still have to check it out, if it's for real, we have to stop him."

Donnie the Battle Shell around, driving towards the location that was instructed on the radio.

"Right now the turtles and their little friends should be heading off to investigate...they're so pathetically predictable and I am a genius." Stockman laughed evilly.

Hun drove a car to the warehouse, where the coordinates said Karai was being held, and stopped in front of it.

"According to the master, this should be the place," He mumbled and pulls on a lever from the car ceiling. "No front door. No back door. Shouldn't be a problem," Steam emitted from the exhaust pipes from the back of the car. The bumper begins to transform, making an battering ram. Hun slammed his foot on the pedal and car lunges for ramming into the wall of the warehouse. "Knock knock." The car crashed through, hitting some of the trucks inside. Some of the trucks began to open fire on Hun, shooting him with their cannons.

Outside of the warehouse, the Battle Shell drove up and parked in front of it. Everyone stepped out. They see that it's been broken into as the wall was completely demolished.

"Something tells me this is it, guys," Donnie informed.

Inside Bishop's office, he hears the gunshots and explosions, outside. He lowers his glasses and the door is destroyed by Hun.

"Huh, I didn't expect an answer so soon," Bishop commented. Hun pulled down a lever as the car begins to gain more speed, heading directly towards Bishop and his men. "Gentlemen, we have a train to catch." He said, pulling out a remote. Bishop presses the button and the platform that he and his men are on begins to move going down.

Hun tried to speed up to get to Bishop, but the car drives right over the platform. The door closes above Bishop and his men. The car crashed into the wall as well as some barrels. Hun jumped out of the vehicle and runs over to the door, trying to pull and pry it.

As the smoke began to disappear, the turtles and girls jumped through it, bracing themselves with weapons drawn.

"Alright, Hun, you want the technology to track us?" Leo asked defiantly.

"We'll, we're right here!" Yuuki shouted. Hun turned and glared at them, until he noticed Elizabeth that was strapped in a harness on Mona and Donna standing next to Donnie and Venus.

"Four of you freaks was enough, now there's more of you?!" Hun growled. "I don't have time for this!"

"Make time," Raph growled back at him. Hun grabbed an gas tank and threw it at them. Leo, Raph, and Yuuki dodged it, quickly jumping out of the way. Hun ripped the door open his hands big enough for him to enter and jumped down it, sealing it behind him. Everyone gathered around the door, confused. Hun just left? He didn't even fight them?

"How rude," Donna commented.

"I'll say." Mikey agreed.

Underground, Bishop train was starting to leave.

"Move it out," Bishop ordered.

"Yes, sir," the driver answered. Right on the tracks of the train was Hun.

"No!" he exclaimed. A cannon fired from the train, shooting at him. Hun dodges out of the way. He throws a tracker device onto the train, just as it leaves. Then a rocket emerged from the train, aiming at Hun. "Aw, crud." The rocket fires and Hun jumps out of the way, back toward the stairs that he came down from. Everyone was still gathered around at the door, trying to get to open when they were suddenly blasted away.

Hun breaks free from the rubble and turned to see that his car was destroyed by an beam. He cringed. "Oh no, not my ride!" Hun yelled out. He grabs his bag and pulls out a bracelet revealing the train's location from the tracking device. "You won't get away so easily, Bishop!" he growled. Hun walked out of the warehouse, climbing into the Battle Shell, and sees Raph's Shell Cycle.

"Heh, looks like those turtles aren't so useless after all," he commented.

"Man, I think my concussion's got a concussion," Mikey commented as everyone got up. Outside, they hear a noise, seeing Hun drive away with Raph's bike.

"No, NO, he's stealing my bike!" Raph exclaimed.

"Let's go," Leo ordered as they all quickly piled into the Battle Shell.

"Hun stole my bike!" Raph growled, angrily.

"It's just a bike, Raphie." Mona tried to calm him down.

"Just a bike? Just a bike?!" Raph shouted. "Do you know how many hours I've spent into it?!" Mona sighed as Donnie drove away.

"And he's wearing your helmet, Raph, nasty!" Mikey exclaimed.

"You're not helping, Mikey," Mona replied.

Back in the Shredder's mansion, Chaplin was standing in front of Saki.

"Excuse me, Mr. Saki, I set up the communication security system as you requested. And I found one unauthorized anomaly,"

"Anomaly?" Saki asked, curious. "Replay for me this...anomaly." Chaplin pulls out a tablet and plays the message that Stockman sent.

"This is Hun. I am on my way to recover the device."

Saki narrows his eyes.

"Stockman."

Hun followed the train down the streets as he drove the Shell Cycle. He smirked as he looked down at the tracking bracelet in his hand. The trains stops in front of two of Bishop's operatives and the door opens. Bishop stepped out. "Captain, we have an incursion at base Gamma. I want a full security coverage. Get the bird in the air."

"Sir, yes sir,"

Hun stops the bike at a subway station, looking at the device. He revs up the bike and continues on until Bishop's security helicopters were now flying above him. "Aw, crud." The chopper fires a rain of bullets down on Hun. He quickly jumps out of the way and the Shell Cycle gets destroyed. Hun reaches for his bag and pulls out a rocket launcher, firing a missile at the copter. It makes contact and explodes as debris fall in the streets. "Sometimes it's fun being me."

There were soldiers guarding at the door as Hun arrived. He pulled out a machine gun and began to fire at them, breaking through the door. The Battle Shell arrived as everyone climbed out. Raph sees his bike.

"Oh no, oh no! The Shell Cycle it...it...," Raph screamed in rage, making the other cringe. He ran off, clenching his fist, before Leo could stop him.

"Slow down, Raphael," Leo called out. "We'll go in-" but Raph was already gone, after Hun. "together."

Hun was now at the armory. "Bishop! I know you're here, Bishop!" he growled as he tried to pull the elevator's doors off. His outfit was looking worse for wear, as it had rips and tears. Just as Hun managed to open one of the doors, a shadow jumped, heading towards him.

"What the-" Raph attacked him, knocking Hun to the floor.

"That's for stealin' my bike!" Raph yelled angrily.

"Get lost, turtle!" Hun shouted. "This ain't about you!" Raph spins and kicks Hun. He crashes through the other door, breaking it. Hun grabs the door, using it as a shield against Raph.

"And that's for trashing it!" Raph shouted, pointing one of his sais at him. Hun throws Raph away, using the door and stands up.

"I said, stay out of my way, freak!" He shouted, swinging the door at Raph, who dodges out of the way. Hun throws the door and Raph jumps out of the way as he back flips to the others as they arrive. "I have no time for this!" Hun throws a grenade at them. Everyone quickly jumped and moved out of the way as it went off. Huns smirked and ran off.

"Now, for someone who's working hard to find us, he sure is doing a good job of ignoring us," Mikey spoke.

"Hun does seem to be focused on something else," Donnie pointed out as he dusted himself off then helped Venus up.

"Maybe, but what?" Leo questioned.

"Only one way to find out," Yuuki commented. "We go after him."

Hun had made to the subway platform, finding Bishop's train there. He enters it, looking around for any more guards only to find it empty. Then he spotted Karai who was still contained in the force field. He smirked as he approached her. "Karai, I can't tell you how many times I wish to see you...exterminated. But, now, my life depends on saving yours,"

Suddenly, Bishop lashed out, who was hiding underneath a hidden compartment in the floor, attacking Hun.

"I'll hand it to you. You're persistent," He jumped, knocking Hun out of the train. "But, not exactly bright." and adjusted his tie. "Say goodbye." He closes the door and Hun sees the train was leaving.

"No!" he shouted as the train began to depart. He chased after it, running past Bishop, and grabs a pipe, staling the train as he thrusts it into the tracks. Everyone arrived as they walked down the stairs, seeing him and the train.

"Now, what's he up to?" Leo asked.

"Don't matter," Raph growled. "he's going down!"

They jump onto the train and looked into the window to see Karai and Bishop inside of it.

"Karai?" Leo questioned.

"Bishop?" Mikey questioned in surprise. Mona flinched, seeing him. She hugged Elizabeth close to her. Raph placed a hand on her shoulder.

"I want you to stay up here and out of sight," he told her. "Look after 'beth." Mona nodded. Bishop leaned out of the train door, holding a gun in his hand.

"Didn't I tell you to get lost," he pointed it at Hun, who was still trying to stop the train with the pipe. "Let me make my point a little clearer."

Hun pulls out the pipe and started to move again. Bishop fired the gun. Hun ran towards one of the doors of the train and punches through a window, pressing a button on the other side, unlocking the door. He walked down the train only to run into Bishop, trying to wrestle the gun out of his hands. It fired up into the ceiling, as everyone on top quickly moved out of the way. But, Mona and Mikey fell off, over the side. Raph quickly grabbed Mona, while Leo and Alopex managed to grab onto Mikey as they dangled on the sides of the train. They were quickly pulled up before Bishop or Hun could see them.

Bishop knocks the gun out of Huns hands, into the force field, breaking it. Hun manages to grab a hold of Bishop, trapping him. Bishop throws his head back, knocking his sunglasses off hitting Hun in the face with them. Bishops picks them up and laughed, putting them back on and kicks Hun then punches him into a panel. Hun grabs Bishop's leg, slamming him into a wall. "Alright meathead, you wanna play?" Bishop wrapped his hands around Hun's arm. "Now, we play for real." Bishop twists Hun's arm, kicking him from behind, sending Hun crashing through a window.

"So, what do we do?" Mikey questioned as everyone watched the fight.

"We let 'em take each other out," Raph answered.

Bishop jumps and kicks Hun. Hun turns around to strike back, but the agent moves out of the way. Hun tried to pull his arm from out of the door until he managed to break the door, pulling it out, using it as a shield against Bishop. Bishop jumps onto it then onto the floor. Hun yells in rage and slammed the door down on top of Bishop. However, Bishop jumps through the hole in the window and lands, kicking Hun in the stomach. Bishop reaches up and grabs the light above him, throwing and kicking it at Hun. Hun falls to the floor.

"You're finished and the lovely Karai here is next," Bishop throws the light into the force field, making Karai bounce against it, cutting her clothes. Leo turns to the others.

"Karai's in trouble. At the very least, we have to get her out of there," he insisted.

"Leo," Raph warned.

"Do we really have to?" Yuuki groaned.

"Don't start. She's done the same for us, we're getting her out!" Leo ordered, pulling out his swords. Hun tries to throw a punch at Bishop, who dodges. He ducks and grabs Hun's hair, throwing him into the light then throws Hun near the force field.

"I've...got to save...Karai!" Hun yelled as Bishop tried to force Hun's head into the force field. Karai eyes widened in shock as she watched, not able to do anything. Raph jumps into through the window and kicks Bishop away from Hun. He lands on the floor while the others join him, with Mona still on the roof of the train.

"You know, Bishop, you gotta be about the only guy I hate more than Hun," Raph spits.

"And that's saying a lot," Mikey commented. Just as Hun tried to stand up, Raph throws him to the floor.

"And you owe me a new bike, fatso!" He said angrily before jumping at Bishop attacking him. He swings a kick, but Bishop dodges. Mikey jumps on top of Hun to help Raph, while Bishop dodged their attacks. Bishop jumps out of the way as Raph throws one of his sais. Raph swings Mikey by the leg to kick Bishop. Hun ran towards Bishop, but the agent dodges and throws Hun at Mikey. While the others were dealing with Bishop, Leo, Yuuki, Venus, Donna, and Donnie were by the force field trying to get Karai out.

"This train car is amazing!" Donnie said in awe.

"Let's stay focused, Donnie," Leo tells him. Mikey lands near them. Leo jumps and pulls his sword, swinging at Bishop, who ducks and grabs Leo's sword from him. Leo rolls out of the way and grabs it back just before Bishop could swing it at him. Yuuki and Alopex ran towards Bishop, only for him to jump out of the way, making them crash into Leo.

"This train's getting too crowded," Alopex groaned.

"Fascinating," Donnie murmured in thought. "I've never seen anything so-"

"Time is of the essence, Donatello." Karai interrupted.

"Uh, right, sorry," Donnie said, sheepishly.

"Why not just slice the upper ring? Wouldn't that bring the shield down?" Donna suggested. Donnie and Venus looked at her surprised.

"That's brilliant!" Donnie exclaimed. "I was just about to suggest that as well." He turned to the others who was fighting Bishop. "Leo! I could use a hand!" Leo kicks his sword out of Bishop's hand and Mikey catches it. Leo swings and kicks Bishop away as he lands on Hun, taking the sword back from Mikey.

"Your turn!" Mikey jumps on Hun, knocking him to the ground, fighting Bishop. Leo lands next to Donnie, Venus and Donna.

"I need you to slice the upper ring..." Donnie turns to Karai, who nods. "Now!" Leo jumps up and slices the upper ring, bringing the force field down, freeing Karai. She jumps out and they ran to the others who was fighting Bishop. Bishop dodges Mikey's swings from his nunchucks and Raph's sais. Karai lands near him swinging her weapon. Bishop grabs her from behind.

"I see you've decided to stretch your legs, my dear. Perhaps I will to!" He uses Karai's sword against Raph's sais, throwing them away. Mikey and Yuuki charged at him only for Bishop to throw Karai, knocking Mikey away and to grab Yuuki, now using her as a shield against the others with her tessen. Leo strikes at him and Bishop used Yuuki's tessen to block his swords. He knocks one of Leo's swords out of his hand and Leo tried to strike again with his other sword. Bishop pulled Yuuki closer to him, as Leo's sword almost cut her neck. Leo gasped and immediately stopped with a surprised look.

Yuuki squirmed and managed to kick Bishop in the knee cap. Bishop threw her into Leo and pulled out a knife throwing it at them. Leo rolled himself and Yuuki out of the way, just in time, as the knife landed on the floor where they were. Mona watched in the window from above leaning in a little too close. The roof below her began to give away from the gun shots earlier making her, along with Elizabeth, fall into the train.

Bishop stared with wide eyes in shock, seeing Elizabeth. Mona stared up in fear as she slid away from Bishop, hugging Elizabeth close to her. Bishop smirked evilly.

"Well, now, this certainly a surprise," he said. Bishop began to inch closer over Mona reaching his hand out towards Elizabeth.

Raph yelled in rage and jumped into between Bishop and Mona.

"Don't you EVER touch her!" he roared, swing his sais at Bishop. He knocked Bishop away from Mona as everyone surrounded Bishop cornering him.

"I see the odds have changed," he said. "but, I never play the odds." He quickly moves past everyone, running to the front of the train. A hatch opens and he pulls out a briefcase, smacking Hun away with it. He crashes into the others as they tried to get to him. Bishop tuns to a control panel.

"Oh, and before I go, allow me to thank you, turtles and girls. Your DNA samples from the last time we met have put my research ahead 50 years, overnight. Ciao." He waves his hand and pulls a lever separating the carts from each other, leaving.

"Now that Karai is safe, I can finish you freaks as a little bonus for the Shredder," Hun cracked his knuckles, smirking evilly, but Karai kicks him out of the train. Hun grabbed onto a pipe as he watched the train leave. Leo walked up to Karai who bowed her head slightly to him.

"Thank you," she said and quickly jumped off before Leo or anyone else could say anything.

"Well, at least she said thanks," Leo murmured. Yuuki rolled her eyes, shaking her head. She smiled and walked over to him.

"What am I going to do with you?" she joked.

"What are you talking about?" Leo asked.

"You like her too," Yuuki replied. Leo stared at her with wide eyes. He shook his head, placing his hands on Yuuki's shoulders making her look at him, staring right into her eyes.

"I am in love with you." Leo said. "And only you and always will." Yuuki blushed and smiled.

"I love you too," she replied. "But, I still don't trust her."

Soon, the train began to roll to a stop and Raph and Mikey jumped off.

"Oh, I can't believe I lost my bike!" Raph shouted in anger and disbelief.

"Look on the bright side, Raph," Mikey answered, placing an elbow on Raph's shoulder, who scowls angrily at him. "You may have lost the Shell Cycle, but, Donnie here gained a shiny new train car."

"Can I keep, Leo?" Donnie asked, excitedly.

"If you can figure out a way to get us home," Leo tells him.

In the Shredder's mansion, Hun and Karai walked up to Saki. "My lord, thank you for sending Hun. He saved my life," Karai said, while Hun stood beside her, proudly. He kneels down in front of Saki.

"I live to serve you, master," Hun said as Saki walked up to him.

"Good. You live..as long as you succeed," he turned to Karai, as Stockman walked into the room. "Did you retrieve the microchip, Karai?"

"No, my lord. But, I did managed to get a detailed scan," Karai answered, pulling out her ring. "We should be able to construct a prototype of our own."

"Which is obviously why I am here," Stockman said with a smug look. "You've finally you have seen the error of your ways and are going to let my do what I do best."

"No!" Saki angrily answered. "Doctor Chaplin will create the prototype for the microchip. That is why he is here," Then two soldiers walked up behind Stockman from behind, grabbing him. They bring him to his knees as Saki slowly began to approach him. "I want to speak with you about an unauthorized communication you made earlier."

"I-I can explain everything!" Stockman stammered in fear with wide eyes as Saki was inching closer.

"No! Noooo!"
