*Serpent's Cabin: Male Side*
Dallas sat near the window, polishing his worn leather boots with a practiced hand, the scent of saddle soap mingling with the woodsy cabin air. His cowboy hat rested on his knee, and occasionally he'd glance out the window, a habit from years spent under the open sky.
Howard sprawled on his bunk nearby, flipping through a well-worn book on survival techniques. He glanced over at Dallas, intrigued by the cowboy's meticulous care of his boots. "You know, Dallas, you're really serious about those boots. They must have seen a lot of miles."
Dallas chuckled, his gaze softening as he continued polishing. "Yep, these boots have been through it all. Can't afford to let 'em go"
Leon, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, seemed detached from the conversation. He idly flipped a pocket knife open and shut, staring out the window with a distant expression.
Meanwhile, Wade sat cross-legged in a corner, scribbling in a tattered notebook filled with complex diagrams and plans. Occasionally, he glanced up at the others, his mind clearly elsewhere as he plotted his next move.
Zane, sitting on his bunk with a thoughtful expression, broke the silence. "So, guys, what's the plan for the next challenge? We've got to step up our game if we want to outwit the Voyagers."
Dallas looked up from his boots, his brow furrowing in thought. "Well, reckon we gotta be smarter 'bout our strategy. Can't afford to let 'em get the best of us.""
Howard nodded, closing his book with a snap. "Agreed. We need to focus on teamwork and maybe throw 'em off with a surprise tactic."
Leon finally spoke up, his voice low and measured. "I say we play it cool, observe their moves, and then strike with brute force when they least expect it."
Wade, still absorbed in his notes, smirked slightly. "I've got a few ideas up my sleeve. Let's just say they won't know what hit 'em."
Zane smiled, sensing a bit of camaraderie among the group. "Sounds like a plan, fellas. Let's make sure we're ready for whatever Chris throws at us."
Confessional Wade
Pawns every single one of them, I honestly thought ruling this team would be more difficult than the bards but they don't seem hard to manipulate"
Confessional Zane
"I honestly was more worried that the villains would not get along but the guys seem to be gelling a bit already, we may have got this in the bag"

*Serpent's Cabin: Female Side*
.
The atmosphere was a stark contrast from the male side. Ana sat gracefully on her bunk, applying makeup with precise movements, her reflection in the compact mirror catching the dim cabin light. The wooden walls seemed almost too rustic against Ana's elegant demeanor.
Clara, nestled in a corner with her journal open, wrote furiously, her brow furrowing in concentration as she captured her inner thoughts in neat, flowing script.
Brittany, standing near the center of the room, twirled a set of throwing knives with expert skill. Her focus was intense, each throw hitting its mark with pinpoint accuracy. She retrieved the knives with a swift motion, her stance unwavering.
Clara glanced up from her journal, her voice thoughtful. "You know, all this violence, it's not going to get us anywhere in the long run. We need a strategy that's more... well, strategic."
Ana, finishing a touch of lipstick, glanced up from her mirror with a sly smile. "Oh, I have a strategy, Clara. Using our bodies to toy with the boys can be quite effective."
Clara looked incredulous. "Ana, seriously? We're not going to resort to that, we are not ladies of the night."
Ana smirked, "Come on, Clara. It's not about stooping low; it's about using what we've got."
Clara shook her head firmly. "I won't be part of that. We need to outsmart them, not play games."
Brittany leaned back, her expression confident. "Playing to their weaknesses isn't a game, Clara. It's a strategy. We can control this game in more ways than one."
Confessional-Clara
""I must say, I am quite relieved that Wade is already firmly in my corner. The remainder of my team appears to consist of rather uncouth individuals—thugs and, dare I say, a few who lack the finer sensibilities."

*Voyagers Cabin: Male Side*
.
Inside the Voyagers' cabin, there was buzzing activity. Ax, the team's powerhouse, was in his element, his biceps bulging as he lifted heavy weights with controlled precision. Sweat glistened on his forehead under the cabin's dim lighting, muscles rippling with every exertion. Junior eagerly attempted to match Ax's intensity but struggled, his form shaky as he repeatedly dropped the weights with a clatter that echoed through the room.
On the other side of the cabin, Wolfie and Clay were engrossed in a boxing session. Wolfie's movements were swift and purposeful, throwing punches with a seasoned confidence that spoke of years of training. His excitement was palpable, a wide grin spreading across his face as he dodged Clay's counters and landed precise hits of his own.
Clay, in contrast, was the quiet strength of the group. His focus was absolute, his movements economical yet effective. Each punch he threw was calculated, his expression calm and composed as he sparred with Wolfie. Despite his reserved nature, Clay's skill was undeniable, a testament to his years of discipline and dedication.
Junior, panting and red-faced from his efforts, finally managed to blurt out between breaths, "Man, you guys are good! I gotta step up my game."
Wolfie, wiping sweat from his brow, grinned at Junior's enthusiasm. "You'll get there, Junior. It's all about practice and heart."
Clay nodded in agreement, sparing a rare smile. "Practice makes perfect," he offered quietly.
Ax, finishing his set, joined the conversation with a deep, approving nod. "We've got a solid team here. Each of us brings something different to the table."
Junior, catching his breath, nodded eagerly. "Yeah, we're gonna crush it out there. I can feel it."
The camaraderie in the room was tangible, a sense of unity and purpose binding them together as they prepared for the challenges ahead.
*Voyagers Cabin: Female Side*
.
Brianna sat cross-legged on her bed, Her voice filled the air, rich and melodic, as she sang a Julia Michaels song that echoed softly around the room. Her music provided a soothing backdrop to the otherwise animated conversations.
Melissa, perched on the edge of her bunk, was in full strategist mode. Her animated gestures and rapid speech conveyed her excitement about the upcoming challenges. "Okay, guys, listen up. We need to keep an eye on Wade. He's smart, and he knows how to play the game. If we want to win, we have to outthink him at every turn, and we cannot afford to let him play us anymore."
Kylie, sitting on her bed with a thoughtful expression, seemed lost in her own thoughts. Her gaze drifted around the cabin, a faint smile playing on her lips. Despite Melissa's strategic talk, Kylie's mind seemed preoccupied about Zane.
Meanwhile, Katie, sitting nearby, was engaged in a lively debate with some of the other girls. "I'm just saying, Sadie should have come back instead of Junior. She's got more experience, and she knows how to handle the pressure. Junior's a nice guy and all, but this game needs tough competitors, and he just doesn't cut it, not like Sadie would.
As Katie was attempting to convince her teammates that the wrong person came back they all hear Chris on the loudspeaker, "it's breakfast time, then in an hour meet me at the entrance of the woods, it will be challenge time."
.
*Edge of the Woods*
It was now after breakfast, and Chris stood there and behind him could be seen several paintball guns. "Welcome victims" he started "Today we have another classic Total Drama challenge, PAINTBALL!, for the serpents we have black paint and for the Voyagers we have Gold paint. The goal is to not get shot" Chris shot gold paint at chef, but he dodged out of the way. "You get shot and you're out, the last camper standing wins it for their team and a member of the losing team will be going home tonight. So good luck"
*The Woods*
.
Brittany and Leon moved cautiously through the underbrush, their steps synchronized as they scanned their surroundings.
In a clearing not far away, Melissa and Brianna huddled close, their voices low as they strategized. "We need to stick together," Melissa urged, her eyes darting between the trees. Brianna nodded in agreement, adjusting her grip on her paintball gun.
Meanwhile, Junior, a few yards ahead, crouched behind a fallen tree trunk. His eyes were alert, scanning for any movement. He knew he had to watch his back; in his mind he also had to protect his female teammates.
The silence shattered as Brittany's sharp eyes caught movement. With a swift motion, she raised her paintball gun and fired. The burst of color hit Brianna square in the chest. "Gotcha!" Brittany exclaimed triumphantly, a smirk playing on her lips.
Brianna's surprised yelp echoed through the trees as she stumbled backward, her paint-splattered shirt a testament to her swift defeat. Melissa's eyes widened in shock as she registered the loss of her teammate.
Simultaneously, Leon, sensing an opportunity, spotted Melissa, with precise aim, he fired a rapid succession of shots. The paintballs splattered across Melissa's arm and chest, marking her as eliminated. "Sorry," Leon muttered sarcastically.
Junior, hearing the commotion, tensed. He knew he was now vulnerable, exposed. Before he could react, Leon appeared at the edge of Junior's hiding spot. The two locked eyes for a split second before Junior made a desperate move, firing a series of shots toward Leon. One found its mark, hitting Leon squarely on the shoulder. "Yes gotcha" Junior celebrated.
But Junior's triumph was short-lived. Brittany, having heard the earlier exchange, swiftly moved to where Junior was still recovering from the skirmish. With calculated precision, she fired several shots. Junior attempted to dodge, but one well-aimed paintball struck him on the chest. "Game over," Brittany declared with a satisfied grin.
As Junior reluctantly retreated from the challenge, Brittany stood alone in the clearing, her posture confident. She had navigated the chaos of the paintball challenge with strategic precision, eliminating each opponent in turn. With a nod of satisfaction, she set out to find more victims.

*The woods: Different Spot*
.
Ana moved swiftly through the dense foliage, her eyes sharp and focused. Dallas and Howard trailed behind her, their paintball guns at the ready. The tension in the air was palpable as they navigated the unpredictable terrain of the woods.
"Keep close, Dallas," Ana instructed briskly, her voice commanding. She glanced over her shoulder at Howard, who was lagging slightly behind. "And you, Howard," she continued, her tone unwavering, "you can join our alliance. Just remember, my safety comes first."
Howard hesitated for a moment, his brow furrowing in reluctance. He knew aligning with Ana meant making concessions, but in this game, alliances were crucial. With a resigned nod, he agreed, "Alright, Ana. I've got your back."
Dallas, accustomed to taking charge in his cowboy way, nodded in agreement. "Don't worry, Ana. We'll make sure you're safe," he reassured her, his voice steady and reassuring.
Ana acknowledged their assurances with a curt nod. "Good," she replied briskly, scanning the surroundings for any signs of movement. "Let's keep moving."
As they ventured deeper into the forest, the sound of distant shouts and rapid paintball fire echoed through the trees. The challenge was intensifying, each team maneuvering strategically to outwit and outlast their opponents.
Suddenly, a rustle of leaves caught Ana's attention. She raised a hand, signaling for Dallas and Howard to halt. "Stay alert," she cautioned, her eyes narrowing as she surveyed the area ahead. The possibility of encountering rival teams or unexpected traps kept them on edge.
Dallas adjusted his grip on his paintball gun, his gaze flickering between Ana and the surrounding trees. "We're ready," he affirmed, his voice low but resolute.
Howard, his nerves on edge, scanned the area for any signs of movement. His decision to align with Ana weighed heavily on his mind, but in this high-stakes game, there was no room for hesitation.

*Woods: Spot Three*
Clara and Wade moved stealthily through the thick underbrush, their voices low but intense as they discussed their next move. The paintball challenge had escalated into a strategic battle, and they were on the hunt for a pawn—not an ally, but someone they could manipulate to further their own agenda.
"We need someone gullible, easily controlled," Clara murmured, her eyes scanning the dense foliage for any sign of movement. "Someone who won't see it coming."
Wade nodded in agreement, adjusting his gear quietly as they crept forward. "Exactly. We find a weakling, and then we can start pulling the strings," he replied, his voice cool and calculating.
Their conversation was abruptly interrupted by the sharp crack of a paintball gun. Instinctively, Clara and Wade dove for cover behind nearby trees, narrowly evading the incoming shots.
As they dove they both got shot in the back by Clay who stood smiling behind them with his gold paintball gun.
.
*Woods: Ana/Dallas/Howard*
.
Ana, Dallas, and Howard moved cautiously through the dense forest, their footsteps muffled by fallen leaves and the distant sounds of paintball fire echoing through the trees. Ana, directed their movements with a commanding presence.
"Keep your eyes open," Ana instructed sharply, her gaze sweeping the area for any sign of movement. "Dallas, you stay close to me. Howard, watch our backs."
Howard nodded reluctantly, his expression betraying a hint of hesitation as he adjusted his grip on his paintball gun. He had grown weary of following Ana's orders, feeling increasingly suffocated by her domineering attitude, he knew this was just like following Brittany.
As they pressed deeper into the forest, tension simmered just beneath the surface. Dallas, torn between loyalty to Ana and sympathy for Howard's growing discontent, kept a wary eye on both of them.
Suddenly, Howard halted abruptly, his gaze hardening with resolve. Without warning, he raised his paintball gun and aimed it squarely at Ana.
"Enough," Howard declared, his voice tinged with defiance. "I'm not your lackey, Ana. I'm done taking orders."
Ana's eyes widened in surprise, her initial shock giving way to a steely determination. "Howard, put that gun down," she commanded, her tone authoritative and unwavering.
Howard hesitated for a moment, torn between his desire for independence and Ana's commanding presence. Finally, with a grimace of resolve, he squeezed the trigger, firing a paintball directly at Ana.
The shot struck Ana in the chest, splattering black paint across her chest. She staggered back, disbelief and anger flashing across her features as she realized Howard's betrayal.
Dallas, caught in the middle of the sudden confrontation, hesitated briefly. His allegiance torn, he glanced from Ana to Howard, uncertainty etched on his face.
Before Dallas could react, however, Kylie emerged from a nearby thicket, her paintball gun at the ready. "Sorry, boys," she called out with a mischievous grin, taking aim at Howard and shooting him.
Dallas raised his gun and fired at Kylie, his shot colliding with her second shot in mid-air. Paint exploded around them as both Dallas and Kylie recoiled from the impact.
The forest fell silent once more, the echoes of their brief skirmish fading into the background. Ana, Howard, Dallas, and Kylie stood amidst the aftermath of their clash, paint-splattered and all four eliminated from the challenge.
Ana glared at Howard "I promise you Howard you're done after this and going home for sure"
Howard gulped, looking scared.

*Yet another spot in the Woods*
Alone and disoriented, Katie wandered through the dense thicket, her senses alert to every sound and movement. The distant echoes of paintball fire served as a chilling backdrop, a constant reminder of the game's merciless nature. Lost in thought, Katie barely noticed the approaching footsteps until it was too late.
From the shadows emerged Brittany, her eyes gleaming with a cold determination that sent a shiver down Katie's spine. Without hesitation, Brittany raised her paintball gun, a predatory smirk twisting her lips as she took aim.
"Should have stayed with your team, Katie," Brittany taunted, her voice laced with cruel amusement. "But hey, thanks for making this easy."
Katie's breath caught in her throat as she scrambled to defend herself, panic fueling her movements. In a swift motion, Brittany fired, the paintball exploding against Katie's chest in a burst of black paint. Katie staggered back, shock and disbelief etched across her features as she realized the abrupt end to her journey in the challenge.
Brittany approached, her expression devoid of remorse as she surveyed her handiwork. "Nothing personal," she remarked with a smirk, her tone mocking yet indifferent to Katie's predicament.

*The woods*
.
Near the middle of the woods in a small clearing, the tension hung thick in the air as some of the final contenders faced off. Ax and Wolfie, squared off against Zane, their formidable opponent from the Serpents.
Ax, muscles tensed and sweat glistening under the harsh arena lights, cautiously scanned the surroundings. His paintball gun gripped firmly, he moved with the precision of a seasoned warrior. Nearby, Wolfie, equally alert and determined, kept a vigilant watch, ready to support his teammate.
From across the makeshift battlefield, Zane maintained a calm demeanor, his focus unwavering as he calculated his next move. With a swift motion, Zane spotted his target—Ax exposed for a split second—and fired. The paintball whizzed through the air, striking Ax squarely on the chest.
Ax staggered back, a mix of frustration and resignation flashing across his face. "Good shot," he conceded, a hint of admiration in his voice as he acknowledged Zane's skill.
Before Zane could savor the moment, however, Wolfie seized the opportunity. With a quick maneuver, he lined up his shot and unleashed a barrage of paintballs towards Zane. One after another, they found their mark, forcing Zane to retreat under the relentless assault.
As Zane tried to scramble for cover, Brittany, unnoticed and deadly quiet, maneuvered into position. With calculated precision, she took aim at Wolfie, her eyes narrowing with determination. The shot rang out, catching Wolfie off guard as the paintball struck true.
Wolfie grimaced in defeat, his shoulders slumping as he realized the end of his journey in the challenge. "Nice shot," he acknowledged, a touch of respect in his voice despite the bitterness of defeat. He was glad to have shot Zane, since that made the game a 1-Verses-1.
But just as Brittany prepared to celebrate her victory, a sudden movement behind her caught everyone by surprise. Clay, the lone wolf, emerged from the shadows with unparalleled stealth. In a swift, decisive motion, he fired a paintball at point-blank range, hitting Brittany square in the back.
Brittany staggered forward, disbelief and anger contorting her features as she realized the tables had turned. "You...," she hissed, spinning around to face Clay, but it was too late. Her knees fell into the ground as she realized she was eliminated.
Chris could be heard over the loudspeaker, "Clay is the last man standing which means the voyagers win the challenge. Serpents I'll be seeing you this evening at the campfire pit, one of you is going home next."
.
*Serpents Cabin*
.
Outside the Serpents' cabin, the group gathered in tense silence. Ana stood at the center, her gaze piercing as she addressed the team. "We need to send Howard home," she declared firmly, her voice carrying an edge of authority. "He shot me. That kind of betrayal can't be tolerated."
Around her, the other team members exchanged looks of uncertainty, but Ana's tone brooked no argument. Dallas shifted uncomfortably, caught between loyalty and self-preservation. Ana's whisper cut through his thoughts like a knife. "You're on thin ice," she warned, her voice low and dangerous. "Hesitate again, and it'll be you going home next."
Dallas swallowed hard, nodding slightly in acknowledgment. He knew Ana was not to be crossed, especially now. The weight of her threat hung heavy in the air, casting a shadow over their already fractured alliance.

Author's Note
Hey guys, we are officially off with Heroes and Villains which is exciting, I hope the story is exactly what you guys want at this point. I do want to apologize for this chapter being slower than expected, I got covid. Chapter 14 may also take a little while since I am out of town a lot of the month of July but i'll work on it when time allows.
Also big thanks to Rouge Tundra for the character of Howard. I wish he had more time for a redemption arc but glad he was able to redeem himself, but it's hard to be a hero on a team of mostly villains which cost him the money.
I am curious who you all think will be out next?
Audition Tape
"Hey Total Drama!" Howard waved happily as we see him on a murky desolated swamp. He wasn't wearing his jacket. On the right is a regular wood looking cabin. "Are you tired of people with horrible survival skills? Then send me in right away because I'm a one man army no matter who is in my way!" Suddenly, the back of a crocodile appears in the water behind him. Thanks to his good hearing he whispers to the camera, sorry I have to cut it short. He turns around, his back at the camera. He says, "Come on Alli, Fierce needs a new jacket!"
