Vergil Vermillion is thrown into the world of the loud house, fortunately he runs into the loud family but so does the villian that brought him there, can Vergil and the Louds stop this villian and send him and Vergil back home before the villian changes their world for the worse

5. Chapter 5 : Loud Reception

Vergil didn't know what to think, to any other boy in his current position with be happy to be in his shoes but not Vergil, he was confused and flustered, overwhelmed by Lynn's various sisters, asking him a multitude of questions, some he understood, some he didn't, eventually the flurry of it all died down a bit as one of the girls presumable the oldest calmed them, with this Vergil was given a chance to hear what they were saying, "who your friend Lynn?", a blonde girl in a light green blouse, " yeah, who'd think you would bring someone back", another blonde girl said although she was younger and wearing a pink dress, " hey I can bring home anyone,", Lynn replied, Vergil used this opportunity to introduce himself, " uhh… hey Lynn's sibling I'm Vergil, Vergil Vermillion", Vergil said , " nice to meet Vergil, I'm Lori", the blonde girl said wearing a blue tank top and brown cargo shorts, " So Lynn brought you home, you must one in a Vermillion", a girl with a brown ponytail wearing a white top and yellow skirt said as she started laughing whilst everyone else groaned, " I'm Luan" , the girl said with a smile, Vergil smiled back and was about to compliment the joke but was interrupted, " Enough jokes Luan y'all scare him off", the girl in the pink dress said, Vergil looked down at the girl in response, " Hi I'm Lola Loud", she said stuck out her hand, Vergil shaked her hand in response, " Pleasure to meet you", he said, as he turned around he bumped into one the girl with the green blouse, "Oh sorry, didn't see you there", Vergil said " Oh it ok, I'm Leni", the girl said, " I tots love your jacket, where you get it from?", Leni said with glee, "oh this, it was uhh… custom made by my friend back at home", Vergil said trying not to reveal his origins " ooohh nice, do they do request?", Leni replied, " not at the moment", Vergil said with a smile, "Ahh that a shame, I like love your fashion sense", she said as Vergil moved on to the next sibling.

Vergil moved to say hello to Lynn's other sisters, he greeted the next sibling a girl wearing mostly purple clothing, from her sleeveless shirt and skirt, all the way to her boots, "Sup dude names Luna", she said with a raspy voice, "Vergil," he said, "say are you a musician?", he said causing Luna to become surprised by the question, "woah, how you know?", she said, " my friend who does my clothes is also a musician so I kind of got a vibe for what musicians look like", Vergil said as Luna was still surprised, Vergil looked to see if there were any more siblings but was interrupted by a low and monotoned voice," Hello", the voice said as Vergil turned around and saw a girl with black hair that covered her eyes to the point you can't see them as well as black dress with a black and white tank top underneath but what caught Vergil off guard was her skin as it was quite pale, " woah, this girl's pale as a ghost, almost like a vampire", Vergil thought to himself as he looked with a surprised expression, "uhh… hello names Vergil", he said as he regained himself, " hmm… the spirits said that something other worldly would be coming, but it seems like they were wrong… sigh, by the way my name is Lucy ", she said with a disappointing tone, " spirits, do ghost exist here?, if that the case why is there no magic,", Vergil questioned himself in his mind, he need to pursue this further as it could help him with Lockjaw as well as getting back home, "you talk to spirits?", he said to Lucy, " yes indeed I talk to the departed, they make for interesting conversation", she said, " really, I didn't think a ghost would be down to talk", he said " not really, they are always willing to converse", Lucy replied " well I guess when I finish with Lynn I can spare some time to talk" he said with a small smile, Lucy nodded back, despite her gloomy reaction, she was quite please to meet someone interested in her interests.

Vergil turned away from Lucy but notice something amiss, as he remember Lynn saying she had 10 sibling, " hey Lynn I thought you said you had 10 siblings" he inquired as he turned to her, " I do but some of them our not here", she said as she recounted where they went, " my baby sister Lily is with my parents, my brother Lincoln and younger sister Lana are at the park and my other younger sister Lisa is…", she said but stop as she couldn't remember where Lisa was, " she is… uhh", Lynn said, as she struggled to remember where she is, " I'm here", a voice said as everyone turned they heads to the top of the stairs where a little girl with brown short hair wearing a green turtleneck, dark pink trousers and a pair of glasses, " forgive my absence, older familial unit, I was just doing some observation as there was a large abnormal energy spike early today", she says as she walked down the stairs, as she reached the bottom she noticed Vergil looking at her " my siblings, I believe we have a stranger in our home", she said, Lynn noticed this and quickly answered her sister, " oh yeah, this is Vergil, meet him earlier today, I accidently hit him with my ball, but he recovered fast but then he lifted up my 200lbs weight like it was nothing so I invited him over.", Lynn said as she quickly recapped her encounter with Vergil, as the other siblings heard this, they were surprised to hear Vergil's feat as they seen Lynn struggle to pick up that weight, Vergil gave a small chuckle in response to this, "the average human could lift roughly 135lbs, even with your high training lifestyle you struggled to lift it and from what I see from overall structure and body, Vergil here, I believe he would struggle too" she said in a relatively cold and scientific matter while looking at Vergil, Vergil was taken aback by this, while he had a feeling that Lisa didn't mean to sound so cold and calculated, he could feel her analysing him.

"Well, I take it she's the smart one of the family", Vergil said aloud with a hint of nervousness, "that is correct", Lisa said, "don't mind her", Lori said, "nah it alright, I got a smart one at home, also my mum was a scientist so some of her science lingo rubbed off on me", Vergil said with a small smile, "really, may I ask what she studied?", Lisa said "oh just some biology, among other things", Vergil said in his normal tone of voice however upon finishing his words Vergil's expression changed to a sad one, a sliver of silence followed afterward that Vergil quickly picked up on, realising this he suddenly changed the subject before anyone noticed, " anyways, Lynn let get started on that training", Vergil said hoping no one would pick up on his brief moment of sadness however unbeknownst to him two of the loud siblings saw the small act and decided to question it later.

"Finally!, lets see what you can do Vergil", Lynn said with excitement as she grabbed Vergil's arm and dragged him outside, "woah!, Lynn!", Vergil said as Lynn yanked him away, " come on, we better make sure Lynn does break him", Lori said as she and rest of the siblings follow them to the backyard," yeah, he might break a sweat, get it", Luan laughed to the other dismay, as they walked through the kitchen to the backdoor where await to see if Lynn was telling the truth about the Vergil's feat, especially Lisa as she was very sceptical about Vergil's sudden appearance and if it had anything to do with energy spike early that day.
