This was inspured by sonething my pal, Kaley and me were coming up with that in the MCU, Phylla becomes Shocket after getting raccoon blood and was in the HE's lab until Rocket and the Guardians free all the subjects from the lab. But Rocket brings Itsy, Linda and Shocket to Knowhere and taking care of them, help them which is very sweet of our furboy.

"You sure we can trust them, Shocket. Even if they're the Guardians, they could take us to the Novacore and we'd be in a cage again like in the lab." a voice said to a female raccoon-kit that had a purple mohawk but not wearing clothes or armour plus her companions a light-blue furred raccoon kit with eight arms and a duckgirl also not wearing clothes only they'd been in the Orgocorps lab owned by the High Evloitionary until recently when Rocket along with the Guardians had freed all the subjects only Rocket had brought Itsy, Linda and Shocket to Knowhere and the three youngsters were in his house.

"I don't think they'd do that, as Rocket knows what we've been through Itsy-Bitsy. This is better being here than in the lab." Shocket told hersnuggling her bazooka, Helen making Linda smile seeing this as it was one of her girl's coping mechanisms like back in the lab making Itsy smile at her as shefoundher adorable just like Linda. "You sure you wanna have them here Rocket." they heard Nebula say making Shocket curious hiding under the couch

"Of course I do Nebs as they need somebody whi knows what they've been through. Like you too." Rocket said making her smile and knew she was right seeing Rocket entering the room seeing Itsy and Linda there. "Ummmmm hi there we couldn't sleep plus Shocket's undr there." Linda whispered to him.

Rocket chuckled as he peeked under there seeing Shocket hugging her bazooka making him get it coaxing her out of it but making them hot cocoa only he noticed the brand on her furry shoulder understanding as he showed her his. "Uh-huh and bet the HE told you all kinds of things about the perfect Galaxy and me well he's wrong and caused me and my friends pain. At least you guts are okay but you're safe here as we'll keep you safe." he told them making them nodding as they were drinking knowing they wouldn't be sleeping tonight and he didn't feel like sleeping hearing chirps as it was the baby raccoons he'd rescued from the lab too.

"What's gonna happen to them, sire." Linda asked him.

"They're staying with us on Knowhere as they need love just like you three." Rocket told them making them impressed by this and were just adjusting to theur surroundings which Rocket got but knew he could help them getting messages from Nebula and was using the Zune playing music whichwas calming them down along with him but knew they'd be okay seeing the sun rising over the city so Rocket was making tgem breakfast seeing them sut at the table quietly majing Rocket guess they'd been like this at the lab about to hug them seeing them freak out guessing the High Evokutionary didn't like hugs so understood.

"A hug won't kill you if that's what he told you. Groot taught me that hugs are a goid thing but we'll take it slow." he told then seeing their eyes wide seeing pancakes asking if if really was for them. "Yes it is as you guys need love and food is part of love." Rocket told them.

"Thank you Rocket." Shocket said softly seeing Itsy and Linda nodding majing him ger it nodding in reply letting them be as Nebula was calling him to check on the youngsters and he was telling her they hadn't slept yet but would encourage them. "I should look up how to help kids with trauma so I can help them overcome it." he mumbled to himself seeing the girls puttibf their dishes in the sink after eating yawning as he sensed they were tired seeing that kids with trauma liked sleeping under the bed so was encouraging them but they were under the bed snuggling together like a sandwich making him chuckle kissing their heads surprising them feeling a warm feeling in their hearts sensing it was love falling asleep which made Rocket smile going tombed himself.

Later, after Rocket began to stir a lil, he saw the baby raccoons aroubd him making him smile sensing they'd also had trouble sleeping too like hij alomg with Linda, Itsy abd Shocket so understood they were scared too. "It's okay guys, the big, bad Evolutionary won't scare you anymore or yoyr new big sisters I promise but we're all gonna have fun together." he told them softly seeing them relax tellibg them a story which was also relaxibg him. A while later, he was up but making himself coffee seeibg Shocket doing that for him which pertrubed him. "Hey, hey you don't have to do that. You and yoyr friends ain't my servants but part of the family okay but I appreciate this." he told her seeing her nodding going back to Itsy and Linda telking them what Rocket had told her.

"Wow, he isn't like sire at all or the stories sire told u. Maybe this will be okay." Itsy said seeing Linda nodding alomg with Shocket but getting back under the bed with them.

A bit later they were hungry so entered the kitchen wondering where the baby raccoons were alomg withbRocket making them anxious thinking the HE had captured them until they heard the front door opening making Shocket on high alert but lowered her bazooka, Helen seeingRocket and baby raccoons there making them relieved. "Sorry I didn't gell you guys thatvwe went out forca bit but it's okay now. I'm guessibg you're hungry which is good and ho, you don't have to work for it like in the lab." he reassured them making Itsy and Linda happy aboht this but Shocket had a puzzled look on her furrybface as if she was trying to figure something out hearing Rocketvask her, if she was okay.

"I'm okay I guess…" she mumbled making Linda get it squeezibg her paw gently which made Shocket smile a little surprising Rocket.

"Ducky makes Shocket feel better when sad or upset, like if sire was mean to us in the lab, she'd let Shocket hug her and we'd reassure her we'll be okay." Itsy told him.

Rocket lnew who Linda's dad was but deciding not to tell Howard not yet, because Howard would flip and Linda would wanna meet him but sensed she didn't wabt to leave her friends but his heart was melting with them especialky Shocket as she reminded him of him at that age so wanted to protext her and her friends more so her and they could be a family of sorts once they were in a better place seeing Linda drinking coffee astounding him because Howard was like that making Shocket shrugher furry shoulders at him.

"It gets her through the day back when we were at the lab." she told him making Rocket get it. "Okay but you guys are kids and I'll help you realise that okay." he told them seeing Itst curious aboht this knowing he was curious about her. "The bad guys made her using somebody called Spidey's genes but she's cool." Shocket told him impressibg Rocket and could help Itsy discover her Spidey powers seeing her nodding but she saw Shocket exploring. seeing photos of him curious making him understand and maybe once they got used to things, they could take a family photo which he knew would be fun hearing the door knocking seeing Nebula as she'd made Itsy, Linda and Shocket cosy socks astounding them

"Thanks, as we never get anything." Linda said to her. "As a former daughter of Thanks, I can get how you feel." she told them making Shocket smile at her surprising her as she was being cute seeibg Rocket nodding. "You're welcome guys and welcome to Knowhere as I'm sure it feels weirdnow but soon it'll feel like home soon." she told them making them nod as she left.

"Is she yoyr girlfriend or something." Itsyasked him making him blush at her question. "Yeah, something like that guys." he told them making Shocket grin at his reaction but was curious about Knowhere as the only place she, Itsy and Linda had ever known was the lab so was hoping what Nebula said was true
