Chapter 3: Yeti Mission

(the scene starts in the dojo of the Kitty Nati Town where Kelton is training a lot of young cats in the ways of the Kitty Nati with Grizelda in the front row on the right, after a few minutes, the bell of the dojo rang ending the day for the young cats to head home, Grizelda began to exit the dojo until Kelton tapped her shoulder with his pole to get her attention.)

Grizelda: Did you need something, Kelton?

Kelton: It's not me, it's someone that helps the Kitty Nati.

Grizelda: Who?

(Later in a crystal cave, Kelton was leading Grizelda through a cavern with Bartleby, Shadow and Silverclaw accompanying them, Grizelda and Bartleby were surprised to see the crystals in the cavern glowing for others to see their way around, after some walking, they came out of the caverns and behind a waterfall where there is a lot of armor designs made in crystals along with weapons, they then heard clanging sounds as they looked ahead to see a big figure swinging a big hammer onto something which made Grizelda and Bartleby scared.)

Kelton: Young one, meet Al

Al: (stops hammering and turns around a bit holding a heated crystal sword with metal tongs and wearing a welding mask over his face, Grizelda and Bartleby backed up a bit only to lift the mask from over his revealing to be a yeti.) Hi!

Bartleby: A Yeti!?

Al: (digs into a box and puts on a bow tie with a speaker on it and starts to speak as the bow tie translates what he's saying.) I may look like the other yetis, but I'm more of a thinker than a lifter.

Kelton: You see, Al here is the blacksmith that makes the armor and weapons.

Grizelda: And they're all made out of crystals.

Al: (slowly dips the heated sword into a barrel of water making it sizzle a bit then slowly pulls it out revealing the sword to be fully intact and speaks with the bow tie translating.) My family has been making the armor and weapons for the Kitty Nati for many years.

Bartleby: All from crystals, that's impressive.

Shadow: Yes, but he uses a special item to make them.

Silverclaw: The feather of the Hino Tari Bird.

Bartleby: The same feather me and True went to get to cure Rainbow King of his cold?

Kelton: Yes, but...

Al: (picks up a box and turns it upside down while shaking it to show it's empty while the bow tie translates what he's saying.) I used my last one on a few swords and some sets of armor.

Grizelda: And Al needs help getting to the top of Mount Tippy Tippy Top and ask for some feathers from the Hino Tari Bird?

Kelton: Well...

(Later near the bottom of Mount Tippy Tippy Top, Grizelda, Bartleby and Al are wearing heavy snow clothes and climbing the mountain as it was snowing really hard.)

Grizelda: Why do I have to fight the Hino Tari Bird to get the feathers!?

Al: (hangs onto a rock from getting pushed back a bit by the wind with the bow tie translating what he says) The Hino Tari Bird can't just give them to the Golden Cat, they have to prove themselves to get the feathers!

Bartleby: Can't we just go through the easy path? It's much quicker!

Grizelda: I agree with going through the easy path!

Al: (pushes the boulder over to the side a bit revealing the easy path in a cave as the bow tie translates what he says) Only me and Bartleby can take the easy path, you have to have to go the long way if you wanna prove to the Hino Tari Bird of being the Golden Cat!

Grizelda: But it's cold!

Bartleby: You can't argue with the ways of the Golden Cats!

(Once Bartleby entered the cave, Al followed inside and pulled the boulder back in place as Grizelda looked up at the top of the mountain and pulled her hood up over her head to brace herself against the snowy winds, continuing her climb up the long path. Minutes later close to the middle of the mountain, Grizelda was slowly crawling up the mountain and trying to push against the winds, but dropped into the snow from how cold she's getting, she thought she was done for until she saw a dark blurry figure standing in front of her and place a palm on her forehead making a flash of white appear for her to see she was still on the mountain but didn't feel cold and realized she's in another one of Dharkon's memories, she was about to find Dharkon until she saw one of her forefathers climbing the mountain while using a twin spear.)

Grizelda: Another ability?

Dharkon: Kailon (startles Grizelda from behind.) As the 27th Golden Cat, he was given the mission to get feathers from the Hino Tari Bird, and just like you, he was having trouble getting through the snow (points at Kailon who had fallen from the intense cold.) Kailon thought he was gonna fail, but deep within, he knew they believed in him.

(Kailon stands back up and yowls towards the sky for the clouds to disappear from the mountain causing the temperature to rise as Kailon continued his climb up the mountain while Grizelda was surprised from what she saw.)

Grizelda: he warmed up the whole mountain.

Dharkon: Kailon has an ability called temperature control, he can control the temperature around him, with that power, he became the first Golden Cat to climb the mountain, and so you can too, you just have to believe.

(the vision ended where Grizelda was still laying in the snow until she started to open her eyes to see where she was and began to stand as she gripped her hands into fists. Meanwhile at the top of Mount Tippy Tippy Top, Bartleby and Al were waiting anxiously for Grizelda to come as the Hino Tari Bird was watching her chick Hatcher hop around joyfully until they all hear a yowl and looked over the edge to see some of the clouds disappearing and saw Grizelda down below making the yowl sound making the clouds disappear and warm the mountain up.)

Bartleby: How is she doing that?

Al: (speaks in shock with the bow tie translating.) That's the temperature control ability of Kailon.

(without warning, the Hino Tari Bird began flapping her wings and flew down the mountain as Bartleby and Al screamed with fright about what was about to happen. After Grizelda yowled, she began to continue climbing the mountain until she saw the Hino Tari Bird flying down towards her, Grizelda knew it would happen and readied herself, when the Hino Tari Bird flew close enough, Grizelda pounced out of the way making the Hino Tari Bird crash into the snow, Grizelda then began to climb up the mountain fast on all four as the Hino Tari Bird bursted out of the snow and gave chase while blasting flaming feathers at Grizelda in which who was dodging the feathers in quick timing while shooting ice shards at the Hino Tari Bird, the battle went on until Grizelda managed to climb to where Bartleby and Al are and landed in the middle of the area, when she did, the Hino Tari Bird flew in front of Grizelda and threw a claw down at her only to miss from Grizelda moving really fast, the Hino Tari Bird kept attacking trying to get Grizelda, only to miss every time until Grizelda rapidly throw wind around at the Hino Tari Bird to make ice form around her until the Hino Tari Bird was unable to fly and fell to the ground, Bartleby thought Grizelda was gonna finish the Hino Tari Bird off only for Grizelda to yowl at the Hino Tari Bird causing the ice around the Hino Tari Bird to melt off for the Hino Tari Bird to fly free, the Hino Tari Bird flew onto the rock she was sitting on and chirped congratulating Grizelda on her trial.)

Al: (waves his arms around excitedly with the bow tie translating what he's saying.) That was incredible! Not only did you obtain the ability of Kailon, you also climbed the mountain and fought the Hino Tari Bird at the same time!

Bartleby: That was really impressive, Grizelda.

Grizelda: To be honest, I'm as surprised about it as you guys are.

Al: (holds up a feather from the Hino Tari Bird with the bow tie translating what he's saying.) Golden Cat, it seems you did something more than just pass the trail.

Grizelda: I did?

(Few hours later back in Al's cavern of the Kitty Nati Town, the Hino Tari Bird was plucking feathers from her body for Al to use to make the weapons and armor for the cats, while Grizelda and Bartleby were talking with Shadow, Silverclaw and Kelton about what happened at Mount Tippy Tippy Top.)

Shadow: It is surprising that the Hino Tari Bird joined our cause to train you in the Kitty Nati and stop Dharkon.

Silverclaw: We never thought you would be able to impress her.

Hatcher: Mama! (hops from the ground and lands on Shadow's head.)

Kelton: You are certainly full of surprises.

Bartleby: Yeah! She was able to control the cold and heat without breaking a sweat.

Grizelda: I didn't think I'd be able to do it, now we'll be able to have enough armor and weapons for everyone when Dharkon's arrival happens, I wonder what my armor will look like.

Al: (stops hammering a set from what Grizelda said and turns to them as the bow tie translates what he's saying.) You didn't tell her?

Grizelda: Tell me what?

Kelton: We didn't want to make you worried, but the Golden Cats don't use the armor, they have one of their own.

Bartleby: They do?

Grizelda: How do I get it?

Shadow: That is the thing, no one knows how the Golden Cats get their own armor.

Silverclaw: It was never listed in the history of the Golden Cats.

Dharkon: Yes it was. (startles the others from the entrance, causing them to panic.) I fought enough of them to see how they obtained their own armor.
