Three years have passed since Alex had brutally murdered Marco in front of his friend Jewel, the Snow Owl is now the head of a secret team. That team is called The Red Owl Club with the team having one sole purpose for it's existence, that sole purpose is to destroy every criminal they can find. It's has been clear to it's loyal members, they have been brought together over the shared sense of grief of losing their might leader Blu Gunderson.
The members of the Red Owl Club are Siax, a beautiful loyal female Egyptian Green Macaw, who was the princess of Egypt until her clan is killed. Alongside her is a tall Ornate Hawl Eagle called Cesar who has guns that shoot fire, Tomada (a Peregrine Falcon) and Sorrel (Spix Macaw). They are joined by Felipe the Scarlet Macaw, who is the leader of the Scarlet Macaw tribe with the power to use fire as well as Alex's three children, Kenny, Merida and Shilo.
These members of this infamous club are one faction of the Rio army that split after Blu's death, which lead to the formation of two factions. The other faction is the now small mostly disbanded The Blue Macaw Insurgents led by Jewel, who is the widow of the fallen legendary hero of the Rio Army. When the Rio Army had dissolved, the factions went their separate ways with the Red Owl Club going underground while the Blue Macaw Insurgents kept the ground.
Today Alex is in a meeting with some of his members when Siax enters into the meeting room, before giving Alex a small kiss on his cheek. The action causes Alex to smile in response to it until he decides to return it as the two sit side-by-side while they both hold onto each other's wings lovingly. They smile brightly at each other, until they decide to get down to business as Alex prepares himself to talk to his fellow Red Owl Club Members about their next course of action.
"So, how are we all doing so far, everyone?" asked Alex as he looked at his fellow members. "Ready for our next mission, are we?".
"Yes, we are, Alex, we are indeed ready" said Cesar as the Eagle looks at Alex with a smile. "Where is our next mission going to be at?".
"A high security prison, my friend" said Alex as he explains his plan. "We are going there to kill all criminals, so no one will have to live in fear again."
"Ok, so we are going to a prison" said Tomada as he became concerned. "But Alex, do you think, that this is a bit too risky? I mean, it's a prison full of criminals".
"I agree, there are brutes there" said Sorrel as she shared her mate's concern. "Besides the fact that Jewel and her faction can still stop us, if they appear".
"Don't worry about them right now" said Alex as he looks at Sorrel. "We will deal with them soon enough, for now, let's get out there and make the world safe."
Tomada and Sorrel can only share concerned expressions with each other in sheer silence, before they watched Alex stand up before them. They watch him leave along with a smiling Siax as Cesar follows the two out of the room with Tomada and Sorrel soon doing them as they remain concerned. They both know Alex very well, they know he along with them can kick the butt's of criminals all day long except there is something a high security prison that has got them both worried.
While Alex and the other members of the Red Owl Club were off to do their mission, the Blue Macaw Insurgents are busy taking some downtime. They have been through a lot in the past few years with their former friend's team as the wars between takes it's toll on them. They each have lost someone over the years, which has only brought all their morale to an all-time low as they take the time to recuperate both physically and emotionally from everything.
It is soon revealed that one of these recuperating birds is Eva the Keel-billed Toucan, who has also been hit hard by the events of the whole war. She knows she has lost a bird who has been very important to her as she knows she misses him terribly ever since that one day. She can clearly remember how it happened, the memory of it causes her to let tears of sadness stream down her cheeks as she releases a small sob before quickly recomposing herself.
She recomposed herself in time to see Bia returning alongside her girlfriend Alondra, the two sharing a small kiss between them as they entered. Eva smiles at the sight in the knowledge that not everyone has lost someone as she can tell by the actions of the two lovebirds. The three birds came face-to-face together, before they both soon got into a conversation about news the two Macaws have brought back with them during their time outside of the base.
"Hello Bia and Alondra, it's good to see you both again" said Eva in a kind and caring tone. "What news do you bring today? I hope it's good news."
"Well it's actually both, but we will save good news last" said Bia as she becomes sorrowful. "First though is the bad news, we saw the Red Owl Club."
"It's not only that Eva, we even saw them go into battle" said Alondra as she remembers it. "They fought a group of criminals, killed them all and left."
"What horrible brutes, their methods are just sickening" said Eva as she calms herself down. "Sorry about my temper you two, what's the good news?"
"Well the good news, that's the best bit by the way Eva" said Bia as she reveals a grin of glee. "I asked Alondra to marry me, want to know her answer? SHE SAID YES!"
"Oh my goodness, congratulations, I'm happy for you" said Eva as she hugs both Bia and Alondra. "That is goodness indeed, much needed good news, congratulations!"
"Thank you Eva, I hope you and mom get married too" said Bia as she smiles before becoming sad. "Well, speaking of mom, has she come out of her room yet? Eva?"
"No she hasn't, she's still grieving your father's death" said Eva as she looks towards Jewel's room. "But I'll check on Jewel, so I can finally get her out of her room."
Bia nods her in understanding to what was being told to her as she hugs Eva again, the two sharing comfort in the embrace over Jewel's state. When they eventually released each other from the hug that lasted a total of twenty seconds, Bia is bridal carried away by Alondra. The two lovebirds share another kiss, while Eva watches the two birds go to share their good news with the rest of the team as she begins to make her way towards Jewel's bedroom.
Once she had approached the door of the room, Eva opened it only to see Jewel still sleeping in her bed. The mere sight of the Beautiful female Spix Macaw, causes Eva to let out a deep sigh of admiration as she slowly begins to slowly make her way over to Blu's widow. After making her way to her, the female Toucan can only look at the mother of Carla, Bia and Tiago with a look of sadness as she silently acknowledges what her friend has been through.
She climbs onto Jewel's bed before reaching her, only to get into bed with her as she pulls up the blankets. Once that was done after taking a few seconds, Eva wraps both her wings around her friend as she cuddles her in comfort before gently planting kisses on her neck. The kisses cause Jewel to smile, before opening her eyes as she turns around to make eye contact with Eva as the two gaze at each other before leaning towards each other for a passionate kiss.
