The episode referenced in this one-shot is Season 1, Episode 12: The First David Job. Well, it is actually more in between Episodes 11 and 12, but I'm just calling it a lead in to 12.

Prompt: "I regret a lot of things. Having this conversation tops the list."
"This is not going to go the way you think it's going to, Sophie."
"Oh, hush, Pru. We're going to point out the truth to Nate. He doesn't need rehab, I see that now. What he needs is revenge."
Pru grimaced and groaned as she laid her head down onto the table in front of her. She had been sitting at the tech room table for the last hour or so, arguing with Sophie and the rest of the Leverage team about Sophie's latest idea. The grifter had decided that the team should go after Ian Blackpoole, the head of IYS. Pru was all for Nate getting some form of closure for his son's death, but she knew that this would not be the right way to go about it.
"You alright, Pru?"
She scoffed as she raised her head. "What do you think, Eliot? But it doesn't matter, since I know when I've been outvoted. My only ask is that I am allowed to work remotely on this one."
The rest of the team gave her confused looks. Parker finally spoke up. "But wont you regret not being here to see the job go down?"
Pru scoffed again, before standing up and crossing her arms as she looked at her (practically) family. "No, I won't. besides, I already regret a lot of things. And the conversation that we just had now tops that list. Now, if the lot of you will excuse me, I'm going to grab some of my stuff so that I can monitor you all remotely." Turning on her heel, Pru quickly walked out to her desk and began to gather things.
"You're getting one of your gut feelings, aren't you?"
Pru rolled her eyes an turned to face Alec (he had apparently followed her without her realizing), who was standing at the end of her desk with a very worried look on his face. Sighing the manager went back to gathering her things. "You could say that, Alec. I am just having this, like, premonition that this is not going to go the way that Sophie thinks. Also, I feel as though she is hiding something. So, I think that it's for the best that I take my stuff and work remotely."
The hacker nodded as he breathed in deeply. "You'll still monitor us, though, right? Because I don't think that we'll be able to get through the job without you."
Pru laughed outright at that. "Of course I'll be monitoring you guys, Alec. I'll see you later, ok?"
At Alec's nod, Pru lifted her bag full of stuff onto her shoulder and walked out the door, completely oblivious of the shit show that was going to happen over the next job.
