The episode referenced in this one-shot is Season 2, Episode 1: The Beantown Bailout Job.

Just a note, there are direct word quotes from the episode. A big thanks to the Leverage, Seriously, website, who had posted the pretty accurate transcripts from the entire original series. You can find it at leverage.

The legalities. I do not own any of the Leverage franchise (characters, places, and objects especially) and this is mostly au. Rated M just to be on the safe side.

Also, please don't be afraid to write reviews. I would love to hear from you all!

Prompt: "I thought you were supposed to call me."

"Why?"

"It's really nice to see you all again."

Parker scoffed as she sat down next to Prudence "Pru" Beck at the counter in John McRory's Place, the bar that Nate had brought them to after Sophie's performance. It had been six months already since any of the team (and the thief did consider Pru as a part of the team, unlike some people) had really seen each other after everything that went down with Blackpoole and IYS. "Is it really, though?"

Pru scowled at the thief before rolling her eyes and sipping her water. "Yes, it is. Alec and I may have started out lying low together, but that didn't last very long, especially when I kept choosing safe houses that had spotty wireless at best. But I truly did miss all of you over the last six months."

This caused Parker to cough to cover a laugh. "You must have been bored to be missing us. What all did you do?" Pru chuckled. "Oh, you know. Did some reading, saw some old friends. Hey, I just remembered! I thought you were supposed to call me!" Parker furrowed her brow at their manager. "Why?" Pru scoffed and rolled her eyes. "Well, maybe because we are friends. And you promised."

"I'm not used to that."

Pru smiled. "Well, get used to it, because we are here for you. Hey, Alec."

The hacker nodded back at her as Sophie marched up to the counter, groaning, before she laid her head down on it next to Parker. Alec frowned before addressing the grifter. "Yeah, you know, I'm sure that the reviews will be…" Sophie groaned again as she held her phone out for the hacker to see. "…on the news website already."

Pru furrowed her brow. "Really? Wow."

"Ooo, let me see."

"Parker!"

Pru was too slow to stop Parker from grabbing the phone out of Alec's hand. "Oh, look at this one. 'Never before has a production of 'The Sound of Music' made me root for the Nazis'."

Rolling her eyes and reaching around Parker to pat Sophie on the back, Pru hid a smile as the others kept talking. It had definitely been a long six months. And she was very glad that they were all back together. Even if only for a little while.
