I didn't believe in coincidences. I still don't.

I mean, what are the chances that something could happen at the same time and same venue of something? Like in at the Academy and Spokane, for example.

I refuse to believe that the royals could let Lissa and Rose enter their social circles so easily. I don't think those men who had captured us had just stumbled unto us when we had been walking back to the mall. Or that Avery just happened to be an innocent party girl who tried to become Rose.

So maybe sometimes coincidences happened, but in my life, they didn't.

I hate coincidences.
