Ch.35 Lines
POV: Victor
Being a father means certain responsibilities. It also means you have to cross a few lines.
I knew asking Natalie to turn Strigoi was overstepping a boundary, if not boundaries. But it needed to be done. A life for thousands.
Lines could - no, needed - to be crosser to achieve peace - real peace, not like the one Tatiana and the other royals were saying. Because real peace means that everyone needed to be equal, that the Strigoi had to be eliminated.
And asking Natalie to turn Strigoi was a line that must be crosser for the better good.
At least Spirit existed.
I'm sorry, Natalie, but one day you'll understand.
For the people who are probably wondering why they seem to have read the last chapter - Book - before, I apologize. I think it has been done before, like the multiple DPOVs, and I am sorry if I offended you.
I was searching for a book to read on my browser the other day when I saw the title 50 Shades of Grey and thought it sounded interesting, so I read the story summary. I saw the guy's name, Christian Grey, and thought that if anyone would read that book in the VA universe, it would probably be Lissa. Then the plans for the next drabble came up and I reasoned, in LS Dimitri wanted Rose to keep quiet about their private life, so he was probably kind of a prude. (No offence to Dimitri lovers out there)
Thank you stardreamer26806, russia2774, pjwalterman, dancewriter03, and an anonymous guest for recent reviews! Thanks for the encouragement guys, and I truly am sorry if you have read the drabble before.
