Ch.48 Teasing
POV: Third Person
Adrian loved to tease people! He especially liked it when they didn't have any comebacks!
When he walked on the street and saw someone he knew, he couldn't help walking over and say a hi, and then he'd tease them. Or, if he had nothing dirty on them, he'd listen to the gossip they had.
Gods, Adrian loved gossip too. So when Christian told everyone he knew about the Rose-and-Dimitri-bookshop's-toilet incident, Adrian eagerly sucked it up. Of course, Christian for scolded and hit on the head by sweet, sweet Lissa, so Christian then had to clam up.
But since Adrian already knew, he didn't waste any time trying to find the dhampir couple. He figured out Lissa had told Rose he'd be after her and her boyfriend, so it did take some time.
But when he tracked down those two sitting in a park, wrapped up in each other, he said, "Going to do it in the park right now?"
Rose's mortified, red face was priceless.
