"Wake up Ash." Damon said, tapping Ash's cheek gently.
"Five more minutes." Ash groaned, slowly waking up.
"Wake up!" Damon said, angrily, shaking Ash.
"What do you want?" Ash asked. "You have my Black Stone and your White Stone."
"You don't get it, the Black Stone has chosen you at this point." Damon said angrily. "I have no idea why, just a few weeks ago I'd managed to wake up the dragon, but now it's back asleep in that stone with no way of waking up the previous way."
"A few weeks ago?" Ash asked.
"About a month, yes, and then I sold it to a very powerful man but he lost it." Damon said.
"You're despicable! You say you're helping restore your ancestral home, but instead you're doing this for the money!" Ash argued.
"Not anymore, my deal with that man is off and now that I have both stones and Victini, all I need you to do is wake up Zekrom once Reshiram has woken up." Damon said. "And then I will be able to reclaim our land."
"And if I don't?" Ash questioned.
"Then I force you to." Damon said, showing Braviary and Pikachu suspended in mid air.
"Don't touch them." Ash said angrily.
"I won't as long as you cooperate." Damon said, before turning back to a podium where Victini was chained. "Now Victini use your power and bring Reshiram back to life!"
"Victini don't!" Ash called out, his eyes glowing yellow for just a moment.
"TINI!" Victini cried out, power surging through him as the castle shook.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Ash called out.
"Bringing the castle home!" Damon exclaimed.
Outside in the air
"Is, is that castle flying?" Rosa asked, holding onto Carlita as they rode on Hydreigon.
"None of this makes any sense, we should not be able to fly on this thing." Elliot remarked as he and Juanita rode on her Golurk.
"I heard tales that the castle was originally movable, but that was supposed to be tales of legend." Juanita said. "We need to move!"
Back inside the castle
"Now Victini use your full power and bring back Reshiram!" Damon exclaimed.
Orange energy blasted through the lab, breaking Ash and his Pokemon free as the white stone glowed and grew into a large dragon.
"Is that, Reshiram?" Ash asked.
"He has risen!" Damon exclaimed. "Now do your part and bring back Zekrom!"
"Fine, just stand down your Pokemon." Ash said, walking over to the black stone and Victini.
"Bring back Reshiram's other half and you will be a part of history." Damon demanded.
"Now!" Ash said, grabbing Victini and the black stone before leaping out of a broken wall.
"Sigilyph after them!" Damon demanded, the strange, flying type flying after Ash and Braviary.
"Damon!" Juanita said, as they flew in from the other side.
"Isn't this wonderful mother, Reshiram has awakened, and soon Zekrom will join them!" Damon declared.
"That's enough Damon! Golurk use Focus Punch!"
"Hydreigon use Outrage!" Carlita called out.
"Lillipup use Helping Hand!" Rosa commanded.
"Porygon use Signal Beam!" Elliot declared.
"Reshiram use Fusion Flare!"
Reshiram powered up, sending a blast of fire that destroyed the lab around them.
"New plan." Carlita said, as Hydreigon grabbed her and Rosa.
"Come on kid." Juanita said, grabbing Elliot quickly as the floor crumbled.
"Hey!" Elliot exclaimed as he was hoisted back onto Golurk as Damon was grabbed by his Reuniclus.
Back with Ash
"Come on Victini please be okay." Ash said, as Braviary had grabbed him and Pikachu, still flying back to the castle.
"Uni!" Sigilyph exclaimed, ramming into Braviary, the flying type unable to fight back at the moment.
"Pikachu use Charge Beam!" Ash called out, still trying to break Victini free.
"Pi-Cha!" Pikachu exclaimed, sending a beam straight at Sigilyph.
Sigilyph easily outmaneuvered the beam rushing back at Braviary once more.
"Reuniclus use Psychic!" Damon exclaimed as he leapt onto Reshiram, the blast of energy striking Braviary as he was still recovering knocking Ash, Pikachu and Victini off of him.
"The Dark Stone!" Ash exclaimed, trying to hold onto both smaller Pokemon and the stone. "Come on Victini I could really use some good luck here."
"Tini." Victini said weakly.
"Come on, anything! I need help!" Ash exclaimed as his eyes glowed a bright yellow, energy surging from his hands into Pikachu, Victini, and the Dark Stone.
"Ash!" Rosa exclaimed, as he was engulfed in light.
"Haha! He has risen!" Damon exclaimed.
As the light faded Ash was safe, still holding Victini and Pikachu on top of a large black dragon.
"Zekrom." Elliot said in shock.
"Ash!" Rosa cheered.
"Go find Braviary he's still falling, we've got this." Ash said confidently.
"Please you have no idea the power you're on." Damon said. "Hand over Zekrom and Victini and there will be no other issues."
"You know, not knowing what I'm doing has never stopped me before." Ash said standing up. "Zekrom use Fusion Bolt!"
"Reshiram use Fusion Flare!"
The two attacks launched at one another resulting in an explosion covering the entire area between the two dragons.
"Don't you see, you heard the legend, these two are evenly matched, they will destroy the world as long as we are on opposing sides!" Damon exclaimed.
"Maybe, but what if Zekrom got a boost?!" Ash asked.
"With what Victini is too weak to give another boost, join me Ash and you can be a king!" Damon declared.
"I was thinking another boost. Pikachu use Thunderbolt! Zekrom use Fusion Bolt!" Ash said, his eyes glowing brightly.
"Reshiram use Fusion Flare!"
The two attacks collided once more before the electrical attacks pushed through, striking Reshiram.
"Reshiram use Fusion Flare!"
Reshiram began glowing, its form shaking as it tried using its attack again before firing it off.
"Zekrom use Fusion Bolt!"
The two attacks collided once more sending a shockwave out.
"Damon, you need to stop this! Reshiram can't keep this going!" Ash called out.
"I will never stop!" Damon declared. "This is my birthright and right to restore our kingdom!"
"Look around, your kingdom is gone and your castle is destroyed!" Ash exclaimed.
"Never! Now give me Zekrom and stop this pointless fight!" Damon exclaimed.
"Damon, I'm being honest you need to stop!" Ash called out.
"Reshiram knock him off with Fusion Flare!" Damon called out, a red glow engulfing Reshiram as it sent out their attack.
"Zekrom up!" Ash called out, as the dragon rose out of the attack as Reshiram shrunk back down.
"Damon!" Ash called out as he directed Zekrom towards the falling man.
Back on the ground
"I attacked you, destroyed the castle, and harmed Victini, and yet you saved me." Damon said, as Zekrom set him down on the ground.
"Damon!" Juanita exclaimed angrily running up. "What did you do to the White Stone?!"
"It fell down over the desert." Ash said calmly. "I could only rescue one of them."
"And you chose the guy that shot you out of the sky multiple times?" Rosa asked as Braviary was brought over.
"I don't choose who lives or dies, all I did was save him." Ash said. "If that was really Reshiram then that stone should survive."
"And now you have Zekrom." Carlita admitted.
"I don't have Zekrom, I mean they listen to me, I just, do I catch them or just let them fly?" Ash asked, looking at the black dragon as it was engulfed in a blue light.
"Zekrom?" Ash asked, seeing the dragon having returned to its stone form.
"Zekrom still is not fully reawakened." Damon said. "You should hold onto that stone, there are people who want that stone."
"All the more reason I should keep it with your mom, right?" Ash asked.
"The stone is safest in your hands, it can only be properly awakened by you right now." Juanita said. "If someone is looking for Zekrom then they are likely also looking for Reshiram, and if they are both reawakened, at least you'll stand a chance."
"And what of me?" Damon asked.
"We will rehabilitate you, and in time, maybe you can clean up your act and lead a life that shows pride to our ancestors." Carlita said.
"And Victini of course, you will have plenty of safety and relaxation here with us." Juanita said. "If there is anything we can do to thank you for bringing them both back safely, please name it."
"No, I did what anyone would have done given the situation." Ash said, putting the dark stone back in his bag. "Just, make sure he gets better."
"Of course." Juanita said.
"Come on guys, we should get heading back to Castelia, I think I've learned more than enough about the ancient hero princes of Unova." Ash said, sighing at the long walk back to town.
