Hello one and all to a semi-new chapter of Pokemon SVTA. I decided to give it it's own .5 chapter due to me not really finding a space for this chapter. This chapter isn't a full chapter but takes place immediately after Chapter 21 where the gang get to learn more about Penny, her home, family and Ash learns more about the bond between her and her Eevee through some development.
Since we don't know much about the DLC's full plot, here is my idea for both arcs in the future and will be added in the Important Notice in the future as that's where most of my plans are for future arcs but I should preface that they're not final as this is my future ideas for the arc and mixing what's in the DLC's and of course, that information is not final as of now:
*Teal Mask Arc: Ash and the gang are called back to Naranja for an announcement that they alongside his class (and the other schools in Paldea) and be heading to the land of Kitakami to learn more about Kitakami. After two Champion representatives (who are also a couple) of the school of Momolocoton explains the lore of their school and land, the class heads over to Kitakami for their school trip/festival. As they're doing so, Pikachu is taken by the mysterious Ogerpon and Ash and Clavell give chase only to find out some hidden lore of Ogerpon and the mysteries that are abound in Kitakami.
Ash's gang are each given an activity and teams relating to the heroes of Kitakami with Arven having to figure out how to combine cultures of Paldea and Kitakami together to appease Munkidori, Penny and Kieran helping the villagers with tasks to appease Okiedogie, and Nemona and Karmine having to reluctantly work together battling others by working together for the sake of Fezandpiti.
Ash on the otherhand will be teaming up with Hikari, a goth champion representative and the descendant of the founder of Kitakami to help figure out the mystery of Ogerpon while learning of Hikari's anxieties and worries as a joyfriend to their lover Emily (another Champion representative and going through similar anxieties), her pressure to live up to the family name and to differentiate themselves as an individual and not as an associate of someone famous. This Arc will focus on the gang's adventures throughout the week they're there.
*Indigo Disk Saga: After a series of events within the plot revolving around the mysterious Pokemon resembling Terapagos in the middle of the story (I have plans for this Pokemon but I'm keeping it a secret). The founder of Blueberry/Arandano academy Cyrano invites Ash and Nemona as exchange students to his academy while two of his own Champion representatives (there are 4) go in Ash and Nemona's place for the next 3 weeks before the major Champion Representatives tournament hinted early on.
It's there where they discover the Teraium, an open dome of varying geographical areas and Pokemon are there with strangely enough, regional forms. For the next 3 weeks, Ash and Nemona learn more about Arandano, their lessons and form a semi-new group with Lacey, a shy Champion representative seemingly with a sad past similar to Penny and an energetic chef named Bryce (the red head student) as they explore the Terium and learn more about each other.
Meanwhile, it seems like Cyrano and Turo are teaming up to find out more about that Terapagos-like Pokemon (nicknamed Terry) traveling with Penny and Arven. Cyrano's students the serious Mizu (the dark-skinned student with 4 pigtails(?) in the trailer) who is also Cyrano's granddaughter and the student council president of her school. And Clyde (the gray-haired student), a cold yet powerful student opposite of Ash tries to get along with Arven and Penny and learn more about Terry.
This saga will be split into two with the first arc being the Indigo Disk while the second is the tournament arc between the Champion representatives of different schools in the world and where the 'beginning of the end' of the fic takes place so I won't spoil too much.
Again, it's not the final plot due to us not knowing much about the full DLC details but once more details come out, I'll try to mix it in there later on but that won't likely be for a while. Again, it's not a full chapter so it will be short, so I'll see you all later for the next full chapter.
After Ash caught the shy Nymble, the gang decided to find a place to stay at, but Penny nervously says that they can stay at her place but warns them that her family is embarrassing and so the gang head to her house.
The gang arrive to her house only to find out that her house is pretty huge and fancy, it wasn't a mansion like Nemona's or Arven's, but it was huge and nice, with a nice blue and was huge surprising the group. Penny (who's jacket was around her waist) helps Sprigatito out of her jacket and she climbs onto her trainer's shoulder as she grabs a key.
"Your house is huge!" Arven, Nemona and Ash say surprised as Penny nods, "As I said before, I may not be rich as the 3 of you but make no mistake, I'm not poor." Penny says as she unlocks the door to the house with her key and opens it. The inside was rather furbished and clean, with smooth floors, a nice kitchen and a vast living room where we see two young fraternal twins with a Fidough by their side one of whom has red hair and the other had blue hair notice Penny and appeared to be happy.
"Penny!" the twins say as Penny sighs and opens up her arms to hug them both and lifts them up, "Hey Peo, Nia. How have you two been?" Penny asks as the two children nod.
"We've missed you!" the children say as Penny softly smiles, "I know but school has been busy and all that, so I didn't have time to see you two." Penny says as Sprigatito climbs down from Penny's shoulder to the ground catching the twin's attention as Penny puts them down.
"You have a Sprigatito? They're so cute!" the twins say as Sprigatito gets nervous and Penny stops them.
"Hold it! Sprigatito is rather small and is still learning about her surroundings, so be careful when trying to go to her. If you want to pat Sprigatito, at least allow me to get her comfortable." Penny says as the twins nod and Penny picks her up.
"There, there. They aren't trying to hurt you, they're curious about you. Do you want to learn more about them?" Penny asks softly to Sprigatito as she softly touches Sprigatito's back who nods, and Penny softly smiles.
"Alright, you two, be careful with her. She loves these toys here and since she's kind of a baby, she'll be curious and kind of scared about here at times so be careful alright?" Penny says handing them some toys and the two nod before they go back to the couch with Sprigatito softly as the gang were impressed.
"You're a great big sister Penny." Ash says as Penny began to blush, "What- Idon'tknowwhatyouretalkingabout!" Penny says nervously with her words messed up as two males walk out of the kitchen, one older male appeared to have glasses, red hair and a tie on while the other was wearing casual clothing, they both smile before hugging her.
"Pen-Pen!" both individuals say causing Penny to pout, "Don't call me Pen-Pen especially in front of our guests!" Penny says as they stop hugging her and the older male chuckles.
"Sorry Pen-Pen, but I missed you." the older individual says as Penny sighs, "I missed you too but at least introduce yourself to your guests." Penny says as they got into tip-top shape and straighten up.
"Sorry about that, I'm Penny's father Delav and I'm a at-home translator and nurse and also greatest gamer in the world!" Delav says as Penny sighs, "That's not true, because I am." Penny says casually as the other male goes up.
"My name is Rockii, and I'm a fraternal twin and studying to be a writer and I love video games in my spare time." Rockii says nervously as Penny steps forward, "I also have an older sister named Grina and Rockii's twin but she's out of the region studying law at the moment." Penny says as the gang step forward.
"My name is Ash, and this here is my buddy Pikachu." "Pikachu!"
"My name is Arven, and this here is Morada the Sneasel." "Sneas!"
"And my name is Nemona, and this here is Pawmo." "Paw!"
"Well, it's nice to meet you and you must Penny's boyfriend right Ash? Please take good care of her on your adventures at school." Delav says confusing Ash and making Penny blush.
"Dad!"
"I'm only kidding Pen-Pen." Delav says chuckling, Penny sighs.
"Anyway, I was wondering if they could stay here for today and tomorrow. We started our Treasure Hunts yesterday and Nemona's challenging the gym and we thought we could save money by coming here." Penny asks her father who nods, "Of course, just don't cause too much trouble." Delav says as the gang nod.
Penny sighs before ushering the group, "C'mon guys, I can show you to your rooms. We have a lot of guest rooms for things like this." Penny says as the gang follow her and Sprigatito also follows along but Penny stops and goes to a nearby cabinet containing a vase, a picture of her and Veevee and two lifetime tickets to Undella town.
"I'm back Veevee, we'll talk more later." Penny says as the gang look on with sympathy and Ash in particular frowns due to Penny's circumstances he learned about before he nods to himself and follows Penny.
Penny and the gang head up the stairs where she sees a slightly open door with a purple light and smirks, "Alright one second, I just need to do this." Penny says as she opens the door slightly peaking in on an androgynous individual with black dyed short hair that covered their eyes was face to face with blonde pigtails and a bow preparing to kiss.
"If you're going to make out Jisha, at least lock your door." Penny says surprising the gothic individual as they blush while their girlfriend chuckles, "Dang it Penny, I didn't know you were back dang it!" Jisha says as they shut the door and lock it.
"Sorry, I love doing that to you." Penny says as she ushers the group along, "That was Jisha and their girlfriend Mia, Jisha is actually nice and caring when they're with us but with their girlfriend, everything's about her." Penny says as she shows them the 3 guest rooms of varying colors from black, red and gray impressing the group as Ash takes the black room, Nemona takes the white room and Arven takes gray.
"These rooms and these beds are rather nice Penny." Nemona says relaxing on the bed, "Thanks."
"What about your room Penny?" Ash says as Penny looks away and blushes, "My room is in-"
"I'm home!" "Scarada." two voices were heard getting Penny's attention, "Must be mom and Meowscarada, c'mon you'll definitely enjoy their presence." Penny says as the gang follow along to see a woman with light blue hair and appeared to resemble Penny but older in a business suit and a feline Pokemon shorter than the women and has a floating flower above her. They both look to see Penny and Sprigatito and the woman goes to hug Penny.
"Pen-Pen you're back and you brought your Sprigatito with you!" the woman says embarrassing Penny, "Mom!" Penny says laughing as Penny's Sprigatito goes to the Meowscarada who picks her up to nuzzle her before preforming a magic trick with Sprigatito pulling a coin out of Sprigatito's ear impressing the small feline Pokemon.
"Who's that Pokemon?" Ash asks as he scans Meowscarada.
Meowscarada, the Magician Pokemon, a Grass/Dark type and the final evolved form of Sprigatito. Meowscarada's floating flower is actually an illusion created by its reflective cape. Its flower is actually powerful enough to send a Houndoom flying believe it or not.
"The final evolved form of Sprigatito." Ash says impressed as the woman looks to the group, "Ah, I'm sorry. My name is Niana, and this here is my partner Meowscarada."
"Scarada." Meowscarada says performing some tricks.
"I work at the gym and also happen to be a part time magician." Niana says confusing Arven, "A part-time magician?" Arven says as Niana goes to Arven's ear and pulls out a Moon Stone surprising the group (except Penny).
"A Moon Stone, there's no way that's possible!" Arven says as Niana giggles, "Everything's possible when I'm around." Niana says as they all laugh it off.
Throughout the rest of the day, Penny shows her friends around the house from the attic to her room which was in the basement and was huge is size and was a gaming and Anime paradise full of gaming consoles old and new, Anime blurays and DVD's, a Pan flag near her bed and even various beds and bowls for her Eeveelutions.
Later in the night after dinner, the gang agreed to watch a horror movie alongside Jisha, their girlfriend and Rockii and were horrified except for Ash, Pikachu (who were both oblivious) and Penny (who's seen these movies).
It was around 4:00 AM when Penny disappeared from the sleeping group and Ash heard a nearby door open, Ash decides to go check out the noise quietly. Ash sees Penny kneeling on the ground alongside her Sprigatito, Glaceon and Sylveon looking at a picture of a smiling Eevee.
"Hey Veevee, sorry I haven't been talking to you in a while. School was keeping me busy, and I was planning out my Treasure Hunt. To be honest, I thought I wasn't going to do the Treasure Hunt and just be alone, but then Ash came to my life and helped me out of that darkness even if I still go through other problems. I'm going to stop Team Star, I- I don't want them to ruin their own lives fighting for something they might lose in. Their goal is clear and understandable and yet they'll only ruin their lives if they continue on like this."
Penny looks down upon herself, but Sprigatito looks at the picture confused as Penny realizes something, "Oh, sorry. I've been so gloom and doom throughout the conversation that I didn't get to introduce Sprigatito. Ever since you were gone, I felt alone but then Ash helped me open my eyes and realize that I'm not alone in life. Ash, Nemona, Arven, my Eeveelutions and my family allowed me to be who I am as an individual and be more friendly and allowed me to encounter Sprigatito who helped me escape my loneliness. It's generic saying all that but I really do happy for the first time in a long while. I- I wish you two got to meet each other, you two would get along just fine and-" Penny kept on talking about her adventures having tears of joy streaming down her face and yet didn't seem sad at times.
Ash looked on fondly from the creaked door as Delav walks next to Ash.
"So, she's out here again?" Delav says surprising Ash, "She comes out here often?" Ash asks.
"Yeah, she made a memorial for her Eevee following her death and often comes out here once a week to talk about her adventures. She felt alone when she lost her Eevee, I did everything to cheer her up and yet, she felt alone especially during school. She was- bullied during her time at her previous school." Delav says shocking Ash.
"She was, bullied?" Ash says as Delav nodded, "After an incident where someone picked on her for her deceased partner and a fight occurred, the principal sided with the bully because he believed that Penny was the 'instigator'. We transferred her to Naranja in hopes that maybe she would be happier there, but she still feels sad at times. So, when I heard that she made some friends at Naranja, I was concerned not because I don't want her to make friends but because her last 'friends' let's just say, weren't really friend material. But after she started talking about her positive experiences with you guys and how you helped her. how she caught Sprigatito thanks to your positivity and how she was able to move on if slightly. I then realized; I could trust you to take care of my little girl." Delav says tearing up.
"Sir?"
"I'm fine young lad. I just haven't seen her so happy in a long time I want her to have fun during her Treasure Hunt with you guys. I know I joked about you being her boyfriend, but I do want you to take care of her to make her feel welcomed. I don't want her to lose herself again but instead feel happy for who she is. So, I ask you, please take care of my daughter during the adventure." Delav asks as Ash looked on before he nods.
"I'll do the best I can to make her feel welcomed." Ash says with determination as Delav smiles, "Thank you Ash, you're a good kid." Delav says as both head back to bed. Penny is seen crying and yet smiling.
"You forgot to shut the door dad, I heard everything. I'm so happy to my friends and yet, I forgot to thank them for their kindness. Even if it's been a short time and we often bicker with one another, I'm truly grateful for you all helping me feel welcomed." Penny says as her Pokemon snuggle next to her, "Sorry, Veevee, I promise you, I'll bring your ashes to Undella town as soon as I can fully move on and accomplish my goals. They say Undella town is where spirits can go around the world when let loose so promise me you'll do just that in the future." Penny says as she gets up and softly smiles before she and her Pokemon head back inside.

Again, that was a short chapter, but I hoped you enjoyed it. I know I'm not the best with descriptions, pacing or in this case, emotional stuff but I'll see you in the next one where it will be Nemona's time to shine for the Gym Challenge and battle and might be a bit simple compared to future Gym Battles but I'll try my best.
