The Three Legendary Saiyans
Chapter 83: The Simultaneous Events Elsewhere.
Meanwhile on Beerus' World.
In the deepest centre of Universe 7 sat the hourglass-shaped world belonging to The God of Destruction: Beerus, once a place of residence for the most powerful being in all of Universe 7 but now a training ground for the Mortals deemed worthy of setting foot on such hallowed ground.
Clashing on the rolling plains of the world; Goku and Vegeta clashed fists in a sparring match in which neither Saiyan were to use a Super Saiyan Form, fighting only with their base strength in a match of endurance until only one was left standing.
Sitting idly by was Broly; watching the battle whilst Cheelai sat by his side with her latest bag of stolen treasures which Beerus seemed to ignore whenever the matter involved Cheelai, Lemo stood at a grill and cooking up a feast for when the sparring match ended; the sweet smell of cooking meat and stir-fried vegetables wafting through the air.
"Lord Beerus; might be interesting to know that Raijin has vanished from this flow of time" Whis spoke up; leaving his Staff floating in the air but ignoring it entirely as the orb flashed with light as a message was being attempted to be sent, instead Whis carried a crystal orb that displayed The Time Machine hurtling down The Rivers of Time.
"Hmm? Is it the antics of that Chronoa and her Time Patrol?" Beerus muttered; taking his eyes off the beauty that was Cheelai and glancing at The Crystal Orb and spotting The Time Machine, questioning why it was being brought up.
"I believe it is, the fact that her agents chose Raijin proves where they are going" Whis chimed; keeping his voice hushed so Goku, Vegeta, Broly nor their newest friends could overhear, dropping a hint to the likely destination as Raijin was the one chosen to join in on the mission.
"In that case keep an eye on that World… I want to know exactly what happens there, a pity I cannot watch such a fight with my own eyes" Beerus spoke; instructing Whis to watch carefully for what were to transpire in an alternate timeline, expressing disappointment that he couldn't bear witness to the events himself.
"That is going to be difficult My Lord… I can't watch their every move when they are going to That Timeline without one of The Time Ring's and those have been made forbidden ever since the last incident" Whis spoke mournfully as he too wished to see Raijin's looming battle; his tone unusually concerned with that fact that he held knowledge of The Cress Timeline that that Raijin had willingly entered the alternate version of history where even Whis' ability to observe was limited without The Time Ring relics.
"Well it's intriguing to know that Raijin will face that despicable man before too long, maybe he can survive though I doubt it" Beerus spoke callously when it came to Raijin; narrowing his eyes as he too gazed down into the orb, ignoring the sparring between Goku and Vegeta as he glanced down into the crystal orb as The Time Machine entered the alternate history.
Meanwhile on Earth.
Hidden in the middle of the world's largest canyon; The Red Ribbon Army had revived and constructed a large fortress masked with stolen hologram technology, thousands of troops marching while the two Gamma's: artificial android superheroes flew in the air overlooking the troops.
Hidden amongst the troops and carrying Gohan's own daughter: Pan was Piccolo, suited up in Red Ribbon Army Uniform with a helmet and mask but he still sensed the energy signature of Future-Trunks only an hour ago while he was atop The Lookout utilising The Dragon Balls himself for a much-needed power-up if what he suspected was inside a large containment unit he'd seen at the very core of the fortress.
That feeling of Future-Trunks' presence having vanished along with that of Raijin, which was a curious matter all of its own, Piccolo grunted as Raijin would have made an excellent ally again this new incarnation of The Red Ribbon Army when he'd been largely left out in their fight against The Androids and Cell when Cooler had made landing but still contributed in the defeat of Perfect Cell.
"What's wrong Uncle Piccolo?" Pan asked upon realising that Piccolo appeared annoyed by something; her rosy cheeks dirty from the ruckus the child had had to endure while Piccolo was under disguise and Gohan was gathering allies to defeat the reborn Red Ribbon Army.
"It's nothing Pan, I just sensed a friend arriving but he left with another friend of mine" Piccolo grunted with only slight annoyance, having sensed Future-Trunks' return only for him to vanish alongside Raijin who would have been a great asset in the fight against this mysterious Cell Max.
"Is this friend going to come back?" Pan asked; not entirely sure who Piccolo was speaking of as she'd never met Future-Trunks but she knew Raijin from playdates with Bulla.
"I know he will, nothing stops Raijin when he gets serious" Piccolo grinned from behind his mask; having fought beside Raijin on many occasions and knew that The Saiyan of Namek always pulled out a victory when it mattered most and would do so again wherever he had gone to.
