Chapter 69 Shadow Master

Jin and Fei arrived at a forest, this is the Sanya Jianfeng Ridge Tropical Rainforest, it's one of the oldest ones and he saw a bit from it from his vision.

"They say this forest is beautiful."Fei said.

"Yeah."he jumps over a river with Fei doing the same."But we didn't come for sightseeing."

"I know, but it's interesting your ancestor hid one of the greatest treasures around here."Fei said.

"Yeah I can't believe it myself."He said.

They heard a sound from the trees making them stop, they looked around with Jin ready for anything, he then senses someone from above and ducks from a pounce and he then sees a woman kneeling down, she has long blue hair parted in the middle with a widows peak and wears a sleeveless orange shirt that goes down to her knees with a darker belt and blue pant plus she was bare foot.

"Not bad."She smirks.

"Who are you?"Jin said with him and Fei going into a stance.

"I'm Beingal."She gets up."I'm saw that you had the dragon arm band and wanted to know how?"

"It was granted to me."He said.

"That's impossible, master Chin would only grant it to someone that is worthy of being the next Dragon Guardian."Beingal said.

"Well lucky me, because my name is Jin Kujo."He said surprising her.

"As in Gen Kujo's descendant, I thought he died before he could have an heir."She said.

"Well Jin here is proof that didn't happen."Fei said.

"I see, so that's why, Master Chin saw that you were his descendant and granted you the chance."Beingal bows."It's a honor to meet the family of a great man."

"Oh thanks."Jin said."It seems my ancestor is more important than what I even thought."

"Didn't you ancestor warned you about the bands?"she asked.

"No, he must have kept that a secret until one of his family would be chosen."Jin said.

"I see, I am also on a journey for the resting place of the Power Bands, you see I am the chosen guardian of the tiger."Beingal said surprising them.

"But how, the Power Bands were locked away by my ancestor in a place only he knew."Jin said.

"Yes, but many new potential guardians tried to find them with no one being able to succeed, I am one of the only chosen ones, you see after the temples were destroyed by a evil warlord hungry for power Gen Kujo took it up himself to keep the Power Bands safe only leaving the Dragon one so that the next chosen one may them find them again."Beingal said.

"So that's what happened?"Fei asked.

"Who are you?"Beingal noticed Fei.

"I'm Fei Wu."She said.

Beingal blinks and then remembered."Oh, Wu Shifu's daughter."

"You know my father."She got surprised.

"Yes, I once learned from him a long time ago, I had to travel to complete the training of a guardian, but he understood since he said I was one of his greatest students."Beingal said."I can see a piece of him is with you."That made Fei smile.

"Well it's really nice meeting you Beingal but we need to go and find them."Jin said.

"Then may I join you."She offered surprising them."It would help all of us."

"Well."Jin looks at Fei who nodded."Okay."That made Beingal smile.

They walked foward together and Fei said:"How do we find the place?"

"Where from what I've seen it was a cave."Jin said.

"Of course, the visions of the arm band, you must have seen Gen's memories, but why not use the marking of the dragon?"Beingal asked.

"What?"they got confused and she giggles.

"The marking of a dragon master allows the user to also guide the user to where they wish to go."Beingal said."Didn't you know?"

"We didn't have time to learn more about it when I got it, I had to fight."He said.

"Oh I see, one of the protectors got turned evil."Beingal remembers the attack in Shanghai.

"Okay how do I do this."He thinks about it."I call upon the power of the dragon, lead us to the path of the bands."Then his chest glowed with a version of his marking go foward.

"Not a bad mystic incantation."Beingal said.

"And it worked."Fei said.

"Let's go."They went after the marking.

They walked foward through the forest before they stopped at a cave.

"This is it."He smiled and they got happy too.

"Finally, after so long the Power Bands will return."Beingal said.

"Yeah, but remember I'm looking after them."Jin said.

"I know, it's why you were chosen."Beingal said.

"Beingal."They then saw another woman with long blue hair done up in a pony tail, green eyes and tanned skin, she wears a red shirt, yellow or red belt, white pants and brown shoes.

"Ling."Beingal said.

"You know her."Jin said.

"Yes, she's a friend, but why are you here?"Beingal asked.

"I found you running here with two kids."She said.

"Kids, your barely older than me."Jin said.

"That's true since he's 16."Beingal said.

"Okay, well we need to find the power bands."Ling got shocked to see the Power Band of the dragon on Jin's arm."What?!"She goes up to him and grabbed his arm.

"Hey!"Jin said.

"How are you with the Dragon Band, I was the chosen one."Ling said.

"What is she talking about?"Fei asked.

"Ling wanted to be the next Dragon Guardian, but Chin never gave it to her."Beingal said.

"Sorry but."Jin takes his arm back."But I was the chosen one."

"Why, I was Chin's best student."Ling said.

"He didn't pick Jin because of being a student it's because of his legacy."Beingal said.

"Legacy?"She got confused.

"He's a Kujo."Beingal said shocking Ling.

"As in the former guardian's family, but all because of that."Ling got angry.

"Hey, Jin was chosen by Chin, it was his decision."Fei said.

"And you are?"Ling said.

"She's Wu Shifu's daughter."Beingal said.

"Oh, I'm sorry for what happened to your father."Ling said.

"It's alright, but you can't be mad, if you weren't chosen it was because the Power Band picked Jin like how I was chosen."She shows her miraculous.

"That thing, I thought it was sealed away for being too dangerous."Ling said.

"It seems it was found out by evil and she took it to protect it."Beingal said.

"Yes, now we must go and recover the Power Bands."Jin said and they went inside.

When the went in a explosion happened behind them and they looked to see a man that was covered in darkness, before he comes in revealing his true form, he was covered in dark clothing with a dark mask with long white hair.

"Ah, so this is where the Power Bands were hidden."he said.

"Who are you?"Jin said.

"I am the Shadow Master, once known as Dark Moth."He said.

"Wait, your Dark Moth, but that's impossible you should be dead."Jin said.

"That's right, even if Gen didn't kill you, you would be too old."Ling said.

"Maybe so, but I am no longer human, I came to recover what was mine, after my body was destroyed I lost so much of my power by will lived on taking on this new form, now with new powers I will recover the bands and turn them into shadow ones."He takes out a pole like weapon and shoots a beam of fire making the group dodge.

"Looks like we don't have a choice."Jin got up."Empower the dragon."he then transforms into the Golden Dragon.

Fei thyen activated her miraculous changing into Ladydragon.

"Ah, the Miraculous, the first one to be exact, that will also do well."Shadow Master said.

"I don't think so."She said and they charged at him.

They then punched and kick at him while he blocks they're weapons before he hits them back.

Ladydragon then changed."Xiong."She turns into a bear and charges at Shadow Master slashing with her claws but he stopped them before he pushed her back, Golden Dragon then shoots a beam of fire at him making Shadow Master clash fires with him.

"This power."Shadow Master he got angry and pushes him back."Your his descendant, Gen Kujo will pay with his own family."

"I don't think so."Golden Dragon took out his sword and send a beam of fire with it making the power even stronger and he hits the Shadow Master back.

"Can't we help?"Ling said.

"How, they're the only ones with powers."Beingal said.

"Hu!"Ladydragon turned into a tiger and pounces the Shadow Master sending him back.

He then powers up and sends a stronger beam hitting the two back and they crashed through a wall.

Golden Dragon got up and saw it was the sacred hidding place of the bands.

"Yes, they will belong to me."Shadow Master came.

Beingal and Ling attacked but he hits them away."Weaklings."

Golden Dragon takes out his Ryuki deck and said:"Maybe it will work."He points it foward making his belt appear."Henshin."He slots it in making fire cover his body.

Shadow Master looks to see Ryuki but his chest armor was now red with the clothing of the Golden Dragon above it, the arms now have black gauntlets along with black boots, and the helmet has the marking of the mask where the eyes would be with it being merged with it.

"This form, it resembles something Gen once used."Shadow Master said.

"Yeah, well your about to get hurt."He inserts a card.

NIGHTS VENT!

NiGHTS appears from a portal and attacks the Shadow Master."Glad you called."

"Yeah me too."he said and they charged at him.

"Long."Ladydragon turned into a dragon hitting Shadow Master back and then NiGHTS blasted him with a magic orb, Ryuki then charges at him and punches and kicks Shadow Master many times before blasting him back.

Then he inserts a card.

FINAL VENT!

Dragreder came and Ryuki goes into his pose before raising his hands up with his dragon charging up fire, they then fired a blast together making a giant beam of fire.

"No!"Shadow Master screams before he got consumed.

He explodes leaving a big energy of darkness come out of it.

Ladydragon changes to her human form and goes to Ryuki, the girls then went up to them.

"it seems your more than just the Golden Dragon."Beingal said.

"Yeah."Ryuki goes to the power bands and takes out the tiger."Hey this belongs to you."He passes it to her and she puts it on.

"Thank you, if you need me I'll be there to help you."Beingal said.

"Yeah, I can see why you were picked."Ling said."But you better keep it safe."

"I will."He nodded and takes all the power bands before leaving.

After that they arrived at the restaurant with the group there.

Marinette sees Jin come in and got surprised to see Beingal and Ling."Hey Jin who are they?"

"Oh these are Beingal and Ling, they're local girls I met."He said.

"Oh nice to meet you, I'm Marinette."She said.

"Yes, Jin's sister."Beingal said.

"Well we came to see if this place is a good as we heard."Ling said.

"Then come and join us."Wang came."We are having a special meal."

"Well I could eat."Beingal said and they joined them for lunch.

At night

In the cave there was a dark energy coming with the pole still there, someone came in and it was Toxic."So this is where that darkness is coming."he looks down and sees a shadow band of the dragon next to the pole, he picked it up and puts it on his arm before it glows.

"Ha ha ha, ha ha ha ha ha!"He felt the power before picking the weapon raising it up."Now with this power not even Ryuki can stop me."

Note:Jin got the Power Bands while facing the soul of the Dark Moth who Gen once faced, Beingal has the Tiger band like in the show with Ling joining the group, but now Toxic found new powers that will bring trouble in the future, Shadow Master is from the Double Dragon Cartoon series, to answer Bravenwolf maybe.
