Firework Madness in the Snowy Mountain
The Cooper Gang is driving through the old road path making its way to another place where another member of the Fiendish Five, Scorpia just started to see some snow.
"Whoa, it's snowing! Has winter already come, and Christmas!" Scorpia asked shock.
"Negative, Christmas is still months away. The reason for the snowing is because of the new environment we just enter with the different climax temperatures being colder, the high altitude, and we also have to be prepared for our breathing as well." Entrapta explained smarty that most wouldn't understand except for Bentley.
"Good we already did those breathing tests before leaving the hideout and you girls are definitely ready for the higher altitude." Bentley said looking over the data sheet of the daughters' test.
"Oh, I thought we were just playing a game." Scorpia realized.
"Test can also be fun on certain occasions like us going to beat up some bad guys." Murry pointed out.
"We also came prepare for our winter clothing for the trip." Entrapta added wearing a slight thick purple winter jacket with matching pants, black boots and gloves.
"Glad they don't have to be too big and tight otherwise things would have been silly-hard for us to make the heist." Catra joked a little.
"We are thieves. We need to be in top shape and at our best if we want to get the jump on our next target." Sly said opening the case file and Catra leans onto her adopted dad.
"Hey Entrapta, how about we see which of these snow piles look like something like? Like watching the clouds, only with snow on the ground." Scorpia suggested a fun game.
"Oh, I'll join too!" Murry volunteered already trying to see the pile while keeping his eyes forward for the driving.
Sly: While making our way to our next destination, we got reading on our next target: The Panda King.
The Panda King is a large, male giant panda who casually wears flame-striped, red pants and a blue sash around his waist.
Sly: Born penniless, he was fascinated by the fireworks rich noblemen set off every New Year. He spent a decade learning the art.
A picture of shown the Panda King in his young days watching the fireworks in the sky going off so bright and beautiful, another picture of the young Panda King in a workshop like room trying to create his own fireworks and seems to be very focused on the task as well.
Catra: From the looks of these pictures. The white and black guy must've really made some awesome ones, too bad those idiot noblemen didn't think like that when all they saw was a poor guy in shabby clothes and mocking him for that.
Two picture shows the Panda King trying to offer his fireworks to the noble and even demonstrating his hard work, but none of them would take him up and chase him away because of his poor clothing which upsets the Panda King very much.
Sly: Having his hard work humiliated, he used his fireworks for revenge on those who shun him and for other crimes later on. The Fiendish Five recruited him as their demolition expert. And from then on, his explosive touch became fearsome worldwide.
A fierce picture shows the Panda King standing in a martial art stance with one firework rocket in his hand and his other hand open outward, behind him is a hole in the wall with big bags of money piled next to him.
Catra: I always wanted to see what fireworks are like on special holidays and hope to see them with everyone, but now I want to stop those fireworks from being launch by that not adorable panda.
Sly: He's rumored to be perfecting some new firework technique high in the unstable Kunlun Mountains of western China.
The Cooper Van makes riding on a road path that almost looks like the Great Wall of China, but on a smaller scale then park the van at the entrance that should lead to where the Panda King's hideout is located as the two main thieves jump out.
"Okay, time to do some scouting." Sly said to Catra as she nods in respond.
Sly and Catra sneak through the path by hiding behind some trees though not much sneaking around as there are only three guards on duty, doing the old hide and strike while making their way to one point of their path.
"Wait, what's that?" Catra pointed at light that seems to be high on the mountain.
They took out their binocucoms to see that little light that Catra saw, and it appears to be a firework that has just been sent off.
"Would you look at that, a firework show!" Bentley excited, thinking there must be a party or something going on.
However, the firework that was launch is not for partying as it hits the top of a mountain cliffside causing all the snow that were piled up there and falls right onto top of a village, this makes the gang shocked of fear when the firework was just used for something terrible as this.
"Holy Pile of Freezing Hydrogen!" Entrapta gasped.
"That poor village just got buried in freezing snow!" Bentley added worry for the people down there.
"Do you think anyone survive?" Catra asked.
"I don't know, the chances of that would be incredibly low." Entrapta stated.
"The rocket came from that giant statue, and you can bet the Panda King lit the fuse. We got to find our way up there fast before that lunatic squash another town." Sly said looking mad.
"Maybe we'll give him a taste of his own medicine." Catra narrowed her eyes in anger.
The two thieves continue forward and in a faster pace after seeing the destruction the King Panda just caused, though they had to move slow when going on the very thin and narrow path, then saw their path seem to have ended with a gate up.
"Now what?" Sly asked.
"Maybe we can use that." Catra pointed at a firework rocket.
Luckily, Sly knows how to lit up a fuse even in the snow as he made fast work on the fuse and the firework launch is launch at the gate causing it to fall to make a bridge for them to walk across.
They now found themselves in a small town-like operation and one gap seeing another gate-bridge they will need to make it work for them, took out one guard and sneak onto the ledge of a building carefully not to be caught in the security lights until they got to the top.
"Let how they like being blown up." Catra said lighting up the fuses the same way and send those rockets at the guards knocking them down.
"Good work." Sly smiled at his daughter.
He sees two more fireworks here and decided to use one for the bridge, and the other seem to have come back to blast a hole to the lower floor. They make their way to one security gate that is locked up tight.
"You can't get through the security gate without one of the Panda King's treasure keys. There's one over there, but it's heavily guarded." Bentley warned as they spotted the treasure key and the guards.
"Dad, I think this a good chance to try out the invisibility move from Slytunkhamen." Catra stated.
"Huh, I think you're right. Let give it a shot." Sly nodded.
Sly and Catra quickly hide behind a couple of trees then closes their eyes, concentrating as they remember how to perform the invisibility move for a moment until their bodies became invisible just in time when a guard came by and saw nothing.
Catra couldn't believe that actually worked which is awesome, but the move would only work if they stay still, she would have to cheer about this later as she and Sly make their way to the treasure key and picking up some clue bottles too. They also found a page that contains Bruce O'Cooper'S Computering Hacking technique.
"Oh, this page can definitely help me and father." Entrapta intrigued.
The two Coopers now found their way at the foot of the Panda King's hideout and spotted the giant statue that is up ahead.
"Excellent, you both found your way into the compound, and we found a way to get you two up the top of the statue." Entrapta informed.
"But unfortunately, it's obstructed by reinforced ceiling hatch.
"No problem, they seem to have plenty of firepower around here." Sly said seeing the five fireworks here.
"And from the looks of the locks, we'll just need two more treasure keys." Catra grinned.
Catra moves on ahead with Sly quickly following to find more treasure keys, even going through some crazy security systems until they got to the second floor of a building then slide down a line holding some Chinese lanterns. Of course, they had to beat up a few guards along the way which wasn't trouble for them and found out the tower have lots of gunpowder along with a vault, the new page of Mathhew de la Cooper's Perpetual Slow Motion technique, an advance version of the other slow-motion technique.
"So, we just got jump and avoid the lasers of death to get to the next key. Should be simple." Catra shrugged.
"Just remember if you touch those lasers, the alarms will go off and we're done for." Sly said.
"Then this should be good for me since I'm smaller and more agile." Catra said before jumping down.
Catra manage to avoid the lasers even when her hair was just half an inch close to being touch, she still got through and landed right on top of the treasure key, she hooks it up in a victory pose.
"Hey Sly, it's Murry. Do you read me?" Murray called on their communication.
"What's up, Murry?" Sly asked.
"Scorpia spotted another treasure and thought we should go get it, but I think we're gonna need some firepower backup like back in America." Murry explained.
"Okay, we're on our way." Sly nodded.
(With Murry Scorpia)
Murry and Scorpia are waiting together at the start of their mission to get that treasure key, they just need Sly and Catra's help to keep any minions away from them during the run.
"Murry, Sy and Catra have just arrived. Time to begin the mission." Bentley informed.
"Alright, time for the Running of the Treasure Key!" Murray declared.
"They're gonna get a full sting from me." Scorpia smiled.
"Let's go!" Murray shouted as he charges in.
The routine went as similar when in Muggshot's territory only this time they are some fireworks Sly and Catra needs to light up for them to make it further, but that is okay because those two have gone pretty far. Murray even to throw a couple of punches of his own while Scropira stung some goons with her sting, causing them to be paralyzes for a long while.
"Oh no, more guards!" Scorpia gasped as the guards started to come out to strike at the intruders.
"Don't worry, we got your back!" Catra assured as she and Sly blasts the guards away.
One came close to tackling Murry and Scorpia, but the scorpia girl stung the guard on the neck and Murry punch him away. With no more guards in their way, the treasure was rape for the taking and they quickly made up with Sly and Catra handing them the treasure key.
"All that running sure made me feel hungry, time for a well-deserve food break." Murry suggested.
"Right you are, dad!" Scorpia smiled and the two make their way back to the van.
Sly and Catra return to the spot of a roof where the firework rockets are though Catra thought of another idea.
"Hey dad, why don't we go and check out that area first. Maybe there is something worth stealing." Catra suggested.
"I think you might be onto something." Sly smirked.
The two Coopers enter a path that led them to what appears to be a giant temple.
"For a firework nutcase, the guy sure know how to pick a place to look at peace." Catra commented.
"According to the database, this temple is actually a training faculty for the Panda King's enforcers and fights. Do be careful." Entrapa warned.
"So, a fighting temple. Got it." Catra nodded.
Catra and Sly made their way through a snowy path until they entered inside a building where they see red monkeys doing their combat training with nun-chucks, but they are surprise the most if that these red monkeys don't seem to pay attention to their entrance.
"Damn, just focus can you be to not notice anything?" Catra asked shock.
"Love the fighting, that they do." Sly said in the phrase of a fictional character from a sci-fi movie.
Catra and Sly make their way through the training temple to continue on with the search for something valuable for them to steal and were surprised of using fireworks as a makeshift elevator to go higher than make their way for another treasure key.
They also found a vault that contains the blueprints for the Panda King's lair.
"Do you think the fox lady will be happy if she were to have this blueprint?" Catra asked.
"I'm sure she more than happy to use these as evidence to put the Panda King away and maybe use the fireworks for fun as they were meant to." Sly believed.
They snatch the treasure key and make their way back to the rooftop with the hole they made to get inside, they jump down and made their way outside again on a lower level and two really big firework rockets locked away by seven locks.
"Hey Uncle Bentley, Entrapta, can we use those rockets to get up to the Panda King?" Catra asked.
"We already calculated the trajectory of these rockets and… we're 99% sure you two will be able to tide them all the way to the top of that statue before they explode." Bentley explained.
"What about that other one percent?" Sly asked.
"There is the colorful explosion that you two would no doubt experience very close." Entrapta answered.
"Good to know." Catra grinned.
"Now, to unlock these rockets, you're gonna need all seven of the Panda King's treasure keys." Bentley informed.
"Right on, we're steal them in no time." Sly nodded.
Sly and Catra make their way to find four more treasure keys, then they stumble upon an interesting vehicle with a blaster in the front.
"Oh, that one looks really fun!" Catra smirked.
"Fun enough for us to jump on." Sly smirked as well and they both jumped on the blaster-scouter.
They started making their way through the firework production factory where they blasted some guards away and heard the Panda King's voice over the speakers, telling the guards and minions about the thieving intruders and calling them valuable employees.
"Huh, it looks like the Panda King treats his guys better than the others we fought." Catra noticed.
The blasting ride came to an end when Sly and Catra finally reach the end where they found their fifth treasure key, then they just got word about Murry entering a race against a pack of monkeys.
(With Murry and Scorpia)
"Hey Murrya, how'd you got into this race?" Sly asked.
"We just wanted some ice-cream and then a pack of monkeys challenge me to a race and the winner gets a treasure key." Murry explained.
"Well, you better put the petal to the metal for this, Uncle Murry." Catra said.
"As if I lose to a pack of monkeys." Murry grinned.
True to Murry's words, the race is a piece of cake for Murry even though the monkeys were trying to make things harder for him and crashing onto the van, but he still pulls through in the end and got the sixth treasure key.
After getting the key from Murry, they make their way another area to find the last treasure key only to meet one more obstacle.
"You two, freeze!" Carmelita shouted, pointing her shock pistol at them.
"How can I freeze when my heart warms at the very sight of you." Sly flirted.
"Dad! Don't do that when I'm around." Catra grossed from the flirting.
"Shut it, ringtail. I don't know what you're doing in China, but I'm sure it can't be good for whoever owns this place." Carmelita said.
"This is the Panda King's lair, he's been using his fireworks for evil and forcing people to pay him or else he will set them ablaze. Literally." Catra explained.
"And how do we know you're not lying?" Adora asked, peeking out from Carmelita's back.
"Adora? What are you doing here?" Catra asked as she and Sly are surprised.
"I told my aunty about you and found out who you really are. We had a reasonable talk to allow me to tag along." Adora explained.
"She begged me to take her." Carmelita revealed.
"Look, before you two starts talking about us being criminals and all. Why don't you take this?" Catra tossed the blueprints to Carmelita as she caught it.
"What is this?" Carmelita asked.
"It's the blueprints to all of the Panda King's operations, the use of his fireworks and involving the crimes. You can use those to arrest Panda King." Catra explained.
"Why are you giving me these?" Carmelita asked.
"Because I know you're a really good person and I want to help even though we're on opposite sides of the law. I hope that will let us go, we have plans on taking down the Panda King." Catra said with a strong determination in her eyes.
Carmelita saw this being very surprise to see someone so young to have such a strong spirit can feel every word is true.
"Alright, go. Before I shoot you both." Carmelita said surprising Adora and the thieves.
"Thank you, mom! You don't regret this!" Catra thanked and hurry along.
"It looks like Catra have really grown on you, like your niece." Sly commented before following his daughter.
"Why'd you let them go, Aunt Carmelita?" Adora asked.
"I saw strength in her eyes, almost like yours. So, I decided to give them a chance to prove themselves and if not, then I'll arrest them like I planned.
"Well, they better or else they'll face your foxy justice!" Adora cheered.
"I am really going to have a word with that cadet once we get back to Paris." Carmelita sighed.
Catra and Sly found anther page explaining about Huckleberry Cooper advance version of the invisibility technique that allows them to become invisible while moving instead of staying still, now it's off to the Panda King.

Bet you weren't expecting Adora to tag long with Carmelita Fox to China though no chasing scene because Catra was able to convince them to let go, and soon the two Coopers will face off against the master explosive Panda King.
