saudade (n.) a nostalgic longing to be near again to something or someone that is distant, or that has been loved and then lost; "the love that remains."

Miku lifted her face, looking up at the starry night sky—a view she rarely saw, although it could be obtained from the rooftop of her apartment, which is seven floors away. The one who suggested this idea was her assistant, the owner of blue hair who is sitting next to her. They both leaned on the long wooden bench.

"Thank you, Kaito." That word made Kaito turn to his idol, "for what?" he replied.

"You were a wonderful experience," Miku answered, still looking up at the stars. "You were... everything." Kaito instantly replied without giving pause, making Miku switch to staring at Kaito with dilated eyes. Their pupils twitched, trying to catch each other's reflected images. After that, they giggled together.

Kaito's blissful face slowly disappeared, as it evaporated into the sky which now sheds its tears heavily. The stars didn't shine, as if respecting the turquoise-blue-haired girl who was hugging the gravestone engraved with the name "Shion Kaito". Miku was no longer crying; her tears were dry. The water that decorated her face was only raindrops, until a black umbrella blocked the contact.

A young man with pink hair was the one holding the umbrella. He looked at Miku with a somber gaze. "How long are you going to stay like this?"

Miku didn't move an inch. Her expression was blank. Her beautiful hair was messed up. Her black dress looked shabby and full of dust. Her mouth opened, she spoke stutteringly, "he is my everything."
