Spectre's POV
Spectre, Waller and Finnick all headed towards the front door. The latter two hid on the sides while Spectre stood in front of it. He held both of his paws in his pockets then pulled out one and threw his phone towards the wolf. "When it goes boom, play a song." Waller stared at the fox with a quizzical face. "Just do it, any song." Waller and Finnick looked at each other before both shrugged. Spectre knocked on the door, while shouting "Knock knock." and smiled his trademark 'business' grin. An otter opened a small slit in the middle of the door. "Open sesame."
"What are you doing here?"
"Quite brave for someone who is hiding behind a fragile door." Spectre leaned in towards the little slit. "So be a good little otter and open the door for me. Wanna talk to the Boardozer."
"Gotta ask the boss."
"Well, I tried the gentle route." Spectre slid his paw through the slit and grabbed the back of the otter's head. He slammed it against the edge then asked again. "Can you open the door?"
"Y-yeah, I can."
"Now wasn't that much easier." The door swung open slowly while Spectre held the poor otter's head. Spectre held the door with his foot then slammed the otter's head one more time against the door, this time knocking him out. "So much for a warm welcome." He quipped, while walking through the open door. He then looked at the unconscious otter and kissed his teeth. "How would you punish sleeping on the job?" That was clearly directed towards Finnick.
And thus the fennec responded, "Depends how bad it is and if he was beaten or just fell asleep."
"Anyways, he won't be any trouble so we can just-" Spectre started to move the body by picking it up and chucking it to the side. "-move it out of the way." Waller slid past and aimed his rifle left then right, making sure it was clear. Spectre noticed this and chuckled. "Hey Rambo, targets are that way." He pointed in the direction they were going to be heading. He then stood up and lead the small group. "So, do you think any of us will die?"
Both blinked rapidly at that while still trying to preserve some caution. In contrast to their careful and cautious method was Spectre, who held his paws in his pockets and strolled extremely carelessly with a wide smile on his muzzle. "Why are you smiling?" Finnick asked eventually after seeing it was still quiet.
"Because, I know what's about to happen. Remember what I said at the entrance when giving you my phone?"
"Yeah, but you didn't give any signal yet."
"Okay, okay fair point. But be ready for it." Spectre stopped by a door then held up his paw. "I go you two stay for a second."
"No I'm going as well." Finnick declared as if he could make demands. 'Not here, this is my domain now.'
"Trust me, ya don't wanna go." He smiled even wider somehow while licking his teeth. As he said that, he heard Finnick was about to respond but he darted off. The two wanted to keep up but the fox's speed was incredible and unexpected. The biggest issue was that Finnick was too small to keep up, his stubby legs wouldn't be able to keep up with the speed that Spectre had.
"Well, he better be sure about what he does."
"Sir, I hope he is."
Spectre turned the corner by using his claws to grip the wall. His paw cut through the weak wall and slipped, causing him to have to claw the hard floor. "Ow." He muttered to himself as his paw struck the ground. Around the corner, he saw a whole group of mammal just standing there. They all turned to look at the fox that just appeared at lightning speeds. "Hey everyone." He shouts with pride. "Lets start this with a bang." As he said that, he threw his paw behind him and then threw out a green sphere with a small block that seemed to be stuck on it. The sphere bounced around near the gaggle of different mammals. They all then looked at the fox, who spun a small ring around one of his fingers. "That's gonna blow." He states while pointing at a barrel of fuel. "Why you keep that there, I will never understand." He then turned and left as quick as he came.
On the way back, he noticed the two mammals that followed him in, starting to move to his position. "Hit the floor!" He shouted, while diving onto his stomach. Just then a massive explosion went off, and a massive ball of fire headed towards them. Luckily, they were just far away to not be affected by the blast. "Whoo, who's bringing the marshmallows because I'm bringing the fire."
"What the fuck was that?" Waller yelled out.
"That was a 10-15 second priming fragmentation grenade hitting a barrel filled with fuel. And I knew it would be there because the garage is not too far away and it is usually full, so they keep spares here." He laughed as he stood up.
"How is this funny? Every mammal in this building knows we are here."
"Exactly. That was the plan. We are the frontal force, where everyone is attacking us. Now, play some good tracks."
Waller stared confused for a second before he realised what was going on. He then pulled out the suited fox's phone and scrolled for a song.
"Anytime now, there's a whole group coming. Literally through the fire and flames. Ooh that would be a good song."
"Fuck it, this one then." Waller selected a song and it started to play through a couple speakers that were built into Spectre's suit.
"Its practically weightless, I'm not dragged down by it, don't wo-" Then a few piano chords started to play. "You chose, of all the songs, Mr. Blue Sky? That was voted happiest song of all time at one point." Waller shrugged. "Fine we will use this." He then ran towards the group of different mammals that were running towards them.
The mammals had different weapons, from knives to swords to hammers to guns. But Spectre didn't care, he was now in his element, the music, the danger, the fighting. 'Think this will finally kill you?''Nick, now isn't the time, besides don't you want to see her again?''Just keep us alive.' Spectre smiled then as he saw the gun wielding mammals brought their guns up and prepared to shoot. He hoped that they would do that. From behind him, bullets whizzed and he knew that it was Waller and Finnick helping out as best as they can. As he got a few steps closer, he pulled out a chain from his back 'pocket'. The chain extended then shown the two ends that had a weight and a sickle on either side. Spectre swung it in a horizontal motion, slicing through a few mammals but not killing anyone. He used this to get even closer. As the blade finished its arch, Spectre rolled forwards and stopped just in front of a deer with a knife. "I thought prey were passive." He saw the knife being brought down and so dragged the chain back towards him, moved left and threw the sickle upwards into the deer's muzzle. Spectre then quickly pulled the blade out forcefully, ripping the deer's jaw out. 'Nice.' He chucked the chain down now as he had no use for it anymore; he was too close to his enemies. A jaguar ran up to him and swung his sword. The fox redirected the sword by grabbing the wrist and swinging his entire body round. This caused the sword to be lodged into the chest of a panther. He then twisted the arm to twist the blade, causing agonising pain to the already breathless mammal. He then punched into the elbow to break the arm of the jaguar. He turned to the panther, "I know, breathtaking action."
He then grabbed the knife in the belt of the jaguar and slit his throat. He turned his attention to the others that were still around him. He pulled the sword out of the panther's chest. "Lets cut to the chase." Then three swordsmammals ran towards him and all tried to swing at a different angle so at least one cuts the annoying fox. Spectre grinned, swung his sword and jumped back to avoid any of the slashes. His own slash caught the stomach of a smaller sized boar, letting all his innards slide out of his body. The other two swordsmammals didn't know how to react to this action but instead headed towards him and continued their assault. During this time, a wolf pointed his pistol at the fox while the others started shooting at the two hiding behind a corner. Spectre noticed this and pulled out 'Foxtrot'. He pulled the trigger and the bullet pierced the eye and lodged itself into the wolf's brain. As he shot, he was also parrying as his opponents were still swinging. 'Just another day in the life of a warrior.' He thought while seeing all the chaos unfold. The thought caused the fox to chuckle, as he stopped both swords simultaneously. When the three swords were interlocking above the three mammals, the two opposing mammals looked slightly scared. Just then, a goat was approaching to hit the seemingly occupied fox. He saw this, kicked the left sword-bearer, forcing him to stumble backwards, brought the sword slightly upwards and then brought it down and around. This move caused the goat to stop and the last sword-bearer to be cut down. Blood trickled down the fur of the mammal slightly as a huge. Spectre then looked at the goat and fired his pistol three times. The goat sputtered as the bullets pierced his stomach. Just then, the mammal that was kicked returned to fight but was swiftly met by the claws that Spectre possessed going into his stomach. Spectre pushed the paw further in as the mammal winced in pain. He kept pushing until his paw entered the body fully and he then pushed his paw upwards and gripped the beating heart that resided within. "You won't be needing this, trust me." Spectre smiled. When he said that, he pulled his arm back out, dragging the lifeless heart out into the open air. As it was revealed and all mammals looked at it, Spectre crushed it within his clenched fist.
'That was barbaric, how could you do that?' 'Nick, I remember you saying that I should try to not get myself killed or at least you insinuated it.' 'But not like that, I don't know what to say there.' 'Don't say anything, that is fine.' Everyone froze as the fox, covered in blood now, surveyed the area, looking for who was brave enough to fight him now.
No-one wanted to challenge the bloody fox. "Fine, if Mohammed won't come to the mountain then bring the mountain to Mohammed." He walked quickly towards the group and then pounced onto the closer mammal. It was a raccoon and the poor raccoon had no chance as he had his back turned. The two collapsed to the floor and Spectre started ripping the raccoon to pieces. The action caused blood to spray all over the area. Spectre laughed as his claws cut through the flesh of his victim. He then looked up to see that everyone left. "Hey, its clear, we can move ahead." He picked up his kasuri-gama and hid it under his blood soaked blazer.
"Y-you did that?" Finnick stuttered out.
"Yeah, not my finest art honestly." The short fox and the wolf looked at each other in a slight panic. "But don't worry I'm not planning to do this to either of you." 'yet.' Spectre reloaded his foxtrot and then looked around to see which way to go. He then pointed in a certain direction, "This way."
"How do you know where to go?"
"I thought it was obvious that I was here before. I had a few jobs here and there. Some of those included being from the Boardozer and so I had to travel around here." He then ran onwards. "Now lets move before this high starts to be a crash."
"He is quite enthusiastic sir. Do you think we can still trust him?"
"I told you privately my thoughts."
"Yes sir, I remember them."
"Good."
Spectre then crashed into a room filled with two bears and a hippo. "So this is the fat place." He stated casually, disdaining the danger he was in. "So who wants a piece of this?" The three stood up simultaneously and charged at the fox. The biggest issue for Spectre was also his greatest advantage, their size. They were extremely strong and endurant but also slow and easy to hit. Also due to their size only one could attack them at a time. Spectre put his hand behind his back and felt a second grenade. "How about a game of hot potato?" He pulled the pin and then pulled the grenade out, throwing it perfectly to slip into the more distant bear's shirt. The bear started to panic as he fumbled trying to get the grenade out. It was a fruitless effort as the grenade detonated and the bear was now everywhere in the room.
Chunks of flesh was littered around the room as the two larger mammals tried to still attack the smaller fox. The hippo arrived first and tried to hit the fox by slamming the floor in front of him, where the fox stood. Spectre slipped to the right then pulled out his knife and cut the hippo's left leg. The hippo fell onto his left side, letting the showman attack the head. Spectre jammed his knife into the throat of the hippo and smiled. As the hippo fell to the floor, spectre commented as he always does, "Cut yourself shaving? Gotta be careful with those razors I tell ya." The hippo just gripped his throat tightly, praying quietly that he doesn't die.
"So it's only you left."
The grizzly bear responded. "Yeah, and I won't fall so easily."
Spectre smiled, "I hoped that would be the case. I would hate to defeat everyone so" He then clicked a few times as he pretended to think. "Effortlessly and easily. It's just not fun, you know?"
Spectre started to sing along to the song that was playing out of his speakers. It was reaching its end and Spectre wanted to let it go out with a bang. Metaphorically not literally. The two stared at each other for a few seconds before Spectre launched himself towards the bear. As he was running, he looked around to see what was lying about. On the floor was a thin pipe that was just long enough to use. During his run, he slid and picked it up. At the end of the slide, he stood up almost flawlessly and then jumped to the side, using that momentum to carry him through the air. He wanted to make the bear have to struggle to hit him. It was a simple yet effective strategy. Spectre ended up behind the bear and used his pipe to strike at the back of the knee joint. This had little effect on the bear as he resisted the attack then spun around as best as he could. "My turn to attack you."
"Three words too much." The bear threw a right jab, which the fox avoided narrowly, then threw a left jab. Spectre dodged both punches and then used the opening to strike under the armpit. The attack was unsuccessful as the arm didn't go limp. "Damn you are a big mammal."
"For you."
Spectre rolled backwards to get out of range of any attacks. That was when he heard two doors swing open. He turned around to see two foxes walk through, both carrying a rifle. "Aw shit, that's the Spectral Showman."
Luckily, the bear turned around as well, to see spectre's comrades. Spectre realised this and then stabbed through the back with the pipe he had. The pipe travelled through the chest cleanly. "So who's next?"
The two foxes looked around the room and slowly backed away. The both had a nervous smile as the hoped that they would be spared. One even threw his gun onto the floor. The other just let it go and let it sling on his neck. Spectre didn't care, he just walked towards the two at a faster pace than they were leaving. "Come on, we are all canids, we can talk this out."
"We c-can?" One of the foxes asked, while staring at the blood covered suited fox.
"Of course." Spectre answered, while putting his paws on their shoulders. Just as the song ended he grabbed both of their heads and then bashed them against each other's. "Good talk."
Finnick and Waller enter the room, both disturbed slightly by the sight that was waiting for them. "How do you fill the room with blood and guts? Holy shit."
"Just a little boom." He threw his final grenade but with a pin. "I have one more as you can tell." Waller catches the grenade then panics, throwing it back towards Spectre. Spectre catches it and pockets it again. "Thanks for giving it back."
Waller sighed as he realised that it was safe. Finnick made no noise and just glared at the larger fox, dripping fresh blood. "Lets keep moving."
"Yes sir."
"Hey, its my show not yours." Spectre then turned towards the wolf beside him. "Could you turn on another song?" Waller nodded and quickly scrolled through Spectre's phone. He then raised his thumb up to show he had one. "Alright lets go." Finnick frowned. "Aww, shorty turn that frown upside down. No really, its like the only visible part to your body." Just then, a group of well armed tigers ran in. They all started to shoot at the group of three. All of them jumped out of the way. They all looked at each other while in cover. Spectre noticed that Finnick was bleeding. "Shit, he's injured. Cover him, I'll deal with the 'special operatives'." He grinned. Spectre pulled out both of his pistols then stood up from behind his cover. He waited for a short break in the firing, assuming it was them reloading. 'Three... two … one.' As he reached one, he stood up and fired his pistols into the heads of those he saw first. This grabbed the attention of all of them. All the tigers turned to the fox and aimed their weapons in that direction. "Oh, fuck." Spectre then ducked down and landed on something. "Right." He turned to the duo on the other side of the room. He pulled out his grenade and then counted down by mouthing. As he mouthed 'fire in the hole', he threw the final grenade and waited for the blast.
*Boom*
As the explosion happened, Waller stood up and swung his rifle around to ensure no-one was left. A few seconds later, Spectre stood up and shot every body he saw on the floor just in case. Now no mammal in that room was left without a hole in their head. "Ight, its clear, lets go. Take him and I'll take point." He walked towards the door.
"You are merciless, you know?"
"I beg to differ. I'm more sadistic than merciless. I find comfort in these actions." He joked casually. 'What on earth are you talking about, 'comfort in these actions' that is psychotic.' 'Then you are psychotic as well, we share the same thoughts after all.' 'No we don't Spectre, we really don't.' 'Wanna take control then Nick?' 'No, you know I can't do that.' 'Your loss.' Waller was clearly uncomfortable but Finnick was indifferent. All three of them continued walking into a corridor. "There will be a few more, ahem, obstacles. But we don't have very far anymore."
"How are we still alive?"
"Because you listened to me and let me go first." Spectre smiled. Spectre reloaded his pistols as they continued moving. "Wait." He then pointed to a door on his right. "Trust me" They opened the door and inside was "The security office. This is the secondary place, affects everywhere but the panic room."
"Wait, this was here the entire time?"
"Yes. Now let me make a call, I know someone." Spectre takes his phone from Waller and disconnects it from the speakers in his suit. He then selected a contact from his list. "Cover the door just in case, we could have company." The two nodded and headed for the door. "Hey, Honey, you still working on tech?"
"What do you want Spectre?"
"So I need someone or something that can hack into this terminal that is in front of me. You should be able to hack it remotely from an established connection from one of the phones near me."
"Why not your phone?"
"You know my phone has such protection that even you can't access the most surface level apps on my phone."
"Okay, I'm doing something right now, but Jam's got this one covered. Is that okay?"
"I said someone not you. As long as he gets the job the done."
"Hey, Jam! You got a task. Get it done, it's top priority."
"Aww, top priority, thanks, I'm honoured."
"Nah, I just trust you to pay me back later."
"Well, ya got me there. I'll pay you back in a week, got a few things to clean up."
"Yeah, yeah, I know better than to ask ya what it is so just give him five minutes."
"Cool, I'll see ya later."
"Bye."
"Okay boys, five minutes to wait until all services are down, also one of your phones are gonna be used as a relay."
"Why not your phone?"
"They can't hack it or gain access to it even if I let them. Just too secure basically."
The two stared at him with doubt plastered all over their faces. Just then they heard a few shuffles from just behind the door. "We can't let them in." Finnick stepped back a bit as he gripped the wound on his arm. Just then he realised something.
"Hey, I'm bleeding so they could follow the blood trail I left to here."
Just like that the other two raised their weapons and aimed them at the door. "So what are your two pistols you are using?"
"Ah, Foxtrot and Encore. A Desert Eagle and an M1911 both customised and suppressed. Desert eagle has FMJs to penetrate more. I'd say stay out of the way of it."
"Yeah, I wasn't planning on standing in front of it."
"Mmm, it would act as a very good hole puncher."
"I'd assume so."
The three barrels were trained on the door, waiting for any mammal to enter. And suddenly, two mammals entered, with little to no protection, not expecting anyone to be there.
"I told you she looked good." Then the two turned to the inside of the room. "Hehe, we're all friends here, right?"
"What are you two doing here?"
"We work in this area. We work security systems." Waller and Spectre looked at each other and smiled at the coincidence that has occurred.
"Well, you are now on a longer break, if you value your life."
The two mammals looked at each other and nodded. "Yeah, we can have a longer break. Hell, we can even consider a change in employment depending on the circumstances."
Then Finnick spoke up, "What do you mean by that? Do you not have loyalty to the Boardozer?"
"Not really, he made it abundantly clear he sees us as worthless."
Finnick clearly didn't understand that sentiment but Spectre and Waller both understood what was being said. Waller whispered quietly to Spectre so Finnick couldn't hear, "So what will we do?"
"Silver is a mammals mammal so he would be able to let these two feel comfortable and cared for."
"And how would we make sure Silver is in charge of this area."
"We use facts and logic. Shorty over there can't control so much on his own so he would send a subordinate to control this area. Silver is his most trusted subordinate. And you are Silver's most trusted subordinate. So you will be his right paw mammal. Trust me on this."
"I guess but my loyalty still stands with the boss."
"Really, shorty? But-" 'Let me take care of this' 'Fine, good luck Nick.' "Hey, you two, you will be glad to know there will be a change in employment. And they will see a suitable role for you that you deserve and treat you appropriately." The two smiled.
"That's great to hear, my name is Fenton and his is Jonathan. He's mute but he is my better half."
"Well, then in that case I will pass that crucial information along and make sure you two are kept together." The two smiled. Nick turned to Waller, "Back to what we were saying, listen, Finnick may be your boss but who really tells you what to do? Who truly has your best interest in mind? Who understands you? You think Scrooge Mcmiser here understands you? No, he only cares about lining his pocket, that's why he dipped his toe in every market. But you, you have so much potential, I see it. You are the best soldier here for a reason, and it isn't because of him. It's because of you and the one mammal who cared. Trust me stick with Silver and you won't fail. He trusts you like no-one else."
"I don't know about leaving-"
"Finnick only sees you as a statistic, trust me, he doesn't even know your name, Harry. Yeah, I know everyone. No, really ask him. Then ask Silver later."
Waller turned to Finnick, "Sir, I have a strange request."
"What is it?" Finnick responded, looking questioningly at the bloody fox beside him.
"Could you state my name? My actual name." The wolf looked a bit embarrassed at that moment but didn't do anything to ruin the moment.
Finnick stared blankly and his mind went completely blank. He opened his mouth but nothing came out. "That's your boss." Nick whispered delicately, "Next check Silver. After all, they should both know your legal name as your higher ups." A few seconds passed and Waller started to look a little disheartened at the lack of an answer from his boss.
"Hey, bloody suit, sorry don't know your name. We may have something you may want." Fenton stated, already showing that he is useful. "We have a map of the area with all the keycodes written down. However, this door," He pointed on the map to the door to the panic room, "can only be opened by a handful of mammals and the only two outside of that room that can open it are the head scientist and the right paw mammal."
"As in they only know the code or something else?"
"Retinal scan. Only certain pupils are accepted. You need to be pretty special to be able to open it. Those two are pretty special."
"Thank you for this information, do you think you could tell us where we could find either one of them?"
"Head to the main laboratory, both of them should be there. Head scientist for obvious reasons and right paw because of you three."
"I didn't know I already had some fans waiting for me. Guess I need to meet them."
"Wait," Nick turned back towards Fenton, "He's dangerous, I don't know if you guys could handle them, especially since those two are both brothers and although they are otters they are dangerous when armed. At least one of them are. The right hand paw always travels with his bodyguard rhino, who has heavy armour."
"Thank you Fenton Rangerson, by the way, you can call me Spectre." Nick smiled but the smile was hollow as he felt sick saying that was his name. 'So you said it.' "You know why I said it." he muttered aggressively under his breath.
"What was that?"
"What, oh that was nothing." Nick smiled encouragingly. "Just worry about living."
Then Finnick stood up. "How can we trust them? They could be lying to us."
Nick and Waller looked at each other briefly then turned back to the shorter fox.
"We can trust 'em."
"They can be trusted, sir."
Finnick looked at the two with disbelief. He leaned in and wiped his ears, thinking he misheard both of them. He thought about what was said for a few seconds before formulating the question, "What?" The two just repeated themselves. "That is why neither of you are in charge."
"Ok leader, what now?" Finnick looked at the fox and if looks could kill, it would've probably been the only way Spectre was found dead. Spectre looked back smug as ever, and honestly it probably acted as a shield to the death stare he was given. Neither would move to let the other win.
The continued like this until Waller stepped in. "Both of you grow up, we need to get going."
"Fine, lets go."
"What about us?"
"Just don't do anything you wouldn't do normally." Spectre answered. The two nodded and then leaned back on their chairs. "Okay, lets go."
"Okay, the fastest way to get to the main laboratory is through there. Now, do both of you remember what these guys specialise in? What their market is?"
"Sex trafficking, no?"
"Yeah, that's the 'storage' room." He looked a little displeased when he said that. "There are other things you can do so I'd say let em go but not my choice."
Finnick thought about it for a second before sayin, "We will consider our options."
"Speaking of, what happens once this place is taken, someone will need to replace him?"
"I will."
Spectre laughed, then he laughed some more, and some more after that. "Wait, you're serious?" He then laughed even harder. "You should be a comedian, everyone will laugh, even if it would be pity due to you being short." He then laughed some more. Finnick and Waller looked at the laughing fox before he started to stop. "Okay, okay. I think I'm done now. Hehe Finnick, buddy, you can't control two areas. Someone needs to be here. So who would be the best option to take control of a crumbling empire to fix it rapidly?" He looked at Waller with his head down so his eyes were seen and winked. Waller, from behind Finnick smiled and nodded.
"I could send Silver to take control of this area. But what about me?"
"Your mammals respect you enough, they will be loyal."
"You better be right or I will have your head."
"Now, you know better than to threaten me." Spectre stopped and pulled out his knife. He hid the knife behind his arm under his sleeve.
"Oh, really? Last time I checked I had more power than you."
"Your power stems from loyalty. All my power is gained from what I can do. So show me the extent of your power."
Finnick raised his bat then swung at the bloodied fox. Spectre grabbed the top of the bat then picked it up, raising the fennec up with it. He then revealed the knife he had and put it up to the fennecs throat. "Lets see your power help you now." Finnick growled but then gave up. Spectre then looked up from the fennec in front of him to see Waller aiming his rifle at the foxes. "Shoot then, help your boss."
"Lower your weapon."
Waller was confused for a couple seconds "Y-yes sir." he lowered his rifle. Spectre swung the bat away from him and let it go, releasing the fennec from his grip.
"Now play nice kit." Finnick scowled, knowing he couldn't do anything to the larger fox.
The wolf and the larger fox then left the room and decided to walk on. "What was that about?"
"Well, I can't let you guys walk all over me or think that I am incompetent. Besides, it was all one massive joke, really. I wouldn't have killed any of you, at least I don't think I would have."
Waller shuffled slightly away from the fox still dripping with blood from his kills. He then looked at the fox. "I need to know, how does the blood come off so quickly, your head and paws are covered but your suit is surprisingly clean, sort of?"
"Special material, I could not tell you what it is called but yeah, all liquids basically slide off." To prove a point, he then swipes his paw over his shirt and flings the blood that stayed there onto the floor.
"Interesting, how much did that cost?"
"Quite cheap, honestly. About 40 maybe 50 zoollars." Waller opened his eyes wide. He was expecting triple digits at least. "I mean, I need a steady supply of these things, a lot of them get damaged, especially the ties, so I need a lot of them." He looked forwards now, diverting his attention from the fox. He saw a set of heavy doors."This is a lab here, we should clear it and get head scientist."
"Why?"
"Did he not tell you? Did he even know? Probably not. The panic room, where we are meeting up can only be opened via a retinal scan and few actually have the required eyes to enter. The head scientist is one of them." He smiled. "And all we need theoretically is an eye if he doesn't co-operate." Waller shuddered at the thought of Spectre gouging an eye out. Spectre chuckled at the sight beside him. "I'll warn you if it comes to that." The wolf shook his head in disgust but tried to hide most of it within him.
They reached the doors and Spectre knocked on it twice heavily while yelling "Knock Knock," Someone from inside responded perfectly, "Who's there? W-" Spectre took the opportunity to continue his joke. "Git."
"Huh? Git who?"
"Git outta the way, you're aboutta be shot." Spectre finished and then kicked the door down knocking the poor scientist over. "Ight, I'll say this once and once only, the head scientist is to come here this instant." All the scientist started to shake and all looked around the room. One mammal showed zero fear. Spectre commented under his breath, "Got ya."
The mammal that wasn't scared was an otter. The otter stood up and looked at the two mammals at the door. "Who's asking?" Spectre walked slowly towards the otter, wearing a white lab coat.
"Buddy, you already shown that you are head scientist here. Also where's your brother, I know he is the Boardozer's right paw mammal. Also how comes the three of you have such different occupations, Dr. Otterton." The doctor finch at the sound of his name. "Sometimes have to stop and smell the roses."
Then another door opened. There two different mammals entered, an otter and a rhino. "Hey, you wanna fight someone, fight us. Two on two."
Spectre leaned in towards the doc. "Don't go anywhere and you will be fine. However, if you try to leave, I will fursonally ensure you have the worst possible death you could imagine." He turned to the two at the door. "So here to save your brother? Good, I just need someone to open that door and I think he is more than willing." He smiled, bearing all his teeth out.
"Leave him out of it, it's between you," The otter points at the fox,"You," he points at the wolf, "Me," he points at himself "And him." he points at the rhino beside him. The two looked at the rhino, he had heavy armour capable of stopping most bullets and stopping many types of blunt attacks.
Spectre quickly turned to his companion, "Ya got a knife?" Waller shook his head. "Fuck, well, this will be fun." He turned back to the other two. "Hey, how about a one on one fight. Me against Tubbs McGee." The rhino was slightly agitated by that description but the otter accepted the request. Spectre turned back to the wolf beside him, "DJ, spin that shit." Waller pulled out the phone hastily and played the first song he saw. It was a recommended song from recent searches. Spectre strolled to the middle of the room as the song started to play. "You're joking. Stayin' Alive? You are terrible with picking." He laughed, knowing it was a quick decision. Spectre turned back to the rhino who walked to an opening in the lab. Spectre walked to the same opening. Both prepared to fight.
Both stood opposite each other with plenty of space to manoeuvre. Spectre cracked his knuckles then stepped a few steps closer. "David vs. Goliath and you know how that ended up." The rhino responded by hitting his helmet with his encased fist. "Well, lets dance." The rhino then started to charge at the smaller vulpine that stood before him. Spectre rolled left, narrowly avoiding the hit. Spectre then charged at the giant rhino and jumped onto him. On his back, he climbed up further and reached the top. At the top he jumped up and landed with both feet onto the top of his head, forcing the brute down onto the floor. The fox rolled off to avoid getting hurt and then grabbed the now concussed head and slammed it against the ground over and over again. This caused cracks in the transparent shielding, and the cracks caused bleeding to the mammal it was supposed to protect.
The two other mammals stared at what was unfolding in front of them. In truth, both were starting to be worried about dealing with that damned fox.
The rhino then swung his fist above his head and almost hit the vulpine that was ruthlessly attacking. "Close but no cigar." The rhino stood up, slightly dazed from the relentless attack he just endured. Every swing that the rhino took, spectre avoided, until at one point he pulled out his Encore and fired it into the face of the goliath. This caused he glass to shatter completely and then the bullet continued, flying into the skull and passing through it. "The bigger they are, the harder they fall." And as he finished the sentence, the rhino crashed onto the floor. "So, think you can do better, Mrs. Otterton? Also, why can't you two be like your legally living brother?"
The otter raised her paws and sighed. "You win, I surrender." A she said that, there was a slight rumble from behind the fox.
"No way, he lived." The fox stated, shocked at this development. The rhino stood up and bulled a bullet out of his forehead. He then removed his helmet. "Fine, I was being nice but now I don't think I will be." Spectre extracted his claws. The rhino could barely stand straight and spectre knew this. If he was fast enough, the rhino wouldn't react in time. He then suddenly started sprinting and jammed one of his paws as hard as he could through the armour, his claws cutting through, barely. The rhino groaned, then felt something go through his neck. Spectre swung his other paw through it then swung himself to the back of the larger mammal, forcing it downwards even more. As he crashed on the ground, he sputtered and coughed, gripping his throat as tightly as he could. "Don't worry, I'll end you're suffering." He walked towards the rhino and forced both of his paws in the cut in his neck. He then pulled in opposite directions, prying the skull and some vertebrae out of its body. After a few seconds, he ripped the head off in a dramatic fashion, blood spraying elegantly in the area, raining onto the fox in a dazzling manner.
"I'll be honest, I never thought something so disgusting and sickening could look so... elegant and beautiful." Waller admitted, confused at the feelings he had. He then looked at the two otters that were still here. "I have some zip-ties. Silver finds them useful." He then pulled them out and handed one to Spectre.
They both headed to a different one. "Paws out." They both demanded simultaneously. The otters complied. The paws were then bound tightly and they were unable to attack. Spectre then grabbed the skull as a joke and placed it on his shoulder.
"Lets go. One of you two will let us in. And that will happen." Spectre balanced his new toy, while Waller pushed the two otters to move.
"We got it, we're going." Then from behind there was the sound of someone clearing their throat.
They all turned around to see a small fennec with his arms crossed. "You forget about me?"
"N-no sir."
"Nah, you're the one that will be paying me eventually so kinda had to remember." Spectre smiled, now his glasses were even covered with a shade of red.
The five walked on and entered a large room, where many mammals were waiting. "Kept you waiting, eh?" Spectre smiled and looked around. He then noticed than one mammal was noticeably missing. "Where is she?" He stared at the giant wolf. His grin obviously disappeared and his eyes were starting to twitch.
"She is.. back there." He pointed behind him.
A/N: So now Spectre is here and well, he is finally more presented, unleashed. This is Spectre. Also yes, spectre and Nick may be the same body but are different personalities. Kind of like Jekyll and Hyde except Nick isn't the paragon of good.
Anyways, I'm now mostly back except I will be going on holiday soon so I won't be writing much,
With all that said and done, thanks for reading and see you all til next time.
